归一化植被指数(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index,NDVI)是反映植被生长的重要指标,探究其时空变化特征,对生态保护、退耕还林和灾害防治具有重要意义。选取2000—2015年贵州沅江流域典型年份NDVI,采用重心分析、标准差椭圆、地理加权回归等方法,从干旱视角探究流域NDVI变化和降水敏感性。得出以下结论:(1)2000—2015年贵州沅江流域NDVI总体处于上升趋势,植被正在改善,期间西部植被改善最为明显,退耕还林还草取得较好成果。(2)2000—2015年贵州沅江流域干旱年与正常年NDVI空间变化趋势不一致,干旱程度对植被影响具有区域差异。(3)贵州沅江流域NDVI与降水呈负相关,空间敏感性自西向东递增,降水对流域西部喀斯特山区NDVI影响更明显。(4)2000—2015年贵州沅江流域NDVI时段变化与降水主要为负相关,降水越多NDVI时段变化敏感性越弱,退耕还林还草工程应重点放在负敏感区。研究结果可为退耕还林还草和干旱灾害防治提供科学参考。  相似文献

由于森林生态系统的安全关系到人类的生存与发展,因此本文以长江经济带1107个区县为研究对象,运用熵权法、ArcGIS和GeoDA软件、重心分析模型、空间相关分析来分析长江经济带森林生态安全指数(ESI),结论如下:(1)森林状态指数中,权重最高的指标为森林火灾受灾率,其次为森林有害生物成灾率和林地面积比率;在森林压力指数中,权重最高的指标为政府林业投入强度,其次为年度造林比例和自然保护区占比。(2)从全域来看,森林ESI值长江上游 > 中游 > 下游,长江南岸高于北岸。长江经济带森林ESI值总体水平较低,但在2000-2015年间总体呈上升趋势。从各省看,云南省森林ESI值最高,上海市森林ESI值最低。在此15年间,湖南省森林ESI值提高幅度最大(19.77%),江苏省提高幅度最小(0.76%)。(3)各支流流域森林ESI值排序:赣江 > 沅江 > 金沙江 > 乌江 > 湘江 > 汉江 > 嘉陵江 > 岷江。从2000-2015年,八大流域的森林ESI值总体呈上升趋势,其中湘江流域增长幅度最大(20.87%),而金沙江流域增长幅度最小(3.6%)。(4)森林ESI值的重心先后经历了在从南往西、从西往东北和从东北往南等过程。(5)长江经济带森林ESI值有较为显著的集聚性,森林ESI值High-High集聚区域主要分布在四川省和云南省,Low-Low集聚区县主要分布在上海、江苏和安徽,其次在湖北江汉平原、四川成都平原较为集中。(6)基于以上分析,本文建议:①应注重森林火灾、病虫害防治、林业投资、植树造林等工作。②从全域看,生态修复的重点应放在长江下游。从支流流域来看,岷江、嘉陵江和汉江流域应重点加强森林修复工作。③应在上海、江苏、安徽等Low-Low集聚区域加强植树造林和退耕还林的力度,而在四川、云南、江西和浙江等High-High集聚区域适当发展木材加工和林下种植等产业。  相似文献

The aim was to assess how urinary creatinine is affected by age, gender, body size and meat intake, and to determine to what extent such factors might affect the creatinine adjustment of urinary cadmium. The study was based on three Swedish studies: (1) 67 non-smoking women aged 20–50 years (24-h urine samples); (2) 289 men and 434 women aged 16–81 years (spot urine samples); and (3) 98 men and 105 women aged 19–72 years (spot urine samples). The effects of age, body surface area (as an indicator of muscle mass), and meat intake on urinary creatinine and cadmium were analysed using multiple regression analyses. Gender- and age-related variations in urinary creatinine and cadmium adjusted for creatinine or specific gravity were compared by ANOVA or ANCOVA. In the multiple regression analyses, body surface area, gender, age and meat intake were the major determinants of urinary creatinine. Urinary cadmium adjusted for creatinine and specific gravity were also dependent on body size, gender and age. Urinary cadmium adjusted for creatinine was 15–92% higher in women or older individuals than in men or younger individuals. Women or older individuals had –3 to 79% higher urinary cadmium adjusted for specific gravity than men or younger individuals had, and such a difference between gender or age group was less obvious in specific gravity adjustment than in creatinine adjustment. Thus, urinary cadmium adjusted for creatinine is more affected by age, gender, body size and meat intake than is specific gravity adjustment. When comparing individuals or populations with large differences in muscle mass or meat intake, such effects can be especially important. In such studies, specific gravity adjustment seems to be more appropriate.  相似文献

