希拉穆仁草原近自然恢复状态下植被-土壤响应特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过对内蒙古阴山北麓围封区域草原近自然状态下植被群落特征及其土壤颗粒物理特性的研究,探讨草地群落与土壤颗粒物理特性在自然风蚀条件下的特征。结果表明:(1)草地全覆盖时以羊草、赖草为优势种,当草地盖度下降为40%以下时以指示草地退化的冷蒿为优势种;且随着植被盖度的降低,草地植物群落生物量呈降低趋势,Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势;(2)草地植被覆盖度对地表土壤颗粒分形维数有显著影响(P0.05),随着盖度的降低,其地表土壤颗粒分形维数呈显著降低趋势,地表土壤颗粒粗化明显;(3)在近自然状态下,草地植被覆盖较低时,地表0—1 cm土壤颗粒粗粒化现象尤为显著,粒度累计差异达到1 mm,垂直结构上表现为由3—5 cm、1—3 cm土层至0—1 cm土层,土壤颗粒粗粒化程度加重,粗颗粒粒度累积差异分别出现在0.1、0.25、1 mm;(4)在近自然状态下,随着草地植被盖度增加,表层土壤受植物遮蔽,得到有效保护,土壤颗粒逐渐细化,容重也缓慢下降。在近自然状态下,草地及土壤环境发生有层次且多样性的变化,草地植被的斑块状变化使得希拉穆仁围封区草原在近原始状态下出现自然风蚀现象成为可能。  相似文献

为了探究植物与固碳相关属性在不同功能群、器官和物种间的差异, 以及这些属性对不同土地利用方式的响应, 2012年8月对内蒙古大针茅草原的4个样地(长期无干扰样地、长期自由放牧样地、4年围封样地和4年围封割草样地)进行了群落调查, 并采集样地中的常见植物, 测定了与植物固碳相关的属性, 包括全碳含量、全氮含量、碳氮比、纤维素含量、木质素含量和酸性洗涤纤维含量等。以常见植物为对象, 在功能群水平研究了各土地利用方式下全碳含量、全氮含量和碳氮比的差异; 针对各样地的共有种——糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa)、大针茅(Stipa grandis)、冷蒿(Artemisia frigida)、羊草(Leymus chinensis)和猪毛菜(Salsola collina), 从物种和器官水平分析了不同土地利用方式下植物的固碳相关属性。结果表明: 大针茅草原植物不同功能群、物种和器官间的固碳相关属性存在极显著差异, 不同土地利用方式下大针茅草原不同功能型、物种和器官的固碳相关属性有显著差异。与其他利用方式相比, 4年围封割草对植物与固碳相关属性的影响最为明显, 功能群、器官和物种水平的植物氮含量均有下降。糙隐子草和猪毛菜的这些属性对长期自由放牧的响应敏感, 且方向相反。  相似文献

Eddy covariance flux research has relied on open‐ or closed‐path gas analyzers for producing estimates of net ecosystem exchange of carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor (H2O). The two instruments have had different challenges that have led to development of an enclosed design that is intended to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses of both traditional designs. Similar to the closed‐path analyzer, the enclosed design leads to minimal data loss during precipitation events and icing, and it does not have surface heating issues. Similar to the open‐path design, the enclosed design has good frequency response due to small flux attenuation loss in the short intake tube, does not need frequent calibration, has minimal maintenance requirements, and can be used in a very low power configuration. Another important feature of such a design is the ability to output instantaneous mixing ratio, or dry mole fraction, so that instantaneous thermal and pressure‐related expansion and contraction, and water dilution of the sampled air have been accounted for. Thus, no density corrections should be required to compute fluxes during postprocessing. Calculations of CO2 and H2O fluxes via instantaneous mixing ratio from the new enclosed CO2/H2O gas analyzer were tested in nine field experiments during 2009–2010 in a wide range of ecosystems and setups. Fluxes computed via a mixing ratio output from the instrument without applying density corrections were compared to those computed the traditional way using density corrections. The results suggest that with proper temperature, water vapor, and pressure measurements in the cell, gas fluxes can be computed confidently from raw covariance of mixing ratio and vertical wind speed, multiplied by a frequency response correction. This has important implications for future flux measurements, because avoiding hourly density corrections could have the advantages of increasing flux measurement quality and temporal resolution, reducing the magnitude of minimum detectable flux, unifying data processing steps, and assuring better intercomparison between different sites and networks.  相似文献

