对台湾海峡西北部平潭岛海域337个站位表层沉积物中底栖有孔虫进行分析鉴定,结果表明底栖有孔虫丰度、分异度变化较大,所出现的属种类型以玻璃质壳体为主,其次为瓷质壳,胶结壳最少。底栖有孔虫分布受水深、盐度、底质类型、底流和沿岸上升流等因素共同影响。应用‘PAST’软件的因子分析结果表明,该海域底栖有孔虫可划分为四个组合:组合Ⅰ(Hanzawaia-Pseudorotalia-Bolivina)主要分布于水深大于20m的深水区,受水深和底流影响明显;组合Ⅱ(Ammonia beccarii-Elphidiumspp.)主要分布于近岸浅水环境;组合Ⅲ(Quinqueloculina-Ammonia annectens-Spiroloculina)主要分布于海湾内高盐度区,推测受到沿岸上升流影响;组合Ⅳ(Elphidium advenum-Ammonia annectens)分布于组合Ⅰ与组合Ⅲ之间的局部区域,可能受浙闽沿岸流影响较强。  相似文献

海南岛近岸沉积物中的有孔虫特征与分布   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对位于海南岛近岸7-170 m水深、180个站位沉积物表层样的有孔虫分析表明,研究区浮游有孔虫类型较少、共发现浮游有孔虫19种,单个站位最多含有浮游有孔虫16种,而且浮游有孔虫含量(丰度)亦较低.底栖有孔虫则较为丰富,仅在较粗砂中底栖有孔虫丰度相对较低.常见近40多个底栖有孔虫属种,多数样品中以含有螺旋式与平旋式玻璃质底栖有孔虫为主,少数样品以胶结壳、列式玻璃质壳或大型底栖有孔虫为优势特征.本研究在详细阐述了底栖有孔虫主要特征属种的基础上进行了有孔虫分区,从而揭示其所包含的环境意义.  相似文献

本文对北部湾中部海域水深2.4m到61m、共计184个站位表层沉积物中的有孔虫进行研究。结果显示浮游有孔虫丰度非常低,种类也较稀少,仅在南侧水深较大的少数站位有发现,且含量不超过5%;而底栖有孔虫则较丰富,多数样品中以含有螺旋式与平旋式的玻璃质壳类型为主,暖水或大型底栖有孔虫分子常见。和其它海区相较而言,该海域底栖有孔虫中胶结壳类含量偏高,可能与沉积物底质颗粒较粗及海水盐度较低有关。该研究详细报道了底栖有孔虫主要属种在北部湾的分布特征。与海洋环境对比显示,水深和沉积物底质类型是影响这些属种平面分布的主要因素,而湾外温暖水团则是控制暖水种分子分布的另一重要因素。  相似文献

作者对舟山港区43个表层沉积物样品进行定量分析,共鉴定出底栖有孔虫33属60种。研究海域各站位均发现浮游有孔虫壳体,个体细小、属种单一,未发现活体个体。研究海域底栖有孔虫组合以玻璃质壳为主,平均含量86.71%,有孔虫丰度均值为1 676枚/50克,总体有孔虫组合为Ammonia beccarii vars.-A.maruhasii-Epistominella naraensis。研究发现,表层沉积物中大个体有孔虫(Ammonia beccarii vars.等)与小个体有孔虫(Epistominella naraensis)分布与潮流搬运呈密切相关关系,提示可能存在不同的搬运机制。与前人研究相比,研究海域有孔虫组合呈现以下变化:(1)胶结质壳有孔虫含量增加,个别站位出现15.89%的高值;(2)出现耐污染属种;(3)环境敏感属种畸形比例增加。研究表明,沉积搬运作用和环境参数变化是影响研究区有孔虫组合的重要因素,为有孔虫作为环境指标的进一步研究提供了基础数据。  相似文献

