社会经济代谢是指由于人类活动导致的物质和能量在社会经济系统内部和边界上的迁移和转换。社会经济代谢研究已经成为产业生态学的核心领域。本文结合典型案例介绍了社会经济代谢研究的内涵和基本步骤,总结了社会经济代谢研究的主要发现:提供了追踪物质在社会经济系统的来源、去向和流动路径的方法与模型;揭示了物质材料及其社会经济代谢过程对现代化生产和生活方式的支撑作用;阐明了人类活动驱动与物质代谢相关的生态环境问题的机制;提供了评估资源利用效率、资源供需趋势和城市矿产开发潜力的模型与基础数据。最后指出了社会经济代谢研究的发展方向:增加研究对象并深化对每种对象的研究精度;拓展或细化研究系统的时空边界;引入并融合新的数据来源和研究方法;将社会经济代谢中的物质流对接到与其相关的生态环境影响;建立可共享、可拓展、可累积的数据平台。  相似文献

为进一步阐明雷公藤中的主要物质基础,并评价其抗肿瘤活性。该研究采用柱层析、HPLC等技术,对雷公藤提取物进行研究。结果表明:(1)从雷公藤95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定各化合物的结构分别为α,β-amyrenone(1)、3β-acetoxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(2)、antriptolactone(3)、ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(4)、3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propenal(5)、3-methoxy-4-hydroxy phenylethanol(6)、vanillin(7)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(8)、对羟基苯甲酸(9)、对羟基苯甲醛(10)、vanillyl alcohol(11)、2,6-dimethxy-1,4-benzoquinone(12)。其中,化合物1、2、5、12为首次在该属植物中分离得到。(2)采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法对12个化合物进行抗SH-SY5Y细胞株、K562细胞株和Hel细胞株3种肿瘤细胞系细胞增殖活性的筛选,并对活性较好的化合物12进行Hoechst荧光染色和促凋亡作用的检测发现,化合物2、3、5、12具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,其中化合物12的抗肿瘤活性最为显著(SH-SY5Y细胞、Hel细胞、K562细胞的IC_(50)值分别为35.6、14.3、28.8μmol·L^(-1))。该研究结果进一步丰富了雷公藤的化学成分,发现了1个具有明显抗肿瘤活性的单体物质,为雷公藤的进一步开发提供了科学依据。  相似文献

The facile construction of metal–DNA complexes using ‘Click’ reactions is reported here. A series of 2′-propargyl-modified DNA oligonucleotides were initially synthesized as structure scaffolds and were then modified through ‘Click’ reaction to incorporate a bipyridine ligand equipped with an azido group. These metal chelating ligands can be placed in the DNA context in site-specific fashion to provide versatile templates for binding various metal ions, which are exchangeable using a simple EDTA washing-and-filtration step. The constructed metal–DNA complexes were found to be thermally stable. Their structures were explored by solving a crystal structure of a propargyl-modified DNA duplex and installing the bipyridine ligands by molecular modeling and simulation. These metal–DNA complexes could have wide applications as novel organometallic catalysts, artificial ribonucleases, and potential metal delivery systems.  相似文献

We consider semiparametric models with p regressor terms and q smooth terms. We obtain an explicit expression for the estimate of the regression coefficients given by the back-fitting algorithm. The calculation of the standard errors of these estimates based on this expression is a considerable computational exercise. We present an alternative, approximate method of calculation that is less demanding. With smoothing splines, the method is exact, while with loess, it gives good estimates of standard errors. We assess the adequacy of our approximation and of another approximation with the help of two examples.  相似文献

The present paper describes the preparation of a suitable laboratory reference material (LRM) to validate analytical methods for the determination of heterocyclic amines (HAs) in foods. Three different lots of reference material were prepared using a beef extract which was contaminated with a well-known quantity of amines at different levels ranging from 10 to 75 ng/g. These materials were then lyophilised under determined conditions and, after grinding and sieving, homogenised and, finally, bottled and labelled. Homogeneity and stability studies were performed and no statistical differences were observed in the analysis of variances for within- and between-bottle results, thus demonstrating the homogeneity of the material. Stability at different storage temperatures (-18, +4, +25 and +40 degrees C) and times (1, 2, 3 and 6 months) was also tested. Therefore, the material can be considered homogeneous and stable and can be proposed for use in inter-comparison exercises for the determination of HAs.  相似文献

Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is an important component of the neutrophil's antimicrobial armory and has been implicated in promoting tissue damage in numerous inflammatory diseases. For the first time the standard reduction potential of the redox couple compound II/native enzyme has been determined to be (0.97+/-0.01)V at pH 7.0 and 25 degrees C. This was achieved by rapid mixing of preformed compound II with either tyrosine or nitrite by using the sequential-mixing stopped-flow technique and measuring spectrophotometrically the concentrations of the reacting species and products at equilibrium. Using the recently determined standard reduction potential for the couple compound I/native enzyme (1.16 V), the reduction potential of the couple compound I/compound II was calculated to be 1.35 V at pH 7 and 25 degrees C. These data reveal substantial differences between the two known heme peroxidase superfamilies and reflect the dramatic differences observed in the oxidisability of substrates by the MPO redox intermediates compound I and compound II.  相似文献

The magnitude and frequency of events leading to changes in turbidity have been studied in a large (61 km2), shallow (mean depth 3.4 m) wind-exposed lake basin at the western end of Lake Mälaren, Sweden. In this paper we couple changes in suspended particulate inorganic material (SPIM) resulting from wind driven sediment resuspension, and variations in the discharge and sediment load, to spectral variations in subsurface light and estimates of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). To accomplish this we use a semi-analytical model which predicts the spectral variations in downwelling irradiance (E d()) and the attenuation coefficient of downwelling irradiance (K d()), as a function of the concentrations of chlorophyll, dissolved yellow substances, and suspended inorganic and organic particulate material. Unusually high river discharge, led to large inputs of yellow substances and large in lake yellow substance concentrations (a ys(420) 20 m–1), causing variations in yellow substance concentration to have the greatest role in influencing temporal trends in the attenuation of PAR and variations in the depth of the euphotic zone (Z eup). In spite of this, variations in SPIM could account for approximately 60% of the variation in Z eup attributed to changes in yellow substances alone. Our results show that changes in suspended sediment concentration leads to both long-term and short-term changes in the attenuation of PAR, even in the presence of high concentrations of dissolved yellow substances.  相似文献

Candida guilliermondii cells, immobilized in Ca-alginate beads, were used for batch xylitol production from concentrated sugarcane bagasse hydrolyzate. Maximum xylitol concentration (20.6 g/L), volumetric productivity (0.43 g/L. h), and yield (0.47 g/g) obtained after 48 h of fermentation were higher than similar immobilized-cell systems but lower than free-cell cultivation systems. Substrates, products, and biomass concentrations were used in material balances to study the ways in which the different carbon sources were utilized by the yeast cells under microaerobic conditions. The fraction of xylose consumed to produce xylitol reached a maximum value (0.70) after glucose and oxygen depletion while alternative metabolic routes were favored by sub-optimal conditions.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of NiCl2·6H2O, MoO3, 3,4′-bipyridine (3,4′-bpy) and H2O in the mole ratio 1.0:1.0:2.1:1500 yields [Ni(3,4′-bpy)2MoO4]·3H2O (1·3H2O) in 80% yield. The structure of 1·3H2O consists of a three-dimensional coordination polymer {Ni(3,4′-bpy)2}n2n+ with entrained {MoO4}2− tetrahedra and with water molecules of crystallization occupying channels within the bimetallic oxide-ligand framework. The microsporidial genus, Brachiola, contains three species: the type species Brachiola vesicularum (identified from an AIDS patient) and two species transferred from the genus Nosema, becoming Brachiola connori and Brachiola algerae. A developmental feature of the genus Brachiola is the "thickened" plasmalemma from sporoplasm through sporoblast stage. The sporoplasm has been reported to have a thick plasmalemma at 1-h postextrusion. The purpose of this investigation was to observe B. algerae spores before, during and after germination to determine if the plasmalemma is thick at the point of extrusion and if not, when and how it forms. New understandings regarding the polar filament position inside the spore, places it outside the sporoplasm proper with the sporoplasm limiting membrane invaginations surrounding it. These invaginations, present a possible location for aquaporins. The multilayered interlaced network (MIN), a new organelle (possibly of Golgi origin from the sporoblast), was observed inside the spore and sporoplasm; it formed an attachment to the end of the extruded polar tube and contributed to the thickening of the sporoplasm plasmalemma. A thin "unit limiting membrane", present on the sporoplasm at the time of extrusion, is connected to the MIN by many cross-connections forming the "thick blistered" surface by 30 min-postextrusion.  相似文献
