Annexins have been suggested to play pivotal roles in stress resistance and plant development. However, related studies on fruit-bearing plants, especially on fruit development, are very limited. In the present study, we provide a comprehensive overview of the annexin family in tomato, describing the gene structure, promoter cis-regulatory elements, organ expression profile, and gene expression patterns under hormone and stress treatments. Bioinformatic analysis revealed that the nine tomato annexins were structurally different from their animal counterparts, but highly conserved annexin domains were still found in most of them. Cis-regulatory element prediction showed that there were important elements in the 2kb upstream promoter regions, including stress- and hormone-responsive-related elements. The expression patterns of these genes were investigated, and the results revealed that they were regulated under developmental processes and environmental stimuli. Among them, AnnSl1.1 and AnnSl2 were highly expressed in most of the tested organs. Genes preferentially or specifically expressed in organs, such as stigma or ovary (AnnSl6), stamen (AnnSl8), and fruit pericarp (AnnSl1.2 and AnnSl9), were identified. Some annexin genes were induced by plant hormones including abscisic acid (AnnSl3, AnnSl6, AnnSl8, and AnnSl9) and gibberellic acid (AnnSl1.1, AnnSl1.2, AnnSl4, and AnnSl7). Most of these annexin genes were induced by salt, drought, wounding, and heat or cold stresses. The present study provides significant information for understanding the diverse roles of annexins in tomato growth and development.  相似文献

Methyl jasmonate (MeJA) was found to reduce spore germination, hyphal and mycelial growth in Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. The addition of ethephon or 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC), ethylene precursor, together with MeJA to the culture medium resulted in a promotion of all developmental stages of the fungus; these compounds partially or completely reversed the inhibition due to MeJA depending on the concentrations applied. MeJA alone had no effect on ethylene production by mycelium, but after 6 days of incubation in the presence of ACC, emanation of this gas increased significantly. Ethylene is involved in reversing the inhibition of A. alternata due to MeJA.  相似文献

药用植物长春花中含有100多种萜类吲哚生物碱(TIAs),其中具有抗肿瘤功效的长春碱和长春新碱受到关注。为了研究外源乙烯处理对长春花生长情况、生理状态和萜类吲哚生物碱合成的整体影响,本文以长春花幼苗为实验材料,使用外源乙烯处理后对比了不同生长条件下长春花的生物量积累、根茎伸长、光合参数以及生物碱含量等指标,分析了生物碱合成与其他指标之间的相关性。结果表明,外源乙烯处理使长春花乙稀释放量上升,乙烯信号响应因子erf基因表达量提高。乙烯利抑制长春花幼苗生物量积累、根纵向生长,促进茎秆横向加粗生长,由非气孔因素导致净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)下降。外源乙烯促进异胡豆苷(STR)、长春质碱(CAT)、文多灵(VIN)和长春碱(VINB)积累,并且促进长春碱合成途径中关键酶基因str和CrPRX上调表达。相关性分析结果表明,次生代谢产物的积累、生长指标、光合参数之间存在明显的相关性;长春质碱、文多灵、长春碱与茎秆直径(SD)显著正相关(P < 0.05),与生物量(B)、株高(H)、根长(RL)、净光合速率(Pn)呈显著负相关(P < 0.05)。本文为研究外源乙烯调控长春花生物碱积累的机制提供理论基础。  相似文献

以库尔勒香梨为试材,在大蕾期喷施不同浓度乙烯利,调查库尔勒香梨萼片脱落率,观测果实生长发育进程和落果情况,测定成熟期果实品质,并基于主成分分析法对乙烯利处理下的果实品质进行综合评价,以揭示乙烯利对库尔勒香梨果实生长发育进程和果实品质的影响,为筛选最优乙烯利浓度应用于提高库尔勒香梨果实品质提供理论依据和技术支持。结果表明:(1)2021年自然生长状态下(对照)库尔勒香梨萼片脱落时间为9 d,不同浓度乙烯利处理后脱落时间会缩短1~2 d,且随着处理浓度梯度的升高,萼片脱落时间和萼片脱落高峰提前。(2)库尔勒香梨果实生长发育期约为130 d,乙烯利处理下和自然状态下的果实生长发育均呈“S”型曲线的变化趋势;乙烯利处理明显加快了果实成熟的速度,果实在花后110 d左右已达到成熟标准,从而可以确定合理的采收时间,并以300 mg·L-1乙烯利处理下脱萼果和宿萼果的纵横径和单果重增长最大;乙烯利处理下库尔勒香梨在第二次果实膨大期间落果较多,在花后50 d和110 d左右出现落果高峰,并以200 mg·L-1乙烯利处理对库尔勒香梨果形指数和落果率的影响最明显。(3)300 mg·L-1乙烯利处理对库尔勒香梨果实品质影响最大,宿萼果纵、横径和单果重较对照分别显著增加5.02%、10.90%和11.40%,脱萼果鲜干比重、可溶性固形物含量、VC含量和可溶性糖含量比对照分别显著提高5.67%、12.03%、21.48%和10.22%,脱萼果硬度和可滴定酸含量比对照分别显著降低10.10%和19.75%。(4)主成分分析显示,各浓度乙烯利处理下库尔勒香梨综合品质得分从高到低依次为300 mg·L-1脱萼果、300 mg·L-1宿萼果、200 mg·L-1宿萼果、200 mg·L-1脱萼果、100 mg·L-1脱萼果、100 mg·L-1宿萼果、CK脱萼果和CK宿萼果。研究发现,大蕾期喷施乙烯利促进了库尔勒香梨萼片的脱落,明显加快了果实的生长发育进程,并可有效提高果实品质,且以300 mg·L-1乙烯利处理对库尔勒香梨果实品质改善效果最优。  相似文献

