青藏高原高寒草甸生长期CO2排放对气温升高的响应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用高度分别为0.4 m(OTC-1)和0.8 m(OTC-2)的开顶式增温小室(open top champers,OTCs),对青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统进行模拟增温处理,研究了高寒草甸生态系统的CO2排放强度及过程对气温升高的响应.结果表明:在平均气温分别提高1.25℃(OTC-1)和3.68℃(OTC-2)的条件下,对照及2种不同幅度增温处理高寒草甸生态系统CO2排放通量表现出明显的季节变化特征,并同时在植被生长旺盛期(7-8月)达到峰值,分别为2.31、2.35和6.38μmol·m-2·s-1;CO2排放通量在不同季节都表现出随增温幅度的升高而逐渐增大的趋势,表明随着气温升高,CO2排放通量逐渐增大;不同处理CO2排放通量与气温、5 cm土壤温度和5 cm土壤含水量之间表现出显著的相关关系,CO2排放通量与气温及5 cm土壤温度之间均符合指数关系,而与5 cm土壤含水量之间则符合二次多项式关系.  相似文献

Microsynteny with rice and comparative genetic mapping were used to identify candidate orthologous sequences to the rice Hd1(Se1) gene in Lolium perenne and Festuca pratensis. A F. pratensis bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) library was screened with a marker (S2539) physically close to Hd1 in rice to identify the equivalent genomic region in F. pratensis. The BAC sequence was used to identify and map the same region in L. perenne. Predicted protein sequences for L. perenne and F. pratensis Hd1 candidates (LpHd1 and FpHd1) indicated they were CONSTANS-like zinc finger proteins with 61-62% sequence identity with rice Hd1 and 72% identity with barley HvCO1. LpHd1 and FpHd1 were physically linked in their respective genomes (< 4 kb) to marker S2539, which was mapped to L. perenne chromosome 7. The identified candidate orthologues of rice Hd1 and barley HvCO1 in L. perenne and F. pratensis map to chromosome 7, a region of the L. perenne genome which has a degree of conserved genetic synteny both with rice chromosome 6, which contains Hd1, and barley chromosome 7H, which contains HvCO1.  相似文献

两年的牦牛放牧试验结果表明:在暖季草场,随着放牧率的提高,禾草和莎草类功能群的盖度、生物量及其组成与高度减小,它们与放牧率呈显著的负相关 P<0.05 可食杂草和毒杂草类功能群的盖度、生物量及其组成与高度增加,它们与放牧率呈显著的正相关 P<0.05 各功能群的盖度与生物量之间是显著的正相关关系 P<0.05 .对照草地由于没有牦牛的采食,群落由少数优势种植物所统治,群落结构趋于简单,物种组成贫乏,物种多样性和均匀度指数最小;轻度放牧牦牛选择采食对植物群落的影响较小,群落的物种丰富度指数、均匀度指数和多样性指数均不高;中度放牧提高了资源的利用效率,增加了群落结构的复杂性,草地的物种丰富度指数、均匀度指数和多样性指数均最高,该结果支持 中度干扰理论 ;重度放牧由于牦牛采食过于频繁,改变了植物的竞争能力,导致植物种的均匀度下降,多样性减少.不同放牧率草地群落的物种数 S 、丰富度指数 Ma 、多样性指数 Shan-non-Wiener指数H′和Simpson指数D 、均匀度指数 Pielow指数J′ 的排序为:对照<轻度放牧<重度放牧<中度放牧,优势度指数 Berger-Parke指数 的变化趋势则与之相反.  相似文献

The study of the dynamics of Posidonia oceanica beds, and more particularly, the position of their lower limit, are usually carried out by the installation and monitoring of markers set on the sea bottom. Acoustic telemetry could constitute an interesting alternative solution to the marking of the lower limit seagrass beds. In order to test the potentialities of this system, an experiment was conducted in the Natural Marine Reserve of Cerbère-Banyuls (eastern Pyrenees, France). The possibility of very precise mapping offers many potentialities with regards to the work of monitoring networks in the marine environment (species and assemblages of importance), but also in the monitoring of competition dynamics between the species.  相似文献

The Alpine meadow is one of the vegetation types widely distributed on the Tibetan Plateau in China with an area of about 1.2 million square kilometers. The Damxung rangeland station, located in the hinterland of the Tibetan Plateau, is covered with an typical vegetation. The continuous carbon flux data (from August to middle October, 2003) measured with the open-path eddy covariance system was used to analyze the diurnal variation pattern of net ecosystem carbon dioxide exchange (NEE) and its relationship with the environmental factors, such as photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), precipitation, and temperature. Results showed that NEE presented obvious diurnal variation pattern with single-peak of diurnal maximum carbon assimilation at 11: 00–12: 00 (local time) with an average of −0.268 mg CO2·m−2·s−1, i.e., −6.08 μmol CO2·m−2·s−1. During the daytime, NEE fitted fairly well with PAR in a rectangular hyperbola function with the apparent quantum yield (0.020 3 μmol CO2 μmol−1 PAR) and maximum ecosystem assimilation (9.741 1 μmol CO2·m−2·s−1). 物种多度分布是群落生态学研究的核心内容。通过对青藏高原东部亚高寒草甸3种不同生境草本植物群落的抽样调查,结合16个物种多度分布模型的两种曲线拟合优度检验得出如下结果:多种不同模型可以拟合同一生境的物种多度分布。相比于其他可拟合模型,几何级数模型在3种生境中两种拟合优度检验方法下的平均拟合效果是最好的,拟合优度值均在最优拟合优度值10左右波动。次优模型鉴于不同生境不同的检验方法表现不一。除了几何级数模型外,Sugihara分数模型在最小二乘法的拟合方法下,也可以拟合3种生境的物种多度分布。研究结果表明,仅用拟合优度检验区分产生不同物种分布格局的模型和机制是不可靠的,需要做进一步的检验性实验研究。  相似文献

