采用扫描电镜观察了长鳍篮子鱼(Siganus canaliculatus)消化道黏膜上皮表面细微的结构特征。结果显示,长鳍篮子鱼食道黏膜为纵行黏膜褶皱,在褶皱上形成"V"字型次级褶皱,黏膜上皮表面具有许多分泌孔及较多腺体导管的开口,上皮细胞扁平,似鳞片状,连接紧密。胃黏膜褶皱呈绳状纵向排列,黏膜上皮表面有许多沟回,细胞之间有较多的胃小凹,在上皮表面可见有乳头状突起,未见有微绒毛;上皮细胞为五边形或六边形,无细胞间隙。肠黏膜分布着密集排列的肠绒毛,绒毛呈拇指状或扁平状,黏膜上皮表面呈脑回状,分布有许多分泌颗粒,细胞游离面分布着丰富的微绒毛,细胞为多边形、圆形、不规则形,有细胞间隙。幽门盲囊黏膜上皮的结构与肠道相似。本文探讨了黏膜上皮结构与功能的关系。  相似文献

The small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) pathway in eukaryotes is an essential biological process involving cellular processes, development and organelle biogenesis. In a sequential enzymatic action, Ubc9 is an important conjunction enzyme in the SUMO pathway. Although the Ubc9 has been found in vertebrates, its expression in crustaceans is little known. In this study, the Ubc9 was identified in the embryo and ovary of a freshwater prawn Macrobrachium nipponense for the first time and it was denoted as MnUbc9. Bioinformatics analyses showed that this gene encodes a protein of 161 amino acids with predicted molecular mass of 18.32 kDa. Real-time quantitative PCR analyses demonstrated that the expression levels varied significantly in the developing embryo and ovary. In the embryo, the expression level of MnUbc9 was higher at the cleavage stage (CS) than at the blastula stage (BS), and reached even higher levels at the protozoea stage (PS) and the zoea stage (ZS). In the ovary, the MuUbc9 expression was low at the early stage, but reached the highest at the yolk granule stage (YG), and then abruptly declined at the maturation stage (MA). The differential expressions of MnUbc9 in the embryo and ovary suggest that MnUbc9 may play an important role in embryogenesis and oogenesis of M. nipponense.  相似文献

Located at the mouth of the Yangtze Estuary, the Chongming Dongtan Nature Reserve is extremely vulnerable to climate change and especially to accelerated sea-level rise. We use a variety of data from remote sensing, an in situ global positioning system (GPS), tidal gauges, nautical charts, geographic spatial analysis modeling and IPCC sea-level rise scenarios to forecast the potential impacts of increased sea level on the coastal wetland habitat at Chongming Dongtan Nature Reserve. The results indicate that around 40% of the terrestrial area of the Dongtan Reserve will be inundated by the year 2100 due to an estimated 0.88 m increase in sea level. In particular, the Scirpus mariqueter communities and bare tidal flats are more vulnerable to sea-level rise. The limitations of this approach and the implication of the results for wetland and ecosystem conservation as well as management are discussed.  相似文献

?Premise of the study: Polymorphic microsatellite primers were developed in the seagrass Halophila ovalis to investigate genetic variation. ?Methods and Results: Ten polymorphic microsatellite loci were developed in Halophila ovalis. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 12 across 80 H. ovalis individuals. These loci were successfully amplified in H. minor, and four were monomorphic across 30 individuals. ?Conclusions: These results from four H. ovalis populations and one H. minor population show the broad utility of microsatellite loci in future studies of population genetics. Four distinct alleles were present in H. minor but absent in H. ovalis, indicating potential divergence between them.  相似文献

The biomass and productivity of Schima superba-Castanopsis carlesii forests in Tiantong, Zhejiang Province, were determined using overlapping quadrants and stem analyses. The total community biomass was (225.3±30.1) t hm−2, of which the aboveground parts accounted for 72.0% and the underground parts accounted for 28.0%. About 87.2% of biomass existed in the tree layer. The resprouting biomass was small, of which over 95.0% occurred in the shrub layer. The productivity of the aboveground parts of the community was (386.8±98.9) g m−2a−1, in which more than 96.0% was present at the tree level. The trunk’s contribution to productivity was the greatest, while that of leaves was the smallest. In China, the community biomass of subtropical evergreen broadleaved forests differs significantly with the age of the forest. The community biomass of the 52-year-old S. superba-C. carlesii forests in this study was lower than the average biomass of subtropical evergreen broadleaved forests in China, and was lower than the biomass of other subtropical evergreen broadleaved forests elsewhere in the world. Moreover, its productivity was lower than the model estimate, indicating that without disturbance, this community has great developmental potential in terms of community biomass and productivity.  相似文献

Megastigmane glycosides (15) together with seven (612) related known compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR, HR-ESIMS, and circular dichroism (CD), as well as chemical transformations to be (3R, 4R, 5S, 6S, 7E)-3,4,6-trihydroxymegastigmane-7-en-9-one-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (gynostemoside A, 1), (3S, 4S, 5R, 6R, 7E, 9R)-3,4,6,9-tetrahydroxymegastigmane-7-en-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (gynostemoside B, 2), (3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 7E, 9R)-3,4,9-trihydroxymegastigmane-7-en-9-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (gynostemoside C, 3), (3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 7E, 9R)-3,4,9-trihydroxymegastigmane-7-en-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (gynostemoside D, 4), and (3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 7E, 9R)-3,4,9-trihydroxymegastigmane-7-en-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (gynostemoside E, 5), respectively.  相似文献

于2007年11月—2008年10月,对上海市中心城区的午潮港、横港、朝阳河、曹杨环浜等4条河道中浮游动物的群落结构及其相关水环境指标进行了调查。共鉴定浮游动物63种,其中轮虫44种(69%),枝角类13种(21%),桡足类6种(10%),优势种主要为转轮虫(Rotaria rotatoria)、长足轮虫(R.neptunia)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、前节晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna priodonta)、长肢多肢轮虫(Pol-yarthra dolichoptera)、大型溞(Daphnia magna)、发头裸腹溞(Moina irrasa)和广布中剑水蚤(Microcyclops leuckarti)。4条河道浮游动物的平均密度变动范围为726~2571ind.L-1;平均生物量为12.04~44.27mg·L-1。相关分析结果显示,浮游动物种群密度、生物量与溶解氧呈显著正相关(P<0.05),水体中的磷酸盐、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮对浮游动物的群落结构有一定的影响。对河道中浮游动物群落结构的周年变化进行分...  相似文献

利用渤海蒸发量、降水量、入海径流量、渤海及黄海盐度数据,基于淡水比例方法估算了渤海的淡水存留时间,并设计敏感性实验,定量分析了渤海淡水通量对渤海淡水存留时间的影响。结果表明,渤海年平均(1965—1980、1986—1992、1994、1996年)淡水存留时间为2.6年,并呈现弱上升的趋势。20世纪80年代的淡水存留时间(4.6年)与20世纪60年代(3.0年)相比,增加了近50%。渤海淡水存留时间随淡水输入的增加而缩短。与净降水量(降水量与蒸发量之差)相比,渤海淡水存留时间对入海径流量变化更敏感,因而流域调水的环境规划应予以充分关注。  相似文献
