目的:探讨4周低氧训练对男子足球运动员有氧耐力相关指标与免疫系统中T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取某体育学院及其附属竞技学校20名男子足球运动员为受试者,平均分为训练组、低氧组、低氧训练组以及对照组。训练组进行每日60 min,每周5次,持续4周的功率自行车训练,运动强度为65%~75%最大摄氧量;低氧组进行持续4周每日60 min,每周5次处于低氧环境(氧浓度为14.7%),不进行功率自行车训练;低氧训练组在低氧环境(氧浓度为14.7%)下进行与训练组相同条件的训练;对照组不做任何影响。结果:经4周训练后,低氧训练组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量较对照组、训练组以及低氧组均存在显著性差异(P < 0.05);低氧训练组VO2max水平和3 000 m跑成绩较对照组、训练组以及低氧组均存在显著性差异(P < 0.05);低氧训练组T淋巴细胞CD3+水平较对照组、低氧组均存在显著性差异(P < 0.05)。结论:相比于其他方式,每日60 min,每周5日,持续4周的65%~75%最大摄氧量强度低氧训练更有利于提高男子足球运动员的有氧耐力水平,并且可能有利于运动员机体免疫功能的提高。  相似文献

For metabolically demanding behaviours, power supply (ATP resynthesis per unit time) is an important constraint on performance. Yet ecology as a discipline lacks a framework to account for these power constraints. We developed such a framework (borrowing concepts from sports science) and applied it to the upriver migration of anadromous fish. Our models demonstrate how metabolic power constraints alters optimal migratory behaviour; in response to strong counter flows, fish minimise cost of transport by alternating between rapid, anaerobically fuelled swimming and holding to restore spent fuels. Models ignoring power constraints underestimated the effect of elevated water temperature on migration speed and costs (by up to 60%). These differences were primarily due to a temperature‐mediated reduction in aerobic scope that impairs the ability of fish to rapidly migrate through warm waters. Our framework provides a mechanistic link between temperature‐induced reductions in aerobic scope and their ecological consequences for individuals, populations and communities.  相似文献

目的:探讨规律性耐力运动对脑皮层增龄性老化适应性的作用与机制。方法:将三个不同年龄段的健康SPF级雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠分为3月龄 (青年,n=20)、13月龄 (中年,n=24)和23月龄 (老年,n=24)组,每组又随机分为静息组和运动组;静息组三组静息,运动组三组实施10周递增负荷规律的中等强度耐力运动:运动方式为跑台运动(坡度0),运动强度从最大摄氧量(V·O2max) 60%~65%逐渐递增到70%~75%,运动时间为10周;取大鼠脑皮层,HE染色测试大鼠脑皮层增龄性形态学变化,检测BDNF和SOD的蛋白表达及突触素-1(SYN1)和CaMK IIα/AMPKα1/ mTOR通路等相关基因。结果:静息各组大鼠的脑皮层结构呈现年龄增龄性衰老变化,脑皮层SOD表达呈增龄性下降趋势,BDNF表达变化呈增龄性上升趋势,SYN1和CaMK IIα表达水平随增龄性趋势变化不大,AMPKα1和SirT2以及 IP3R、AKT1、mTOR mRNA表达水平随年龄变化呈现中年略上升而老年下降趋势;与静息各组大鼠相比,运动各组大鼠脑皮层神经细胞核排列紧密有序,显微镜下观察细胞核的数量明显增加,运动促进大鼠脑皮层SOD、BDNF和突触素SYN1表达水平增加,其中老年大鼠SOD、BDNF表达水平显著上调(P<0.01),青年和老年大鼠SYN1表达水平显著上调(P<0.05),运动上调中年和老年大鼠脑皮层CaMK IIα表达水平上调(P<0.01),而对青年大鼠CaMK IIα表达水平却是下调(P<0.01),运动可上调青年大鼠脑皮层的AMPKα1表达水平(P<0.05),而对中年和老年大鼠AMPKα1的影响不显著,运动均可上调各年龄大鼠脑皮层的SirT2表达水平(P<0.05),运动上调各年龄大鼠脑皮层的IP3R/AKT1/ mTOR表达水平,其中青年IP3R显著上调(P<0.01),青年和中年mTOR显著上调(P<0.01),老年mTOR也显著上调(P<0.05)。结论:耐力运动通过上调BDNF的表达水平,调控CaMK IIα信号、激活AMPK信号通路和IP3R/AKT1/mTOR信号通路,改善脑皮层的突触可塑性。  相似文献

