Summary Intensely stained cells are found in the cerebellar white matter of the vermis and paravermis in adult rats after immunoreaction with an immune serum raised against glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD). The cells are similar in size to cortical Purkinje cells and three times the size of Golgi cells of the internal granule layer, and have a thick immunopositive cell process emerging from a welldefined cytoplasmic cone. In the cytoplasm, immunoprecipitates are more dense around the nucleus as in normally located Purkinje cells. The morphological appearance of the immunopositive cells suggests that they may be ectopically located Purkinje cells. The soma of the ectopic Purkinje cells is contacted by a few darkly stained terminal boutons. Data indicate that, in spite of the different cellular environment, ectopic Purkinje cells can develop not only the typical morphological pattern already described but also other intrinsic features, such as their typical inhibitory neurotransmitter. 相似文献

In the present study, the interactions between chitosan-coated magnetic nanoparticles (C-MNP) and Trichoderma sp. spores as well as Kluyveromyces marxianus cells were studied. By Plackett–Burman design, it was demonstrated that factors which directly influenced on yeast cell immobilization and magnetic separation were inoculum and C-MNP quantity, stirring speed, interaction time, and volume of medium, while in the case of fungal spores, the temperature also was disclosed as an influencing factor. Langmuir and Freundlich models were applied for the mathematical analysis of adsorption isotherms at 30°C. For Trichoderma sp. spore adsorption isotherm, the highest correlation coefficient was observed for lineal function of Langmuir model with a maximum adsorption capacity at 5.00E?+?09 spores (C-MNP g?1). Adsorption isotherm of K. marxianus cells was better adjusted to Freundlich model with a constant (Kf) estimated as 2.05E?+?08 cells (C-MNP g?1). A new spray-on topical wound debrider composition consisting of 0.1% w/v papain immobilized in 6% w/v pectin gel was formulated for skin wound healing. The stability of the enzyme activity of this new formulated spray was compared with the 0.1% w/v papain in water solution at the refrigerated temperature of 4 and 75°C. Two aerosol propellants, air and nitrogen, were evaluated for their efficacy. The new formulated spray was then evaluated for its thermal stability under air and N2 at 75°C. All enzyme activity of papain was measured with a spectrophotometer using casein as a substrate at 37°C and in 0.1 M phosphate buffer at pH 6, as well as trichloral acetic acid to separate the product of casein hydrolysis. All the evaluations showed the new aerosol spray formulation to be far better than the liquid formulation in storage stability and thermal stability at 75°C under atmospheric or higher pressures. The new formulation was tested in a rabbit experiment to evaluate the effectiveness of wound healing.
