川西泡沙参种群地上生物量生长发育的研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
对川西泡沙参种群地上各器官,茎、叶、花-果的生物量生长发育过程进行了系统的研究,结果表明:(1)泡沙参种群(总和)个体地上总生物量和各器官的生长发育在1-5年生生长缓慢,5-15年生随年龄增长,年生物量增幅较大,此后,生长速度开始下降,直到死亡年龄,泡沙参种群(总和)地上生物量生长发育过程可程可用方程y=a0 a1x a2x^2表示。(2)不同海拔区间的泡沙参种群个体地上总生物量和各器官生物量生长发育与种群(总和)地上总生物量生长发育的趋势基本一致。生物量生长在幼年和老年时较低,大约在15年生时达到高峰。(3)不同海拔区域综合生境条件与种群的地上生物量生长,生长模式,生物量最高峰出现的年龄区段等有着密切联系。在较为适生的环境条件下,外界干扰少,水热条件适宜,种群各器官的生物量和个体总生物量可达到较高水平,在低海拔地区,外界干扰严重,或高海拔地区,低温条件来酷,个体总生物量和各器官生物量均较低。  相似文献

Intramuscular fat (IMF) is an important meat‐quality trait of pigs, which influences pork’s shearing force, hydraulics, tenderness and juicy flavor. However, to achieve a higher percentage of lean meat, pigs with lower backfat thickness (BF) are intensively selected for, which may lead to a reduction in pork quality. Therefore, the objective of this study was to locate loci that affect IMF without changing BF. A single‐step GWAS was performed on 950 Duroc pigs genotyped by a 50K SNP chip in order to detect genomic variants relevant to IMF and BF. The significant SNPs detected were afterwards divided into a BF subset (seven SNPs), an IMF subset (11 SNPs) and a subset of both traits (12 SNPs), according to their P‐value and LD. After SNP and QTL annotation, our results indicated that SSC1: 167938652, 166363826, 164829874 and 167171587 might be associated with IMF without changing BF. In the subset of both traits, we found that the combined effect of ALGA0006602 (SSC1: 159538854) and 12784636 (SSC1: 160773437) might improve the IMF without changing BF. Our gene annotation result showed that TLE3, ITGA11, SMAD6, PAQR5 and [RNF152A/G × MC4RA/A] genes might affect IMF independently of BF. We believe that the SNPs and genes identified in this study will be valuable for the future molecular breeding of IMF in Duroc pigs.  相似文献

In order to increase the adsorption capacity of cationic starch and avoid the loss of cationic groups, novel and cost-effective cationic starch (CS) intercalated clay composite matrix was prepared by controlling the weight ratio of clay and CS. Intercalated microstructure of the composite matrix was characterized by FTIR and XRD, respectively. Reactive dye (brilliant blue X-BR) was used to study adsorption behaviors of the matrix under various parameters such as weight ratio of clay to CS, initial dye concentration, contact time and temperature. Adsorption equilibrium, thermodynamics and kinetics models were further investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity increased greatly with increasing the weight ratio of clay to CS from 0.1 to 0.2, and then decreased when the weight ratio up to 0.3. The adsorption isotherm fitted well with the Langmuir isotherm model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 122.0 mg/g. Kinetic study showed that the pseudo-second-order model provided a better correlation of experimental data. Furthermore, the thermodynamic parameters were also calculated.  相似文献

Most genes in evolutionarily complex genomes are expressed to multiple protein isoforms, but there is not yet any simple high‐throughput approach to identify these isoforms. Using an oversimplified top‐down LC–MS/MS strategy, we detected, around the 26‐kD position of SDS‐PAGE, proteins produced from 782 genes in a Cdk4?/? mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. Interestingly, only 213 (27.24%, about one‐fourth) of these 782 genes have their proteins with a theoretical molecular mass (TMM) 10% smaller or larger than 26 kD, that is, between 23 and 29 kD, the range set as allowed variation in SDS‐PAGE. These 213 proteins are considered as the wild type (WT). The remaining three‐fourths includes proteins from 66 (9.44%) genes with a TMM smaller than 23 kD and proteins from 503 (64.32%, nearly two‐thirds) genes with a TMM larger than 29 kD; these proteins are categorized into a larger‐group or a smaller‐group, respectively, for their appearance at a higher or lower position of SDS‐PAGE. For instance, at this 26‐kD position we detected proteins from the Rps27a, Snrpf, Hist1h4a, and Rps25 genes whose proteins' TMM is 8.6, 9.7, 11.4, and 13.7 kD, respectively, and detected proteins from the Plelc1 and Prkdc genes, whose largest isoform is 533.9 and 471.1 kD, respectively. We extrapolate that many of those proteins migrating unexpectedly in SDS‐PAGE may be isoforms besides the WT protein. Moreover, we also detected a Cdk4 protein in this Cdk4?/? cell line, thus wondering whether some of other gene‐knockout cells or organisms show similar incompleteness of the knockout.  相似文献