底栖有孔虫群落及其地球化学组成是海底冷泉区发育的重要指示标志之一。对南海北部东沙西南海域4个含碳酸盐结核表层沉积物样品进行了底栖有孔虫群落分析,以探讨该区底栖有孔虫对冷泉活动的响应特征。结果表明,该区底栖有孔虫群落组合总体具有玻璃壳含量高、胶结壳含量低的特征,主要属种以Cibicides pseudoungerianus,Globocassidulina subglobosa为主,其次Discanomalina semipunctata,Gyroidina soldani,Lenticulina orbicularis和Cibicides lobatulus也有较高含量。该区底栖有孔虫群落组成与邻近正常沉积区有显著差异,总体上含碳酸盐结核区底栖有孔虫以玻璃壳表生种为主,而正常沉积区的胶结壳和内生种则相对有较高含量。Cibicides属底栖有孔虫和D.semipunctata通常附生于蠕虫管壁、珊瑚枝或碳酸盐结核表面,它们在东沙西南区域大量出现可能与该区硬底质沉积密切相关。我们提出D.semipunctata可作为南海北部硬底质类型冷泉活动的指示标志。  相似文献

对2011年6月南黄海冷水团及其周边海域23个站位的小型底栖动物类群组成、丰度、生物量和空间分布及其与环境因子的关系进行了研究。结果表明,调查海域共鉴定出小型底栖动物20个类群,平均丰度为(1194±873)个/10 cm~2,平均生物量为(881±669)μg干重/10 cm~2,其中自由生活海洋线虫是绝对优势类群,占小型底栖动物总丰度的89.7%,其次为底栖桡足类(5.5%)、甲壳类幼体(1.8%)、多毛类(1.2%);对生物量的贡献上依次为海洋线虫(49.0%)、多毛类(22.9%)、桡足类(13.9%)、介形类(7.8%)、涡虫(2.0%)。在垂直分布上,79.1%的小型底栖动物分布在沉积物0—2 cm的表层,16.4%分布在2—5 cm的次表层,4.5%的小型底栖动物分布在5—8 cm的下层。与环境因子的相关性分析表明,小型底栖动物的总丰度和总生物量与沉积物叶绿素a含量显著正相关;小型底栖动物的生物量和沉积物中部分重金属(Pb、Cu、Fe、Ni、Co)含量呈显著负相关,但与Cd含量呈极显著正相关。BIOENV分析结果表明,沉积物含水量、有机质含量和分选系数组合最能解释小型底栖动物类群组成分布差异。根据小型底栖动物的类群组成可将研究海域划分为3个区域,包括:冷水团中央区域,冷水团边缘区和近岸区,其中冷水团边缘区丰度和生物量最高,冷水团区域次之,近岸区最低;整个冷水团海域小型底栖动物丰度和生物量分别是非冷水团海域的2.3倍和2.1倍。  相似文献

有孔虫是海洋环境中一种重要的原生动物,对环境变化响应敏感。潟湖作为海陆交互连接带,生境梯度明显,但目前学术界对此类水体中有孔虫种群的研究报道有限。本文以中国典型潟湖广东省汕尾市品清湖为例,于2021年至2022年间系统调查了该湖不同区域20个采样点的水环境参数(水深、盐度和pH值等)、沉积物的环境特征(粒度和污染物含量等)及有孔虫的群落组成。结果显示品清湖现今水质大部分均为四类或劣四类,活性磷酸盐和无机氮超标严重;重金属Cu、Zn和Hg浓度相对较高,部分区域浓度达到二类标准。该湖表层沉积物中共鉴定出底栖有孔虫15属35种,以玻璃质壳(Hyaline)为主,瓷质壳(Porcelaneous)次之,胶结质(Agglutinated)含量最低,优势属种为Ammonia aomoriensis, Elphidium advenum, Elphidium hispidulum和Spiroloculina laevigata,丰度及分异度呈现西部入海口高,东部低。统计分析结果显示,影响品清湖有孔虫分布的主要环境因子为水深和水体Cu浓度,分别解释了34.2%和14.9%的有孔虫群落信息。研究结果表明...  相似文献

