疲劳引起的包括易受到无关信息的干扰、工作错误率增加,任务检测能力和策略性行为调整的能力下降等表现,属轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)范畴。本文对疲劳引起的轻度认知功能障碍的中西医研究进展进行整理。从其涉及的神经生理学机制、中医对其病因病机的认识、中西医特色治疗方面进行了总结,并结合高新技术发展趋势对其生理学机制研究及诊疗的发展进行展望,为今后的研究提供新思路。  相似文献

裸子植物psbA基因分子进化式样的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为阐明裸子植物对陆生生境生态响应的分子机制,以新近的裸子植物分类系统为指导,基于psb A基因编码全序列对4亚纲53种代表植物进行分子进化分析。首先,依据"放松分子钟"模型重建裸子植物在时间尺度下系统发育关系;其次,采用6个模型(MEC/JTT、MEC/cp REV、M5、M7、M8、M8a)估测氨基酸位点ω值,并对各模型结果进行统计检测;随后,利用Bootstrap方法检PSBA蛋白内部氨基酸位点的共进化动态。结果表明,系统树提示的物种分化历程支持前期分类结果;光合系统反应中心核心PSBA蛋白有3个氨基酸位点(13、19和243)曾经受正选择压力;PSBA蛋白内部有多对氨基酸位点间构成了共进化网络。因此,psb A基因编码序列具有作为描绘裸子植物系统发育关系标记的潜力,PSBA蛋白部分位点经历了适应性进化,通过位点间共进化网络协同作用方式辅助裸子植物响应陆生生境。  相似文献

人类基因组中,用于蛋白质编码的核酸序列约占1.5%,另外98.5%的非蛋白编码基因被视为"噪音"序列,并未引起人们的注意。随着测序技术的发展,人们发现大部分的基因被转录成RNA,其中多数为长度大于200nt且不编码蛋白质的长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA, lncRNA),其作用机制包括支架分子、引导分子等,广泛参与细胞发育、增殖及迁移过程,且其水平的改变又与肿瘤、代谢性疾病等相关。本文主要对lncRNA的分类、作用机制及涉及的疾病等进行综述,为进一步研究lncRNA的功能机制奠定基础。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效,并分析其疗效机制。方法:将2015年2月至2018年2月医院诊治的脑梗死患者84例按随机数字表法分为观察组(42例)及对照组(42例)。所有患者入院后均给予降血压、降血糖、稳定颅内压以及改善微循环等基本治疗,在此基础上,对照组口服瑞舒伐他汀钙10 mg/d,观察组口服瑞舒伐他汀钙20 mg/d,两组疗程均为14 d。比较两组疗效、治疗前后美国国立卫生研究所卒中量表(NIHSS)评分以及日常生活能力量表(Barthel指数)变化,并比较两组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,分析血清HMGB1、IL-6、IL-8和hs-CRP之间的相关性,记录两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),明显高于对照组的80.95%(34/42)(P0.05)。两组治疗后NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,Barthel指数高于治疗前,同时,观察组NIHSS评分降低程度大于对照组,Barthel指数升高程度大于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、HMGB1、hs-CRP明显降低,且观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、HMGB1、hs-CRP明显低于对照组(P0.05)。Person相关性分析表明患者血清HMGB1与IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.306,0.428,0.367,均P0.05),IL-6与IL-8、hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.327,0.385,P0.05),IL-8与hs-CRP亦呈正相关(r=0.430,P0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:高剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死能够促进神经功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,临床疗效显著,其机制可能与降低脑梗死急性期炎症反应有关。  相似文献

The influence of age and sex on the bioaccumulation of heavy metals in Apodemus sylvaticus was studied in Merja Zerga lagoon in northern Morocco. Five trace metal elements (Zn, Pb, Cr, Cu and Fe) were quantitatively analyzed by Varian AA 240 atomic absorption spectroscopy with graphite furnace in three organs (Liver, Kidney and Heart) from animals of different age and sex. The maximum metal level of the analyzed samples was recorded in adults and was limited to 46.62 μg/g for Pb and 35.1 μg/g for Cu, while it reached 22.69 μg/g, 7.59 μg/g and 6.78 μg/g for Cr, Zn and Fe, respectively. Highly significant differences were found for bioaccumulation of heavy metals according to animal ages and no significant differences were observed between the two sexes among the studied animals. Our results revealed also the existence of a strong correlation (r > 0.65) between the majority of biometric parameters and the trace element concentrations. In general, we found that age is a critical factor in estimating the level of heavy metal pollution. Other characteristics such as habitat, feeding habits and anti-predator behavior of the species need to be studied.  相似文献

