北亚种的序列显示出某些分异,可以被分为2 或3 个亚群,所以我们提出需要更多标本的DNA 分析来确定东北
亚种的分类地位。另外,来自韩国的朝鲜亚种的序列,与来自中国东北地区龙江和哈尔滨的东北亚种的两个亚
群相似(1 个亚群是细胞色素b 的两个单倍型,另1 个是控制区的两个单倍型),表明基于线粒体DNA 序列的遗
传多样性与现今基于形态特征对这些姬鼠的分类所得结果是不一致的。因此我们认为来自韩国的朝鲜亚种是一
个只在形态特异上不同于东北亚种的地方亚种,我们建议通过其他DNA 标记来进一步验证其亚种地位。我们还

A transmission near infrared (NIR) spectroscopic method has been developed for the nondestructive determination of drug content in tablets with less than 1% weight of active ingredient per weight of formulation (m/m) drug content. Tablets were manufactured with drug concentrations of ∼0.5%, 0.7%, and 1.0% (m/m) and ranging in drug content from 0.71 to 2.51 mg per tablet. Transmission NIR spectra were obtained for 110 tablets that constituted the training set for the calibration model developed with partial least squares regression. The reference method for the calibration model was a validated UV spectrophotometric method. Several data preprocessing methods were used to reduce the effect of scattering on the NIR spectra and base the calibration model on spectral changes related to the drug concentration changes. The final calibration model included the spectral range from 11 216 to 8662 cm−1 the standard normal variate (SNV), and first derivative spectral pretreatments. This model was used to predict an independent set of 48 tablets with a root mean standard error of prediction (RMSEP) of 0.14 mg, and a bias of only −0.05 mg per tablet. The study showed that transmission NIR spectroscopy is a viable alternative for nondestructive testing of low drug content tablets, available for the analysis of large numbers of tablets during process development and as a tool to detect drug agglomeration and evaluate process improvement efforts. The promoters of several E2F-regulated genes identified in plants contain a variety of E2F motifs, notably a composite element consisting of a "CDE-like element" C/GGCGG on one strand, described as repressor in animals, associated with an E2F element on the complementary strand. This detailed study throughout plant development using ribonucleotide reductase promoters, allows us to propose a model, where E2F and composite elements play a dual role. Such regulation is mainly conditioned by the availability of E2F factors in tissues and during the cell cycle in tobacco.  相似文献

The conformational conversion of the nonpathogenic "cellular" prion isoform into a pathogenic "scrapie" protease-resistant isoform is a fundamental event in the onset of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSE). During this pathogenic conversion, helix H1 and its two flanking loops of the normal prion protein are thought to undergo a conformational transition into a beta-like structure. A peptide spanning helix H1 and beta-strand S2 (residues 142-166 in human numbering) was studied by circular dichroism and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopies. This peptide in aqueous solution, in contrast to many prion fragments studied earlier (1) is highly soluble and (2) does not aggregate until the millimolar concentration range, and (3) exhibits an intrinsic propensity to a beta-hairpin-like conformation at neutral pH. We found that this peptide can also fold into a helix H1 conformation when dissolved in a TFE/PB mixture. The structures of the peptide calculated by MD showed solvent-dependent internal stabilizing forces of the structures and evidenced a higher mobility of the residues following the end of helix H1. These data suggest that the molecular rearrangement of this peptide in region 152-156, particularly in position 155, could be associated with the pathogenic conversion of the prion protein.  相似文献

Gracilaria vermiculophylla (Ohmi) Papenf., an agar‐producing red alga introduced from northeast Asia to Europe and North America, is often highly abundant in invaded areas. To assay its genetic diversity and identify the putative source of invasive populations, we analyzed the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (cox1) gene from 312 individuals of G. vermiculophylla collected in 37 native and 32 introduced locations. A total of 19 haplotypes were detected: 17 in northeast Asia and three in Europe and eastern and western North America, with only one shared among all regions. The shared haplotype was present in all introduced populations and in ~99% of individuals in the introduced areas. This haplotype was also found at three native locations in east Korea, west Japan, and eastern Russia. Both haplotype and nucleotide diversities were extremely low in Europe and North America compared to northeast Asia. Our study indicates that the East Sea/Sea of Japan is a likely donor region of the invasive populations of G. vermiculophylla in the east and west Atlantic and the east Pacific.  相似文献

This paper describes a new approach to the calibration of thermal infrared measurements of leaf temperature for the estimation of stomatal conductance and illustrates its application to thermal imaging of plant leaves. The approach is based on a simple reformulation of the leaf energy balance equation that makes use of temperature measurements on reference surfaces of known conductance to water vapour. The use of reference surfaces is an alternative to the accurate measurement of all components of the leaf energy balance and is of potentially wide application in studies of stomatal behaviour. The resolution of the technique when applied to thermal images is evaluated and some results of using the approach in the laboratory for the study of stomatal behaviour in leaves of Phaseolus vulgaris L. are presented. Conductances calculated from infrared measurements were well correlated with estimates obtained using a diffusion porometer.  相似文献
