目的比较液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)和弥散加权成像(DWI)在急性脑梗塞中的应用。方法14例急性脑梗塞患者接受FLAIR和DWIMRI检查评价病变的显示范围,边界及对比度并计算病变区。结果FLAIR序列和DWI对病变的显示范围,均优于常规T2WI,以DWI对病变显示更佳。结论FLAIR和DWI在急性脑梗塞中均有用,以DWI最好,且能对急性脑梗塞作定量评价。  相似文献

目的:观察老年急性脑梗塞(ACI)患者血清TNF-a和IL-6水平的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法:选择老年ACI患者53例,观察以上入选患者入院后第7d、第9d和第11d血清TNF-a和IL-6水平的变化。并与26例健康人对照;同时分析53例老年ACI患者血清TNF—a和IL-6水平与患者脑梗塞面积及神经功能缺损评分的Spearman等级相关性。结果:老年ACI患者血清TNF-a和IL-6水平显著高于健康人(P〈0.01);随着治疗的进展与病情的稳定及恢复,患者血清TNF-a和IL-6水平随之显著下降(P〈0.05);同时患者血清TNF-a和IL-6水平与病变的严重程度呈正相关性(P〈0.05);治疗11d后血清TNF—a和IL-6降低量与病变的严重程度呈正相关性(P〈0.05)。结论:在老年ACI患者治疗过程中,应进行血清TNF-a和IL-6水平的动态监测,可提示病变的发生发展并指导临床治疗。  相似文献

目的:观察脑梗塞患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及血脂水平的变化。并探讨其临床意义。方法:选择我院2010年6月-2012年6月收治的86例急性脑梗塞患者(轻型脑梗塞组27例、中型脑梗塞组34例、重型脑梗塞组25例)为实验组和同期40例健康体检者为对照组,检测和比较两组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF—α)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)的水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:与健康对照组比较,实验纽血清hs—CRP、TNF-α及TC、TG、LDL—C水平显著升高,而血清HDL-C水平显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与轻型脑梗塞组比较,中、重型脑梗塞组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及TC、TG、LDL-C等血脂水平均显著升高,而血清HDL-C水平显著降低,其异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与中型脑梗塞组比较,重型脑梗塞组血清TC、TG、LDL-C等血脂水平均显著升高,血清HDL—C水平显著降低,其差异亦均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。脑梗塞患者血清hs—CRP与TNF-α水平呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),与TC、TG、LDL—C等血脂水平均亦呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),与血清HDL—C水平呈显著负相关(P〈O.05)。脑梗塞患者血清hs.CRP、TNF-α水平与病情严重程度呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:检测血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及血脂指标水平对评估脑梗塞患者病情具有重要的临床意义。  相似文献

目的探讨脑梗死弥散加权成像(DWI)和磁共振波谱分析(MRS)的特点和影响因素,及二者对评估脑梗死的临床价值。方法采用Philips Achieva 1.5T双梯度超导磁共振扫描仪,对72例临床疑是脑梗死患者行常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI、MRS检查,在工作站上测定梗死核心区、内缘区、外缘区、周围区和镜像区的ADC值和代谢物Lac、NAA、Cr、Cho、NAA/Cr、Lac/Cr、Lac/NAA值。结果 DWI显示的梗死灶范围较常规MRI像更加准确、清晰;超急性期、急性期、亚急性期和慢性期梗死核心区的Lac/Cr值和Lac/NAA值高于对侧镜像区,ADC值和NAA/Cr值低于对侧镜像区,存在统计学差异(P〈0.05);DWI的影响因素有b值、扩散系数、T2穿透效应和各向异性等,MRS的影响因素有磁场均匀性、压水压脂性能、体素、TE与TR、组织代谢物浓度和波谱采集链等。结论 DWI结合MRS能更加全面地评估缺血半暗带,更精确地对脑梗死进行分期和定位。  相似文献

目的:探讨胶质母细胞瘤术后瘤周梗塞的MRI特征,并评价其临床意义.方法:收集54例胶质母细胞瘤患者的临床、病理及影像学资料,全部患者于术后72小时内进行了MRI检查,并在6个月内进行MRI随访复查,回顾性分析术后临床及MRI表现.结果:术后72小时内MRI研究发现39例存在DW1局灶性弥散受限,病变位于肿瘤切除后空穴区附近.随访MRI研究发现90%的弥散受限病灶已发展成为囊性脑软化,提示原来的局灶性弥散受限为脑梗塞表现,增强扫描44%的梗塞区有异常强化.9例手术后并发神经功能缺失,其中6例与MRI梗塞的分布区域密切相关.结论:恶性胶质瘤术后DWI弥散受限是一种脑梗塞表现,并具有一定临床意义,MRI随访观察中梗塞区异常强化容易误诊为肿瘤复发.  相似文献

探讨脑梗塞的临床表现和CT显示关系。回顾性分析58例脑梗塞病例的临床资料和CT图像。CT显示脑梗塞病灶8小时内阳性显示率最低,5%(1/20);24 ̄48小时阳性显示率最高,78.2%(43/55)。脑干及小脑部位梗塞CT不易显示,MRI能明确诊断。根据临床表现和熟悉脑梗塞的病理过程,采取合理的CT检查和复查时机极为重要,从而提高脑梗塞检查和诊断中CT检查的敏感性和准确性。提高临床的诊治率,减少后  相似文献