It is commonly assumed that creatine kinase (CK) activity in plasma is related to the state of an inflammatory response at 24-48 h, and also it has shown biphasic patterns after a marathon run. No information is available on CK isoenzymes after an ultra-marathon run. The purpose of the present study is to examine the CK isoenzymes after a 200 km ultra-marathon run and during the subsequent recovery. Blood samples were obtained during registration 1 2 h before the 200-km race and during the race at 100 km, 150 km and at the end of 200 km, as well as after a 24 h period of recovery. Thirty-two male ultra-distance runners participated in the study. Serum CPK showed a marked increase throughout the race and 24 h recovery period (p < 0.001). Serum CK during the race occurs mostly in the CK-MM isoform and only minutely in the CK-MB isoform and is unchanged in the CK-BB isoform. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), oestradiol, AST and ALT increased significantly from the pre-race value at 100 km and a further increase took place by the end of the 200 km run. The results of our study demonstrate a different release pattern of creatine kinase after an ultra-distance (200 km) run compared to the studies of marathon running and intense eccentric exercise, and changes in several biomarkers, indicative of muscle damage during the race, were much more pronounced during the latter half (100–200 km) of the race. However, the increases in plasma concentration of muscle enzymes may reflect not only structural damage, but also their rate of clearance.  相似文献

Despite its growing popularity, few studies have investigated specific physiological demands for elite female futsal. The aim of this study was to determine aerobic fitness in elite female futsal players using laboratory and field testing. Fourteen female futsal players from the Venezuelan National team (age =21.2±4.0 years; body mass =58.6±5.6 kg; height =161±5.0 cm) performed a progressive maximal treadmill test under laboratory conditions. Players also performed a progressive intermittent futsal-specific field test for endurance, the Futsal Intermittent Endurance Test (FIET), until volitional fatigue. Outcome variables were exercise heart rate (HR), VO2, post-exercise blood lactate concentrations ([La]b) and running speeds (km · h-1). During the treadmill test, VO2max, maximal aerobic speed (MAS), HR and peak [La]b were 45.3±5.6 ml · kg-1 · min-1, 12.5±1.77 km · h-1, 197±8 beats · min-1 and 11.3±1.4 mmol · l-1, respectively. The FIET total distance, peak running velocity, peak HR and [La]b were 1125.0±121.0 m, 15.2±0.5 km · h-1, 199±8 beats · min-1 and 12.5±2.2 mmol · l-1, respectively. The FIET distance and peak speed were strongly associated (r= 0.85-87, p < 0.0001) with VO2max and MAS, respectively. Peak HR and [La]b were not significantly different between tests. Elite female futsal players possess moderate aerobic fitness. Furthermore, the FIET can be considered as a valid field test to determine aerobic fitness in elite level female futsal players.  相似文献

目的:观察复合营养素干预对机体营养状况与低氧耐力的影响。方法:选择进驻海拔3700m半年以上的健康男性青年40名,随机分成2组(n=20):对照组和干预组。膳食调查采用称重法。对照组和干预组分别服用炒面制剂和高原维康制剂20d后,急进5100m高原。实验前、后分别测量心率(HR)和血氧饱和度(SaO2);同时采血测定血中一些维生素和矿物质浓度。结果:膳食调查结果表明三大产能营养素供能比例不够均衡;矿物元素中Ca摄入不足,维生素中VA、VB2摄入量均未达到推荐摄入量(RNI)要求。血清测定结果表明干预前受试者矿物元素Ca、Mg和VA浓度低于正常参考值,V殴浓度也在正常范围的较低水平。高原维康制剂干预后,血清Ca、Mg、Zn浓度和VA、VB2水平显著升高或接近正常,说明营养状况得到改善。由3700m进入5100m后,干预组与对照组比较HR升高幅度明显减慢,SaO2的下降幅度显著减少。结论:复合营养素制剂能明显改善机体的营养状况以及对低氧环境的适应能力。  相似文献

