Isolated ovarian corpus luteal cells and granulosa cells of rat were employed to investigate the effect of alpha-ANP on the secretion of progesterone and estradiol. The contents of the steroid hormones are determined by RIA. The results showed that 0.1-10 ng/ml ANP promoted progesterone production in a dose dependent manner. alpha-ANP also enhanced progesterone production by granulosa cells, but not estradiol. It seems that the effect of alpha-ANP on ovarian steroidogenesis is a direct one.

Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta), one of the polypeptide lymphokines released in response to antigen, toxins, injury or inflammation by nearly all cell types, has multiple systemic effects. In the present study the effect of IL-1 beta on follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)-induced estrogen production in primary culture was investigated. Granulosa cells obtained from immature estrogen-treated female rats were cultured for 3 days with increasing doses of FSH (1-30 ng/ml) with or without increasing doses of IL-1 beta (2-20 U/ml). The FSH stimulated estrogen production is dose-dependent, whereas IL-1 beta alone did not affect estrogen biosynthesis. In contrast, simultaneous treatment with IL-1 beta caused a dose-dependent inhibition of FSH action. This inhibitory effect of IL-1 beta was evident 48 h after the treatment. Furthermore, IL-1 beta inhibited forskolin (10(-5) mmol/L) and (Bu)2 cAMP (10(-2) mmol/L)-stimulated estrogen production, indicating a post-cyclic AMP site of action. The present study suggests that IL-1 beta is a potent modulator of granulosa cell steroidogenesis. Decreased estrogen formation may contribute to the follicle atresia and the impaired reproductive functions during injury and inflammation.     

试论用17荧光雌酮测定雌激素受体和生化法的关系

本文对采用细胞化学法测定乳腺癌内雌激素受体[ER]所用的荧光配体17-FE是否也是与ER上结合位点相结合的问题进行了探讨。在测定17-FE对[~3H]E_2与兔子宫上清液内ER结合的影响后,指出:17-FE对[~3H]E_2与ER的结合具有抑制作用,且其抑制作用随着17-FE浓度的提高而加大。在一系列不同浓度[~3H]E_2下测定其与ER的特异结合,同时测定加入不同浓度17-FE后的特异结合量,以Lineweaver-Burk和Scate-bard法分别作图。分析结果均显示为竞争性抑制曲线,可见17-FE和[~3H]E_2一样是与兔子宫上清液内ER上的结合位点相结合的。因此采用细胞化学法测定ER时,17-FE是一理想的配体。     

乳腺癌p53蛋白过度表达和雌激素受体免疫组化检测及意义

应用免疫组化方法,对３２例乳腺癌组织中肿瘤抑制基因ｐ５３蛋白的表达和雌激素受体的状态分别进行了检测。结果３２例中ｐ５３蛋白阳性１８例,阳性率５６．３％,１８例伴有同侧腋下淋巴结转移者阳性１３例（７２．２％）３而１４例无转移者阳性５例（３５．７％）二组阳性率差异显著（ＰＭＯ．０５）。３２例中雌激素受体阳性１７例,１８例伴转移者阳性８例（４４．４％）;１４例无转移者阳性９例（６４．３％）。结果表明,ｐ５３蛋白的异常表达与乳腺癌的浸润转移有关,结合雌激素受体的检查,可作为临床预后判断一个有价值的标志。     

粪便直接涂片快速诊断菌群失调症

我们建立了粪便直接涂片法快速诊断菌群失调症,经５００例实验结果与菌群分析比较,两者结果基本一致。本法具有简便,快速,不需要特殊条件的优点,适合于基层临床实验室推厂应用。     

Lynch综合征患者肠道菌群特征及其与糖脂代谢水平的相关性

目的 探讨遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌（Lynch综合征）患者肠道菌群特点及其与糖脂代谢指标的相关性。方法 选取2011年9月至2021年9月我院收治的42例Lynch综合征患者作为Lynch组,并选取42例同期健康体检人群作为对照组。比较两组对象粪便菌群的丰度和多样性,应用Pearson相关性检验分析不同菌属拷贝数与糖脂代谢指标水平的相关性。结果 Lynch组患者肠道菌群Chao1指数、Ace指数、Shannon指数均高于对照组,Simpson指数低于对照组（均P<0.05）。Lynch组患者HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、apo-B水平均高于对照组,HDL-C和apo-A1水平低于对照组（均P<0.05）。Lynch组患者粪便中以变形菌门、肠球菌属、埃希菌属、消化链球菌属、韦荣球菌属、不动杆菌属为主要优势菌。Lynch组患者TG水平与乳杆菌属拷贝数呈负相关,与埃希菌属和韦荣球菌属拷贝数呈正相关（均P<0.05）;HDL-C水平与乳杆菌属和布劳特菌属拷贝数呈正相关,与埃希菌属、韦荣球菌属、消化链球菌属拷贝数呈负相关（均P<0.05）;FPG水平与乳杆菌属...     

一个未知的特异结合雌激素效应元件编码链的单链结合蛋白

本文介绍一个不是雌激素受体（ＥＲ）却能专一地结合雌激素效应元件（ＥＲＥ）编码单链的单链结合蛋白,对此蛋白在细胞中的定位、组织中的分布、热稳定性、同二价金属离子的关系作一初步研究。发现其受雌激素负调控。此蛋白在人病理样品２９例乳癌中同ＥＲ的含量似有一定的负相关关系,讨论了上述结果的意义。
