目的:检测儿童的情绪能力,从而检验儿童情绪能力发展是否正常以及协助训练孤独症儿童的情绪能力。方法:设计了一套便携式的儿童情绪感知系统,检测儿童的情绪能力。本系统由心率信号采集模块,PC机端的软件以及情绪能力数据分析组成。结果:研制的儿童情绪能力感知系统具有便携、可穿戴等优点,能够准确地检测儿童情绪能力。结论:儿童情绪能力感知系统能够检测使用者的情绪能力,也能够在儿童情绪能力干预训练中记录孤独症儿童的情绪变化,为干预训练提供帮助。  相似文献

This paper describes the effect of weak microwave fields on the amounts of heat-shock proteins in cell cultures at various temperatures.

The field was generated by signal simulation of the Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) of 960 Mhz, used in portable phones. Transformed human epithelial amnion (AMA) cells, growing on glass coverslips, were exposed in a transverse electromagnetic (TEM) cell to a microwave field, generating a specific absorption rate (SAR) of 2.1 mW.kg?1 in the cells. Exposure temperatures were 35, 37, and 40 ± 0.1°C, respectively, and the exposure time was 20 min.

The heat-shock proteins Hsp-70 and Hsp-27 were detected by immuno-fluorescence. Higher amounts of Hsp-70 were present in the cells exposed at 35 and 37°C than in the sham-exposed cells.

These effects can be considered to be athermal, since the field strength was much lower than the safety standard for absence of heat generation by microwave fields.

There was no significant response in the case of Hsp-27.  相似文献

BackgroundNovel and emerging biomarkers of zinc status are being developed to help study and address zinc deficiency around the world. Two potential biomarkers, nail and hair, involve the measurement of zinc from easily accessible keratin-based components of the body. Portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) is a relatively new approach to the assessment of zinc in nail or hair, and has a number of compelling advantages compared with other techniques. The aim of the current study was to test the ability of XRF to measure zinc in keratinized reference materials (RMs) designed to simulate nail and hair.MethodsFour Keratin Matrix RMs were prepared and characterized for numerous trace elements by the New York State Department of Health’s Wadsworth Center. The Keratin Matrix RMs consisted of powdered samples of caprine (goat) horns pooled from several animals. Concentrations of zinc, as assessed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), were similar to what would be expected from human nail or hair tissues. Repeat measurements of the RMs were made using a portable XRF system. The XRF zinc results were compared with the ICP-MS zinc concentrations. Three different approaches to quantifying the zinc content by XRF were performed: (1) zinc signal to total signal ratio, (2) zinc signal to sulfur signal ratio, and (3) system output zinc concentration.ResultsThe portable XRF results from a given RM were found to be consistent across repeat trials under all three approaches to XRF quantitation. Precision, calculated as the relative standard deviation of repeat measurements ranged from an average result of 0.8 % (using the system output zinc concentration method) to 6.1 % (using the zinc signal to sulfur signal ratio method). Measurement of the RMs provided XRF zinc results which scaled well with ICP-MS zinc concentration, particularly when using the XRF zinc to total and system zinc concentration methods. A Bland-Altman plot showed that the XRF system zinc concentration output exceeded the ICP-MS zinc concentration by, on average, 10.2 % ± 1.2 %.ConclusionOverall, both accuracy and precision of measurement were found to be promising for portable XRF, provided appropriate conversions to concentration are introduced. The results of this study indicate that portable XRF is an effective and dependable method of assessing zinc concentration in keratinized tissue RMs. This will have implications for the future use of portable XRF to monitor zinc status in humans through measurements of nail and hair.  相似文献

We used a 3-arm randomized control trial to investigate whether abdominal hollowing (AH) home exercise using pocket-sized ultrasonography (US)—miruco (AH with miruco group)—was more effective than conventional AH home exercise using abdominal palpation and or also a wait-and-see approach (control group) to improve isolated control of the transversus abdominis (TrA) muscle during AH. We randomized 60 participants with low back pain into the three groups equally. Primary outcome measures for the US group were percentage of change in TrA thickness and excursion of the edge of the TrA fascia during AH when the thickness of the internal or external oblique muscles increased. Score on the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) was a secondary outcome measure. The intervention period was 1 week, followed by 1 week without intervention. As a result, we found no statistically significant interaction effect (P > .05) in changes of the primary outcome measures from baseline for each follow-up period. The AH with miruco group had a statistically lower ODI (P = .036) than did the control group after the intervention. Results indicate a limited benefit for use of the miruco in AH home exercise to improve isolated control of the TrA muscle during AH.  相似文献

Kinetic analysis of canine gait has been extensively studied, including normal and abnormal gait. However, no research has looked into how flexor tendon injury and further treatment would affect the walking pattern comparing to the uninjured state. Therefore, this study was aimed to utilize a portable pressure walkway system, which has been commonly used for pedobarographic and kinetic analysis in the veterinary field, to examine the effect of a failed tendon repair and tendon graft reconstruction on canine digit kinetics during gait. 12 mixed breed (mongrel) hound-type female dogs were included in this study and 2nd and 5th digits were chosen to undergo flexor tendon repair and graft surgeries. Kinetic parameters from the surgery leg in stance phase were calculated. From the results, after tendon failure repair, decrease of weight bearing was seen in the affected digits and weight bearing was shifted to the metacarpal pad. After tendon graft reconstruction, weight bearing returned to the affected digits and metacarpal pads. Slight alteration in peak pressure and instant of peak force were identified, but it was estimated to have little influence on post-reconstruction gait. This study could serve as a reference in evaluating canine digit function in flexor tendon injury for future studies.  相似文献
