目的:探讨鼻内镜下电凝止血结合明胶海绵微填塞治疗难治性鼻出血的临床特征和疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2011 年1 月至2015 年1 月收治的203 例难治性鼻出血患者的临床资料,探讨发病季节、发病年龄、出血部位以及发病年龄与出血部位的 相关性。结果:203 例患者经鼻内镜下电凝止血结合明胶海绵微填塞治疗,全部治愈,其发病特征具有明显的季节性,40~60 岁多 见(41.9%),下鼻道出血最常见(30.0%),老年人以鼻腔后下部位出血为主,青中年以鼻腔前上部位出血为主。结论:鼻内镜下电凝 结合微填塞治疗难治性鼻出血微创、安全、有效,值得推广。  相似文献

Recent evidence suggests that ascidian pigment cells are related to neural crest-derived melanocytes of vertebrates. Using live-imaging, we determine a revised cell lineage of the pigment cells in Ciona intestinalis embryos. The neural precursors undergo successive rounds of anterior–posterior (A–P) oriented cell divisions, starting at the blastula 64-cell stage. A previously unrecognized fourth A–P oriented cell division in the pigment cell lineage leads to the generation of the post-mitotic pigment cell precursors. We provide evidence that MEK/ERK signals are required for pigment cell specification until approximately 30 min after the final cell division has taken place. Following each of the four A–P oriented cell divisions, ERK1/2 is differentially activated in the posterior sister cells, into which the pigment cell lineage segregates. Eph/ephrin signals are critical during the third A–P oriented cell division to spatially restrict ERK1/2 activation to the posterior daughter cell. Targeted inhibition of Eph/ephrin signals results in, at neurula stages, anterior expansion of both ERK1/2 activation and a pigment cell lineage marker and subsequently, at larval stages, supernumerary pigment cells. We discuss the implications of these findings with respect to the evolution of the vertebrate neural crest.  相似文献

Studies on biological control of aflatoxin production in crops by pre-infection with non-toxigenic Aspergillus flavus strains have created a need for improved methods to screen isolates for aflatoxigenicity. We have evaluated two empirical aflatoxigenicity tests: (i) yellow pigment production, and (ii) the appearance of a plum-red color in colonies exposed to ammonium hydroxide vapor. Yellow pigments from aflatoxigenic A. flavus were shown to function as pH indicator dyes. Seven pigments representing most of the pigmentation in extracts have been isolated using color changes when chromatography spots were exposed to ammonium hydroxide vapor to guide fractionation. Their structures have been shown to be norsolorinic acid, averantin, averufin, versicolorin C, versicolorin A, versicolorin A hemiacetal and nidurufin, all of which are known anthraquinone pigments on, or associated with, the aflatoxin biosynthetic pathway in Aspergillus spp. Thus, the basis of both empirical tests for aflatoxigenicity is detecting production of excess aflatoxin biosynthetic intermediates.  相似文献

Nonmuscle myosin-II is a motor protein that drives cell movement and changes in cell shape during tissue and organ development. This study has determined the dynamic changes in myosin-II distribution during Drosophila compound eye morphogenesis. In photoreceptor neurons, myosin-II is undetectable at the apical domain throughout the first half of pupal life, at which time this membrane domain is involuted into the epithelium and progresses toward the retinal floor. Myosin-II is deployed at the apical surface at about 60% of pupal development, once the developing rhabdomeres reach the retinal floor. Subsequently, myosin-II becomes restricted to two stripes at the sides of the developing rhabdomere, adopting its final position within the visual cells R1-6; here, myosin-II is associated with a set of actin filaments that extend alongside the rhabdomeres. At the midpupal stage, myosin-II is also incorporated into stress-fiber-like arrays within the basal endfeet of the pigment cells that then change their shape. This spatiotemporal pattern of myosin-II localization and the morphological defects observed in the eyes of a myosin-II mutant suggest that the myosin-II/F-actin system is involved in the alignment of the rhabdomeres within the retina and in the flattening of the retinal floor. The observation that the myosin-II/F-actin arrays are incomplete or disorganized in R7/R8 and in rhodopsin-1-null R1-6 suggests further that the establishment and stability of this cytoskeletal system depend on rhodopsin-1 expression.  相似文献

The diatom Haslea ostrearia that lives in oyster ponds has the distinctive feature of synthesizing “marennine”, a blue-green pigment of which the chemical nature still remains unknown. This pigment is responsible for the greening of oyster gills. Here, we report a new method for extraction and purification of intracellular (accumulated in the apex of the cell) and extracellular (released into the external medium) forms of the pigment. Intracellular marennine is obtained by extraction from blue algal pellets with a carbonate buffer. The extract is then centrifuged and filtered. Extracellular marennine is obtained by clarification of blue-coloured culture medium. Both extracts are then purified by a semi-preparative process, using ultrafiltration through membranes and anion-exchange chromatography. This procedure allows us to produce native pigment displaying the degree of purity required to enter upon the molecular characterisation of marennine. By this process, about 35% of the initial amount of pigment can be recovered. If necessary, this method could be easily scaled up to a larger production system to accommodate potential industrial applications.  相似文献

Molecular mechanisms that produce pigment patterns in the insect cuticle were studied. Larvae of the armyworm Pseudaletia separata have stripe patterns that run longitudinally along the body axis. The pattern in the cuticle became clear by being emphasized by the increasing contrast between the black and white colors of the lines after the last larval molt. We demonstrated that dopa decarboxylase (DDC) mRNA as well as protein are expressed specifically in the epidermal cells under the black stripes. The pigmentation on the stripes was clearly diminished by injection of a DDC inhibitor (m-hydroxybenzylhydrazine) to penultimate instar larvae for 1 day before molting, suggesting that DDC contributes to the production of melanin. Further, electron microscopic observation showed that the epidermal cells under the gap cuticle region (white stripe) between the black stripes contain many uric acid granules, which gives a white color. Our findings suggest that the spatially regulated expression of DDC in the epidermal cells produces the black stripes while abundant granules of uric acid in the cells generate the white stripes in the cuticle. Based on these results, we concluded that this heterogeneity in the epidermal cells forms cuticular stripe patterns in the armyworm larvae.  相似文献
