对不同浓度丁香精油处理冬枣果实在0℃贮藏期间(60d)及藏后25℃货架期(5d)的果实腐烂率、诱导抗病相关酶活性和总酚含量的变化特征进行分析,以探索丁香精油抑制冬枣果实腐烂与抗病性诱导的关系。结果表明:丁香精油处理能有效抑制冬枣贮藏期果实腐烂的发生,提高其苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性,诱导总酚含量的增加。经丁香精油处理冬枣果实在贮藏60d后25℃货架期5d时的腐烂指数得到明显下降,同时保持了较高的苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性和总酚含量,并以0.50%丁香精油处理的效果最显著,其贮藏后货架期的果实腐烂指数较对照下降了45.5%。可见,丁香精油抑制贮藏冬枣果实的腐烂与抗病相关酶活性的升高密切相关,抗病性诱导是丁香精油处理抑制冬枣采后果实腐烂的重要原因之一。  相似文献

以果实性状差异较大的一年生辣椒材料C.annuum B9431(P1)和灌木辣椒材料C.frutescens H108(P2)为亲本,构建4世代群体(P1、P2、F1、F2),应用数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型方法对辣椒6个果实性状进行遗传分析,为辣椒果实性状QTL定位及分子标记辅助育种研究奠定理论基础。结果表明:6个果实性状均符合2对主基因+多基因遗传模型。其中,单果重量、果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数和果肉厚度5个性状均符合E-0模型,即2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因混合遗传模型;果柄长度最佳遗传模型为E-5,即2对完全显性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型。单果重量、果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数、果肉厚度和果柄长度主基因遗传率分别为87.64%、37.67%、82.46%、94.82%、83.33%和40.00%,多基因遗传率分别为7.50%、54.56%、10.53%、0.27%、12.96%和37.78%。  相似文献

不同产地山桐子果实含油率及其理化指标变异分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以13个产地居群的山桐子果实为材料,测定其全果含油率,并选取5个居群的果实分别测定果肉、种子含油率进行变异分析。结果表明:(1)13个居群间山桐子果实含油率差异显著,四川各居群山桐子果实含油率明显大于其他地区,各个居群内果实含油率差异明显,极端变异程度较大。(2)5个居群山桐子果肉含油率均大于种子含油率,而果肉含油率变异系数及相对极差均小于种子。(3)聚类分析结果显示,朝天等7个居群聚为一类,其果实含油率较高,变异系数较小,可以作为进一步良种选育的材料;海拔等地理因素对山桐子果实含油率均有一定影响,但程度不一。(4)5个居群山桐子果实油脂折光率均较高,而酸值均较低,表明山桐子油品质好,纯度较高,而且不同居群山桐子油碘值差异显著,反映其油脂不饱和程度差异明显。  相似文献

通过对蒙古莸自然种群和人工种群的开花物候进程观察,统计不同种群的结实率,分析开花物候对其生殖成功的影响。结果表明:(1)蒙古莸花期在7月末至9月中旬,人工种群较自然种群的开花物候明显提前,其中始花期提早4~5d,但两个种群的花期持续天数基本一致。(2)蒙古莸个体间具有较高的开花同步性,不同种群蒙古莸植株的开花同步性指数均大于0.80,且自然种群略高;晴好天气下绝大多数花朵都集中在上午10:00以前开放,阴雨天则延迟开放或者不开放,这种"集中开花模式"增加了传粉者的访问频率,是蒙古莸提高生态适应性、保障其生殖成功的一种表现。(3)开花物候指数与结实数之间的相关分析表明,花序水平上,开花数及花期持续时间与结实数呈极显著正相关关系。  相似文献

