早奥陶世桐梓红花园剖面位于扬子区的内陆架沉积带,碳酸盐岩相的桐梓组浅滩序列中频繁出现强水动力环境下三叶虫、棘皮类、腕足类、砾屑和鲕粒单独或混合构建的沉积单元,有些滩相单元是在高能带风暴浪中快速堆积的,间或出现有云坪带沉积的白云岩。盐度异常和强水动力条件皆不利于后生动物造礁,仅见薄层钙质微生物席。通过与红花园之南的贵阳乌当以及之北的桐梓水坝塘剖面桐梓组的岩相学比较,厘定它们分别由蒸发云坪为主—高能滩为主—潮下带为主的相变序列构成,藉此划定桐梓组沉积期由南到北古地理背景差异性,认为朝北方向海水有逐渐变深的趋势,水深控制了白云岩化强度和海水能量指标。  相似文献

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the leading cause of severe lower respiratory tract infection in infants. Reduced numbers of NK cells have been reported in infants with severe RSV infection; however, the precise role of NK cells during acute RSV infection is unclear. In this study the NK and T cell phenotypes, LILRB1 gene polymorphisms and KIR genotypes of infants hospitalized with RSV infection were analyzed. Compared to controls, infants with acute RSV infection showed a higher proportion of LILRB1+ T cells; in addition, a subgroup of infants with RSV infection showed an increase in LILRB1+ NK cells. No differences in NKG2C, NKG2A, or CD161 expression between RSV infected infants and controls were observed. LILRB1 genotype distribution of the rs3760860 A>G, and rs3760861 A>G single nucleotide polymorphisms differed between infants with RSV infection and healthy donors, whereas no differences in any of the KIR genes were observed. Our results suggest that LILRB1 participates in the pathogenesis of RSV infection. Further studies are needed to define the role of LILRB1+ NK in response to RSV and to confirm an association between LILRB1 polymorphisms and the risk of severe RSV infection.  相似文献

目的:探讨下颌第三磨牙拔除导致下唇和舌麻木的有关因素。方法:按照三种分类标准进行分组。第一种分组:以不同年龄段分成两组。第二种分组:以下颌第三磨牙根尖与下颌神经管的关系分成三组。第三种分组:以不同拔牙方法分为三组。结果:1.下颌第三磨牙拔除后引起下唇麻木和舌麻木与年龄无明显关系。2.460例下颌第三磨牙拔除术后出现下唇麻木31例(占6.74%),其中第二组和第三组占26例(占5.65%),第一组和第二组分别与第三组相比具有统计学意义(P0.05);出现舌神经损伤17例(占3.70%),其中第二组和第三组占14例(占3.04%),第一组和第二组分别与第三组相比具有统计学意义(P0.05)。3.口腔全景片显示的66例下颌第三磨牙根尖与下颌神经管重叠中,CBCT显示根尖多位于下颌神经管舌侧,而跨于下颌神经管最少见。4.拔牙方法越复杂,引起下唇和舌麻木的几率就越大。结论:本组病例的方法评估对拟定合适的治疗方案和安全指导拔牙以降低下唇和舌麻木具有重要的临床意义。  相似文献

目的:探讨筋膜下经内镜穿通静脉离断术(SEPS)治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的远期临床效果。方法:收集1999年12月至2001年1月在本院接受SEPS治疗的36例患者,共40条患肢,均患有静脉性溃疡。所有患者同时行大隐静脉高位结扎及曲张浅静脉剥脱术,术后1、3、6、12个月接受随访,以后每年随访1次,随访时间10年,观察患者的近期和远期疗效。结果:所有患肢溃疡均愈合,2例复发。1条患肢出现神经损伤,2条患肢出现皮下血肿。16条患肢出现丹毒,其中5条患肢反复发作,6条患肢静脉曲张复发。结论:SEPS治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的一种有效方法,近期并发症少,远期并发症率高。在促进溃疡愈合方面与传统手术相比未见明显优势。  相似文献

BackgroundA cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments constitute a significantly increased psychological burden among cancer patients. This study examined the prevalence of current depression and the risk factors associated with a high burden of depression among cancer survivors in the US.MethodsWe analyzed data from 3550 cancer survivors (aged ≥18 years) and 26,917 adults without cancer who participated in the 2010 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Depressive symptoms were assessed by the Patient Health Questionnaire-8 diagnostic algorithm. Participants with a total depression severity score of ≥10 were defined as having current depression. Prevalence and prevalence ratios were estimated by conducting log-linear regression analysis while controlling for potential confounders.ResultsOverall, 13.7% of cancer survivors (vs. 8.9% of adults without cancer, P < 0.001) reported having current depression; the prevalence varied significantly by cancer category. Among cancer survivors, after multivariate adjustment for covariates, cancer diagnosis within a year, being in ‘other’ racial/ethnic group, divorced, separated, widowed, or never married, current or former smoker, or having histories of diabetes, disability, or depression were associated with significantly higher prevalence ratios for current depression; whereas being at an advanced age (≥60 years old), attaining educational levels of >high school graduate, or engaging in leisure-time physical activity were associated with significantly lower prevalence ratios for current depression.ConclusionOur results indicate that cancer survivors are at increased risk of current depression. Targeting cancer survivors at high risk of depressive issues may be especially important for clinical support and interventions aimed at improving mental well-being.  相似文献

