大鼠眼球和泪腺中睫状神经营养因子及其受体的组织定位   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的观察睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)及其受体CNTFRα在大鼠眼球、泪腺上的分布情况.方法取雄性SD大鼠两侧眼球和泪腺,作石蜡切片,用免疫组织化学ABC法染色检测眼球、泪腺中CNTF和CNTFRα的免疫阳性反应.结果 CNTF和CNTFRα的免疫阳性反应产物在眼球和泪腺的组织定位基本相同,包括角膜上皮细胞、固有层神经纤维、角膜细胞、内皮细胞,虹膜上皮细胞,睫状体上皮细胞,晶状体上皮,视网膜色素上皮细胞、苗勒细胞、节细胞层细胞,球结膜上皮细胞,泪腺腺细胞及导管上皮.结论 CNTF及其受体选择性地分布于眼球和泪腺的一些细胞中,且多数细胞与房水和泪液的产生和接触有关.  相似文献

不同农作体系施肥措施差异引起的土壤环境质量变化 ,会进一步影响该体系的生产力并对大气和水体环境产生潜在影响。选取中国北方两种重要的集约化种植体系 (大棚蔬菜和小麦 -玉米轮作体系 ) ,研究了经过长期施肥后 ,0~ 30 cm土壤有机质、全氮、微量元素与重金属的差异以及 0~ 90 cm土壤剖面的硝态氮、铵态氮、速效磷、速效钾、p H和电导率的变化。结果表明 ,大棚菜地氮、磷、钾化肥投入量达 N 2 82 3、P 92 8和 K 92 5 kg/(hm2 · a) ,分别为小麦 -玉米轮作农田的 4 .7、10 .1和 2 3.4倍。大棚菜地还施用了大量的有机肥。菜地土壤养分大量积累 ,尤其是硝态氮和速效磷 ,0~ 90 cm土层二者分别达 1389.8kg N/hm2和 132 1.1kg P/hm2 ,为农田的 5 .6和 8.4倍。速效钾和铵态氮累积量分别为 1817.3kg K/hm2 和 10 0 .4 kg N/hm2 ,为农田的2 .2倍和 1.8倍。同时 ,大棚菜地土壤中的养分还存在严重的淋溶现象。大棚菜地有机质、全氮和有效铁、锰、铜、锌含量分别为农田的 1.3、1.4、1.2、1.3、1.3和 1.4倍。镉含量为农田的 3.8倍。镉与土壤速效磷含量呈显著正相关 ,可见 ,磷肥的大量投入是镉在土壤中累积的主要原因。大棚菜地各层土壤 p H均明显低于农田相应土层 p H,而 0~ 30 cm和 30~ 6 0 cm土层的电导率则  相似文献

The detailed in situ expression pattern of the Set-α gene has been studied. Previously we showed that Set-α is a differentially expressed gene in the embryonic mouse mandible at day 10.5 (E10.5) gestational age. Cells expressing Set-α were widely distributed in both the epithelial and underlying ectomesenchymal cells at E10.5. At E12, they were slightly aggregated in an area where tooth germ of the lower first molar is estimated to be formed. At E13.5, Set-α was strongly expressed in the tooth germ. At the cap stage, Set-α was expressed in the enamel organ and dental papilla. At the bell stage, Set-α was distinctly expressed in the inner enamel epithelial and dental papilla cells facing the inner enamel epithelial layer, which were intended to differentiate into ameloblasts and odontoblasts, respectively. Interestingly, Set-α was also expressed in several embryonic craniofacial tissues derived from the ectoderm. This study is the first report that Set-α is distinctly expressed in the developing tooth germ, and suggests that Set-α plays an important role in both the initiation and the growth of the tooth germ, as well as in the differentiation of ameloblasts and odontoblasts.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) is a relatively new molecular cytogenetic method for detecting chromosomal imbalance. Karyotyping of human metaphases is an important step to assign each chromosome to one of 23 or 24 classes (22 autosomes and two sex chromosomes). Automatic karyotyping in CGH analysis is needed. However, conventional karyotyping approaches based on DAPI images require complex image enhancement procedures. METHODS: This paper proposes a simple feature extraction method, one that generates density profiles from original true color CGH images and uses normalized profiles as feature vectors without quantization. A classifier is developed by using support vector machine (SVM). It has good generalization ability and needs only limited training samples. RESULTS: Experiment results show that the feature extraction method of using color information in CGH images can improve greatly the classification success rate. The SVM classifier is able to acquire knowledge about human chromosomes from relatively few samples and has good generalization ability. A success rate of moe than 90% has been achieved and the time for training and testing is very short. CONCLUSIONS: The feature extraction method proposed here and the SVM-based classifier offer a promising computerized intelligent system for automatic karyotyping of CGH human chromosomes.  相似文献

Allatotropic activity is found in methanolic extracts of the brain–suboesophageal ganglion (SOG)–corpora cardiaca (CC) complex from virgin males of Mythimna loreyi Duponchel (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae). Corpora allata (CA) from 6‐day‐old virgin males exhibit low rates of release of Juvenile Hormone (JH) acid (JHA) in vitro. Release of JHA can be activated by the addition of an extract of brain–SOG–CC complex in a dose‐dependent manner, and this allatotropic activation can be sustained consistently in the continuous presence of such extracts. Based on its trypsin sensitivity and heat stability, the allatotropic factor is most likely a peptide. The allatotropic activity is dependent on the concentration of calcium ions in the medium, with the highest activation achieved beyond 2 m m . The results of nerve transection experiments suggest that both nervi corporis allati I (NCA I) and NCA II are involved in mediating the allatotropic control of CA in vitro. Isolated CA alone show significantly higher rates of release of JHA than the intact brain–SOG–CC–CA complex during the first 3 h of incubation, but the release of JHA reaches almost the same range in both groups by the end of the fourth hour of incubation.  相似文献

The eruciform larvae of holometabolous insects are primarily characterized by bearing a varying number of abdominal prolegs in addition to three pairs of thoracic legs. However, whether the prolegs are evolutionarily homologous among different insect orders is still a disputable issue. We examined the embryonic features and histological structure of the prolegs of the scorpionfly Panorpa byersi Hua and Huang (Mecoptera: Panorpidae) and the Oriental armyworm Mythimna separata (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) to investigate whether the prolegs are homologous between these two holometabolous insect orders. In the scorpionfly, paired lateral process primordia arise on abdominal segments I–VIII (A1–A8) in line with the thoracic legs in early embryonic stages, but degenerate into triangular protuberances in later stages, and paired medial processes appear along the midventral line before dorsal closure and eventually develop into unjointed, cone‐shaped prolegs. Histological observation showed that the lumina of the prolegs are not continuous with the hemocoel, differing distinctly from that of the basic appendicular plan of thoracic legs. These results suggest that the prolegs are likely secondary outgrowths in Mecoptera. In the armyworm, lateral process primordia appear on A1–A10 in alignment with the thoracic legs in the early embryonic stages, although only the rudiments on A3–A6 and A10 develop into segmented prolegs with the lumina continuous with the hemocoel and others degenerate eventually, suggesting that the prolegs are true segmental appendages serially homologous with the thoracic legs in Lepidoptera.