青藏高原东缘封育和退化高寒草甸种子库差异   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用幼苗萌发法研究了青藏高原东部高寒草甸封育和退化地区土壤种子库的差异.结果表明:(1)两个样地总共有10161株幼苗萌发,分属55个物种,23个科.封育样地多年生植物比例高于退化样地,禾草和单子叶植物比例在两个样地间差异不大.(2)退化样地土壤种子库种子密度((6105±1530) m-2)显著高于封育样地((3883±798) m-2),而物种丰富度差异不显著.所研究区域拥有较为丰富的种子库资源,退化地区资源更丰富,说明恢复不存在种子限制问题,土壤种子库可以成为植被恢复的潜在资源.(3)种子密度和物种丰富度在垂直分层上差异显著,且随着深度的增加而显著减小.(4)用Srensen coefficient指数计算出土壤种子库和地上植被之间的相似性在整体上较低,封育样地(45.3%)略高于退化样地(40.4%),两个样地地上植被之间的相似性为50%,而种子库之间相似性高达84.6%,说明种子库起到一个"缓冲器"的作用.(5)Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分析显示,无论在地上植被或种子库中,物种多样性都是封育样地显著高于退化样地.过度放牧不仅导致地上植被的生物多样性丧失,而且使种子库中的物种多样性降低,而封育管理可以维持地上植被和种子库中的物种多样性.  相似文献

测定荒漠草原甘草、赖草、蒙古冰草以及黑沙蒿等植物群落枯落物分解过程中质量损失量分析荒漠草原枯落物分解速,同时通过枯落物自身化学成份、含水率的测定,结合气候因子进行偏相关分析,探讨荒漠草原枯落物分解的影响因素。结果表明:荒漠草原4种植物群落枯落物的质量累积损失率随分解时间的延长而增加,但枯落物分解的质量损失量与时间并不呈线性相关;4种群落枯落物质量损失量大小依次均为:甘草群落赖草群落蒙古冰草群落黑沙蒿群落;荒漠草原枯落物分解采用单指数衰减的Olson模型拟合效果较好,4种植物群落中甘草群落枯落物分解最快,黑沙蒿群落分解最慢;蒙古冰草、赖草和甘草群落枯落物中N、P、K的含量显著高于黑沙蒿群落,但是C、木质素、纤维素、C/N、木质素/N和纤维素/N值则显著低于黑沙蒿群落枯落物,蒙古冰草群落、甘草群落、赖草群落和黑沙蒿群落4种群落枯落物分解速率(k)与枯落物初始N、P、K含量均呈显著正相关;偏相关分析表明,4种植物群落枯落物分解速率与降雨量、枯落物自身含水量的偏相关系数达显著水平,其余因子偏相关系数均未达显著水平。结合上述研究可以确定荒漠草原枯落物分解50%所需时间为2—5a,分解95%需8—24a。  相似文献

Chlorella zofingiensis was grown in semi-continuous culture in an outdoor enclosed tubular photobioreactor. At the quasi-steady state, the response of the culture to changes in photosynthetically active radiance (PAR) was studied by following closely the dissolved O2 concentration,biomass concentration and the carbohydrate and protein content of the biomass. Generally, O2 production and the output of carbon and nitrogen of the biomass showed a linear correlation with incident PAR, suggesting that the cultures were light-limited. Photoinhibition was not observed in high light adapted cultures (on a sunny day), but was observed in shade adapted cultures(cloudy days) when there was a sudden four-fold increase in PAR. The output rate of biomass nitrogen observed on sunny days was, however, lower than that measured on cloudy days. On sunny days, a rapid increase in the C/N ratio of the biomass was seen. We attribute the increase in C/N ratio on sunny days to a slower response of protein synthesis to big increases in PAR, compared to carbohydrate synthesis. The possible influence of this C and N response pattern on the productivity of outdoor algal cultures is discussed. The application of bioluminescent sensors for monitoring key metabolites and enzymes that are indicators of stress in plants is demonstrated. The sensitivity of bioluminescent assay for NAD(P)H and NAD(P)(+) was about 0.5 and 1 nmol, respectively. The levels of NAD(P)H and NAD(P)(+) in radish (Raphanus sativus) root extracts from controls and from stress-induced conditions were compared. To induce environmental stress, the plants were grown in enclosed environmental chambers with low pressure (9 or 32 kPa), high humidity (>80%) and low oxygen partial pressure (down to 3.3-6.5 kPa). The concentrations of NAD(P)(+) and NAD(P)H in plants varied under stress conditions. Decreasing both total pressure from 101.5 to 32 or 9 kPa and partial pressure of oxygen increased the ratio of NAD(P)(+) /NAD(P)H from 0.2 to 4 or 6, respectively. The increase in this ratio suggests that plants are undergoing stress in these hypobaric environments. The developed bioluminescent assay for quantification of pyridine nucleotides in plant tissues is rapid, low-cost and easily performed.  相似文献