The adaptations that occur for support and protection can be studied with regard to the optimal structure that balances these objectives with any imposed constraints. The shell inclination of terrestrial gastropods is an appropriate model to address this problem. In this study, we examined how gastropods improve shell angles to well‐balanced ones from geometrically constrained shapes. Our geometric analysis and physical analysis showed that constantly coiled shells are constrained from adopting a well‐balanced angle; the shell angle of such basic shells tends to increase as the spire index (shell height/width) increases, although the optimum angle for stability is 90° for flat shells and 0° for tall shells. Furthermore, we estimated the influences of the geometric rule and the functional demands on actual shells by measuring the shell angles of both resting and active snails. We found that terrestrial gastropods have shell angles that are suited for balance. The growth lines of the shells indicated that this adaptation depends on the deflection of the last whorl: the apertures of flat shells are deflected downward, whereas those of tall shells are deflected upward. Our observations of active snails demonstrated that the animals hold their shells at better balanced angles than inactive snails.  相似文献

In this study we examined the effect of the specific gravity of culture medium on the frequency of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) maintenance. We used a newly developed high-specific-gravity media. Bone marrow cells were isolated and cultured, and HSC activity was evaluated. The number of hematopoietic progenitor/stem cells was markedly higher in the medium with high specific gravity. In high-specific-gravity media, cells did not precipitate, maintenance of HSCs was increased, and there was a concomitant accumulation of beta-catenin. This novel technique for maintaining HSC populations provides an important new tool for studies in regenerative medicine.  相似文献

Root tip is capable of sensing and adjusting its growth direction in response to gravity, a phenomenon known as root gravitropism. Previously, we have shown that negative gravitropic response of roots (NGR) is essential for the positive gravitropic response of roots. Here, we show that NGR, a plasma membrane protein specifically expressed in root columella and lateral root cap cells, controls the positive root gravitropic response by regulating auxin efflux carrier localization in columella cells and the direction of lateral auxin flow in response to gravity. Pharmacological and genetic studies show that the negative root gravitropic response of the ngr mutants depends on polar auxin transport in the root elongation zone. Cell biology studies further demonstrate that polar localization of the auxin efflux carrier PIN3 in root columella cells and asymmetric lateral auxin flow in the root tip in response to gravistimulation is reversed in the atngr1;2;3 triple mutant. Furthermore, simultaneous mutations of three PIN genes expressed in root columella cells impaired the negative root gravitropic response of the atngr1;2;3 triple mutant. Our work revealed a critical role of NGR in root gravitropic response and provided an insight of the early events and molecular basis of the positive root gravitropism.  相似文献

工业酵母利用木质纤维素等生物质资源发酵生产醇、酮、醛、酸等各种化合物,是解决人类面临的不可再生资源和能源危机的重要途径,这激发了人们对木质纤维素水解液为原料和环保节能型浓醪发酵技术的极度关注。然而高浓度底物、产物、渗透压、木质纤维素水解液中抑制性物质、发酵过程温度的提高均会抑制微生物生长代谢及发酵性能,这是发酵行业"瓶颈"问题。本文简述了渗透压、温度及抑制性物质对酵母细胞生长的危害,并从胞内稳态平衡、分子水平等方面着重叙述工业酵母对渗透压、温度及抑制性物质的抗逆机制研究进展。  相似文献

间断性人工重力作用对模拟失重大鼠股骨的防护效应   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:比较三种间断性人工重力对抗措施对模拟失重大鼠的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠30只,按体重配对后随机等分为5组:对照组(C),悬吊组(S),站立组(G1),1.5G(G2)和2.6G人工重力组(G3)。对抗组大鼠每日分别给予1h的站立、1.5和2.6G人工重力作用。利用物理测量和三点弯曲等实验,观察了3周间断性人工重力对大鼠股骨生长、生物力学特性的影响。结果:与S组大鼠比较:G1组弹性载荷、最大和刚性系数显著恢复(P<0.05);G2组直径(P<0.01)和干重、密度(P<0.05),弹性载荷和最大载荷显著提高(P<0.05);G3组弹性载荷和最大载荷显著恢复(P<0.01)。结论:三种对抗措施均显著改善了尾吊大鼠承重骨的生长力学特性,而1.5G的1h/d人工重力作用是较理想的对抗方法。  相似文献
