Drosophila suzukii (Matsumura) (Diptera: Drosophilidae) is a serious pest that prefers fresh fruits and is native to Southeast Asia. In our study, apple cider vinegar bait traps were used to capture and monitor the population dynamics of this native pest in Wuhu City, China, from May/June 2017 to May 2018. The research was conducted at 15 locations in two fruit orchards in Wuhu. Traps caught more adults in general in a Meiling blueberry orchard than in a Xicun mixed orchard, and the highest trap counts occurred near harvest time (October). Females had more mature eggs from September to November, and the number of mature eggs declined thereafter. We found several non-crop hosts, which can provide food and reproductive resources for D. suzukii and are common in forests and field margins. By comparing the number of captured adults in the Meiling and Xicun orchards, we found that blueberry was preferred by D. suzukii among the fruits in our search. Fruit ripening times differed among crops; therefore, fly populations moved between crop and non-crop habitats during the year or had varying population dynamics on different crops in different seasons. The D. suzukii population and the number of mature eggs decreased in summer and winter but increased in spring and autumn. Drosophila suzukii had higher survival rates with blueberry than those with other fruits, and D. suzukii could use four non-crop species growing around the orchards as host plants. 相似文献

针对广东省杉木第3代种子园建设早期一处小型园区(2 hm2)自然发生的炭疽病害跟踪监测其流行情况。建园后前两年(2016~2017年)均有炭疽病害发生,但对种子园影响不大;建园后2.5年时(2018年),种子园炭疽病发病事件增多,42.5%嫁接株出现炭疽病症,炭疽病对种子园母株健康影响较大。于发病率较高龄期(2.5年生)调查不同亲本嫁接无性系的感病情况,发现不同亲本(n=56)抗炭疽病能力差异较大(感病率9.1%~81.8%)。根据感病率,初步确定其中5个亲本(cx731、cx841、cx859、cx872、cx876)具有较强的抗炭疽病能力,这些亲本是开展杉木抗炭疽病育种研究的重要候选材料。 相似文献

以湖北当阳柑橘园杂草群落为对象,研究绿肥种植(自然生草和间种光叶苕子)下配施减量氮肥处理(当地推荐施氮肥量的0%、70%、85%、100%)对橘园杂草群落组成和多样性的影响,并运用Pearson相关分析和典范对应分析探究土壤因子对不同处理下杂草多样性和物种组成的影响。结果显示:(1)经样方调查,试验区共记录杂草植物21科29属30种,以禾本科和菊科为主,稗(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv.)、酢浆草(Oxalis corniculata L.)、野老鹳草(Geranium carolinianum L.)等是所有处理中的共有种,自然生草下以匙叶鼠麴草(Gnaphalium pensylvanicum Willd.)和稗为优势种,间种光叶苕子(Vicia villosa Roth.var.glabrescens Koch.)下以酢浆草为优势种;(2)不同氮肥施入量下柑橘园草本物种Margalef指数、Patrick指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数均无显著差异;相同施肥量下,间种光叶苕子能显著降低柑橘园杂草群落的物种多样性指数;(3)速效磷是显著影响柑橘园草本植物多样性指数的土壤因子;(4)不同处理下影响杂草物种分布的主要土壤因子是速效磷、pH值、含水率和温度。本研究认为无论减施氮肥与否,间种光叶苕子比自然生草更能显著降低杂草群落的物种多样性,从而避免恶性杂草与果树争肥。 相似文献

An in vitro germination method was used to study variation in pollen viability, that is pollen-tube growth rate together with
germination percentage, among the Picea abies genotypes in a seed orchard. The method permits easy, rapid screening of large numbers of genotypes. Significant variation
in pollen viability among the genotypes was evident, the differences among the pollen-lot means being 7–10–fold in different
years. No correlation was found between the average pollen viability and the phenology, growth or growing-site characteristics
of the pollen donors. However, there appeared to be pollen lots that either benefit from a higher germination temperature
or else germinate faster at lower temperatures. The significant variation in pollen viability among the pollen donors indicates
a potential for male gametophyte competition. This, together with the observed genotype-environment interactions in pollen
performance, may contribute to the variable genetic composition of seed produced in the seed orchard.

Flowering requirements of three Scandinavian cultivars of Dactylis glomerata L. have been studied in controlled environments. At temperatures ranging from 9 to 21°C optimal flowering required 10 weeks of exposure to short days (SD) followed by exposure to long days (LD). Only a few plants flowered in continuous LD and no primary induction took place in any daylength at 24 or 27°C. However, at a temperature of 3°C primary induction occurred also in 24 h LD, but more than 20 weeks of treatment were required for 100% flowering. The critical photoperiod for secondary induction was about 12–13 h, depending on the latitude of origin of the cultivar. A critical number of 12 to 16 LD cycles was required for 100% flowering, although some plants flowered after only 4 LD. A high proportion of viviparous proliferation resulted from marginal LD induction. Initiation of floral primordia did not take place in SD but required a transition from SD to LD. These results demonstrate that D. glomerata is a true short-long-day plant. 相似文献