青藏高原高寒矮嵩草草甸碳增汇潜力估测方法   总被引:8,自引:4,他引:4  
以广布于青藏高原的高寒矮嵩草草甸为研究对象,研究了草甸碳储存的场所、碳库容量随草甸演替的变化过程及其碳增汇潜力的空间分布格局,同时探讨了高寒草甸碳增汇潜力估测的困惑与解决方法。结果表明,高寒草甸生态系统碳增汇潜力空间分布格局差异极大,主要受到土层厚度和草地演化进程的影响。高寒草甸碳主要贮存于草毡表层,其增汇潜力在于退化草地草毡表层的恢复与重建。保持适宜厚度的草毡表层是协调高寒草甸生产与碳生态服务功能的关键。随着退化高寒草甸的恢复,土壤容重呈现下降趋势,计算其系统碳增汇潜力,需要用根土体积比进行土层深度的校正。高寒草甸具有较大的固碳潜力,但其潜力的发挥受到气候和草地恢复与管理措施的影响,比较漫长。  相似文献

Zostera marina L. (eelgrass) from Great Bay Estuary, New Hampshire and Maine (USA), was transplanted in outdoor mesocosms and subjected to four light treatments (100, 58, 34 and 11% surface irradiance, SI) between May and September 2003 to investigate the relationship between light availability and the growth and survival of eelgrass. Evaluating eelgrass seedlings and adult mature plants demonstrated no differences in photosynthetic response after 22 days of acclimation. During at least the first 19 days of shading, maximum electron transport rate (ETRmax) rate of eelgrass did not differ significantly between light treatments. After 40 days, a significant reduction in ETRmax and minimum saturating light was observed in plants growing at 34% SI and below. Morphological responses exhibited a linear increasing trend with greater light. 34% SI exhibited drastic reductions (to less than 25% of control) in rhizome growth, shoot density, shoot production, number of nodes per plant and plant weight at the end of the study (81 days). Shoot to root ratio at 34% SI increased by > 50%. Plants shaded to 58% SI showed no significant difference from the control in plant parameters except an increased rate of rhizome elongation. Our results link the lower shoot densities with shading to the slow growth rate of horizontal rhizomes and a total lack of lateral expansion at 11% SI. ETRmax declined over time in plants at 11% SI resulting in 81% mortality, no lateral branching and no morphological development, indicating that the minimum light required for long-term eelgrass growth and survival is greater than the previously suggested 11% SI. We demonstrate that eelgrass plants at these latitudes can persist at light levels of 58% SI and above, and are light-limited at 34% SI and below.  相似文献

This study uses chlorophyll a fluorescence to examine the effect of environmentally relevant (1–4 h) exposures of thermal stress (35–45 °C) on seagrass photosynthetic yield in seven tropical species of seagrasses. Acute response of each tropical seagrass species to thermal stress was characterised, and the capacity of each species to tolerate and recover from thermal stress was assessed. Two fundamental characteristics of heat stress were observed. The first effect was a decrease in photosynthetic yield (Fv / Fm) characterised by reductions in F and Fm′. The dramatic decline in Fv / Fm ratio, due to chronic inhibition of photosynthesis, indicates an intolerance of Halophila ovalis, Zostera capricorni and Syringodium isoetifolium to ecologically relevant exposures of thermal stress and structural alterations to the PhotoSystem II (PSII) reaction centres. The decline in Fm′ represents heat-induced photoinhibition related to closure of PSII reaction centres and chloroplast dysfunction. The key finding was that Cymodocea rotundata, Cymodocea serrulata, Halodule uninervis and Thalassia hemprichii were more tolerant to thermal stress than H. ovalis, Z. capricorni and S. isoetifolium. After 3 days of 4 h temperature treatments ranging from 25 to 40 °C, C. rotundata, C. serrulata and H. uninervis demonstrated a wide tolerance to temperature with no detrimental effect on Fv / Fm′ qN or qP responses. These three species are restricted to subtropical and tropical waters and their tolerance to seawater temperatures up to 40 °C is likely to be an adaptive response to high temperatures commonly occurring at low tides and peak solar irradiance. The results of temperature experiments suggest that the photosynthetic condition of all seagrass species tested are likely to suffer irreparable effects from short-term or episodic changes in seawater temperatures as high as 40–45 °C. Acute stress responses of seagrasses to elevated seawater temperatures are consistent with observed reductions in above-ground biomass during a recent El Niño event.  相似文献
