Besides vobtusine and vobtusine-lactone, deoxyvobtusine was isolated from the leaves of Voacanga grandifolia (Miq. Rolfe. Spectral and chemical evi  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Melodinus hemsleyanus diels (Jahrb, Syst, 1995) led to the isolation and identification of 27 compounds, including fifteen aspidosperma-type alkaloids (115), four quinoline-type alkaloids (1619), three quebrachamine-type alkaloids (2022), and five eburna-type alkaloids (2327). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis, including HRESIMS, and 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Compounds 1–2, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 20–27 are herein reported for the first time from the studied plant, while the compounds 1–2 and 21 have not previously been recorded in the genus Melodinus. The aspidosperma-type monoterpenoid indole alkaloids in M. hemsleyanus could serve as chemotaxonomic markers.  相似文献

Five further alkaloids, des-Na-methylanhydromacralstonine, quebrachidine, vinervinine, pleiocarpamine, and 2,7-dihydropleiocarpamine, have been isolated from Alstonia muelleriana bark. Phytochemical problems in the genus Alstonia are considered, especially with reference to the ‘macroline-derived’ indole and bis-indole alkaloids.  相似文献

The structure of echitoserpidine, a new alkaloid of the fruits of Alstonia venenata has been established as (1) on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence.  相似文献

Malouetine and funtumafrine C have been isolated from the leaves of Malouetia brachyloba, indicating that this species is not very different from M. bequaertiana. Five conanine derivatives have been extracted from the leaves of M. heudelotii, a species which does not contain any alkaloid with a quaternary ammonium function.  相似文献

Six bisindole alkaloids have been isolated from the leaves of Dyera costulata (Apocynaceae). One is the known ochrolifuanine A and the others are the novel ochrolifuanines E and F, and the 18-dehydroochrolifuanines A, E and F.  相似文献

Indole alkaloids can be characterized by skeletal specialization (S), determined upon consideration of their relative position on a biogenetic map and the number of their naturally occurring substitutional derivatives, as well as by oxidation level (O). The mean (S) and (O) for contained alkaloids of a given plant taxon are taken to represent evolutionary advancement parameters, respectively EAs and EAo.A correlation of these EAs/EAo values for tribes of the Apocynaceae-Plumerioideae reveals a chemical gradient, given by gradually increasing EAs and EAo values, to link Carisseae-Alstonieae-Rauvolfieae-Tabernaemontaneae.  相似文献

The Dai medicinal plant Winchia calophylla A. DC. (Apocynaceae) has efficacy as an anticough and anti-asthmatic medication. In order to investigate its relative bioactive components, we studied the chemical constituents of this plant. Using repeated column chromatography, 28 compounds, including loganin, six phenolic compounds, 17 indole alkaloids, three pyridine alkaloids, and a quinoline alkaloid, were isolated from the stem barks of W. calophylla. Loganin, paeonol, N (4)-methyl akuammicine, and cantleyine exhibited a moderate relaxation effect on isolated smooth muscles of guinea-pig tracheal spirals and lung strips and may be the bioactive components responsible for the bronchodilation produced by W. calophylla.  相似文献

Ibogaine and other ibogan type alkaloids present anti‐addictive effects against several drugs of abuse and occur in different species of the Apocynaceae family. In this work, we used gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and principal component analysis (PCA) in order to compare the alkaloid profiles of the root and stem barks of four Mexican Tabernaemontana species with the root bark of the entheogenic African shrub Tabernanthe iboga. PCA demonstrated that separation between species could be attributed to quantitative differences of the major alkaloids, coronaridine, ibogamine, voacangine, and ibogaine. While T. iboga mainly presented high concentrations of ibogaine, Tabernaemontana samples either showed a predominance of voacangine and ibogaine, or coronaridine and ibogamine, respectively. The results illustrate the phytochemical proximity between both genera and confirm previous suggestions that Mexican Tabernaemontana species are viable sources of anti‐addictive compounds.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the leaves and twigs of Tabernaemontana bovina led to the isolation of 10 monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, including two new taberbovinines A (1) and B (2) along with eight known analogs: mehranine (3), 14α,15β-dihydroxy-N-methylaspidospermidine (4), (16S*)− 15-epi-E-isositsirikine (5), (16R*)− 15-epi-E-isositsirikine (6), 16 R*-19,20-E-isositsirikine acetate (7), hecubine (8), voafinidine (9), and voacangarine (10). Taberbovinine B (2) represents the first case of an unusual ring C/D cleavage among the natural Corynanthe-type alkaloids. Compounds 2 and 8 exhibited weak cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines, including SK-LU-1, HepG2, MCF-7, SK-Mel-2, and LNCaP, with IC50 values ranging from 42.9 to 66.3 μM, whereas compounds 4 − 6 and 9 were cytotoxic toward MCF-7, SK-LU-1 and LNCaP cells, with IC50 values in a range of 51.6–93.3 μM.  相似文献