凹叶厚朴(Magnolia officinalis subsp.biloba)为中国二级保护植物。本文对该树种不同分布群体的种实性状进行了研究。结果表明:凹叶厚朴结实数量较少,平均结实3.19个;种实特征在不同种群间差异显著,其变异主要来源于单株间及单株内,其中果实性状的方差分量要大于种子性状,表明果实的性状较易受环境的影响;果实性状与郁闭度及土壤养分含量存在显著或极显著的相关性,种子宽与种子质量与海拔呈显著负相关,种子厚度与海拔呈极显著负相关,而与生境及土壤条件相关性并不明显。凹叶厚朴在野生状态下单株结实率低,单果出种率低是其濒危的重要原因之一。  相似文献

Sunburn is a physiological disorder of apples and other fruit species caused by excess solar radiation. Damage occurs in practically all growing regions of the world, causing severe crop loss every year. Direct factors required for induction of the three currently-known types of sunburn (i.e., sunburn necrosis, sunburn browning, and photooxidative sunburn) include excess radiant heating and/or exposure to excess sunlight. Several other factors (e.g., relative humidity, wind velocity, acclimation of fruit, and cultural management practices), which alone cannot induce sunburn damage, indirectly influence the induction of sunburn by interacting with the direct factors to influence the appearance and severity of the symptoms. Sunburn affects apple fruit at many levels; it causes structural and morphological changes, alters pigment composition, influences adaptive mechanisms, impairs photosynthesis, and consequently decreases fruit quality. Fruits employ multiple physiological and biochemical mechanisms as complex defense systems to minimize damage. Photoprotective pigments, antioxidant enzymes and metabolites, heat-shock proteins, and the xanthophyll cycle help mitigate damage, but are often inadequate under field conditions to fully protect from sunburn. Quality loss significantly affects postharvest behavior, marketing and consumer acceptance of fruit. Internal fruit quality (e.g., firmness, soluble solids concentration, and titratable acidity) is affected by sunburn, and changes in these traits continue during cold storage. Sunburn-related disorders (e.g., sunburn scald in ‘Granny Smith’ and ‘Fuji’ stain) can appear in cold storage. There are several methods with various modes of action (e.g., climate ameliorating techniques, and sunburn suppressants) available to growers to decrease sunburn under field conditions. At the end of this review, the potential impact of a changing climate on sunburn incidence is considered, as both UV-B radiation and temperature are projected to change. Finally, several topics that need further research are discussed.  相似文献

采用扫描电镜方法对中国伞形科(Apiaceae)前胡属(Peucedanum L.) 22种2变种的果实表面微形态特征进行了观察和描述.结果显示:供试种类在果实棱槽细胞平滑度和细胞轮廓可见度、蜡质纹饰类型、细胞表面突起的有无及类型、表皮毛的有无及类型及其纹饰类型、表皮分泌物的有无及类型等方面有明显差异,具有丰富的种间多样性.根据这些特征可将供试种类分为4种类型.类型Ⅰ:棱槽细胞粗糙多毛—细胞轮廓不可见—簇状蜡质纹饰发达,包含滨海前胡(P.japonicum Thunb.)、天竺山前胡(P.ampliatum K.T.Fu)、华北前胡(P.harrysmithii Fedde ex Wolff)及其2变种、长前胡(P.turgeniifolium Wolff)、华山前胡(P.ledebourielloides K.T.Fu)和泰山前胡[P.wawrae (Wolff) Su ex Sheh];类型Ⅱ:棱槽细胞平滑无毛—细胞轮廓不可见或凹陷—条形蜡质纹饰发达或明显,包含芷叶前胡(P.angelicoides Wolff ex Kretschm.)、竹节前胡(P.dielsianum Fedde ex Wolff)、南川前胡[P.dissolutum (Diels)Wolff]、红前胡(P.rubricaule Shan et Sheh)、细裂前胡(P.macilentum Franch.)、前胡(P.praeruptorum Dunn)、华中前胡(P.medicum Dunn)、台湾前胡(P.formosanunt Hayata)、南岭前胡(P.longshengense Shum et Sheh)、会泽前胡(P.acaule Shah et Sheh)和马山前胡(P.mashanense Shan et Sheh);类型Ⅲ:棱槽细胞有稀疏毛—细胞轮廓[陷可见或不明显—蜡质纹饰几无,包含北京前胡(P.caespitosum Wolff)、草原前胡(P.stepposum Huang)、毛前胡(P.pubescens Hand.-Mazz.)和刺尖前胡(P.elegans Komarov);类型Ⅳ:棱槽细胞不平无毛—细胞轮廓呈近圆形凸起—蜡质纹饰为微波状长条形,仅包含石防风[P.terebinthaceum (Fisch.ex Trevir.)Fisch.ex Turcz.]1种.结合外部形态特征以及地理分布对各类型种类的分类关系进行了讨论,并对会泽前胡、马山前胡和石防风的特殊分类地位进行了分析,明确了果实表面微形态特征在前胡属中的分类学意义.  相似文献

