Five new acylphloroglucinols, callistenones L-P (1–5), and three known compounds watsonianone A, callistenones F and H were isolated from the fruits of Callistemon viminalis. Callistenones L and M possessed a bisfuran fused-ring skeleton. Compounds 3–5 were acylphloroglucinol condensed with a β-triketone moiety via a pyrane. Their structures were established from analyses of NMR spectra, CD spectra and X-ray crystallography. Compound 8 showed antibacterial activity against S. aureus with MIC value of 20.3 μg/mL and E. coli with MIC value of 15.6 μg/mL.  相似文献

Chlorencoelia collections from different regions of China were examined. A new species is discovered and named as C. macrospora. The most significant features to distinguish the new species from any other known species of the genus are its very large acsi and ascospores. 【背景】铜绿假单胞菌是临床上常见的条件致病菌,其异质性耐药的发生常导致临床治疗失败。【目的】研究铜绿假单胞菌对青霉素类抗生素的异质性耐药情况,为相关临床感染治疗提供一定的依据。【方法】收集临床分离的50株铜绿假单胞菌,采用纸片扩散法(diskdiffusion method)即Kirby-Bauer (K-B)法、菌落谱型分析(population analysis profile,PAP)法、生长实验以及传代稳定性实验探究铜绿假单胞菌的异质性耐药特征。【结果】K-B法初筛得到铜绿假单胞菌对哌拉西林(piperacillin,PIP)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(piperacillin/tazobactam,TZP)和替卡西林/克拉维酸(ticarcillin/clavulanic acid,TIM)的异质性耐药率分别为52%、52%和54%。PAP实验确认后有13株异质性耐药菌,其检出率占总实验菌株的26%。随机选取8株异质性耐药菌株,其耐药亚群的发生频率为7.3×10-7-1.2×10-5。通过无抗生素压力的生长实验发现,异质性耐药菌株PAS92、PAS57与其各自的3株最高PIP浓度平...  相似文献

Mushrooms have long been considered as delicacies as well as used as important dietary supplements and food. However, there are major concerns with poisonous mushrooms as these pose threats to public health and safety. In this paper, we provide a review focusing on poisonous mushrooms, their toxins, symptoms and utilizations. In addition, this paper establishes a poisonous mushroom list which includes 643 species from two phyla, 16 orders, 51 families and 148 genera. The toxicity of all these species was verified and 332 species were ranked as P1 signifying that these species have toxic studies and or clinical poisoning case records and 311 species were P2 meaning they had previously been recorded as poisonous in other studies. Furthermore, we discuss advances in technology including how genomic studies could be used as a breakthrough tool in the field of toxic mushrooms. With this comprehensive review, we aim to promote public awareness of poisonous mushrooms, including how to avoid mushroom poisoning, and how to better utilize poisonous mushroom resources.  相似文献

【目的】Pantoea菌株是广泛分布在自然界中的一类功能多样的细菌。本研究对分离自水稻种子内生的Pantoea菌株进行系统发育分析及功能评价,从而确定分类地位、种类多样性、分布特征及功能特性。【方法】采用乙醇-次氯酸钠联合灭菌方法进行水稻种子的表面灭菌,进行内生细菌的分离与纯化;其次将纯化后的菌株进行16Sr RNA基因PCR扩增及序列分析,通过MEGA7软件构建系统发育树;将分离得到的菌株进行功能实验检测,如溶磷、产IAA、产铁载体、拮抗病原真菌等特性,最后检测菌株的溶血性;水稻分型采用SSR方法,并对水稻农学性状如分蘖数、株高、植株重及产量进行调查。【结果】本研究对分离自8个不同基因型水稻种子中的146株内生Pantoea菌株进行系统发育分析及功能评价,结果发现所分离到的泛菌菌株主要属于Pantoea dispersa、Pantoea agglomerans、Pantoea cypripedii以及Pantoea brenneri四个种,其中P. dispersa的菌株数量最多,分布最广,并且存在于所有的8个水稻种子样品中。对其中66株菌进行功能检测,发现86.3%和69.7%的菌株具有溶磷和产IAA能力,有7株菌具有产铁载体能力,未发现对真菌病害Fusarium moniliforme有拮抗作用的菌株,并发现3株菌具有溶血性;本实验未发现泛菌组成与水稻系统发育及农学性状存在明显的相关性。【结论】本研究首次对水稻种子中泛菌的多样性及其功能进行报道,发现不同基因型的水稻种子所含Pantoea种类及组成存在差异,种子选择性地积累了Pantoea类群,大部分菌株具有一定的促生特性。该研究结果有助于进一步探究微生物与植物的共进化、种子微生物的传播途径及作用方式。  相似文献

