目的:探讨铅锌联合染毒对乳鼠颅骨成骨细胞增殖分化的影响。方法:分离并培养原代成骨细胞,加入不同浓度铅、锌培养48h,检测其对成骨细胞增殖的作用;用碱性磷酸酶试剂盒检测ALP活力。结果:在染铅48h后,当铅浓度≥10μmol/L时,细胞增殖功能下降(P<0.05);加锌干预48h后,铅+锌组细胞增殖功能均高于各自单独染铅组,其中铅(1μmol/L、10μmol/L)+锌(50μmol/L)组、铅(10)+锌(100)组与对照组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。铅干预48h后,100μmol/L铅组的ALP活力显著下(P<0.05),给予锌干预的铅锌联合染毒组,各组ALP活力均有增加,其中铅(1μmol/L、10μmol/L)+锌(50μmol/L)组ALP活力均高于对照组,而铅(100μmol/L)+锌(50μmol/L)组ALP活力低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铅对成骨细胞有毒性作用,影响其增殖和分化功能;50μmol/L锌在一定程度上可以拮抗铅对成骨细胞增殖和分化功能的损伤,且对ALP活力的作用更显著,为铅中毒骨病的防治提供一定的科学依据。 相似文献

Inertial measurement units (IMUs) are integrated electronic devices that contain accelerometers, magnetometers and gyroscopes. Wearable motion capture systems based on IMUs have been advertised as alternatives to optical motion capture. In this paper, the accuracy of five different IMUs of the same type in measuring 3D orientation in static situations, as well as the calibration of the accelerometers and magnetometers within the IMUs, has been investigated. The maximum absolute static orientation error was 5.2 degrees , higher than the 1 degrees claimed by the vendor. If the IMUs are re-calibrated at the time of measurement with the re-calibration procedure described in this paper, it is possible to obtain an error of less than 1 degrees , in agreement with the vendor's specifications (XSens Technologies B.V. 2005. The new calibration appears to be valid for at least 22 days providing the sensor is not exposed to high impacts. However, if several sensors are 'daisy chained' together changes to the magnetometer bias can cause heading errors of up to 15 degrees . The results demonstrate the non-linear relationship between the vendor's orthogonality claim of < 0.1 degrees and the accuracy of 3D orientation obtained from factory calibrated IMUs in static situations. The authors hypothesise that the high magnetic dip (64 degrees ) in our laboratory may have exacerbated the errors reported. For biomechanical research, small relative movements of a body segment from a calibrated position are likely to be more accurate than large scale global motion that may have an error of up to 9.8 degrees . 相似文献

Assuming that differences or similarities in morphology among congeneric parasite species living in the same habitat are not a random pattern, several hypotheses explaining morphological differences were tested: (i) reproductive isolation, (ii) niche restriction resulting from competition, and (iii) niche specialization. Congeneric monogenean (platyhelminth) ectoparasites parasitizing the gills of one host species were used as an ecological model. Morphometric distances of the attachment organ and morphometric distances of the copulatory organ between species pairs were calculated, Levin's niche size and Renkonen niche overlap indices were applied. Our results support the prediction that the function of niche segregation is to achieve reproductive isolation of related species in order to prevent hybridization (reinforcement of reproductive barriers). Parasite species living in the same niche differ greatly in the size of copulatory organ. Moreover, species coexistence is facilitated by an increase in morphometric distances of copulatory organ and niche centre distances. Our results also show that species living in overlapping niches have similar attachment organs, which supports the prediction that morphologically similar species have the same ecological requirements within one host and suggests small effects of interspecific competition for the evolution of morphological diversity of attachment organs. Specialist adaptations also seem to facilitate species coexistence and affect the niche distribution within host species. Summury Nine methods of measuring available soil P have been compared using dry-matter yield response and P uptake data from maize grown on 155 West Indian soils in greenhouse experiments. Olsen's (0.5N NaHCO3) method gave the best estimates of available P and was also least sensitive to changes in soil properties (texture, pH, cation exchange capacity, and percent base saturation). The distribution of amiloride-sensitive sodium channels (ASSCs) in taste
buds isolated from the oral cavity of hamsters was assessed by patch clamp
recording. In contrast to the case for rats, taste cells from the
fungiform, foliate and vallate papillae and from the soft palate all
contain functional ASSCs. The differential distribution of ASSCs between
the hamster and the rat may be important for understanding the physiology
underlying the differing behavioral responses of these species to sodium
salts.

Summary Total K, exchangeable K (NH4OAc method), CH3COOH, cold H2SO4 and boiling HNO3 extractable K were compared with dry matter yield response and K uptake from maize grown on 155 Commonwealth Caribbean soils in greenhouse experiments.Correlation coefficients for soil test values with percentage yield and K uptake were calculated using data from all the soils together and also when the soils were grouped according to pH (< 5.5, 5.5–7.0 and > 7.0), per cent base saturation (< 60, 60–79, 80–99 and 100 per cent), cation exchange capacity (< 10, 10–30 and > 30 me per 100 g) and texture (clays, clay loams and loams and sands). In general, correlations of soil test value with K uptake were superior to those with percentage yield. Total K gave no significant correlations in any of the comparisons. The NH4OAc (exchangeable K) and cold H2SO4 were the most successful methods overall and the least sensitive to changes in soil properties. The CH3COOH extract in general was the least effective. The differing behaviour and the ability of the methods to extract K is discussed in relation to the mineralogy and genesis of the soils which make up the various groups when divided according to the soil properties listed above. 相似文献

A novel presynaptic inhibitory mechanism underlies paired pulse depression at a fast central synapse. 总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19
Several distinct mechanisms may cause synaptic depression, a common form of short-term synaptic plasticity. These include postsynaptic receptor desensitization, presynaptic depletion of releasable vesicles, or other presynaptic mechanisms depressing vesicle release. At the endbulb of Held, a fast central calyceal synapse in the auditory pathway, cyclothiazide (CTZ) abolished marked paired pulse depression (PPD) by acting presynaptically to enhance transmitter release, rather than by blocking postsynaptic receptor desensitization. PPD and its response to CTZ were not altered by prior depletion of the releasable vesicle pool but were blocked by lowering external calcium concentration, while raising external calcium enhanced PPD. We conclude that a major component of PPD at the endbulb is due to a novel, transient depression of release, which is dependent on the level of presynaptic calcium entry and is CTZ sensitive. 相似文献
