在圆层析合成法(Circular Tomosynthesis)中;根据零阶贝塞尔函数(Bessel Function),离开所研究的层析平面一定距离的物体细节就变得模糊.其模糊程度取决于该系统的传递函数,利用贝塞尔函数的正交性;可以特定一个具有不同开角的采样圆锥集合.使用Fourier-Bessel级数可以合成一个具有最佳边瓣抑制的窗函数.对于具有固定数目的采样圆锥,并且在有限区间上集中最多能量的窗函数是圆长球函数(Circular Prolate Spheroidal Function).