We report the results of a study on potential food sources of the widely distributed Indo‐Australian braconid fruit fly parasitoid Diachasmimorpha longicaudata (Ashmead) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae). Adults sustained life on diets of fruit juice or fruit pulp, a homopteran and its associated honeydew, or extrafloral nectary secretions. Longevities on all these foods and fecundity on fruit juice were comparable to those achieved on the honey that is typically provided in mass‐rearing programs. Certain of the flower species Bidens alba (L.), Spermacoce verticillata L., Lobularia maritima (L.) Desv., Brassica nigra (L.), Lantana camara L., their nectar or pollen, provided a diet that resulted in longer maximum life spans than water alone. Unlike some tephritid flies, the braconid did not feed on fresh bird feces or leaf‐surface exudates. Feeding by D. longicaudata on wounded host fruits of tephritid flies suggests that adult parasitoids would not need separate forays for adult food and oviposition sites, as these occur in the same locations. We conclude that an inventory of adult foods may help target inundative releases of D. longicaudata and lead to improvements in diets used for mass rearing.  相似文献

The influence of different leaf-to-fruit (l-t-f) ratios on leaf net photosynthetic rate (P N) and fruit characteristics in Olea europaea L. cv. Frantoio was evaluated in 2001 and 2002. In both years, at the end of June, at the end of July, and in mid-September (first, second, and third time of treatment, respectively), defoliation or fruit thinning were performed to give l-t-f ratios of 1/1, 3/1, 5/1, and 7/1 (about 5.1, 15.3, 25.6, and 35.8 cm2 of leaf area per fruit, respectively) on girdled and ungirdled peripheral shoots. P N showed substantial seasonal and diurnal variations. In ungirdled shoots, no differences due to the different l-t-f ratios were observed, whereas in girdled shoots P N tended to be lower in shoots with a high l-t-f ratio. In general, the values of leaf transpiration rate (E), stomatal conductance (g s), sub-stomatal CO2 concentration (C i), and dark respiration rate (R D) were associated with those of P N. The starch and reducing sugar contents and area leaf dry mass (ADM) tended to be higher in leaves on girdled shoots with high l-t-f ratio, whereas in ungirdled shoots no differences related to the different l-t-f ratios were observed. The higher saccharide content in the leaves and the lower P N, in the presence of a high C i, observed in girdled shoots with a high l-t-f ratio suggests that the depression in P N in these shoots may be the result of a feedback inhibition of the photosynthetic mechanism that regulates such a process. The l-t-f ratio did not have a substantial effect on fruit drop. In ungirdled shoots, the different l-t-f ratios did not produce significant differences in terms of fruit growth and leaf dry matter and saccharide contents, whereas in girdled shoots fruit growth increased as the l-t-f ratio increased, particularly when treatments were applied at the initial stage of fruit development. The percentage of oil in the pulp, on a dry matter basis, was not substantially influenced by girdling and l-t-f ratio. The abundant availability of assimilates seemed to cause earlier fruit ripening and, at the same time, retard fruit senescence (fruit detachment force). Shoot growth was slightly reduced by girdling. The abundant availability of assimilates, induced by girdling associated with high l-t-f ratio, stimulated flower induction.  相似文献
