南瓜茎、叶、花的营养成分分析   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
对南瓜茎、叶、花等部位进行了粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、总糖、Vc等主要营养成分和K、Na、Ca、Mg、Zn等矿质元素的测定。结果表明,南瓜茎、叶、花营养丰富,各种营养成分较为全面。南瓜叶中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、Vc、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn等成分含量均高于南瓜茎和南瓜花。与其他8种常见蔬菜相比,主要营养成分和矿质元素含量也远远高于这8种蔬菜。为南瓜茎、叶、花的菜用价值提供了科学依据,也为增加人们的膳食营养、改变餐桌食品花样、开发蔬菜资源及其利用价值提供了参考。  相似文献

Abstract 1 Willows are frequently attacked and defoliated by adult leaf beetles (Phratora vulgatissima L.) early in the season and the plants are then attacked again when new larvae emerge. The native willow Salix cinerea has previously been shown to respond to adult grazing by producing new leaves with an increased trichome density. Subsequent larval feeding was reduced on new leaves. This type of induced plant response may reduce insect damage and could potentially be utilized for plant protection in agricultural systems. 2 Here, we investigated if the willow species most commonly used for biomass production in short rotation coppice, Salix viminalis, also responds to adult beetle grazing by increasing trichome density. Larval performance and feeding behaviour on plants previously exposed to adult beetles was compared with that on undefoliated control plants in a greenhouse. 3 We found an overall decrease in trichome density within all the plants (i.e. trichome density was lower on new leaves compared to that for older basal leaves on S. viminalis). However, leaves of beetle defoliated plants had a higher trichome density compared to control plants. Larval growth and feeding was not affected by this difference between treatments. Larvae appeared to remove trichomes when feeding on S. viminalis, a behaviour that might explain the lack of difference between treatments.  相似文献

研究了中国内蒙古科尔沁沙地两种优势灌木冷蒿(Artemisiafrigida Willd)和差不嘎蒿(Artemisia halodendronTurcz.ex Bess)在不同土壤水分状况条件下的气体交换、水分关系和叶片的化学特性.测定设置了5个土壤水分梯度:土壤最大含水量(体积含水量,30%)、田间持水量(对照,20%)、轻度水分胁迫(10%)、极端干旱(<4%)和旱后复水(20%).冷蒿的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(TR)和水势(ψw低于差不嘎蒿,相对水分亏缺(RWD)、束缚水含量(BWC)、束缚水与自由水的比值(BWC/FWC)和综合抗旱性指数(DI)高于差不嘎蒿.两种灌木对不同土壤含水量的响应不同,随着土壤含水量的逐渐下降,差不嘎蒿的ψw、BWC和BWC/FWC出现大幅度的波动,波动幅度远远的大于冷蒿,冷蒿则显示了一个较差不嘎蒿高的持水能力和抗旱能力.冷蒿和差不嘎蒿的脯氨酸和总可溶性糖含量随土壤含水量的降低均呈增加的趋势,冷蒿增加的幅度大于差不嘎蒿,说明冷蒿的渗透调节能力在干旱过程中有较大提高.在长期极端干旱条件下,两种灌木的ψw,RWD,BWC和BWC/FWC的终极值相近;有机物、脯氨酸和总可溶性糖含量大量累积;冷蒿的脯氨酸和总可溶性糖含量增加的幅度和可溶性蛋白质降解的幅度远远超过差不嘎蒿;我们认为此时累积的物质主要作为营养物质,以供植物的旱后恢复,此时冷蒿的恢复能力超过差不嘎蒿,这是极端干旱条件下差不嘎蒿死亡而冷蒿存活的主要原因之一.我们的研究结果显示,相对于差不嘎蒿而言,冷蒿在水分胁迫条件下的生理生态学特性更有利于其在固定沙地的生长,差不嘎蒿则由于对水资源微弱的竞争丧失了生存优势,是引起科尔沁沙地植被演替过程中冷蒿替代差不嘎蒿的主要原因.  相似文献

Photosynthesis and growth characteristics of Parthenocissus quinquefolia were measured under differing soil water availability within a pot. Decreased soil moisture significantly reduced the leaf relative water content (RWC) and the above- and below-ground biomass. However, more biomass was allocated to the root than to the leaf. Net photosynthetic rate (P N), stomatal conductance (g s), and transpiration rate (E) were also significantly decreased but water use efficiency (WUE) was increased. Midday depressions in P N and g s were not evident for the well-irrigated plants. With the lower water availability, midday reductions in P N and g s were much more marked and the duration of the depression was longer. Additionally, the P N-irradiance response curves also indicated that water supply affected photosynthesis capacity. The growth and photosynthetic response of P. quinquefolia to water supply indicated that this species could resilient to water availabilities and adapt to Hunshandak conditions very well.  相似文献

