丝瓜藓属的系统地位及属内种间关系存在争议。本研究首次利用核糖体DNA内转录间区(ITS)序列数据对丝瓜藓属及相关科属植物进行系统发育分析。最大简约法,最大似然法及贝叶斯推论法构建的系统树均表明,ITS序列数据不支持将丝瓜藓属划归提灯藓科。丝瓜藓属植物与缺齿藓属植物构成一个单系分支。Brotherus(1903),Ochi(1959),Shaw(1984)及Hill等(2006)等学者提出的丝瓜藓属属下分类均不是单系类群。  相似文献

细胞内铁稳态的维持主要通过铁调节蛋白(ironregulatory protein,IRP)与几种铁代谢基因如转铁蛋白受体和铁蛋白mRNA上铁应答元件结合来实现。铁不足可增加IRP2活性和含量,而铁过载则诱导了IRP2的泛素化和蛋白降解。F-盒蛋白FBXL5是一种铁和氧依赖的E3泛素连接酶,在铁和氧存在的情况下催化IRP2的泛素化,而缺铁或缺氧则造成FBXL5自身被泛素化修饰和随后的蛋白酶体降解。FBXL5铁调节功能的发现使人们对细胞内铁稳态的理解更为清晰。  相似文献

人类机体的铁代谢表现为受限制的对外界铁的吸收和有效的机体内的铁的再循环利用,单核巨噬细胞系统通过吞噬衰老的红细胞,储存和释放铁,在机体铁的循环再利用方面起到了重要的作用。因此,单核巨噬细胞系统对整个机体铁稳态的维持非常重要。近年来,随着转铁蛋白受体1(transferrin receptor1,TfR1)、铁蛋白(ferritin,Fn)、二价金属离子转运蛋白1(divalent metal transporter1,DMT1)、膜铁转运蛋白1(ferroportin1,FPN1),以及铁调素(hepcidin)等在单核巨噬细胞系统中功能和调控机制研究的不断深入,日益加深了人们对单核巨噬细胞系统的铁代谢过程和调控机制的了解。该文综述了铁水平、NO以及炎症等因素对单核巨噬细胞系统TfR1、Fn、DMT1、FPN1、hepcidin等蛋白表达的调控及其机制研究的最新进展。  相似文献

以拟南芥悬浮培养细胞为实验体系,借助外源荧光及同位素标记钙调素,研究结果表明外源钙调素不能被主动内吞入细胞内,而是主要以完整分子形式结合在细胞外表面;外源纯化钙调素可促进正向型质膜囊泡中的鸟苷酸三磷酸水解酶活性升高,也可引起拟南芥悬浮细胞质游离钙离子浓度的特异升高,表明外源钙调素可能通过细胞表面位点跨膜信号转换为细胞内信号,从而调节生物学活性。  相似文献

The spore germination, protonemal development, and gametophyte differentiation of Hypnum pacleseens were observed in cultivation. Photomicrographs showed that spore germination of Hypnum pacleseens occured within the exospore. Its protonema is massive with filamentous chloronema formed inside. The terminal part of the chloronema differentiated into filamentous caulonema and its rhizoid was derived from the apical cell of the filamentous chloronema. The initial cell of gametophyte differentiated from chloronema and caulonema. Sporeling-type of Hypnum pacleseens is developmentally similar to Glyphmitrium-type.  相似文献

运用生物信息学的方法对水稻类受体激酶OsCR4的抗原性进行分析,选取胞外部分片段与GST融合,在细菌大规模诱导该融合蛋白,利用GST sepharose进行亲和层析纯化,所得蛋白使用SDS-PAGE结合KCl/DTT染色切胶的方法得到收集。以此融合蛋白作为抗原免疫新西兰兔,获得了1:512,000效价的多克隆抗体,该抗体可特异识别水稻叶片微粒体组分中的OsCR4蛋白。  相似文献

The involvement of calcium and different calmodulin isoforms (Ca2+-CaM) in heat shock (HS) signal transduction in Arabidopsis ( Arabidopsis thaliana ) was investigated. Using transgenic Arabidopsis plants which have the AtHsp18.2 promoter/GUS fusion gene, it was found that the level of β -glucuronidase (GUS) activity was up-regulated by the addition of CaCl2 and down-regulated by the calcium ion chelator EGTA, the calcium ion channel blockers LaCl3 and verapamil, or the CaM antagonists N -(6-aminohexyl)-5-chloro-1-naphthalenesulfonamide (W7), chlorpromazine (CPZ) and trifluoperazine (TFP). CaCl2 not only increased the GUS activity after HS, but also up-regulated the GUS activity under non-HS conditions. These results provide additional support for the involvement of the Ca2+-CaM signalling system in HSP gene expression. The expression of nine CaM genes (AtCaM1–9) from Arabidopsis was differentially regulated by HS at 37 °C. The expression of AtCaM3 and AtCaM7 genes increased during HS. The temporal expression of the AtCaM3, AtCaM7 and hsp18.2 genes demonstrated that up-regulation of AtCaM3 expression occurred earlier than that of AtCaM7 or hsp18.2 .  相似文献

The minimum life cycle of Dermacentor silvarum Olenev had a mean duration of 87.5 days (range 74–102 days) under laboratory conditions [(27±1 °C), 70% RH, 6 L: 18 D]. The mean time in (days) for the different stages of its cycle was as follows: incubation period of eggs was 15.3 days; prefeeding, feeding and premoulting periods of larvae and nymphs averaged 5.5, 4.0 and 7.3 days, and 5.2, 5.0 and 14.6 days, respectively; prefeeding, feeding, preoviposition and oviposition periods of female adults lasted for 7.8, 4.5, 4.3 and 14.0 days, respectively. There existed a highly significant correlation between engorged body weight of females and egg masses laid (r = 0.9877, p<0.001). The reproductive efficiency index (REI) and reproductive fitness index (RFI) in females were 11.09 and 9.58, respectively. No relationship between nymphal engorged body weight and resultant sexes was observed. Delayed feeding and non-oviposition (in June and July) existed in females, and low temperature (−10 °C) treatment for 45 days could terminate oviposition diapause. However, the egg masses laid by post-diapause females were significantly smaller than those laid by females engorged in March, April and May.  相似文献

Most spider antimicrobial peptides share a common mechanism of membrane permeabilisation and the innate immune systems of the pathogen. In this review, we present recent accounts of the application at the preclinical level that should be tried and the range of bioactivities and their particular structure can be harnessed for molecular engineering applications and in drug design. Structural analyses such as amino acid sequence and circular dichroism are described. Conductance measurements and pharmacological studies of the action on the inner or outer membranes of anti-microbe will reveal more about the mode of action of the antimicrobial peptides of spider.  相似文献
