利用BP神经网络方法预测西湖叶绿素a的浓度   总被引:30,自引:0,他引:30

在西湖共设了 8个采样点 ,通过主成分分析选取了最能代表西湖水质状况的 7号点 (湖心 )作为研究对象。根据 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 4月西湖常规监测的水生生态数据 ,并用插值的方法使其生成足够多的样本数 ,利用 BP人工神经网络 ,探索其用于西湖水生生态状况 (叶绿素 a的浓度 )的短期变化趋势预测的可行性 ,从中找出最能反映西湖水生生态状况变化趋势的水质因子用来建立网络。并用 3号点的数据来检验网络的泛化性能 ,发现网络输出值与实际值吻合度较高。结果表明 ,水温和叶绿素a对未来一周的叶绿素 a含量影响最大 ,以这两者作为输入变量建立的网络简单、快捷 ,比其他线性数值模拟预测有较大的优势。说明人工神经网络对叶绿素 a的预测是一种有效工具 ,可为西湖富营养化治理提供科学依据。  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to compare the goodness of fit of four non-linear growth models, i.e. Brody, Gompertz, Logistic and Von Bertalanffy, in West African Dwarf (WAD) sheep. A total of 5274 monthly weight records from birth up to 180 days of age from 889 lambs, collected during 2001 to 2004 in Betecoucou breeding farm in Benin were used. In the preliminary analysis, the General Linear Model Procedure of the Statistical Analysis Systems Institute was applied to the dataset to identify the significant effects of the sex of lamb (male and female), type of birth (single and twin), season of birth (rainy season and dry season), parity of dam (1, 2 and 3) and year of birth (2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004) on the observed birth weight and monthly weight up to 6 months of age. The models parameters (A, B and k), coefficient of determination (R2), mean square error (MSE) were calculated using language of technical computing package Matlab®, 2006. The mean values of A, B and k were substituted into each model to calculate the corresponding Akaike’s Information Criterion (AIC). Among the four growth functions, the Brody model has been selected for its accuracy of fit according to the higher R2, lower MSE and AIC. Finally, the parameters A, B and k were adjusted in Matlab®, 2006 for the sex of lamb, year of birth, season of birth, birth type and the parity of ewe, providing a specific slope of the Brody growth curve. The results of this study suggest that Brody model can be useful for WAD sheep breeding in Betecoucou farm conditions through growth monitoring.  相似文献

We developed 10 polymorphic microsatellite loci for Yellow-billed Magpies (Pica nuttalli). The primers were tested across a population of 57 Central California Yellow-billed Magpies and displayed an average of 3.9 alleles per locus. Forty-one American Crows (Corvus brachyrhynchos) from California were polymorphic for seven of the loci with an average of 2.9 alleles per locus. One additional microsatellite-containing locus displayed diagnostic allele sizes and may be useful to distinguish between the two species. These corvid specific microsatellites will aid ecological studies of the population-level effects of diseases, such as West Nile virus.  相似文献

Vicariance and dispersal hypotheses have been proposed over the last two hundred years to explain the distribution, diversity, and faunal composition of the Caribbean biota. Despite great advances in understanding the geological history of the region, recent biogeographical reviews have not used historical biogeographical methods. In this paper I review the taxonomy, distribution and phylogeny of all Cenozoic Caribbean non‐volant mammals and four bat lineages, and present reconciled trees for available phylogenies. Dates available from the fossil record and hypotheses of divergence based on molecular phylogenetic studies are also included in general assessments of fit between proposed geological models and Caribbean mammal diversification. The evidence posited in mammalian phylogenies does not add to the argument of dispersal vs. vicariance. One previously unidentified temporal pattern, the colonization of the Caribbean by South American mammals between the Palaeocene and the Middle Miocene, accounts for the distribution and phylogeny of the majority of lineages studied. Choloepodine and megalocnine sloths, hystricognath rodents, and primates all arrived during this window of colonization. Of these, megalocnine sloths, hystricognath rodents, Brachyphylla and allied bats, Stenodermatina bats, and primates fit the pattern of divergence from the mainland implied by the Gaarlandia hypothesis. Sloths, rodents and primates also roughly fit the timing of arrival to the Caribbean implied by Gaarlandia. The remaining taxa show contradictory dates of divergence according to molecular clock estimates, and no taxa fit the predicted timing and pattern of divergence among Antillean landmasses under the Gaarlandia model. Choloepodine sloths, murid rodents, insectivorans, mormoopids, and natalids show patterns of divergence from the mainland that are inconsistent with the Gaarlandia hypothesis and seem to require taxon‐specific biogeographical explanations. © 2004 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2004, 81 , 373–394.  相似文献

位于中国西北部的新疆、甘肃、青海、宁夏是东亚与欧洲交汇的地区。一般认为生活在这一区域的古代人群与欧洲人群发生过融合或基因交流。但学术界对欧洲人群进入中国, 与中国古代人群发生混合与基因交流的时间、可能的扩散路线, 以及对中国现代人群形成的影响等具体细节还不是很清楚。本文对3800-1200年前生活在新疆、青海、宁夏, 以及河南安阳殷墟11个古代人群头骨呈现的欧洲人种特征进行了检测, 结果表明: 1)至少在2000-3000年前, "西方基因"已经在我国多个地区人群中存在; 2)这些"西方基因"是经由新疆向东流向内地的; 3)考古学和形态学上的证据显示欧洲人种的人群大规模地向东扩展在汉代之前的地理界限大致是在新疆的东部和甘肃的西部之间。本文所示的欧洲人种特征的出现情况, 并不受这种地理和时代的制约。  相似文献

