The simple lipids present in ten species of Polyporaceae (Piptororus betulinus, Coriolus pargamenus, C. versicolor, C. heteromorphus, Formitopsis cytisina, F. pinicola, Microporus flabelliformis, Gloephyllum saepiarium, Crytoderma citrinum and Grifola frondosa) were investigated. The fatty acids that these species had in common were C16-saturated acids (except in P. betulinus) and C18-unsaturated acids. Ergosterol and ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol were isolated from these mushrooms. Lupeol was obtained from G. saepiarium. Ergost-7-en-3β-ol, lanosterol and 24-methylene-24,25-dihydrolanosterol were tentatively identified. 相似文献

Some lignivorous hymenomycete fungi are capable of causing both cankers and decay in stemwood of adult trees. Recently in Tuscany (Italy), Platanus x acerifolia trees were found colonized by Sarcodontia pachydon (Polyporales, Meruliaceae), a fungus associated with white rot and stem cankers on different host tree species. Because the relationship S. pachyodon‐plane‐tree was only preliminary studied, we decided to investigate whether isolates obtained from this host are distinct from those commonly collected from oaks. For this purpose, isolates obtained from plane‐tree and from holm oak (Quercus ilex) were compared by in vitro test and molecular markers. Results showed that fungal isolates did not differ in growth nor in wood degradation, also molecular tests revealed relative similarity among fungal samples. 相似文献

The free sterols of the fungi Ganoderma applanatum, Ganoderma lucidum and Polyporus sulfureus were isolated and characterized by means of GC and GC/MS techniques. 24-Methylcholesta-7,22-dien-3β-ol was the main component of the sterol mixtures while 24-methylcholesta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol ergosterol) and 24-methylcholest-7-en-3β-ol were also present although in lower amounts. Two new lanostane triterpenes, 3α,12β,15α-triacetoxy-5α-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-26-oic acid (1) and 5α-lanosta-8,24-diene-26,27-dihydroxy-3,7-dione (2), together with sixteen known compounds (3–18) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of the Vietnamese mushroom Ganoderma lucidum. Their chemical structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic (IR, HR-EI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR) analyses. Potential cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated against human non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma (A549), breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7), and prostatic small cell carcinoma (PC-3). Among the compounds, 3α,12β,15α-triacetoxy-5α-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-26-oic acid (1) showed significant cytotoxic activity against PC-3 cells with an IC50 of 11.5 μM. In studies of anti-angiogenesis activity, ganoderic acid F (17) was found to have the most potent inhibitory effect on the formation of capillary-like structures of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. 相似文献

在对黑龙江省东部和南部地区木腐菌调查中,发现两种多孔菌:红斑波氏菌(Postia lateritiaRenvall)和烟曲色干酪菌(Tyromyces fumidicepsG.F.Atk),均为中国新记录种。前者发现于宁安市地下森林公园内的松树倒木上,后者采集自虎林市七虎林林场内的阔叶树上。根据采集的材料对其进行了详细描述和显微结构绘图,并对相似种进行了讨论。 相似文献
