We describe a solid vegetable oil–water gel structure which is stabilized through the use of low concentrations of monoglycerides, containing no added trans fats or saturated fats. The resulting structure consists of oil droplets encapsulated in self-assembled crystalline monoglyceride multilayers, surrounded by a continuous water phase. Acute ingestion human feeding trials indicated that the serum triglyceride loading was significantly lower after ingestion of the structured gel rather than a simple oil–water mixture, resulting in an attenuated increase in serum insulin. This indicates the effectiveness of encapsulation in modulating blood lipid and insulin response in humans, and suggests a strategy that can be employed for the controlled release of food macronutrients. 目的:探讨短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对2型糖尿病患者血脂血糖代谢的影响。方法:选取76例2型糖尿病患者,按给药方式不同分为两组,对照组(38例)给予门冬胰岛素常规治疗,观察组(38例)给予胰岛素泵强化治疗,依据两组治疗前后的血糖、血脂指标变化及治疗前、治疗后1周、2周的ADL量表评分评价短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对2型糖尿病患者血脂血糖代谢的影响。结果:治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均明显升高,且观察组FPG、Hb Alc、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显低于对照组,HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后1周、2周,两组ADL评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:短期胰岛素泵强化治疗能显著改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖血脂代谢紊乱,并提高患者的日常生活能力。  相似文献

Abstract We examined the presence of two virulence factors in 241 blood isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae from patients hospitalized during 1989 and 1990 in 7 French hospitals, and 125 blood isolates of Escherichia coli from one hospital. Aerobactin was scored phenotypically and genotypically with an intragenic DNA probe of 2 kb. The mucoid phenotype was assessed by culture on trypticase soy agar and by genotypic analysis (intragenic DNA probe of 235 bp). Only 6% K. pneumoniae isolates were aerobactin-positive with no significant variation according to geographical location while 20% of K. pneumoniae isolates displayed the mucoid phenotype, with a significant variation according to hospital. Aerobactin was always associated with the mucoid phenotype. The frequency of aerobactin production but not mucoid phenotype (14%) was higher among E. coli isolates (48%). They harbored two types of large plasmids. Intraperitoneal injection into mice of 103 cfu of K. pneumoniae producing both virulence factors demonstrated that capsular serotype K2 was the more virulent K23 and K28.  相似文献

AimThis study aims to determine the changes induced by a maximal exercise test until exhaustion on the serum and urinary concentrations of Magnesium (Mg), Phosphorous (P), Rubidium (Rb) and Strontium (Sr) in athletes (AG) and sedentary students (SG).MethodsFifty subjects participated in the study divided into two groups. In AG there were twenty-five male athletes and in SG there were twenty-five male sedentary students. Both groups performed an exercise test until exhaustion, starting at 8 or 10 km/h respectively, and increasing the speed at 1 km/h every 400 m. Serum and urine samples were obtained from all participants before and after the test.ResultsRegarding the basal status, AG showed lower values of Mg in serum (p < 0.05) and urine (p < 0.01), but higher concentrations of serum P (p < 0.05) in comparison to SG. Comparing the pre and post-test values, corrected or non-corrected for hemoconcentration in serum and for creatinine in urine, AG showed a decrease in serum Mg (p < 0.05), in serum P (p < 0.01) and in urinary Sr (p < 0.01) while an increase was observed in urinary P (p < 0.05) and in urinary Rb (p < 0.05).ConclusionsIt can be concluded that a treadmill test until exhaustion leads to changes in serum and urinary concentrations of minerals in both AG and SG males. This may reflect an adaptive response of the body to overcome the physical stress and, in some cases, to avoid loss of these elements.  相似文献

Locoweeds cause significant livestock poisoning and economic loss all over the world. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the immune effect of locoweed toxin, swainsonine (SW), and human serum albumin (HSA) immunoconjugate (SW–HSA) on goats. Twenty four Sannon goats were randomly separated into immune control group, immune poisoning group I, immune poisoning group II and poisoning control group. Immune control group, immune poisoning group I and II were first vaccinated with SW–HSA immunoconjugate. Then, the poisoning control group, immune poisoning group I and II were fed with 10.0 g/kg BW/d dry powder of Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge in every morning and the duration of poisoning was 80 days. The immune control group was supplied with an alfalfa-based diet. Blood samples of these experimental animals were collected every 7 days after poisoning, and the serum enzymes α-mannosidase (AMA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were analyzed. Comparing with the poisoning control group, the changes of serum LDH, AKP, AST, AMA and BUN level of the two immune groups (I and II) were delayed 28, 14, 28, 21, 14 days, respectively, which indicated that SW–HSA immunoconjugate could prevent tissues containing BUN and these serum enzymes of the experimental animals from Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge injuring during these days. In the whole study, SW–HSA immunoconjugate and swainsonine did not influence serum ALT levels of the experimental goats.  相似文献