河流担负着水源供给、食物生产、旅游、航运等功能。近年来, 人类活动的加剧导致河流生态系统受到威胁。底栖动物常被作为环境指示生物, 研究其群落特征为河流保护及管理有着重要意义。为了航运需求,西江开展了航道整治工程, 由此引起河道生物栖息生境条件的改变, 从而影响河流的生态健康。为了西江的保护和管理, 研究于2009 年枯水期和2010 年丰水期对西江的底栖动物开展了系统调查。调查期间共鉴定底栖动物70 种, 隶属于30 科59 属。其中环节动物7 科12 属16 种, 软体动物11 科14 属21 种, 节肢动物11科32 属32 种, 其他动物1 科1 属1 种。底栖动物的密度和生物量分别为140 ind/m2、0.23 g dry weight/m2。统计分析表明河床底质在底栖动物丰度和分布上起着尤为重要的作用。稳定性越高的底质越有利于底栖动物生存。软泥底质以直接收集者(主要包括颤蚓科寡毛类和摇蚊亚科昆虫)占优, 而各类石质底质则以刮食者(主要是短沟蜷Semisulcospira spp.)或过滤收集者(主要是淡水壳菜Limnoperna lacustris)占优。西江航道整治工程的开展降低了生境条件质量甚至使得原有生物栖息地丧失, 由此会对底栖动物的生存产生不利影响。    相似文献

模拟氮沉降对华西雨屏区慈竹林凋落物分解的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
试验设对照(CK,0 kg·hm-2·a-1)、低氮(LN,50 kg·hm-2·a-1)、中氮(MN,150 kg·hm-2·a-1)和高氮(HN,300 kg·hm-2·a-1)4个施氮水平,通过原位试验,研究了模拟N沉降对华西雨屏区慈竹(Neosinocalamus affinis)林凋落物分解的影响.结果表明:不同组分凋落物分解过程中,慈竹叶片分解速率最快,其次是箨,枝最慢,分解15个月时,叶片、箨、枝的质量残留率分别为26.38%、46.18%和54.54%,三者差异极显著(P<0.01);叶片在凋落后第1~2月和7~10月分解较快,而箨和枝则在第5~8月分解较快;凋落叶片分解95%需要的时间(2.573年)分别比箨和枝短1.686年和3.319年.凋落叶分解15个月时,各N沉降处理间分解率差异不显著;凋落箨分解95%需要2.679~4.259年,其中MN分解率最高,CK最低;凋落枝经过15个月的分解,各处理分解率大小顺序为MN>HN>LN>CK,MN与LN处理间差异达显著水平(P<0.05).说明N沉降对3种凋落物分解均有明显的促进作用,且对凋落箨促进作用最强;但随着N沉降浓度的增加和时间的延长,其促进作用减缓.  相似文献

Coccolith fluxes were investigated by sediment trap studies in the West Caroline Basin, which is located in the equatorial western Pacific. The investigation was conducted from June 1991 to March 1992 at two water depths, 1592 and 3902 m, as part of the Northwest Pacific Carbon Cycle Study (NOPACCS) program. Two seasonal maxima of coccolith fluxes were observed during September–early October and late December–January. The average coccolith and coccosphere fluxes at the depth of the shallow trap were 1800×106 coccoliths m−2 day−1 and 1.9×106 coccospheres m−2 day−1, respectively. The flux of coccoliths followed the same trend as the total flux, and was closely correlated with the flux of organic matter flux. Florisphaera profunda, Gladiolithus flabellatus, Gephyrocapsa oceanica, Umbilicosphaera sibogae var. sibogae, Emiliania huxleyi, and Oolithotus fragilis were the most abundant species together comprising more than 85% of the total flora. Observed seasonal changes of the species composition of coccolith flora, as well as analysis of the R-mode cluster, revealed that during the summer, the assemblage was marked by the dominance of G. oceanica and U. sibogae. However, during the winter, the assemblage was dominated by E. huxleyi and O. fragilis. These assemblage changes were influenced by monsoonal events, which were observed off the New Guinea coast. F. profunda dominated the community in the shallow trap throughout most of the year; peak values of this species were recorded during the winter. The coccosphere assemblage was dominated by G. oceanica at both water depths. In the deep trap, the sedimentation pattern was similar to that observed at the shallow depth. Mean coccolith and coccosphere fluxes at the deep trap were 2000×106 coccolith m−2 day−1 and 0.08×106 coccospheres m−2 day−1, respectively. The increase in coccolith flux with water depth suggests a lateral influx. The estimated average daily mass of CaCO3 flux in coccoliths and coccospheres was 16.6 mg m−2 day−1 at the 1592 m trap and 17.9 mg m−2 day−1 at the 3902 m trap, respectively. These calculated values contributed only 23.3% to the total CaCO3 flux at the shallow trap and 27.9% at the deep trap.  相似文献

秦岭太白红杉群落特征及其物种多样性的研究   总被引:18,自引:4,他引:14  
选择太白红杉群落分布集中的太白山、长安光头山、玉皇山和冰晶顶等4个地段,设计18个样地,用样方法进行调查,共作样方280个。分析了太白红杉群落的种类组成、区系特点、群落外貌、垂直结构和水平结构等群落学特征,并对该群落的环境概况进行分析,计划了不同地段上群落的频、盖度指标和不同层次上的Shannon-Wiener指数,Simpson指数、Pielou指数和种间相遇指数。结果表是,太白红杉主要分布于秦岭海拔2800-3500m的高海拔山地,群落组成种类约85种,北温带分布属占优势,地面芽植物种类多,数量大,是该群落的优质层片。乔木层为太白红杉单优组成,平均高度约8.6m,多样性指数0.207-0.420,灌木层H值为1.779-2.363,草本层H值最高,为2.122-3.025。本研究为太白红杉可持续利用和保护提供了有益的参考。  相似文献
