中华穿山甲(Manis pentadactyla)属于全球极度濒危物种,也是我国一级保护动物。对中华穿山甲的非法捕杀曾导致其种群数量锐减。但是,近年来相关研究报道较少,穿山甲分布状况不明,极大地制约了对该物种的有效保护。搜集了近年来国内中华穿山甲的救护记录和救护新闻,甄别出67个记录分布点,利用最大熵模型软件(MaxEnt)进行因子筛选,结果表明最冷季度降水量、人口密度、年降水量、坡度、坡向、海拔等6个环境变量是与中华穿山甲分布显著相关的影响因子。基于6个主导环境变量构建的MaxEnt模型AUC平均值为0.961±0.014,预测结果达到极好标准。刀切法(Jackknife)表明,其中最冷季度降水量、年降水量、人口密度和海拔是影响中华穿山甲分布的主要因素。中华穿山甲适宜生境(出现概率大于0.498)具有以下特点:最冷季度降水量141.22-439.46 mm,年降水量1471.67-2386.56 mm,人口密度≥390人/km2,海拔<316.98 m。该模型预测中华穿山甲在我国的潜在分布适宜区主要位于我国长江以南地区,总面积约为74.27×104 km2,占国土面积的7.73%,主要集中在江西、广东、湖南和广西省,面积分别占该区域的97.58%,89.65%,76.90%和73.08%;其次是浙江、福建、台湾和安徽省。湖北、江苏、四川、云南、贵州等省份也有中华穿山甲的零星分布。湖北东南部、江苏南部、浙江西南部和福建西北部等与江西接壤的区域也是中华穿山甲的重要潜在分布适宜区。明确中华穿山甲的潜在分布适宜区,可为该物种的种群保护和栖息地管理提供科技支撑。  相似文献

目的:了解铅锌镉联合染毒对大鼠血液系统的影响及营养干预对其损伤的修复作用。方法:选择SPF级初断乳Wistar大鼠72只,随机分为对照组、染毒组和干预组,分别采用生理盐水、铅锌镉联合染毒液及染毒后以营养干预液灌胃28天和56天之后,检测其血液系统中五元素和血细胞的指标。结果:染毒组较对照组大鼠血铜、血锌含量高,血钙含量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);染毒组血铜含量高于干预组,血钙含量低于干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);干预组红细胞(RBC)计数、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)均高于染毒组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组白细胞(WBC)计数高于染毒组、干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:铅镉对大鼠血铜、血钙、血锌水平有影响;综合营养干预对重金属元素造成的血液系统损伤有明显的拮抗作用,对血液系统有一定的保护及修复作用。  相似文献

Pleurotus sajor-caju PS2001 was screened in Petri dish plates to assess the dye-decolorizing ability of industrial textile dyes. P. sajor-caju PS2001 was also cultivated in solid-state fermentation containing sawdust of Pinus sp. and wheat bran to obtain the enzymatic extract, showing laccase and manganese-peroxidase activity, which was used to test the capacity to degrade the textile dyes. Additional tests of decolorization were performed in liquid cultures. Anthraquinone-type textile dyes proved to be substrates for the enzymatic system of P. sajor-caju PS2001. Cultures in Petri dish plates showed that the anthraquinone dye Reactive Blue 220 can act as a redox mediator for the enzymatic reactions involved in the decolorization process, and enables the azo dye degradation. Reactive Blue 220 and Acid Blue 280 were completely decolorized in 30 min and 60 min, respectively, during the tests with precipitated enzymatic extract, while the azo dyes showed resistance to degradation. Additionally, in submerged cultures with dyes, veratryl alcohol oxidases and lignin peroxidase activities were observed. These results suggest that the strain P. sajor-caju PS2001 has great potential for use in the bioremediation technology of recalcitrant pollutant such as textile effluents.  相似文献

Background  

Minor alleles of the human dopamine receptor polymorphisms, DRD2/TaqI A and DRD4/48 bp, are related to decreased functioning and/or numbers of their respective receptors and have been shown to be correlated with body mass, height and food craving. In addition, the 7R minor allele of the DRD4 gene is at a higher frequency in nomadic compared to sedentary populations. Here we examine polymorphisms in the DRD2 and DRD4 genes with respect to body mass index (BMI) and height among men in two populations of Ariaal pastoralists, one recently settled (n = 87) and the other still nomadic (n = 65). The Ariaal live in northern Kenya, are chronically undernourished and are divided socially among age-sets.  相似文献