Black rhino numbers have decreased greatly since the early 1970s, primarily as a result of poaching. A recent strategy to protect rhinos in Kenya has been to establish fenced sanctuaries. This has increased the rhino population and that of other species, but problems have emerged because of limited dispersal and rising animal densities. Unfortunately, how rhino utilize habitat, especially areas called bedding sites, is not well understood. These areas provide shade and may be a critical component of rhino habitat. We measured habitat variables at bedding sites located in bedding plots and compared them with control plots at Sweetwaters Reserve, Kenya. Euclea divinorum was the most common tree in the bedding site comprising 64.3% of the vegetation. Elephant dung was significantly more likely to be found in bedding plots than in control plots which suggests that elephants and rhinos use overlapping habitats. Elephants may be causing damage to the tree species that are important for bedding sites. Resource competition between large herbivores in small reserves is likely to negatively affect the tree species. Black rhino habitat, particularly bedding sites, may be at risk and rhino numbers may decrease.  相似文献

本实验利用卵母细胞的体外培养模型,将小鼠卵丘-卵母细胞复合体(CEO)和去卵丘卵母细胞(DO)在体外培养,系统研究了促性腺激素(FSH、hCG)诱导小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂的机制。结果显示,FSH能剂量依赖性地诱导CEO恢复减数分裂(Fig.1),但对DO无影响;hCG对 CEO、 DO皆无效果(Fig.2);用 FSH预处理CEO时间达到1小时后,就能显著诱导卵母细胞成熟,2小时后作用达到最大;不再增强(Fig.3);用 FSH处理CEO 2小时及24小时的培养液,能诱导DO恢复减数分裂,但预处理卵丘细胞24小时的培养液,并不能诱导DO恢复减数分裂(Fig.4A);这种培养液在70℃下30分钟后,仍能刺激DO成熟(Fig.4B);甾醇类物质合成抑制剂酮康唑,可剂量依赖性地抑制FSH的促减数分裂恢复作用(Fig.5)。这些结果说明, FSH可能诱导卵丘-卵母细胞复合体中的卵丘细胞分泌一种促减数分裂恢复物质;该物质作用于卵母细胞,诱导其恢复减数分裂而成熟;这种物质可能是一种甾醇类物质。  相似文献

Chlorella sorokiniana was cultured in heterotrophic or mixotrophic mode in outdoor enclosed tubular photobioreactor. The culture temperature was maintained at 32–35 °C. At night, theChlorella culture grew heterotrophically, and 0.1 M glucose was completely consumed. The biomass growth yield of glucose was 0.35 ± 0.001 g-biomass g-glucose–1. During the day, the algal culture grew mixotrophically and the biomass growth yield was 0.49 g-biomass g-glucose–1 in low density culture (initial biomass concentration, Xo = 2 g l–1), 0.56 g-biomass g-glucose–1 in medium density culture (Xo = 4 g l–1) and 0.46 g-biomass g-glucose–1 in high density culture (Xo = 7 g l–1). The daily area productivity of the culture, with Xo = 4 g l–1 corresponded to 127 g-biomass m–2 d–1 during the day and 79 g-biomass m–2 d–1 during the night. In all the cultures, the dissolved O2 concentration increased in the morning, reached the maximum value at noon, and then decreased in the afternoon. The dissolved CO2 concentration remained at 3 mBar in the morning and increased in the afternoon. Glycolate was not found to accumulate in culture medium.  相似文献