目的:探讨MR弥散加权成像(DWI)鉴别诊断良恶性椎体压缩性骨折的临床价值。方法:对57例经临床或病理证实的椎体良恶性压缩性骨折患者行矢状位T1M、T2WI、T2WI/FS及DWI扫描,研究其在常规序列和DWI序列上的表现,将常规MR序列和DWI序列检出率进行比较,测量正常椎体及病变椎体的表观弥散系数(ADC)值,并进行统计学分析。结果:(1)MR常规序列和DWI序列(b=500s/mm2)表现:良性椎体压缩性骨折呈长T1长或等T2改变,T2WI/FS呈高信号,DWI可以呈高信号、等信号及低信号;恶性椎体压缩性骨折呈长T1长T2信号,大部分病灶T2WUFS及DWI呈高信号,少数变现为低信号;(2)MR常规序列和DWI序列(b=500s/mm2)病灶检出率的比较:T1WI、T2WI/FS及DWI序列病灶检出率均高于T2WI序列,其间的差别有显著性意义(P〈0.01),T1WI、T2WI/FS及DWI序列病灶检出率之间无显著性差异(P〉0.01);(3)ADC值比较:在DWI(b=500s/mm2)上,良性组ADC值为(2.03±0.83)×10^3mm^2/s,恶性组ADC值为(1.37±0.75)×10^-3mm^2/s,正常组ADC值为(0.36±0.21)×10^-3mm^2/s,成像条件相同时,良性组高于恶性组,两组间有明显的统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:DWI可较好的反映椎体的弥散特征,ADC值作为量化指标可对良恶性椎体压缩性骨折进行可靠鉴别。  相似文献

目的:探讨磁共振弥散加权成像显示短暂性脑缺血责任病灶的敏感性及其临床应用价值.方法:对连续的39例资料完整的住院TIA患者进行了常规磁共振成像和弥散加权磁共振成像(diffusion-weighted MRI,DWI)检查,对比不同成像序列对短暂性脑缺血责任病灶的检出率.结果:在39例TIA患者中,快速自旋回波序列(FSET1WI和FSET2WI)检出TIA责任病灶9例(9/39);翻转恢复序列(FLAIR)检出11例(11/39);弥散加权序列检出15例(15/39).不同序列检出率比较运用单因素的方差分析显示有明显差异(P=0.001),弥散加权序列检出率最高.结论:DWI序列对TIA责任病灶的检出率明显高于常规MR,可为TIA患者的临床处理提供可靠诊断信息.  相似文献

2型糖尿病可能加重颈动脉斑块的易损性并增加缺血性中风的风险,关于2型糖尿病患者伴有颈动脉斑块特征的急性中风亚型鲜有研究报道。本研究旨在探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉斑块特征与MRI确定的急性脑梗死病变特征之间的关系。本研究以颈内动脉区急性脑血管病患者为研究对象,所有患者分为2型糖尿病组和非2型糖尿病组,分别行颈动脉和脑部MRI扫描,测定同侧颈动脉斑块的形态和特征,以及颅内和颅外颈动脉狭窄。基于中风亚型和急性脑梗塞病变模式对患者进行评估。研究结果表明,与非2型糖尿病患者相比,2型糖尿病患者颈动脉型IV-VI病变的患病率更高,斑块负荷更大,以及富脂质坏死核(LRNC)更大。在有症状的颈动脉LRNC患者中,与非2型糖尿病组相比,2型糖尿病组颈内动脉区出现较多的伴有大穿孔动脉梗塞形态和较大的急性脑梗塞。LRNC%23.5%的颈动脉斑块是2型糖尿病患者存在颈动脉狭窄的急性脑梗塞病变的独立危险因素。颈动脉斑块特征的量化,尤其是MRI诊断的富脂质坏死核对中风风险具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨磁共振平衡式稳态自由进动梯度回波序列(Balance—FFE)在胆管疾病中的应用价值。方法:92例胆管病变患者均进行了冠状面的Balance—FFE序列扫描和磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)。将Balance-FFE的图像和3DMRCP像及MRCP原始图像对病变的显示率进行X。检验。结果:胆管系统在Balance—FFE序列中呈明显高信号,并能直接显示胆管结石和胆管狭窄,还能显示胆管外病变和胰腺病变,对周围淋巴结的显示也比较清楚。经x^2检验,Balance—FFE序列和MRCP原始像对胆管系统病变的显示没有统计学意义(P〉0.05),而3DMRCP像对病变的显示能力不如Balance.FFE序列和MRCP原始像,对胆道病变的显示能力具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:Balance-FFE序列对胆道病变能清晰显示,成像速度快,图像信噪比高,伪影较少,与MRCP结合能提高对胆管系统病变的诊断率,因此Balance-FFE序列应作为胆管疾病磁共振扫描的常规序列,可作为MRCP序列的有效补充。  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献
