The incidence of breast cancer has increased in Asian countries and rates of hormone receptor (HR) negative breast cancer exceed those of Western countries. Epidemiologic data suggest that the association between body size and BC risk may vary by HR status, and could differ geographically. While body size may influence BC risk by moderating the synthesis and metabolism of circulating sex-steroid hormones, insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1 and related binding proteins, there is a dearth of literature among Asian women. We aimed to examine these specific associations in a sample of Chinese women. In Sichuan Province 143 women aged ≥40 years were recruited through outpatient services (2011–2012). Questionnaires, anthropometric measurements, and blood samples were utilized for data collection and linear regression was applied in data analyses. Among women <50 years we observed a non-monotonic positive association between body mass index (BMI) and 17β-estradiol, and a reversed J-shaped association between BMI and IGF-1 (p ≤0.05). We observed similar associations between waist-to-hip ratio and these markers. Our finding of augmented IGF-1 among women with low body mass may have implications for understanding breast tumor heterogeneity in diverse populations and should be evaluated in larger prospective studies with cancer outcomes.  相似文献

为了揭示退化高寒草甸逆向转变的驱动因子,通过野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法探究了黄河源不同修复措施(施有机肥F、免耕补播N、施有机肥+免耕补播FN)处理高寒草甸植物群落特征、土壤理化性质和两者相关性的变化规律,阐明不同修复措施对黄河源退化高寒草甸植物群落与土壤养分的影响。结果表明:免耕补播显著增加草甸物种丰富度指数(P<0.05);施有机肥+免耕补播显著增加草甸植物盖度、总生物量、Shannon Wiener多样性指数和Pielous均匀度指数(P<0.05)。不同人工修复后草甸植物功能群地上、地下生物量变化趋势基本一致(除豆科)。和对照相比,莎草科,杂类草地上和地下生物量含量在N、FN处理分别降低83.04%、73.86%、30.43%、92.37%和96.51%、84.09%、85.68%、95.36%;禾本科地上和地下生物量含量在F、N和FN处理分别增加7.29%、23.45%、17.93%和6.04%、4.03%、10.52%;豆科地上生物量含量基本保持不变,地下生物量含量在F、N和FN处理分别降低24.43%、82.19%和42.61%。F显著增加土壤有机碳含量(P=0.033);N显著降低土壤NO3--N含量(P=0.009);FN显著降低土壤pH和增加土壤速效磷含量(P=0.024);F和FN显著增加土壤含水量(P=0.000),N则显著降低土壤含水量(P=0.000);F显著降低土壤容重(P=0.018)。相关性分析表明植物Shannon Wiener多样性和Pielous均匀度与土壤速效磷含量呈显著正相关(P=0.037;P=0.033),土壤有机碳和含水量与总生物量呈显著正相关(P=0.027;P=0.032),pH与盖度呈显著负相关(P=0.049)。冗余度分析结果表明土壤有机碳含量和含水量显著影响了植物群落结构特征,解释率分别为30.3%和19.7%。研究结果表明,因地制宜进行退化高寒草甸施有机肥+免耕补播修复措施,能够明显提高草地生产力,改善草甸植物群落及其土壤养分和水分环境。  相似文献

1. Species interactions in tightly bound ecological mutualisms often feature highly specialised species' roles in which competitive exclusion may preclude multi‐species coexistence. Among the 800 fig (Ficus) species, it was originally considered that each was pollinated by their own wasp (Agaonidae). However, recent investigations show that this ‘one‐to‐one’ rule often breaks down, as fig species regularly host multiple agaonids but in ways suggesting that competitive processes still mediate biodiversity outcomes. 2. A phenological survey was conducted of the fig–fig wasp pair, Ficus microcarpa and its associated pollinating wasp, alongside its sister species, the cheating wasp, in Xishuangbanna, China. 3. Reproductive output underwent extreme seasonal variation. Seed and pollinator production fell markedly during cooler, drier months, although high levels of fig production continued. However, this resource was predominantly utilised by the cheater species, which offers no pollination services. Pollinators and cheaters rarely co‐occur, suggesting that temporal coexistence is constrained by competition for access to figs. 4. The overall findings indicate periodic rearrangements of mutualism dynamics, probably resulting from a strongly seasonal environment. Sympatric co‐occurrence may result from a window of opportunity for a functionally divergent agaonid, potentially due to constraints on the main pollinator in adapting to variable year‐round conditions that prevent competitive exclusion.  相似文献

