Three new species of the leafhopper genus Tambocerus Zhang & Webb (Hemiptera,Cicadellidae) from southern China

Three new species, Tambocerus dentatus, T. longicaudatus and T. robustispinus spp. n. from southern China, are described and illustrated. A checklist and distribution to the Tambocerus species from China is provided together with a key for their separation.     

白萝卜提取物诱生干扰素的有效成份

本实验用CF-11纤维素柱层析,从白萝卜提取物中分离纯化到一种双链RNA,简称E.R.s.r-dsRNA(全称见正文)。实验证明,E.R.s.r-dsRNA在家兔体内可诱生高水平的干扰素;纳克(ng)水平即可在体外细胞培养中抑制病毒感染。E.R.s.r-dsRNA分子量略小于1.34×10~6道尔顿,它对RNase的耐受性比Poly Ⅰ:PolyC强。推测E.R.s.r-dsRNA可能有较好的应用前景。     

Application of hydroelastic waves of the Chinese traditional medicine solution to the traumatotherapy

We have used hydroelastic waves to treat the closed trauma of the soft tissue. The Shu Huo Jiu (S. H. J.) which is the Chinese traditional medicine alcohol, was used as the fluid medium for generating the pressure waves. The biomechanical model was established and analysed. Both animal and human tests have been made. A practical system was designed, constructed and clinically tested to treat the closed trauma, such as the bruise, contusion, sprain etc.. This system was found to be effective.

Report of a family with dominant hereditary multicentric osteolysis. The review of the literature proves the clinical and genetic heterogeneity of the disease.     

国人坐骨大切迹的测量与性别判别分析

本文对614件(男358件女256件)国人坐骨大切迹进行了八项测算。对坐骨大切迹在性别鉴定上的作用进行了探讨。     

大麦条纹花叶病毒新疆株(BSMV-XJ)RNA_2的cDNA克隆及5′端序列分析

分离了大麦条纹花叶病毒(BSMV)新疆株基因组的3个RNA组份。以RNA2为模板,3′端互补寡核苷酸为引物,合成了第一条cDNA链和第二条cDNA链,将ds-cDNA重组在pUC9质粒中,转化大肠杆菌细胞,获得含RNA3′端的克隆,并证明所选克隆的cDNA含有新疆株几近全长的RNA2组份。对于插入片段为3.3kbp的112号克隆进行了酶谱分析,得到了与国外典型株类似的结果;用双脱氧终止法分析了相当于RNA 2 5′端250bp的cDNA酶切片段,表明与国外典型株有十分相似的一级结构。