ERIC (Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus)-PCR was employed to generate stable and reproductive ERIC-PCR fingerprints of Ent. sakazakii ATCC51329. Moreover, this study also cloned and sequenced a major band of Ent. sakazakii (ATCC51329) ERIC-PCR fingerprints. The major band was amplified with primer ERIC2 and sequences extending primer ERIC 2 showed poor similarity with ERIC elements. A comparison of the nucleotide acid with other sequences available in the GenBank revealed 90% of identity with Ent. sakazakii ATCC BAA-894, and 73%–74% of identity with oligopeptiase gene or proteaseⅡgene of some species from the Enterobacteriaceae family. Two primers were synthesized to develop and optimize an Enterobacter sakazakii-specific PCR based on regions of major band unique to Ent. sakazakii. The expected fragment was amplified from all of Ent. sakazkaii but not from the negative controls. As few as 102 CFU/ml of Ent. sakazakii of PCR were directly detected in the infant formulas. This was the case even in the presence of other bacteria. A comparison of traditional methods and new developed PCR in commercial foods suggested that without using API20-E test, the DFI chromogenic medium and FDA method showed 46.15% and 50% false positive respectively. Moreover, one false negative was observed with FDA method. In contrast, PCR was highly sensitive and specific to Ent. sakazakii. A high heterogeneity between Ent. sakazakii and the other microorganisms was found on expected fragment sequence. In addition, Ent. sakazakii ATCC51329 formed a separate branch with > 5% divergence from the type strain ATCC BAA-894 and major strains.  相似文献

西加毒素是由少数几种海洋底栖微藻产生,具有极强毒性的生物毒素,它能够通过食物链传递而累计在多种珊瑚鱼体内,继而造成人类因食用鱼类而中毒。近年来,随着珊瑚鱼类在世界范围内的广泛贸易,西加毒素中毒已经成为全球性的健康问题。为给预防西加毒素引起的食物中毒提供借鉴,对西加毒素的分子结构、化学性质、生物来源、制毒机理、中毒症状和对人类的危害进行了综述。就目前主要的检测方法进行了技术特性的介绍,并对常用检测方法的优缺点进行了比较分析。  相似文献

紫外分光光度法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉提取物总三萜含量   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
确定一种破壁灵芝孢子粉提取物总三萜紫外分光光度测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法,以熊果酸为对照品测定样品。溶液在波长548 nm处具有最大吸光度,熊果酸含量在14~54μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r为0.999 4,平均回收率为92.94%。提示使用上述方法绘制标准曲线可计算出样品中三萜类化合物的含量。测定方法操作简便、检验快速、稳定性高、重复性好,可以用于灵芝孢子粉产品的质量控制。  相似文献

从海洋真菌Xylaria sp.SOF11的液体发酵提取物中分离到3个化合物,通过1H及13C NMR,2D NMR等方法,分别鉴定为19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q(1)、18-deoxy-19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q(2)和19,20-epoxycytochala-sin C(3)。化合物1~3对两株肿瘤细胞MCF-7和NCI-H460显示较弱的细胞毒活性。  相似文献