The upper-temperature limit for germination of cv. Celebrity celery seeds incubated in darkness in laboratory tests was slightly raised following a seed soak with a mixture of the gibberellins A4 and A7 + ethephon (G + E) but more so by osmotic priming with polyethylene glycol (PEG). However, the best effects were obtained with a combination of growth regulator and priming treatments. Incorporation of growth regulators into the PEG was more effective than soaking seeds in G + E solutions either before or after osmotic priming. In glasshouse tests, seedling emergence was more rapid, percentage emergence was higher and seedling weight was greater from seeds treated with PEG either alone or in combination with G + E than from untreated seeds, water-soaked seeds or seeds given G + E soaks before or after PEG treatment.  相似文献

以牡丹品种洛阳红为试验材料,研究了秋施乙烯利和赤霉素对牡丹萌芽及开花的影响。结果表明:秋施乙烯利可使牡丹的落叶期提前,萌芽期和开花期延迟,且显著降低了开花率,减小了花径,并且增加了畸形花的百分率。秋施GA1可使牡丹落叶期延迟,萌芽期和开花期提前,并提高牡丹的开花率,增大了花径。  相似文献

All seeds of Aeluropus lagopoides and Urochondra setulosa germinated under non-saline conditions except for Sporobolus ioclados which showed only 40 % germination. Increase in salinity substantially inhibited germination and few seeds germinated at 400 mM NaCl. Germination at 200 mM NaCl was alleviated in U. setulosa by the application of gibberellic acid and fusicoccin, in A. lagopoides by thiourea, betaine, kinetin, fusicoccin and ethephon, and in S. ioclados by gibberellin and ethephon. High salinity (400 mM NaCl) induced germination inhibition was alleviated by proline, kinetin, fusicoccin and ethephon only in A. lagopoides.  相似文献

1-Deoxy-d-xylulose 5-phosphate reductoisomerase (DXR, EC: 1.1.1.267) is the second enzyme in the 2C-methyl-d-erythritol 4-phosphate (MEP) pathway, one of the two pathways in plants that can produce isoprenoids. The MEP pathway is the source of isoprene emitted from leaves, but rubber production is believed to result primarily from the mevalonic acid (MVA) pathway. Two cDNAs for DXR designated HbDXR1 and HbDXR2 were isolated from leaves and latex of rubber tree using RT-PCR based methods. Both cDNAs contain an open reading frame (ORF) of 1416bp encoding 471 amino acids with a molecular mass of about 51kDa. The deduced HbDXRs show extensive sequence similarities to that of other plant DXRs (73-87% identity). Molecular modeling revealed that the two HbDXRs contain all typical characteristics of DXR and share spatial structures, which are very similar to that of Escherichia coli DXR. Phylogenetic and DNA gel blot analyses suggested that a duplication of the DXR gene has occurred in the rubber tree. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed that the HbDXR genes are differentially regulated in various tissues of the rubber tree. The HbDXR2 was more highly expressed in clone RRIM 600 than in the wild type, and this is consistent with higher rubber content of this clone. While 2-chloroethane phosphonic acid (ethephon) significantly increased latex yield, it only transiently induced the HbDXR2 gene. The expression of HbDXR2 in the latex suggests its important role in isoprenoid biosynthesis by substrate molecules, indicating that the MEP pathway may have some indirect roles in the biosynthesis of rubber.  相似文献

Triglochin maritima had only 40 % germination in distilled water, but germination was substantially enhanced when seeds were exposed to ethephon, fusicoccin, proline, kinetin, and thiourea. Also, the effect of low salinity on germination was alleviated by fusicoccin, kinetin, nitrate and thiourea, whereas, the reduction in germination at high salinity was partially countered by ethephon, kinetin, thiourea and nitrate.  相似文献

以苦瓜常规品种“绿爵士”为试材,在日光温室内于幼苗3 ~ 4叶期叶面喷施乙烯利溶液,通过高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC MS/MS)仪测定了相关内源激素的含量,并结合高通量测序技术对相关调控基因表达进行分析,探究外源乙烯利对苦瓜幼苗激素代谢的影响,获得苦瓜应对外源乙烯诱导的内源激素代谢靶点,初步明确相关调控基因的作用特点,为深入开展苦瓜类作物外源乙烯调控机制的研究奠定基础。结果表明:(1)在外源乙烯利作用下,苦瓜幼苗植株内源乙烯合成直接前体物质1 氨基环丙基 1 羧酸(ACC)含量和主要限速酶ACC合成酶(ACS)活性均表现为显著升高的趋势;内源生长素(IAA)和细胞分裂素(tZR)的含量同样显著升高,而其赤霉素(GA3)的含量则显著降低。(2)经过Hi seq测序,共获得1 234个差异表达基因(DEGs),功能富集分析显示有570个DEGs 富集于118条代谢通路中。(3)对所有DEGs进行功能注释,鉴定了多个参与内源激素合成及信号转导的基因,包括乙烯代谢相关的ACSACOHMT3、EIN3、ERFs基因,IAA代谢相关的ALDHTAA1、UGT74B1、AUX/IAAARF等基因,细胞分裂素代谢相关的CYP735ACKXA ARR基因,以及GA3代谢相关的KAO1、CYP736A12 likeGID1、PIF3基因。(4)qRT PCR分析表明,所挑选的8个基因的表达趋势与转录组log2FC值变化趋势一致,其中4个基因为上调表达,另外4个基因下调表达。  相似文献