This study was designed to describe changes in plasma fatty acyl moieties during a 2-h endurance exercise. Sixteen endurance-trained subjects cycled 2 h at 55% of maximal power output and capillary blood was sampled every 15 min. Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry was used to determine correlated changes between plasma fatty acyl moieties (FAM) structural characteristics and metabolic parameters (oxygen consumption, respiratory exchange ratio, glucose, lactate, TG, glycerol, and albumin). Opposite changes were found between carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism during the second hour of exercise, i.e., a decrease of glucose and lactate concentrations while albumin, FAM, and TG increased. For fatty acid metabolism, FAM and TG did not showed the same pattern of changes at the end of exercise, i.e., TG remained constant after 90 min while FAM continued to increase. This late FAM concentration increase was correlated to the changes in albumin concentration and the nu C=C-H/nu(as) CH3 and nu(as) CH2/nu(as) CH3 ratios. These ratios clearly showed that FAM unsaturation increased while chain length decreased. It was hypothesized that PUFA from TG adipose lipolysis ketone bodies (beta-hydroxybutyric acid) from liver may have been released in higher amounts as glycogen stores became depleted after 90 min of exercise.  相似文献

One of the most important events in vertebrate evolution was the acquisition of endothermy, the ability to use metabolic heat production to elevate body temperature above environmental temperature. Several verbal models have been proposed to explain the selective factors leading to the evolution of endothermy. Of these, the aerobic capacity model has received the most attention in recent years. The aerobic capacity model postulates that selection acted mainly to increase maximal aerobic capacity (or associated behavioral abilities) and that elevated resting metabolic rate evolved as a correlated response. Here we evaluate the implicit evolutionary and genetic assumptions of the aerobic capacity model. In light of this evaluation, we assess the utility of phenotypic and genetic correlations for testing the aerobic capacity model. Collectively, the available intraspecific data for terrestrial vertebrates support the notion of a positive phenotypic correlation between resting and maximal rates of oxygen consumption within species. Interspecific analyses provide mixed support for this phenotypic correlation. We argue, however, that assessments of phenotypic or genetic correlations within species and evolutionary correlations among species (from comparative data) are of limited utility, because they may not be able to distinguish between the aerobic capacity model and plausible alternatives, such as selection acting directly on aspects of thermoregulatory abilities. We suggest six sources of information that may help shed light on the selective factors important during the evolution of high aerobic metabolic rates and, ultimately, the attainment of endothermy. Of particular interest will be attempts to determine, using a combination of mechanistic physiological and quantitative-genetic approaches, whether a positive genetic correlation between resting and maximal rates of oxygen consumption is an ineluctable feature of vertebrate physiology.  相似文献

Despite the complexity of nature, most comparative studies of phenotypic evolution consider selective pressures in isolation. When competing pressures operate on the same system, it is commonly expected that trade‐offs will occur that will limit the evolution of phenotypic diversity, however, it is possible that interactions among selective pressures may promote diversity instead. We explored the evolution of locomotor performance in lizards in relation to possible selective pressures using the Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process. Here, we show that a combination of selection based on foraging mode and predator escape is required to explain variation in performance phenotypes. Surprisingly, habitat use contributed little explanatory power. We find that it is possible to evolve very different abilities in performance which were previously thought to be tightly correlated, supporting a growing literature that explores the many‐to‐one mapping of morphological design. Although we generally find the expected trade‐off between maximal exertion and speed, this relationship surprisingly disappears when species experience selection for both performance types. We conclude that functional integration need not limit adaptive potential, and that an integrative approach considering multiple major influences on a phenotype allows a more complete understanding of adaptation and the evolution of diversity.  相似文献
