作者创用了七级目测调查取样,进行数量分析的方法,对夏收作物田杂草群落进行分类研究,揭示了安徽沿江圩丘农区夏收作物田杂草群落的分布规律主要受土壤类型和轮作制度制约。看麦娘杂草群落分布于水稻土田,猪殃殃,野燕麦杂草群落分布于丘岗区旱地,卷耳、婆婆纳杂草群落分布于灰潮土旱地。首次提出综合草害指数,用以评定杂草群落类型中每种杂草的危害性,从而,提出了不同土壤类型和轮作制度的田块中恶性杂草的定量化指标与防除策略。  相似文献

Abstract. Eleven years of abandonment of a species‐rich fen‐meadow under undisturbed environmental conditions resulted in transformation into areas with tall herb‐, sedge‐ and rush‐dominated communities and areas with Alnus thicket. Species cover was measured in permanent plots in both community types and succession was monitored during 14 yr of restoration following reintroduction of management. The annual increase in accumulated species number followed a log‐log‐time linear regression during 10 yr of grazing management. The expected number of years taken before this annual rate was equal to annual extinction, i.e. a stable situation according to species density, was up to six. The response of 64 species to management was evaluated through paired statistical tests of changes in cover and frequency over time. In total, 55 species could each be allocated to one unique response model (monotone or non‐monotone, concave models) independently of the importance value used (cover or frequency) and type of management (grazing following felling or mowing and mowing without grazing). Species which increased in response to grazing had the most persistent seed banks and CR‐strategies, while species decreasing in response to grazing had less persistent seed banks and CS‐strategies. Some of the species which increased due to grazing followed a model with a local maximum in cover and frequency. The results are discussed in relation to management of species with high cover value during restoration succession.  相似文献

2004年5月至2005年2月,对芜湖市4种典型生境(农田居民区、城市园林、河漫滩湿地和河流湿地)的冬夏季鸟类进行调查,并探讨4种生境冬夏两季鸟类多样性指数.共记录鸟类117种,隶属于15目31科.农田居民区、城市园林和河漫滩湿地夏季鸟的种类数、G-F指数高于冬季,河流湿地冬季鸟的种类数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数均明显高于夏季.城市园林鸟的种类数、G-F指数最高,河漫滩湿地Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数最高.夏季的农田居民区和冬季的城市园林鸟类密度最大,分别为31.1140和42.9160 ind·hm-2,而河流湿地鸟的种类数、密度、Shannon-Wiener指数、G-F指数均最低.增加栖息地异质性、减少人为干扰可以提高鸟类多样性.  相似文献

冬小麦/夏玉米轮作体系中土壤氮素矿化及预测   总被引:19,自引:2,他引:17  
应用田间试验结果研究了冬小麦和夏玉米生长期的土壤氮素矿化量,并用间隙淋洗好气培养试验结合一级动力学模型对田间氮素矿化量进行了预测。结果表明,土壤氮素矿化量在年际间和作物间的变异很大,夏玉米季一般高于冬小麦季,从而导致夏玉米季施用氮肥的增产作用不明显,冬小麦季矿化量占当季作物最高吸氮量的31%~60%,夏玉米季占62%~108%,加上起始Nmin的供氮,造成了作物产量尤其是夏玉米产量对施入氮肥反应不明显,土壤氮素净矿化量均随土壤供氮量的增加而显著减少,在一般供氮量范围内(0~300kgN·hm^-2)均表现为净矿化,一级动力学模型只能预测作物整个生育期土壤氮素矿化总的趋势,并不能反映某一阶段矿化量的变化,但模型能在种植作物以前估计出土壤氮素净矿化量,从这个意义上说,模型的预测作用仍是不可低估的。  相似文献

Vasopressin (VP)-converting aminopeptidase (VP-AP) activity and VP contents were measured in single rat pineal glands during the summer of two successive years. The peptidase activity decreased significantly in August. The lowest activity (±SEM) of 0.18±0.02 pmol·hour−1 was recorded on August 14, compared to the basal activity of 0.25±0.01 pmol·hour−1 in July and September of 1986. The change with similar percentage occurred in the same period of 1987. The specific activity of the enzyme in the crude homogenate, 15,000 g pellet and supernatant fraction of rat pineal glands, exhibited the same pattern of variations. The decrease in peptidase activity coincided with the previously reported dramatic rise in pineal VP content in early August which was confirmed in this series of experiments. Another peptidase, the so-called γ-endorphin generating endopeptidase (γ-EGE) activity, and β-endorphin-related peptides in the pineal gland did not change in this period. The results show that the variations of pineal VP contents and VP-AP activity during summer are not general for other peptides and peptidases. The coincidence of opposite changes in VP content and VP-AP activity of the pineal gland may indicate a role of the peptidase activity to regulate the VP content.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate circadian variations of blood and milk lead toxicokinetics in dairy cows in summer. Twenty lactating Holstein animals were randomly assigned to four treatments corresponding to different hours after onset of light (HALO): 2, 8, 14, and 20. Cows received a single intravenous administration of 2.5 mg/kg lead as lead acetate. Blood and milk samples were taken and analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. For each toxicokinetic parameter, a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to outline the existence of daily variations. Significant blood differences as a function of HALO were found for the hybrid constant of distribution (α), hybrid constant of elimination (β), elimination half-life (), area under the curve (AUC), volume of distribution at steady state (Vss) and clearance (ClB) (p<0.05). Half-life of elimination presented two peaks at 2 and 14 HALO. Milk data showed significant differences for maximum concentration and AUC (p<0.05). The ratio AUCmilk/AUCblood was utilized to estimate penetration of lead in milk. It differed significantly throughout the day (p<0.05). Milk data for the significant parameters could be fitted to circadian rhythms. No circadian rhythms were detected in blood parameters or in the ratio AUCmilk/AUCblood.  相似文献

