本文研究了摇蚊幼虫对底泥中氮、磷释放的影响,初步探讨了摇蚊在湖泊富营养化过程中的生态作用。结果表明,摇蚊幼虫能明显促进底泥中氮、磷的释放,而释放到水层中的氮、磷又容易被藻类吸收利用,从而促进藻类生长。这种生态效应与水体营养循环和富营养化的发生及发展过程间存在着重要的关系。 相似文献

广西九万山藓类植物区系分析及其对划分热带,亚热带分界线的意义 总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13
九万山位于广西北部的中央(25°10’~25°25’N,108°27’E),界于泛北极植物区和古热带植物区的交汇处。其主要植被为亚热带常绿阔叶林。最高海拔为1693m,最低处仅170m。经对1850号标本的鉴定,共计有藓类植物35科、101属和189种。本文分析了九万山的藓类植物区系成分,将其划分为 10种类型。其中东亚成分最为丰富(39.33%),热带、亚热带成分次之(38.20%),而温带成分居第三位(18.54%)。本文选择了九万山临近的五个地区加以比较。其中,金佛山与九万山藓类植物的属和种的相似性系数分别为60.68%和36.87%,神农架为57.29%和33.13%。尖峰岭为48.83%和22.29%,西双版纳为57.29%和29.63%。而我国东部的武夷山则为69.86%和39.57%,其相似性系数在相比较的五个山区中为最高。九万山区有4个特有属并明显受喜马拉雅的影响。特别值得注意的是,在九万山区藓类区系中约有7%的种类是典型的热带成分。根据定量和定性的分析,笔者认为九万山的藓类区系表现出由热带向亚热带过渡的特性,其分界线可能位于九万山的南侧。 相似文献

Spectroscopic study on the interactions of trace elements Co, Mn, Mg and Al with d(GCGTACGC) indicated the following: Al and Mg did not alter Tm values. Mn enhanced Tm at lower concentration and decreased it at higher concentrations. Interestingly Co at higher concentration elevated the Tm. These studies also showed lower concentrations of Mn displaced EtBr, whereas Al could displace it at higher ionic strength. Mg and Co displaced EtBr fluorescence at moderate concentrations. Data from an ongoing clinical radioimmunoscintigraphy trial indicate that99mTc-labeled monoclonal antibody (mAb) E48 is highly capable of selectively targeting squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC). The percentage of the injected dose per gram of tumor tissue was found to be high, rendering mAbE48 a promising candidate mAb for therapeutic purposes. We now describe the construction of a chimeric (moouse/human) mAb E48 by recombinant DNA technology. The genes encoding the variable domains of the heavy and light chain were cloned and ligated into experession vectors containing the human 1 heavy-chain gene and the human k lightchain gene respectively. Biological properties of the resulting chimeric mAb E48 were compared to the murine form in vitro and in vivo. The reactivities of chimeric (c)mAb and murine (m)mAb E48 with HNSCC, as assessed by immunohistochemical staining as well as immuno-blotting were shown to be similar. The affinity constant appeared to be 0.9×1010 M–1 and 1.6×1010 M–1 for the mmAb and cmAb respectively. The biodistribution of both antibodies was tested by simultaneous injection into nude mice bearing human HNSCC xenografts. cmAb E48 was found to be cleared more rapidly from the blood than mmAb E48, resulting in a 30% lower tumor uptake but similar tumor to non-tumor ratios, 3 days after injection. Moreover, it was shown that cmAb E48 is highly capable of lysing HNSCC targets in ADCC assays in vitro, whereas the mmAb appeared to be almost incative. These data indicate that cmAb E48 has potential as a targeting agent for the eradication of HNSCC in man. 相似文献

Tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) and tumours from six patients with squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck (SCCHN) were investigated. The six tumours all expressed major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigens both in vivo and as tumor cell lines grown in vitro. In addition, the cancer cells either overexpressed the tumour-suppressor gene product p53 or harboured human papilloma virus 16/18 (HPV). The TIL were expanded in vitro in the presence of interleukin-2, immobilised anti-CD3 mAb and soluble anti-CD28 mAb. Expanded TIL cultures contained both CD4+and CD8+T cells, but generally contained few CD56+CD3-cells of the natural killer (NK) phenotype. CD8+T cells dominated the individual TIL cultures from five of the six patients and showed significant autologous tumour cell lysis. In TIL cultures derived from four of these tumour-reactive TIL cultures, killing could be partially blocked by an anti-MHC class I mAb. TIL cultures reacting with autologous tumour cells also showed strong TCR/CD3-redirected cytotoxicity when assayed against hybridoma cells expressing anti-TCR/CD3 mAb as well as natural-killer(NK)-like activity. A number of TIL cultures devoid of autologous tumour cell lysis were capable of lysing the natural-killer(NK)-sensitive K562 cell line suggesting that the SCCHN cells themselves are resistant to NK-like lysis. In conclusion, TIL cultures from head and neck carcinomas contain T cells which, upon expansion in vitro, can lyse autologous tumour cells in a MHC-class-I-restricted fashion. Thus, the results of the present study document that carcinomas of the head and neck in some patients are infiltrated by cytotoxic T cell precursors potentially capable of rejecting the autologous tumour. 相似文献

To examine the influence of the spectral characteristics of underwater light on spectral sensitivity of the ON and OFF visual pathways, compound action potential recordings were made from retinal ganglion cells of threespine stickleback from different photic regimes. In fish from a red-shifted photic regime (P50 680 nm for downwelling light at 1m), peak sensitivity of both the ON and OFF pathways was limited to long wavelength light (max 600–620). In contrast, the ON pathway of fish from a comparatively blue-shifted (P50 566 nm) photic regime exhibited sensitivity to medium (max 540–560) and long (max 600 nm) wavelengths, while the OFF pathway exhibited peak sensitivity to only medium (max 540 nm) wavelength light. In a third population, where the the ambient light is moderately red-shifted (P50 629 nm), the ON pathway once again exhibited only a long wavelength sensitivity peak at 620 nm, while the OFF pathway exhibited sensitivity to both medium (max 560 nm) and long (max 600–620 nm) wavelength light. These findings suggest that the photic environment plays an integral role in shaping spectral sensitivity of the ON and OFF pathways. 相似文献

In this paper we describe a fast and mild method based on the use of a unique cation exchanger and buffers containing ethylene glycol and salt for the purification of the myelin basic protein (MBP; MW 18.5 kDa). MBP thus purified hydrolyses catalytically p-nitrophenyl acetate. This esterase activity facilitates not only the purification of MBP but also indicates that probably it is in its native state, i.e. there is a good chance that the purified molecules are structurally and chemically identical. This is a prerequisite to obtain crystals appropriate for x-ray diffraction and other studies.Abbreviations used MBP