Micro- and nanoparticles are considered suitable drug delivery systems for their unique features, such as a large surface to volume ratio, and for the possibility to tune their size and hydrophobicity. A polymer/polymer/water emulsion method was used for producing a chemically cross-linked hydrogel made of poly(vinyl alcohol) and of poly(methacrylate) moieties. Mesoscopic investigation of the microparticles was accomplished by laser scanning confocal microscopy. Dynamics of confined water within the gel meshes was studied by quasi-elastic incoherent neutron scattering. Succinoylation of these particles allowed an efficient loading with a maximum doxorubicin payload of about 50% (w/w) of dry microparticles. To evaluate the potentials of such a microdevice for drug delivery, LoVo colon cancer cells have been exposed to doxorubicin loaded microparticles to study the in vitro efficiency of the payload release and the consequent cytotoxic effect.  相似文献

In a previous paper (Yang et al., Biophys. J. 75:641-645, 1998), we showed a simple, efficient method of recording the diffraction patterns of supramolecular peptide assemblies in membranes where the samples were prepared in the form of oriented multilayers. Here we develop a method of analysis based on the diffraction theory of two-dimensional liquids. Gramicidin was used as a prototype model because its pore structure in membrane in known. At full hydration, the diffraction patterns of alamethicin and magainin are similar to gramicidin except in the scale of q (the momentum transfer of scattering), clearly indicating that both alamethicin and magainin form pores in membranes but of different sizes. When the hydration of the multilayer samples was decreased while the bilayers were still fluid, the in-plane positions of the membrane pores became correlated from one bilayer to the next. We believe that this is a new manifestation of the hydration force. The effect is most prominent in magainin patterns, which are used to demonstrate the method of analysis. When magainin samples were further dehydrated or cooled, the liquid-like diffraction turned into crystal-like patterns. This discovery points to the possibility of investigating the supramolecular structures with high-order diffraction.  相似文献

用烟青虫(Hiliothis assulta)核型多角体病毒感染5龄初烟青虫幼虫,以染病后24、48·,72、96/120小时分别测定了虫体血淋巴蛋白浓度的变化。幼虫染病后24小时血淋巴蛋白浓度要高于同期对照组,72小时后染病幼虫血淋巴蛋白浓度较对照急剧下降。在染病及对照血淋巴样品中电泳分析(PAGE)三种蛋白(普通蛋白、糖蛋白和脂蛋白)均可分别染出22条、3条和3条带。分析结果表明,在虫体正常生长代谢过程中发生变化的主要蛋白可能大多为糖脂复合蛋白,但病毒的侵染能抑制这些变化的产生。电镜观察染病毒后幼虫的中肠组织和气管上皮组织,发现中肠染病轻微,不形成多角体。气管上皮细胞感染情况表明其属于对NPV感染较为敏感的组织之一,并在虫体染病后的病毒二次感染上可能起着重要作用。  相似文献

The scavenger receptor cysteine rich (SRCR) domain is an ancient and conserved protein domain. CD163 and WC1 molecules are classed together as group B SRCR superfamily members, along with Spα, CD5 and CD6, all of which are expressed by immune system cells. There are three known types of CD163 molecules in mammals, CD163A (M130, coded for by CD163), CD163b (M160, coded for by CD163L1) and CD163c-α (CD163L1 or SCART), while their nearest relative, WC1, is encoded by a multigene family so far identified in the artiodactyl species of cattle, sheep, and pigs.  相似文献

Hollow (air-filled) microparticles, i.e., microbubbles, provide a promising novel vehicle for both local delivery of therapeutic agents and simultaneous diagnostic ultrasound echo investigations. In this paper, we describe the synthetic routes for decorating the polymeric shell of a poly(vinyl alcohol)-based microbubble with low and high molecular weight ligands with pharmacological relevance. Investigations on physical properties of microbubbles and surface chemical coupling with different cargo molecules such as L-cysteine, L-lysine, poly(L-lysine), chitosan, and beta-cyclodextrin were carried out by CD and NMR spectroscopies, confocal laser scanning microscopy, and microcalorimetry. The in vitro cytotoxicity and biocompatibility of the polymer microbubbles have been also determined toward different cell lines. The results are discussed in terms of the features shown by this device, i.e., injectability, long shelf life, ease of preparation, biocompatibility, loading and cargo capacities, and functional properties.  相似文献

The fungus Pleurotus sajor-caju secretes phenol-oxidases that enable the use of recalcitrant compounds as substrates. The residues of paper manufacture contain high lignin levels, which gives the effluents a characteristic brownish colour. To test the potential of P. sajor-caju cultures on reducing these parameters, we used 90% of raw effluents from medium consistency oxygen delignification and bleaching stages plus 10% of mineral solution and different levels of glucose (5–15 g L?1) as substrate. We observed a greater fungal biomass in cultures using effluent than in controls. Cultures containing 10 to 15 g L?1 of glucose resulted in about 42% colour reduction. The polyphenol content was also reduced by 58.9% by the 13th day of culture. In addition, we observed the secretion of laccases (211.44 U mL?1 and 45.98 U mL?1 using ABTS and syringaldazine, respectively) and peroxidases (6.11 U mL?1-ABTS) both peaking at the 7th day of culture and with similar kinetics of production in different glucose concentrations.  相似文献