2012年7月,对长江口及东海海域的小型底栖动物类群组成、丰度、生物量的空间分布及其与沉积环境的关系进行了调查研究。该研究海域夏季小型底栖动物的丰度和生物量总体上自北向南递减,在长江口以东的海域由近岸向外海增加,至约45 m等深线达到最高,然后向深水区减少。其小型底栖动物的丰度和生物量分别为(1203±191) 个/10 cm2和(723±171) μg 干重/10 cm2,略高于同一海域春季和秋冬季的数量,但明显低于以往夏季的数量,这可能与本年度该海域沉积物中叶绿素a含量明显偏低有关。在小型底栖动物11个主要类群中,自由生线虫在丰度上占绝对优势(94.1%),其次是桡足类(2.7%)和涡虫类(1.2%)。线虫在生物量上也是最优势类群(62.1%),其次是多毛类(18.8%)、桡足类(8.3%)和涡虫类(6.1%)。Spearman相关分析表明,小型底栖动物的生物量、桡足类和涡虫的丰度均与沉积物中有机氮含量呈负相关;多毛类的丰度与盐度、叶绿素a呈显著正相关;而线虫与所测环境因子未见任何相关关系。BIOENV分析显示,与小型底栖动物各类群的丰度相关性最高的环境因子组合为盐度、沉积物含水量和有机氮含量。研究发现,近10年该海域小型底栖动物的丰度呈总体下降趋势;而且,小型底栖动物的垂直分布随时间推移趋向于向沉积物表层聚集,一定程度上显示沉积环境趋于恶化。通过对近岸和外海两个站位的702条线虫生物体积的测算,获得两个站位线虫的平均个体干重分别为0.186 μg/个体和0.281 μg/个体,两站位平均为0.214 μg/个体,与2009年秋冬季相邻两站位的0.213 μg/个体非常接近,但各站位的线虫个体干重变化相对较大。该结果一方面反映了我国当前普遍采用的0.4 μg/个体系数高估了线虫的生物量,另一方面显示季节和站位差异影响了线虫个体的大小。  相似文献

莱州湾金城海域鱼礁投放后大型底栖动物群落变化   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为研究莱州湾金城海域人工鱼礁对大型底栖动物的影响,2009-2012年对鱼礁区与对照区的大型底栖动物进行了9次调查,研究底栖动物种类组成、群落结构、种类相似性、生物量、丰度以及多样性的变化和群落稳定性.结果表明:人工鱼礁区与对照区共采集到大型底栖动物4门30科35种,其中鱼礁区30种,对照区27种.调查海域站点按照鱼礁投放与否可分为两个不同的群落,造成群落分组的首要贡献种为浮游生物食者.鱼礁区与对照区种类相似性由鱼礁投放后第一年的37.5%提高到第二年的58.6%.鱼礁区底栖动物生物量由第一年的1.00 g·m-2增加到第二年的1.55 g·m-2,差异显著;丰度由540 ind·m-2增至622ind·m-2.鱼礁区底栖动物的生物量和丰度均高于对照区.与对照区相比,鱼礁投放后鱼礁区Shannon指数、丰富度指数有所升高,均匀度指数有所降低.丰度/生物量比较(ABC)曲线表明,鱼礁投放后第二年底栖动物群落的扰动较第一年更为明显,说明人工鱼礁投放早期(1~2年)大型底栖动物群落还处于一个被扰动状态.莱州湾金城海域鱼礁投放后大型底栖动物群落变化主要受到物理、化学、生物以及人类活动的影响.  相似文献

本文对南黄海西北陆架边缘的300个表层沉积物样品中的底栖有孔虫数据,与相应站位的水深、底层水温、盐度、沉积物粒度、有机碳含量等环境参数作了分析研究。除趋势对应分析(DCA)、典型对应分析(CCA)表明有孔虫种群分布与水深、夏季底层水温(Ts)和冬季底层水盐度(Sw)之间存在着显著的数值对应关系。利用加权平均偏最小二乘回归方法(WA-PLS)建立了底栖有孔虫数据与上述环境因子之间的数值转换函数。水深、Ts与Sw转换函数的预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别是10.8%、11.5%和12.5%,与利用其他指标建立的此类转换函数水平(8%—20%)相当。利用此类统计建模方法建立近岸底栖有孔虫分布与浅海环境因子之间的数值关系是一项新的尝试,结果表明在我国近海底层水体古环境研究中底栖有孔虫转换函数是一种具有一定潜力的研究方法。  相似文献

