The qualitative and quantitative composition of low-molecular exometabolites in roots of pea (Pisum sativum L.) was studied with a cultivar Triumph and its parental forms (a symbiotically effective variety k-8274 and a modern highly productive cv. Classic). A relationship between root exudation and the ability of cultivars to establish symbiosis was analyzed. In the early stages of plant growth, the roots of cv. Triumph exhibited low exudation of organic acids, sugars, and amino acids. The quantitative composition of organic acids in the root exudates of cv. Triumph was close to that of cv. k-8274, whereas the composition of sugars and amino acids was similar to that of cv. Classic. In the field experiment, the effect of inoculation with a mixture of rhizobium strains and mycorrhizal fungus on plant growth was more evident in cv. Triumph than in cvs. Classic and k-8274. The results suggest that the high symbiotic potential of cv. Triumph is related to exudation of pyruvic and succinic acids that were the major components of root exometabolites both in Triumph and k-8274 cultivars.  相似文献

A comparative histological investigation of posttraumatic regeneration in irradiated with 30 or 40 Gy and cross-sectioned musculus gastrocnemius of rats after autotransplantation into muscle defect of non-irradiated minced muscle tissue and laser therapy of hind limb in post-operative period was conducted. The obtained results showed that in irradiated with 30 Gy sectioned muscle (control series) the inflammatory reaction, resorption of fibrin in the area of trauma were inhibited and proliferation of muscle tissue from proximal and distal stump was suppressed. The rough connective tissue scar was formed. In experimental series for stimulation of regeneration the method of autografting minced muscle tissue into the defect of irradiated (30 or 40 Gy) cross-sectioned muscle and combination of this method with helium-neon laser rays exposition was used. The more marked recovery was obtained in irradiated with 30 Gy operated muscle after a 10-day treatment of limb with laser rays.  相似文献

The effect of muscle tissue alloplasty and laser radiation on the post-traumatic regeneration of skeletal muscles was studied. The implantation of an unirradiated minced allogenic muscle tissue into the area of trauma of a previously laser-irradiated muscle had a positive effect. The allogenic muscle tissue underwent active regeneration. The traumatized muscle fibers in the rat-recipient muscle grew into the alloplant. The implantation of a previously laser-irradiated muscle tissue into the area of trauma of an unirradiated muscle was less effective. The allogenic muscle tissue prevented the growth of rat-recipient myofibers and underwent lysis in general. The allotransplantation of a laser-irradiated muscle tissue into an x-irradiated (20 Gy) traumatized muscle increased the destruction of rat-recipient muscle tissue.  相似文献

Degradation of bis-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (BEHP) by microbial associations of water and bottom sediments of the Selenga River and Lake Baikal and by pure cultures of microbial species belonging to various taxa isolated from the sediments under discussion has been studied. It has been shown that intense biological degradation occurs in both water and sediments. The degrees of conversion in experimental closed systems on minimal media are 46 and 24%, respectively. The most active of the organisms studied is a Micromironospora actinomycete. It degraded BEHP by 36% of its initial concentration. Spore-forming bacteria and microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas were less active (17-23% and 7-11%).  相似文献

High voltage-activated Ca(2+) channel expression and gating is controlled by their beta subunits. Although the sites of interaction are known at the atomic level, how beta modulates gating remains to be determined. Using a chimeric approach, beta subunit regulation was conferred to a low voltage-activated channel. Regulation was dependent on a rigid linker connecting the alpha(1) interaction domain to IS6. Chimeric channels also revealed a role for IS6 in channel gating. Taken together, these results support a direct coupling model where beta subunits alter movements in IS6 that occur as the channel transits between closed, open, and inactivated states.  相似文献