Leaf segments excised from Centella asiatica, a medicinal and neutraceutical plant, produced abundant somaticembryoswhen cultured onMS mediumwith 9.29 Mkinetin in combination with 2.26 M2,4-D. Granular, white,shiny clusters of callus developed after 1 week of culture, and then formed heart and cotyledonary stage embryoson the same medium after 4 weeks. Somatic embryos matured and germinated in the presence of MS mediumcontaining 2.32 M kinetin with (2.89M) GA3. Surveys were conducted in four Chardonnay vineyards for 3 to 6 years and one Shiraz vineyard for 3 years to determine the yearly percentage of grapevines affected by Australian grapevine yellows disease (AGYd), restricted growth disease (RGd) and late season leaf curl disease (LSLCd). In each of the Chardonnay vineyards in each year, all three diseases were characterised by remission of disease in some grapevines, recurrence of disease in other grapevines and new observations of disease in previously unaffected grapevines. The pattern of temporal incidence of each disease was different between vineyards for the survey period. Although Koch's postulates have not been fulfilled, phytoplasmas are considered to be the most likely cause of AGYd. While some grapevines exhibited a combination of AGYd and RGd or AGYd and LSLCd, both RGd and LSLCd can occur independently of AGYd. Statistical analyses using log-linear models also indicated that RGd and LSLCd were not always associated with AGYd. Thus, it is possible that phytoplasmas are not the cause of RGd or LSLCd and their association is coincidental. Expression of AGYd in Shiraz grapevines occurred later in the season compared to Chardonnay. Very little recurrence of AGYd was observed in the Shiraz grapevines indicating that the variety Shiraz responds differently to phytoplasma infections, assuming that AGYd in Shiraz is a phytoplasma caused disease. RGd and LSLCd were not observed on any grapevines in the Shiraz vineyard.  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to test for the hypothesis that the rate of development in the capacity for photosynthetic electron transport per unit area (Jmax;A), and maximum carboxylase activity of Rubisco (Vcmax;A) is proportional to average integrated daily quantum flux density (Qint) in a mixed deciduous forest dominated by the shade‐intolerant species Populus tremula L., and the shade‐tolerant species Tilia cordata Mill. We distinguished between the age‐dependent changes in net assimilation rates due to modifications in leaf dry mass per unit area (MA), foliar nitrogen content per unit dry mass (NM), and fractional partitioning of foliar nitrogen in the proteins of photosynthetic electron transport (FB), Rubisco (FR) and in light‐harvesting chlorophyll‐protein complexes (Vcmax;AMANMFR; Jmax;AMANMFB). In both species, increases in Jmax;A and Vcmax;A during leaf development were primarily determined by nitrogen allocation to growing leaves, increases in leaf nitrogen partitioning in photosynthetic machinery, and increases in MA. Canopy differences in the rate of development of leaf photosynthetic capacity were mainly controlled by the rate of change in MA. There was only small within‐canopy variation in the initial rate of biomass accumulation per unit Qint (slope of MA versus leaf age relationship per unit Qint), suggesting that canopy differences in the rate of development of Jmax;A and Vcmax;A are directly proportional to Qint. Nevertheless, MA, nitrogen, Jmax;A and Vcmax;A of mature leaves were not proportional to Qint because of a finite MA in leaves immediately after bud‐burst (light‐independent component of MA). MA, leaf chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll : N ratio of mature leaves were best correlated with the integrated average quantum flux density during leaf development, suggesting that foliar photosynthetic apparatus, once developed, is not affected by day‐to‐day fluctuations in Qint. However, for the upper canopy leaves of P. tremula and for the entire canopy of T. cordata, there was a continuous decline in N contents per unit dry mass in mature non‐senescent leaves on the order of 15–20% for a change of leaf age from 40 to 120 d, possibly manifesting nitrogen reallocation to bud formation. The decline in N contents led to similar decreases in leaf photosynthetic capacity and foliar chlorophyll contents. These data demonstrate that light‐dependent variation in the rate of developmental changes in MA determines canopy differences in photosynthetic capacity, whereas foliar photosynthetic apparatus is essentially constant in fully developed leaves.  相似文献

咸淡水交接处这种特殊的生境造就了红树植物“抗污”和“降污”的功能,但能否将自然红树林湿地作为污水处理场所目前仍有争议。按照构建的人工红树林湿地的类型,分为三大类:模拟潮汐湿地系统、人工红树林污水处理系统以及红树林种植-养殖生态耦合系统。第一类系统模拟了自然海滩上的潮涨潮落的情形,第二类系统与一般人工湿地相类似,而第三类系统是指在养殖塘种植红树植物以去除有机物和营养盐。不同的类型反映了该领域研究工作的不断深入,展现了红树林湿地净化污水从理论探索向实际应用不断靠近的过程。应用人工红树林湿地净化污水具有较大的可行性,前景可观。  相似文献

表层土壤水分具有高度的时间和空间变异性.研究的目的:(1)揭示沙坡头人工固沙植被区浅层土壤水分的时空变异性特征;(2)确定驱动土壤水分变异的主要环境因子.在人工固沙植被区内一个4500m2的网格样地上每隔10m设置取样点,在连续7个月的时间内 (2005年4~10月),每隔15d用时域反射仪测量各样点表层以下15cm和30cm深度的土壤容积含水量.结果表明,该区网格尺度上浅层土壤水分的分布具有明显的空间变异性,其变异性随着土壤水分含量的降低而减小;相对海拔是驱动土壤水分空间变异的主要环境因子,其作用在降雨后尤为显著,且其对土壤下层的影响比上层更明显;植被和土壤水分含量的相关性时间序列与相对海拔一致--降雨使其相关性增加;土壤质地(土壤粒径分布)和土壤水分含量的相关性时间序列特征与植被和相对海拔相反,且其对土壤上层的影响比下层更明显.因此,在沙坡头荒漠人工固沙植被区,降雨后的短暂湿润期,地形和植被是驱动浅层土壤水分变异的主要影响因子,而随着降雨之后土壤逐渐变干,土壤质地的影响变得更加明显.  相似文献
