大丰自然保护区于1986年引入麋鹿39头,到1994年发展为191头,其成体平均产仔率为83.5%,周岁内仔鹿成活率为91%。周岁后年存活率平均为97%。根据Leslie矩阵模型,到1998年,麋鹿将发展到400余头,接近其环境容纳量,到2000年将发展到约1600头。届时它将逐渐达到稳定年龄分布。雌性麋鹿4岁时繁殖价最高。约为新产仔鹿的1.8倍。将麋鹿种群调整到环境容纳量水平上的固定年龄分布后,每年从1~2龄麋鹿中调出约28只(70.96%)。即可维持在种群规模为400头的固定年龄分布。  相似文献

2005年5月,对北京南海子麋鹿苑1岁到5岁5个不同年龄阶段33头雌性麋鹿的体重(BW)、肩高(H)、头长(HL)、耳长(EL)、胸围(BR)、尾长(TL)、体长(BL)、后足长(zL)进行测量,分别对体重与其余7项体尺性状进行相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明,在不同年龄阶段,雌鹿的7个体尺和体重性状之间存在着不同程度的相关性,其中体重与胸围、肩高和体长相关性较大。在1至2岁雌性麋鹿,体重增长速度较快,2岁为麋鹿外貌定型阶段,3~4岁麇鹿的性状第一主成分相似,说明雌性麋鹿的体成熟期是在3~4岁。  相似文献

湖北石首麇鹿国家级自然保护区麇鹿种群动态   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为实现麇鹿回归大自然的目标,1993年和1994年,湖北石首麋鹿国家级自然保护区(以下简称石首麋鹿保护区)分别从北京麋鹿苑引入麋鹿30头(8♂,22♀)和34头(10♂,24♀)建立了繁殖种群。自2000年6月开始,作者每月一次(7—10d)实地监测石首麇鹿保护区内、外的麋鹿种群动态。到2006年产仔季节结束后,该保护区内的麋鹿种群达522头,2006年产仔前性比为1:1.22。用指数增长模型拟合种群增长曲线,1998年后石首麋鹿保护区内的麋鹿种群呈指数增长(Nt=84e^0.226t),其瞬时增长率为0.226;1998年夏季长江暴发特大洪灾,石首麇鹿保护区内的部分麋鹿逃逸到长江南岸,形成了自然野化麋鹿种群。该自然野化种群比保护区内麇鹿种群增长快,其瞬时增长率达到0.267。湖北石首和江苏大丰两个国家级自然保护区内麋鹿种群的出生率和增长率差异显著,而两地的死亡率无显著差异。石首麋鹿保护区内的麋鹿种群年均出生率(26.8%,P=0.010)和年均增长率(21.7%,P=0.038)均显著地高于江苏大丰国家级自然保护区内麇鹿种群的年均出生率(21.6%)和年均增长率(17.0%)。由于生境退化和人为干扰,当前石首麋鹿保护区内的麋鹿种群增长已开始出现密度制约迹象,亟待采取有效措施来改善麋鹿的生存繁衍条件[动物学报53(6):947—952,2007]。  相似文献

测定了成都动物园圈养种群中9只人工育幼豚鹿幼仔(2004~2007年)体重和8只豚鹿的体尺,并观察了8只豚鹿的牙齿(0~63 d)的生长情况.结果为:幼仔在0~54 d内体长、肩高、后足长、耳长和尾长以及体重都随日龄呈直线增长趋势,其中体长和肩高与幼仔的日龄显著相关(P<0.01).初生幼仔齿式2(I 0/2, C 0/0, P 0/0),2周龄齿式2(I 0/2,C 0/0, P 2/2),7周龄齿式2(I 0/2,C 0/2或C 1/2, P 2/2).  相似文献

1986年至2004年,在苏北滨海湿地开展恢复麇鹿野生种群的研究。从每年的2月份开始,在麇鹿的产仔期按照每旬记录产仔数,直至产仔结束。逐年统计半散养和野生麇鹿种群结构。选择不同年龄阶段和不同性别的麇鹿进行称重,分析个体的身体发育程度。半散养麋鹿种群由1986年引进的39头,发展到2004年的706头,年均出生率21.7%,鹿群年均增长率为17.5%,现已繁殖了子四代;野生放养麇鹿由31头增加到2004年的41头,年均出生率为16.3%,年均增长率为9.0%,且于2003年、2004年各产1头完全属野生的子二代。产仔季节相由引进时的紊乱已调整至目前的规律性产仔。研究表明大丰麋鹿种群繁殖很成功,其寿命、行为、生理发育、繁殖周期等都较引进时发生了显著的变化,已完全适应了黄海湿地生态环境。人类活动干扰仍是影响麇鹿种群恢复的一个重要因素。  相似文献