南海北部琼东南盆地BD-2井中新世地层沉积连续,是琼东南盆地中新统较典型的钻井剖面之一。该井中新世地层中含丰富的有孔虫化石,共鉴定有孔虫62属98种,其中浮游有孔虫13属41种,底栖有孔虫49属57种。根据有孔虫标志种及螺旋浮游有孔虫旋向优势度的变化,对该井的有孔虫生物地层进行了详细划分,从早中新世至晚中新世共识别出11个有孔虫化石带或联合化石带。探讨了下中新统与中中新统,中中新统与上中新统界线的有孔虫划分标志。依据有孔虫丰度、分异度及组合特征,讨论了BD-2井从早中新世至晚中新世沉积环境演化特征。  相似文献

This review presents data on how natural and anthropogenic factors affect species composition, abundance, and test morphology of benthic foraminifera of the world oceans. Major emphasis is placed on high sensitivity of foraminifera to changes in the state of the environment, particularly in nearshore zones under anthropogenic impact. It is shown that benthic foraminifera can provide indicators of environmental conditions in marine ecosystems. The effects of mollusk and salmon aquaculture activities on the composition and distribution of foraminifera are considered. It is stressed that a distinction must be made between foraminiferal test morphology variations in response to natural and anthropogenic impacts.  相似文献

The abundance and biomass of benthic foraminifera are high in intertidal rocky‐shore habitats. However, the availability of food to support their high biomass has been poorly studied in these habitats compared to those at seafloor covered by sediments. Previous field and laboratory observations have suggested that there is diversity in the food preferences and modes of life among rocky‐shore benthic foraminifera. In this study, we used the stable nitrogen isotopic composition of amino acids to estimate the trophic position, trophic niche, and feeding strategy of individual foraminifera species. We also characterized the configuration and structure of the endobiotic microalgae in foraminifera using transmission electron microscopy, and we identified the origin of endobionts based on nucleotide sequences. Our results demonstrated a large variation in the trophic positions of different foraminifera from the same habitat, a reflection of endobiotic features and the different modes of life and food preferences of the foraminifera. Foraminifera did not rely solely on exogenous food sources. Some species effectively used organic matter derived from endobionts in the cell cytoplasm. The high biomass and species density of benthic foraminifera found in intertidal rocky‐shore habitats are thus probably maintained by the use of multiple nitrogen resources and by microhabitat segregation among species as a consequence.  相似文献

Thanetian–Ilerdian carbonate deposits from the Lakadong Limestone in Assam Shelf, Meghalaya, northeast India, are studied with respect to microfacies distributions and controlling ecological factors on dominant biogenic components. Palaeoenvironmental implications are inferred following the detailed analysis of microfacies characterized by rich assemblages of coralline red algae and benthic foraminifera. The carbonate sediments have been interpreted as lagoonal to outer shelf facies. It is envisaged that the analysed benthic communities thrived in a meso‐oligotrophic regime above the fair‐weather wave base. The Lakadong Limestone constitutes a well‐preserved record of Late Palaeocene–earliest Eocene shallow marine carbonate ecosystem and has high potential to decipher its response to an interval of distinct changes in climate and tectonic settings. The abundance of oligotrophic larger benthic foraminifera in the Lakadong Limestone is comparable to the foraminiferal assemblages of west Tethys. The phylogenetic changes (‘Larger Foraminiferal Turnover’, LFT) and subsequent rapid radiation of typical Eocene larger benthic foraminifera (Alveolina, Nummulites) usually observed in the west Tethys have also been observed in the upper part of the Lakadong Limestone. The eastward migration of Eocene foraminifera from the west coincided with the India‐Asia collision and global warming events at the Palaeocene–Eocene boundary that may have produced a wide array of modifications in biogeography, seasonal run‐offs and ocean circulation pathways. The data indicate that rapid rate of migration from west before the onset of geographic barriers and/or timely restoration of pan‐Tethyan environmental conditions ensured the incidence of these forms in the earliest Eocene sediments.  相似文献