The resistance of pathogenic fungi and failure of drug therapy increased dramatically. Numerous studies have reported the individual or synergistic antifungal potency of natural and synthesized flavonoids, especially against drug-resistant fungi. This brief review summarizes the structure and individual or synergistic antifungal activity of natural and synthesized flavonoids (literatures mainly cover the past 10 years 2009–2019), with a special focus on the antifungal spectra, structure–activity relationship and mechanisms of actions. These may contribute to a better understanding of flavonoids as multi-target agents in the treatment of mycoses and provide some ideas on the development of novel flavonoids-based antifungals.  相似文献

目的合成Ag/TiO_2纳米材料,对其进行表征测定,并探讨其对烟曲霉的抑制作用及具体机制。方法采用光催化还原法制备Ag/TiO_2纳米材料,紫外可见分析和扫描电镜对其进行表征测定;微量液基稀释法检测对烟曲霉的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),以及生物量的抑制作用;ELISA试剂盒检测对真菌谷胱甘肽还原酶、总谷胱甘肽、线粒体膜电位的影响,荧光显微镜检测活性氧的产生。结果成功制备Ag/TiO_2纳米材料,分布均匀;对烟曲霉的MIC值为0.5μg/mL,能完全抑制烟曲霉生物量,与单独纳米银相比,具有更好的抗菌活性。机制研究发现其主要通过降低烟曲霉体内谷胱甘肽及其还原酶的含量,诱导过量活性氧的产生,最终导致线粒体膜电位降低,使真菌细胞发生凋亡。结论 Ag/TiO2纳米材料可有效阻断烟曲霉等真菌在空气中的传播,具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Porcine pancreatic and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens alpha-amylases were examined for the formation of covalent carbohydrate intermediates during reaction. The enzymes were precipitated and denatured by adding 10 volumes of acetone. When these denatured enzymes were mixed with methyl alpha-6-[(3)H]-maltooligosaccharide glycosides and chromatographed on BioGel P-2, no carbohydrate was found in the protein void volume peak. When the enzymes were added to the methyl alpha-6-[(3)H]-maltooligosaccharide glycosides and allowed to react for 15s at 1 degrees C and then precipitated and denatured with 10 volumes of acetone, (3)H-labeled carbohydrates were found in the BioGel P-2 protein void volume peak, indicating the formation of enzyme-carbohydrate covalent intermediates. (1)H NMR analysis of the denatured enzyme from the reaction with methyl alpha-maltooligosaccharide glycosides confirmed that carbohydrate was attached to the denatured enzyme. (1)H NMR saturation-transfer analysis further showed that the carbohydrate was attached to the denatured enzyme by a beta-configuration. This configuration is what would be expected for an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of alpha-(1-->4) glycosidic linkages by a two-step, S(N)2 double-displacement reaction to give retention of the alpha-configuration of the substrates at the reducing-end of the products.  相似文献

Objective: In adult populations, changes in retinal vascular caliber have been linked with obesity and metabolic syndrome. We examined the association of BMI and weight with retinal vascular caliber in children. Research Methods and Procedures: This was a school‐based, cross‐sectional study of 768 children, 7 to 9 years old, randomly sampled from the Singapore Cohort Study of the Risk Factors for Myopia. Participants had digital retinal photographs. Retinal vascular caliber was measured using a computer‐based program and combined to provide average calibers of arterioles and venules in that eye. Weight and height were measured using standardized protocol. These data were used to calculate BMI. Results: In this population, the mean retinal arteriolar and venular calibers were 156.40 μm [95% confidence interval (CI), 155.44 to 157.36] and 225.43 μm (95% CI, 224.10 to 226.74) respectively. After controlling for age, gender, race, parental monthly income, axial length, birth weight, and birth length, each 3.1 kg/m2 (standard deviation) increase in BMI was associated with a 2.55‐μm (95% CI, 1.21 to 3.89; p < 0.001) larger retinal venular caliber. In multivariable analysis, greater weight was also significantly associated with larger retinal venular caliber. BMI and weight were not associated with retinal arteriolar caliber. Height was not significantly associated with retinal arteriolar or venular caliber. Discussion: Greater BMI and weight are associated with larger retinal venular caliber in healthy children.  相似文献
