作物物候信号能够反映温度和降水等变化对植被生长的影响,是进行农作物动态分析和田间管理的重要依据。基于2008年EOS-MODIS多时相卫星遥感数据,研究了我国东北地区水稻的主要物候期的识别方法。首先提取研究区24个农业气象观测站所在位置的MODIS-EVI(Enhanced Vegetation Index,增强型植被指数)指数的时间序列;同时利用小波滤波消除时间序列上的噪音,小波滤波选用函数包含Daubechies(7-20),Coiflet(3-5)和Symlet(7-15)共26种类型。然后根据水稻移栽期、抽穗期和成熟期在EVI时间序列上的表现特征来识别水稻主要物候期。最后与东北地区24个站点水稻物候观测资料对比并分析误差。结果表明,Symlet11小波滤波的效果最好,其移栽期识别结果的误差绝大部分在±16 d,抽穗期和成熟期识别结果的误差在±8 d。表明通过此方法可以较好地识别东北水稻主要物候期,并可进一步应用到整个东北地区水稻的物候空间分布和时间变化特征研究上。  相似文献

基于AHP与Rough Set的农业节水技术综合评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
由于不同区域自然条件的差异,农业节水技术自身特点及对应用环境条件的要求,导致不同农业节水技术的应用效果存在很大差异,有较大的不确定性,因此,如何筛选合理的评价指标,构建科学、全面的农业节水技术综合评价方法具有十分重要的意义。根据对农业节水技术应用效果的实地调研,应用Delphi法从调查获得的20项评价指标中筛选出了9项农业节水技术综合评价指标。其中节水率、积温和土壤肥力属于生态因子,产投比、劳动力投入和经济投入属于经济因子,可靠性、推广程度和农民认可度为社会因子。基于以上9项指标,构建了农业节水技术综合评价指标体系.综合评价方法(ARM)通过引入经验因子α对应用层次分析法(AHP)和粗糙集(Rough Set)所获得指标权重进行修订,使指标权重更加合理化。同时,分别应用AHP、Rough Set和ARM对甘肃省武威市的地膜覆盖、秸秆覆盖和常规畦田灌溉在大田中的应用效果进行了综合评价。评价结果显示,在对地膜覆盖技术评价中,AHP法过分强调了经济效益的作用(0.44),Rough Set法则强调的是生态效益(0.33)和社会效益(0.32),弱化了经济效益(0.05),ARM修正了以上2种方法的评价结果,获得地膜覆盖的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,分别为0.36、0.20和0.13。在对秸秆覆盖评价中,与其它两种方法相比,Rough Set法的评价结果存在显著性差异,ARM修正获得的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,分别为0.09、0.18和0.06。在对常规畦田灌溉评价中,Rough Set法强调了生态效益(0.28),经过修正获得的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,分别为0.24、0.01和0.13。ARM的评价结果表明,采用地膜覆盖的经济效益最佳;同常规畦田灌溉相比较,地膜覆盖、秸秆覆盖的生态性指数分别比之高0.19和0.17,主要是由于秸秆覆盖具有保墒、增加土壤有机质以及在作物生长后期调节地温的作用,地膜覆盖具有节水、提高苗期土壤温度和促进提前出苗的作用;同秸秆覆盖相比,地膜覆盖和常规畦田灌溉的社会性指数分别高112.12%、18.18%,说明这两种技术在河西半干旱地区具有良好的社会基础。可见,在西北半干旱地区地膜覆盖用于种植玉米的效果最佳,而秸秆覆盖尽管其生态效益较高,但经济效益较低,推广应用存在一定的难度。  相似文献

采用逻辑斯蒂克分布(log-logistic distribution)模型结合物种敏感性分布方程Burr-III分析,研究了2种不同土壤中添加不同水平的外源Zn后对8种不同植物毒性的剂量-效应关系及不同植物对外源Zn毒害的敏感性差异。结果表明,土壤中添加低浓度(<100mg·kg-1)Zn能对植物生长产生刺激效应,而过量的Zn则产生明显毒害作用。土壤中Zn毒性的阈值浓度(ECx)在不同植物间有较大差异,这主要与植物种类及土壤性质差异有关。不同土壤中Zn植物毒性的敏感性分布结果表明,不同植物对Zn毒性的敏感性频次分布有明显差异,其中叶菜类植物对土壤中Zn的毒害较为敏感,而禾本科类植物(如玉米)对Zn具有较强的抗性,不同类型植物对土壤中Zn毒害的敏感性分布频次顺序与土壤性质无关。  相似文献

气候变暖对中国褐飞虱越冬北界的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
基于GIS技术,利用1951—2010年中国南方地区289个气象站点观测资料和褐飞虱历史越冬考察资料,通过采用典型年褐飞虱越冬实况调查资料进行检验,对前人研究的褐飞虱越冬北界指标进行优选,最终选择1月10℃等温线作为中国褐飞虱越冬北界位置确定的指标,分析了最近60年来气候变暖背景下中国褐飞虱越冬北界年代际变化以及前后30年的变化。结果表明:在气候变暖背景下,由于暖冬年份频次的增加,使得每隔10年、30年褐飞虱越冬北界平均界限均不同程度北移,与冷冬年相比,暖冬年褐飞虱越冬北界位置可向北推移2~3个纬度;年代际变化以20世纪80年代最为明显,80年代之后的30年较之前的30年北移显著;空间北移较明显的地区为云南中部和福建南部,其中云南境内最大位移处60年约向北移动了近90km。  相似文献

The pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) gene family represents one of the largest gene families in higher plants. Accumulating data suggest that PPR proteins play a central and broad role in modulating the expression of organellar genes in plants. Here we report a rice (Oryza sativa) mutant named young seedling albino (ysa) derived from the rice thermo/photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile line Pei'ai64S, which is a leading male-sterile line for commercial two-line hybrid rice production. The ysa mutant develops albino leaves before the three-leaf stage, but the mutant gradually turns green and recovers to normal green at the six-leaf stage. Further investigation showed that the change in leaf color in ysa mutant is associated with changes in chlorophyll content and chloroplast development. Map-based cloning revealed that YSA encodes a PPR protein with 16 tandem PPR motifs. YSA is highly expressed in young leaves and stems, and its expression level is regulated by light. We showed that the ysa mutation has no apparent negative effects on several important agronomic traits, such as fertility, stigma extrusion rate, selfed seed-setting rate, hybrid seed-setting rate, and yield heterosis under normal growth conditions. We further demonstrated that ysa can be used as an early marker for efficient identification and elimination of false hybrids in commercial hybrid rice production, resulting in yield increases by up to approximately 537 kg ha(-1).  相似文献

Ammonium (NH4 +) toxicity is a significant agricultural problem globally, compromising crop growth and productivity in many areas. However, the molecular mechanisms of NH4 + toxicity are still poorly understood, in part due to a lack of valuable genetic resources. Here, a novel Arabidopsis mutant, amos2 (ammonium overly sensitive 2), displaying hypersensitivity to NH4 + in both shoots and roots, was isolated. The mutant exhibits the hallmarks of NH4 + toxicity at significantly elevated levels: severely suppressed shoot biomass, increased leaf chlorosis, and inhibition of lateral root formation. Amos2 hypersensitivity is associated with excessive NH4 + accumulation in shoots and a reduction in tissue potassium (K+), calcium (Ca2+), and magnesium (Mg2+). We show that the lesion is specific to the NH4 + ion, is independent of NH4 + metabolism, and can be partially rescued by elevated external K+. The amos2 lesion was mapped to a 16-cM interval on top of chromosome 1, where no similar mutation has been previously mapped. Our study identifies a novel locus controlling cation homeostasis under NH4 + stress and provides a tool for the future identification of critical genes involved in the development of NH4 + toxicity.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to improve induction of embryogenesis in white cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) microspore cultures. The effect of NLN-13 liquid medium pH on isolated microspore embryogenesis was investigated in five white cabbage genotypes. Relatively high pH (6.2 or 6.4) was more effective on microspore embryogenesis in most of the white cabbage genotypes than the pH of 5.8, especially for inducing microspore-derived embryos in recalcitrant genotype ??Zhonggan No. 8??. Based on this, 2??(N-Morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid (MES) and the arabinogalactan-protein from gum arabic were tested on four out of five genotypes to see if they could increase embryo yield in microspore cultures. Adding MES or gum arabic alone was effective for these four genotypes, but the frequency of embryos derived from microspores was still low. However, the combination of 10?mg?l?1 gum arabic and 3?mM MES in NLN-13 at pH 6.4 significantly enhanced microspore embryogenesis efficiency (with embryo production of 4.57?C222.97 embryos per bud), especially with recalcitrant genotype ??Zhonggan No. 8?? for which it was increased by about 35-fold.  相似文献

Simulated microgravity has been reported to affect the gene, protein expression, and its function in the cells. Semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO; E.C.1.4.3.6.) is widely distributed in vascular cells, smooth muscle cells, and adipocytes. It is noteworthy whether the expression of SSAO is affected under simulated microgravity or not. In this study, an SSAO-transformed Escherichia coli BL21 was constructed firstly. Then, a sensitive, selective, and accurate method based on high-performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization triple quadrupole (HPLC-ESI-QQQ) was developed to determine the amount of SSAO in the E. coli BL21. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 5.0 and 10 fmol, respectively. Finally, SSAO expression in the recombinant E. coli BL21 was evaluated with various gravity and temperature conditions by HPLC-ESI-QQQ analysis. It is interesting that the tendency in the alteration of SSAO under simulated microgravity showed temperature difference. At 18 °C, the amount of SSAO in the inclusion bodies and soluble fractions under the simulated microgravity increased by 83% and 116%, respectively, compared with normal gravity. However, the decrease by 38% and 49% in the inclusion bodies and soluble fractions under the simulated microgravity was observed at 37 °C. Results obtained here indicate that the SSAO expression under simulated microgravity is dramatically sensitive to the temperature. On the other hand, a novel bioreactor from this study may also be useful for the recombinant protein expression in the field of gene engineering.  相似文献
