Summary The present study examines the processes of ballistic disintegration carried out to release active biopolymers. The relationship between the activity of unit volume of homogenates and the time of disintegration has been obtained. Correctness of this relationship for any process of disintegration can serve as the criterion of optimal chemical composition of the medium in which this process occurs. Only two quantitative criteria have been found sufficient for comparison of any regimes of ballistic disintegration. The article describes a novel method of rhythm-suggestive compensation (RSC) for autonomous psychological support of crews, which takes into account the brain regulatory mechanisms of psychological defense. This method integrates several ways of optimization, such as rhythmic stimulation, binaural drumming, and verbal suggestion. The techniques of RSC are individually specific, taking into account the current features of the functional interaction between the brain’s hemispheres, the personal reaction to suggestive information, and individual psychological defense. Semantic suggestive patterns are modulated according to a certain algorithm and combined with rhythmic sensory stimulation. Therefore, controlled changes in the activities of the brain’s hemispheres and different regions of the brain are combined with an efficacious form of suggestion. The efficiency of RSC was evaluated in two groups of five combatants. The subjects of the first group received compensatory procedures that consisted of a simple combination of rhythmic audiovisual stimulation and verbal suggestion. The efficiency of the procedures was evaluated using the technique for the measurement of brain potentials evoked by emotionally engaging images. The subjects of the second group were treated using the RSC procedure. The RSC showed greater efficiency than rhythmic audiovisual stimulation. It was shown that regular repetition of rhythm-suggestive procedures enables us to optimize the mental state of subjects and form a stable mental set.  相似文献

Methods have been elaborated for detecting the individual changes in the resistance of cells on the basis of the analysis of alcohol- and heat resistance of isolated muscles of Rana temporaria L. A correlation has been determined between the initial resistance level of cells and its change induced by experimental effects. This method allows to identify a really existing relation as opposed to the seeming one caused by random factors. The study of this makes it possible to detect the responses which fail to be found by traditional methods of statistical treatment of experimental material.  相似文献

A theoretical synthesis of electrical parameters of interaction between gamma radiation and excited membranes of nervous and muscular tissues suggests a correlation between power (dose-rate, R) and duration of exposure (T), of the liminal stimulation of a neuron by gamma radiation: R = 6 + 8/T. In studying early transient neurologic disorders (ETND) the threshold charges of ionizing radiation have been defined for various probabilities of occurrence of one of the ETND symptoms.  相似文献

A survey of literature is made which indicates that various non-thermal influences may significantly affect cell thermostability in both directions. Therefore, special precautions should be taken to be sure that the observed changes in cell thermostability really represent strong negative correlation between the thermostability and the resting membrane potential levels in cells. This correlation implies that changes in cell thermostability, irrespectively of their origin (including those which account for thermal adaptation), are due to changes in the ionic asymmetry and permeability of cells.  相似文献
