中国南方扬子地台震旦系陡山沱组产出丰富的微体化石,它们主要保存在磷块岩以及燧石结核和条带中。文章详细报道湖北峡东地区九龙湾剖面震旦系陡山沱组微体化石,描述以前未曾在峡东地区碳酸盐相燧石中发现的8属8种微体化石。研究九龙湾剖面陡山沱组大型带刺疑源类、微体多细胞藻类和动物胚胎化石的分布特征,发现Tianzhushania spinosa是最早出现的大型带刺疑源类分子,大冰期后微体生物的辐射是一个阶段性渐进的过程。同时.本项研究进一步证实华南扬子区陡山沱组碳酸盐相燧石和磷块岩地层中保存的微体化石面貌基本一致。 相似文献

The length-dependent activation of skeletal myofibrils was examined at the single-sarcomere level with phase-contrast microscopy at sarcomere length (SL) >2.2 μm. At the maximal activation by Ca2+ (pCa 4.5) the active force linearly decreased with increasing SL, while at partial activation by Ca2+ (pCa 6.1-6.5) the larger active force was generated at longer SL. Throughout these experiments, the distribution of SL was kept homogeneous upon activation. In addition, we found that the spontaneous oscillation of force and SL frequently occurs in the SL range 2.2-2.6 μm at pCa 6.1-6.2. Either changes in [Ca2+] or osmotic compression of the myofilament lattice induced by the addition of dextran T-500, affected both the length dependence of activation and the occurrence of auto-oscillation. These results suggest that the force-generating properties of sarcomeres in striated muscle are determined not only by [Ca2+], but also by the lattice spacing as a function of SL. 相似文献

Interspecific Variation in RGR and the Underlying Traits among 24 Grass Species Grown in Full Daylight 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Abstract: A growth analysis was conducted with 24 central European grass species in full daylight to test whether traits underlying interspecific variation in relative growth rate (RGR) are the same in full daylight as they are at lower light, and whether this depends on the ecological characteristics of the studied species, i.e., their requirements with respect to nutrient and light availability.
In contrast to studies with herbaceous species at lower light, net assimilation rate (NAR) contributed more than leaf area ratio (LAR) or specific leaf area (SLA) to interspecific variation in RGR. This was associated with a larger interspecific variation in NAR than found in experiments with lower light. Without the two most shade-tolerant species, however, the contribution of LAR and its components to interspecific variation in RGR was similar or even higher than that of NAR.
Leaf dry matter content correlated negatively with RGR and was the only component of LAR contributing in a similar manner to variation in LAR and RGR. There was a positive correlation between NAR and biomass allocation to roots, which may be a result of nutrient-limited growth. RGR correlated negatively with biomass allocation to leaves. Leaf thickness did not correlate with RGR, as the positive effect of thin leaves was counterbalanced by their lower NAR.
Low inherent RGR was associated with species from nutrient-poor or shady habitats. Different components constrained growth for these two groups of species, those from nutrient-poor habitats having high leaf dry matter content, while those from shady habitats had thin leaves with low NAR. 相似文献

We tested the hypothesis that area represents the primary explanation for the latitudinal diversity gradient using breeding terrestrial birds of North America, the northern Palearctic, Australia and the Afrotropics as our focal group. We tested two propositions inherent to the area hypothesis: (1) tropical biomes are larger than extra-tropical biomes, and (2) there is a significant species-area relationship for birds at the biome scale of resolution. Using a more realistic definition of biomes which incorporates the effects of both energy and water, we find no support for either proposition, leading us to conclude that the area per se does not explain terrestrial latitudinal diversity gradients. 相似文献

小型浅水湖泊沉积物磷的赋存形态及其相关性分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以孔目湖沉积物为研究对象, 应用七步连续提取法测定其中的不同形态磷, 探讨了该湖泊沉积物中各赋存形态磷的分布特征, 并对其进行了相关性分析。结果表明: 该湖泊遭受的磷内源负荷比较大, 磷污染严重; 沉积物中TP含量在2338.63-2954.98 mg•kg-1, 平均为2671.37 mg•kg-1; 沉积物中各形态磷含量从高到低依次为: Fe-P>De-P>Ca-P> OP>Al-P>Oc-P>Ex-P, 分别占TP的53.9%、28.7%、8.8%、6.2%、1.2%、0.9%、0.3%; 生物有效磷含量为1583.59 mg•kg-1, 占TP的59.28%; 沉积物中TP与Fe-P极显著相关, Oc-P与Ca-P和OP与Ca-P均相关, 而TP与Ex-P、Al-P、Ca-P和OP相关性较差, 说明沉积物中TP含量主要来自于Fe-P。这一研究结果为揭示小型湖泊富营养化发生机制提供了数据及理论支撑。 相似文献

南四湖自然保护区具有较高的生态保护地位和经济价值。研究以南四湖自然保护区1975—2015年8期土地利用类型数据为基础, 借助SPSS、ArcGIS等软件, 分析南四湖自然保护区近40年土地利用变化及其对生态系统服务价值时空分布的影响。结果表明: 1975—2015年水体始终是南四湖自然保护区的优势土地利用类型。40年间未利用地面积减少88.90% (8807.68 hm2), 而水田、草地、旱地、建成区、林地和水体面积分别增加4626.45 hm2、405.06 hm2、1660.67 hm2、401.54 hm2、76.76 hm2和1621.60 hm2。40年间南四湖自然保护区的生态系统服务总价值增加了0.03% (1.13×106 US$), 其中支持服务功能价值减少1.14×107 US$, 文化服务功能价值减少5.61×106 US$, 供给服务功能价值减少2.15×106 US$, 仅调节服务功能价值增加2.02×107 US$。表现在空间上则是自然保护区西侧生态系统服务价值变化较东侧更为明显。导致1975—2015年生态系统服务价值变化的主要影响因子是水体和未利用地面积的改变, 生态系统服务价值与水体面积呈现显著正相关, 与未利用地呈现显著负相关。研究结果能为南四湖自然保护区的土地利用决策提供理论支持。 相似文献

记述了甘肃省党河地区的铲齿象化石一新种———党河铲齿象 (Platybelodondangheen sis)。其主要特征是 :下颌联合和下门齿构成宽短的铲形 ;下门齿薄 ,由单层稀少的齿柱组成 ;具较大的p3 ,p4前窄后宽 ,前齿带和跟座较小 ,m1构造简单 ,齿冠较低 ,第一齿脊无前斜脊 ,前齿带和后跟座较小。它是欧亚大陆目前所知时代最早 (早中新世 )、构造最原始的一种铲齿象。 相似文献