The mouse prostate develops from a component of the lower urinary tract (LUT) known as the urogenital sinus (UGS). This process requires androgens and signaling between mesenchyme and epithelium. Little is known about DNA methylation during prostate development, including which factors are expressed, whether their expression changes over time, and if DNA methylation contributes to androgen signaling or influences signaling between mesenchyme and epithelium. We used in situ hybridization to evaluate the spatial and temporal expression pattern of mRNAs which encode proteins responsible for establishing, maintaining or remodeling DNA methylation. These include DNA methyltrasferases, DNA deaminases, DNA glycosylases, base excision repair and mismatch repair pathway members. The mRNA expression patterns were compared between male and female LUT prior to prostatic bud formation (14.5 days post coitus (dpc)), during prostatic bud formation (17.5 dpc) and during prostatic branching morphogenesis (postnatal day (P) 5). We found dramatic changes in the patterns of these mRNAs over the course of prostate development and identified examples of sexually dimorphic mRNA expression. Future investigation into how DNA methylation patterns are established, maintained and remodeled during the course of embryonic prostatic bud formation may provide insight into prostate morphogenesis and disease.  相似文献

The recent recognition of receptor-mediated ATP signalling as a pathway of epithelial pro-inflammatory cytokine release challenges the ubiquitous role of the TLR4 pathway during urinary tract infection. The aim of this study was to compare cellular responses of renal epithelial cells infected with uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) strain IA2 to stimulation with ATP-γ-S. A498 cells were infected or stimulated in the presence or absence of apyrase, that degrades extracellular ATP, or after siRNA-mediated knockdown of ATP-responding P2Y2 receptors. Cellular IL-8 release and global gene expression were analysed. Both IA2 and A498 cells per se released ATP, which increased during infection. IA2 and ATP-γ-S caused a ∼5-fold increase in cellular release of IL-8 and stimulations performed in the presence of apyrase or after siRNA knockdown of P2Y2 receptors resulted in attenuation of IA2-mediated IL-8 release. Microarray results show that both IA2 and ATP-γ-S induced marked changes in gene expression of renal cells. Thirty-six genes were in common between both stimuli, and many of these are key genes belonging to classical response pathways of bacterial infection. Functional analysis shows that 88 biological function-annotated cellular pathways were identical between IA2 and ATP-γ-S stimuli. Results show that UPEC-induced release of IL-8 is dependent on P2Y2 signalling and that cellular responses elicited by UPEC and ATP-γ-S have many identical features. This indicates that renal epithelial responses elicited by bacteria could be mediated by bacteria- or host-derived ATP, thus defining a key role of ATP during infection.

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者肝损伤标志物水平与其下肢动脉病变的相关性,为2型糖尿病并发症的防治提供参考依据。方法:选取我院收治的2型糖尿病患者946例,根据下肢动脉内膜中层厚度分为以下3组,即无动脉硬化组(276例)、单纯性动脉硬化组(598例)和动脉硬化伴管腔狭窄或闭塞组(72例)。分析和比较三组之间肝损伤标志物谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平的差异,及其与2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化程度的相关性。结果:随着动脉硬化程度的加重,2型糖尿病患者的ALT水平逐渐升高,三组之间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。动脉硬化伴管腔狭窄或闭塞组AST水平显著高于非动脉硬化组和单纯性下肢动脉硬化组,而动脉硬化组和非动脉硬化组之间AsT水平比较无显著差异(P〉0.05)。三组之间γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示ALT与糖尿病下肢动脉硬化的相关系数为0.30484。结论:2型糖尿病患者ALT水平与其下肢动脉硬化程度显著相关。  相似文献

目的:分析2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变超声诊断的意义,为临床超声诊断提供理论依据。方法:选取我院2011年4月--2012年10月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取同期100例健康体检者作为对照组。对比两组下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声检测结果的差异。结果:观察组检出85例斑块、23例狭窄、13例闭塞,对照组分别为21例、12例及0例;观察组下肢动脉管腔斑块、狭窄和闭塞发生率显著高于对照组(P〉O.05);病程10--15年的患者,其足背动脉管径为(1.25±0.07)mm,显著低于对照组;病程超过25年的患者,全部下肢动脉血管管径均显著低于对照组(P〈O.05);观察组股前动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉血流速度明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),两组人群股总动脉、胭动脉血流速度无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:超声可有效反映2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变情况,且具有无创、可多次检查等优势,费用较低,降低了患者诊疗负担,为血管病变的早期诊断提供了有利条件,也在预防和控制患者糖尿病足等并发症方面起到了重要作用。  相似文献