Efficient plant regeneration via shoot tip provided a basis for the optimization of the genetic transformation protocol. Therefore, experiments were conducted to establish an efficient in vitro regeneration protocol in summer squash for genetic co-transformation. 6-benzylaminopurine at 0.05 mg l−l was found to be optimum concentration of direct regeneration from shoot tip. Effective root system was induced in shootlets in indole-3-aceticacid 0.5 mg l−l. Two vectors namely pCAMBIA 2200 harboring marker gene nptII and pCAMBIA 0390 harboring gene, encoding C-repeat binding factor (cbf1) were used for co-transformation taking shoot tips as explants from in vitro germinated seeds. Explants were selected after co-cultivation on kanamycin supplemented medium and shoots and roots were induced. The transgenic plants were confirmed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and further southern blot analysis confirmed the integration of nptII and cbf1 genes in genome of summer squash with co-transformation efficiency of 0.7 percent.  相似文献

Summer bioclimatic discomfort is a significant public health problem. Bioclimatic characterisations of populations living in urban areas are usually very poor, although the risks are relatively higher in cities because of the phenomenon known as the “urban heat island”. We compared airport, rural, and urban bioclimatic conditions in terms of apparent temperature, Thom index, and temperature alone in several sites within a radius of approximately 25 km from the city of Bologna (Italy). The comparison between meteorological monitoring stations within and near the urban area showed the large impact of the urban heat island effect. Nighttime data showed the largest differences among the investigated sites. Minimum apparent temperatures at rural stations were about 3.5°C lower than the urban 30 m reference station, and 6°C lower than the 2 m urban site. The 2 m apparent temperature values within the urban area were several degrees higher (typically 2°C) than those taken above the roof, both for minimum and maximum values. Temporal trends in the different sites were highly correlated (generally above 0.90), but regression residuals were sometimes quite large. Finally, epidemiological implications are briefly addressed.  相似文献

Adoxophyes orana granulovirus (AdorGV) was isolated from overwintering larvae in an orchard in Kent, in the UK. The developmental time of each A. orana instar was determined by measuring the size of the head capsule. The susceptibility of the larvae to the English isolate of AdorGV was evaluated in laboratory bioassays using inoculation by microdroplet feeding and applied dose assays. A series of bioassays were performed to determine LD(50) and ST(50) values for first, fourth and fifth instar larvae. The median lethal doses ranged from 30 occlusion bodies in first instar to 1.36 x 10(6) in fifth instar. The median survival time decreased the later the larvae were infected and ranged from 37 days in first instar to 24 days in fifth instar. Approximately half of the infected larvae released a discharge rich in occlusion bodies from their posterior end prior to death. Approximately 85% of larvae attempted pupation and died as larva-pupa intermediates.  相似文献

Invasive species are a major threat to global biodiversity. Rose-ringed parakeets Psittacula krameri are widely established outside their native range and are successful invaders in many countries, including South Africa. Physiological and behavioral responses to environmental conditions are considered to be major factors that influence the abundance and distribution of birds. As rose-ringed parakeets are able to tolerate wide varieties of climatic conditions as invaders, it is important to understand their physiological responses to these. This study examined the effects of seasonal changes in ambient temperatures (Ta) on metabolic rate and body temperature (Tb) of captive-bred rose-ringed parakeets. Resting metabolic rate at various Ta and basal metabolic rate were significantly lower in winter compared to summer, and the thermo-neutral zone was broader in winter than in summer. There was no significant difference in body mass (Mb) between seasons. These parakeets showed seasonal thermoregulatory responses that represented energy conservation as expected, rather than cold tolerance. They were relatively tolerant of low Ta and showed no hypothermia at 5 °C. Our results suggest that this species is physiologically and behaviorally equipped to cope with a range of climatic situations and this partly explains their global success as an invader species.  相似文献