Numerous studies with transgenic plants have demonstrated that overexpression of enzymes related to organic acid metabolism under the control of CaMV 35S promoter increased organic acid exudation and Al-resistance. The synthesis of organic acids requires a large carbon skeleton supply from leaf photosynthesis. Thus, we produced transgenic tobacco overexpressing cytosolic malate dehydrogenase (MDH) cDNA from Arabidopsis thaliana (amdh) and the MDH gene from Escherichia coli (emdh), respectively, under the control of a leaf-specific light-inducible promoter (Rubisco small subunit promoter, PrbcS) in the present study. Our data indicated that an increase (120–130%) in MDH-specific activity in leaves led to an increase in malate content in the transgenic tobacco leaves and roots as well as a significant increase in root malate exudation compared with the WT plants under the acidic (pH 4.5) conditions irrespective of 300 μM Al3+ stress absence or presence. After being exposed to 25 μM Al3+ in a hydroponic solution, the transgenic plants exhibited stronger Al-tolerance than WT plants and the degree of A1 tolerance in the transgenic plants corresponded with the amount of malate secretion. When grown in an Al-stress perlite medium, the transgenic tobacco lines showed better growth than the WT plants. The results suggested that overexpression of MDH driven by the PrbcS promoter in transgenic plant leaves enhanced malate synthesis and improved Al-resistance.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, ajudecunoid A ( 1 ) and ajudecunoid B ( 14 ), along with thirteen known diterpenoids, were isolated from the whole plants of Ajuga nipponensis Makino. Their structures were elucidated by the extensive spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS, and NMR). The absolute configurations of ajudecunoid A ( 1 ) and ajudecunoid B ( 14 ) were defined through analysis of X-ray crystallography. Fifteen compounds were evaluated for inhibition of the formation of osteoclasts in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMM) cells. Two neo-clerodane diterpenoids ajuganipponin B ( 5 ) and (12S)-6α,19-diacetoxy-18-chloro-4α-hydroxy-12-tigloyloxy-neo-clerod-13-en-15,16-olide ( 12 ) showed significant inhibition of osteoclastogenesis with IC50 values of 0.88 and 0.79 μM, respectively. Plant-derived carbon (C) inputs via foliar litter, root litter and root exudates are key drivers of soil organic C stocks. However, the responses of these three input pathways to climate warming have rarely been studied in alpine shrublands. By employing a 3-year warming experiment (increased by 1.3 °C), we investigated the effects of warming on the relative C contributions from foliar litter, root litter and root exudates from Sibiraea angustata, a dominant shrub species in an alpine shrubland on the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. The soil organic C inputs from foliar litter, root litter and root exudates were 77.45, 90.58 and 26.94 g C m−2, respectively. Warming only slightly increased the soil organic C inputs from foliar litter and root litter by 8.04 and 11.13 g C m−2, but significantly increased the root exudate C input by 15.40 g C m−2. Warming significantly increased the relative C contributions of root exudates to total C inputs by 4.6% but slightly decreased those of foliar litter and root litter by 2.5% and 2.1%, respectively. Our results highlight that climate warming may stimulate plant-derived C inputs into soils mainly through root exudates rather than litter in alpine shrublands on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.  相似文献

In recent years, chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T)-cell therapy has shown great potential in treating haematologic disease, but no breakthrough has been achieved in solid tumours. In order to clarify the antitumour mechanism of CAR T cell in solid tumours, the pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) investigations of CD19 CAR T cell were performed in human leukaemic xenograft mouse models. For PK investigation, we radiolabelled CD19 CAR T cell with 89Zr and used PET imaging in the CD19-positive and the CD19-negative K562-luc animal models. For PD evaluation, optical imaging, tumour volume measurement and DNA copy-number detection were performed. Unfortunately, the qPCR results of the DNA copy number in the blood were below the detection limit. The tumour-specific uptake was higher in the CD19-positive model than in the CD19-negative model, and this was consistent with the PD results. The preliminary PK and PD studies of CD19 CAR T cell in solid tumours are instructive. Considering the less efficiency of CAR T-cell therapy of solid tumours with the limited number of CAR T cells entering the interior of solid tumours, this study is suggestive for the subsequent CAR T-cell design and evaluation of solid tumour therapy.  相似文献

以科尔沁沙地沙丘-草甸过渡带区域主要土地覆被类型为研究对象,以1987-2017年多时相Landsat TM/OLI遥感影像解译分类为基础,参考生态学植被演替研究方法,系统分析研究区30年来的土地利用/覆被动态演变规律,研究结果表明:(1)决策树法在复杂下垫面不同覆被类型的同步识别效果较好,所有影像分类精度均达到88%以上,分类效果较好,其中2017年分类精度最高为95.24%,达到了分类研究的要求;(2)研究区存在着"半灌丛-草甸地-灌丛"的植被结构特征,且整体表现为"南进北退"的变化趋势。结合土地利用动态度分析结果表明人类活动干涉下,研究区整体上遵循了半干旱区植被条件改善的一般规律,侧面反映该研究区域生态环境的持续不稳定性和脆弱性;(3)研究区覆被类型发生变化的总面积达到2623.59 hm2,总变化强度为63.76%。其中正向演替的比例为52.61%,以半灌丛面积的持续减小与沙地草甸面积的持续扩张为主要变化特征。但同时,半灌丛转为沙地的面积为184.95 hm2,表明以放牧为主的研究区同时发生着局部的逆行演变;(4)质心迁移结果反映了1987-2017年间,除人为影响较大的林地、草地以及耕地向北迁移外,其他植被类型的质心都有很明显的南迁,主要植被类型重心迁移距离依次由大到小为耕地 > 半灌丛 > 灌丛 > 沙地草甸 > 湿地草甸 > 林地。研究通过记录科尔沁沙地连续扩展的时空模式,展示了遥感-生态和时间序列影像在30 m分辨率下跟踪土地利用/覆被变化的潜力,为提高干旱半干旱区土地利用情况的动态监测效率,开展土地利用/覆被动态演变研究提供参考。  相似文献