Recent benthic foraminifera (> 125 μm) were investigated from multicorer samples on a latitudinal transect of 20 stations between 1°N and 32°S along the upper slope off West Africa. Samples were selected from a narrow water depth interval, between 1200 and 1500 m, so that changes in water masses are minimized, but changes in surface productivity are important and the only significant environmental variable. Live (Rose Bengal stained) benthic foraminifera were counted from the surface sediment down to a maximum of 12 cm. Dead foraminifera were investigated in the top 5 cm of the sediment only. Five live and five dead benthic foraminiferal assemblages were identified using Q-mode principal component analysis, matching distinct primary productivity provinces, characterized by different systems of seasonal and permanent upwelling. Differences in seasonality, quantity, and quality of food supply are the main controlling parameters on species composition and distribution of the benthic foraminiferal faunas.To test the sensitivity of foraminiferal studies based on the uppermost centimeter of sediment only, a comparative Q-mode principal component analysis was conducted on live and dead foraminiferal data from the top 1 cm of sediment. It has been demonstrated that, on the upper slope off West Africa, most of the environmental signals as recorded by species composition and distribution of the “total” live and dead assemblages, i.e., including live and dead foraminifera from the surface sediment down to 12 cm and 5 cm, respectively, can be extracted from the assemblages in the top centimeter of sediment only. On the contrary, subsurface abundance maxima of live foraminifera and dissolution of empty tests strongly bias quantitative approaches based on the calculation of standing stocks and foraminiferal numbers in the topmost centimeter.  相似文献

In the Central Iran Basin, the mixed carbonate–siliciclastic deposits of the C member of the Qom Formation were deposited on a carbonate platform which is dominated by rhodalgal associations occurring in tropical–subtropical environment. The biogenic rhodalgal association is dominated by bryozoa, coralline red algae, bivalves and echinoids together with smaller amounts of photo-dependent biota including large benthic foraminifera and corals. The abundance of heterozoan association and the bloom of suspension-feeding organisms are the result of an increase in nutrient availability which has profound controlling effect on the biotic system. The low occurrence of symbiont-bearing benthic foraminifera and coral, typical of stable, oligotrophic condition, represents their low tolerance to unstable, nutrient-rich environment. In the investigated Oligocene–Miocene shallow marine carbonate succession, 10 different microfacies were distinguished through depositional texture and biotic components. The rock sequences investigated are referred to an open shelf carbonate platform in which the depositional environments range from outer shelf to inner shelf conditions.  相似文献

Foraminiferal assemblages from the Bifurcatus Zone (Oxfordian, Upper Jurassic) are studied in the Navalperal section (Betic Cordillera, southern Spain). A total of 24 sampling stations and around 5,700 specimens of foraminifera were recognized on thin-section analysis and classified into two major categories: planktonic and benthic. The abundance of foraminifera (number of specimens/cm2) was calculated for both categories and the cyclic pattern was studied by spectral analysis, considering the autochthonous and para-autochthonous character of the studied assemblages. The Lomb-Scargle periodogram together with a permutation test were tested for performing the high-resolution spectral analysis, being particularly well suited for working with short time series and uneven sampling. Spectral analysis reveals the influence of orbital-scale Milankovitch cyclicity at the eccentricity, obliquity, and precession bands. Moreover, this incidence is significantly different depending on the analyzed group (benthic versus planktonic). Whereas the long-range eccentricity band is not distinguishable from a trend and the short-range eccentricity band is not statistically significant (at 90% confidence level), the obliquity band is better represented in the planktonic component and the precession band is better developed in the benthic group. Variations in temperature affecting upper waters, determined by obliquity-scale fluctuations, could be responsible for changes in the planktonic foraminiferal assemblage, while changes in nutrient availability and substrate oxygenation, as a consequence of input variations from source areas at the precession-scale cycles, could affect the benthic foraminiferal assemblage.  相似文献