本文在2014—2016年三个冬季(12月—翌年2月)收集了北京南海子麋鹿苑半散放麋鹿自然脱落的角,并观察和记录了2015—2017年发情期(5—9月)群主更替和2016—2018年产仔期(3—7月)麋鹿幼仔出生情况,结合2014—2018年年平均气温、季平均气温、月平均气温、年降雨量、雨季开始时间、种群密度等环境因子,对鹿角脱落、群主更替、产仔等繁殖特征的年节律及其环境影响因子进行了研究。结果表明:1)麋鹿鹿角脱落、群主更替、产仔的年节律均存在年际差异。2)鹿角脱落时间为12月开始,1月下旬或2月上旬结束。3)发情期为5月下旬或6月上旬开始,9月上旬结束;2015—2017年发情期时间有延长的趋势。4)产仔期为3月中旬或4月中旬开始,5月下旬或7月下旬结束。5)麋鹿鹿角脱落、群主更替、产仔的年节律存在明显的同步关系,其中鹿角脱落开始时间、鹿角脱落高峰期、鹿角脱落结束时间、第一次发情期开始时间、群主更替高峰期、产仔期开始时间、产仔高峰期、产仔期结束时间与前一年度比较均出现同步提前的现象。6)鹿角脱落年节律存在随着12月平均气温升高而提前的现象;产仔期开始时间和产仔高峰期存在随着前一年9月平均气温的升高而提前的现象。7)鹿角脱落年节律表现出随着年降雨量的增多而提前的现象;第一次发情期开始时间、群主更替高峰期的年节律表现出随着前一年度年降雨量的增多而提前的现象。8)麋鹿鹿角脱落、群主更替、产仔的年节律均不存在随着种群密度升高或降低而提前或延迟的现象。麋鹿繁殖特征的年节律是一个复杂的过程,受气候、营养、种群密度、纬度等环境因子的影响。  相似文献

We report the current status of Taimen (Hucho taimen ) population in Wusuli River of China. The amount of catch per year was only 1 800 - 5 400 individuals ranging from 2 - 15 years old during 1998 - 2002. Of all the captured, individuals with sexual maturity were up to 30% - 70% (female maturity at 5 years old and male 6 years old). Sex ratio varied greatly among different localities. Its breeding population mainly consisted of males aged 5 - 10 years and females aged 8 - 13 years‘‘old, which spawned in May each year. Females breed once with about 4 000 - 23 000 eggs produced every 2 - 3 years, Taimen grows fast and average growth rate is about 10 cm per year prior to 10 years‘‘s old, which corresponded with von Bertelanffy‘‘s equation calculated as Lt = 246.41 [ 1 -e 0.0407(t 0.4625)] and Wt = 174 075.72 [ 1 -e ^0.0407(t-0.4622)12.9537, and the relationship between body length and weight was W 0.015018L^u2020.  相似文献

Abstract

A campaign to eradicate goats (Capra hircus L.) was begun in August–October 1972 on Raoul Island, Kermadec group, 1000 km north-east of New Zealand. Of a total of 1286 animals killed, 155 were examined and dissected. The coat colour of 88% was pradominandy black, and of these 80% were patterned with white and/or brown. The hair was short in 85% of the goats, but a few males were shaggy all over. No throat tassels or other features of improved breeds were seen. Both sexes were fecund by 1 year of age. Conceptions occurred up to the winter solstice, but none was recorded for at least 4 months after it. Older females conceived earlier than young ones. Females more than 2 years old were 53% of all fecund females, and produced 66% of all kids born. Productivity was estimated to be 83 or 94 kids per year per 100 females of breeding age, depending on the criteria used. Eviscerated body weight, body length, shoulder height, and horn length all showed clear sexual dimorphism, and all increased with age up to 3 years. Kidney fat increased with age only in males. At the time of sampling, female fatness was not related to reproductive state. In areas which had been hunted during the past decade the population was least dense, there was a higher proportion of young animals, the growth rate up to 1 year old was greater, and adults were larger, age for age, than elsewhere on the island.  相似文献

以齿骨和胸鳍条为年龄鉴定材料,通过其骨磨片比较研究,结果显示用胸鳍条鉴定白鲟的年龄较为可靠。所收集的66尾白鲟样品中,根据胸鳍条鉴定年龄,幼鲟8尾,1-3龄。成鱼58尾中,雄鱼33尾,最低6龄,最高11龄,多数个体为8-9龄。雌鱼25尾,最低7龄,最高17龄,多数为10-12。白鲟生长速度快,特别在第一年其长度生长最为突出。当年10月份的幼鱼全长达53-61cm,1龄鱼平均全长75cm。推算结果表明雌雄鱼在性成熟前生长无明显差异,性成熟后,雌鱼的长度及重量均大于相同年龄雄鱼。采用VBGF描述白鲟全长及体重的增长。  相似文献

The population structure of the Japanese fluvial sculpin,Cottus pollux (large egg type), in the upper reaches of the Inabe River, Mie Prefecture, central Japan, was investigated by a mark-and-recapture method from July 1989 to January 1991. Breeding of the species occurred from mid February to early May, peaking from mid February to late March. The mean size of mature males observed in March 1990 was significantly larger than that of females, showing apparent sexual size dimorphism. Data analysis of the growth of 1658 marked individuals revealed that the species matured at 2 years of age in both sexes. Whereas 1 year old males reached ca. 50–70 mm SL, females were less than 50 mm SL at the same age, size dimorphism already being apparent. Immature males exhibited higher growth rates than females during their first and second years, some of the former outstripping mature males of the preceding year class in total length. After attaining sexual maturity, both males and females grew mainly from July to December, with no significant differences in mean growth rate between them. Sexual size dimorphism of the species seems to be attributable to different growth rates between the sexes during their immature stage.  相似文献

A total of 1560 breeding frogs were collected in three consecutive years at sites in the west of Ireland. Alt were weighed and measured and the ages of 702 individuals were determined by skeletochronology. The length-weight relationship differed between gravid females, spent females and males, with the gravid females showing the largest weight gain for any increase in length. The majority of males bred for the first time at two years, but most females delayed maturity until they were a year older. While the two-year olds were of similar size, the females subsequently grew at a faster rate and achieved larger maximal sizes than the males. However, both sexes exhibited a decelerating growth rate with age. There was no apparent difference between the sexes in post-maturation survival, which was estimated to be about 50% annually. In order to investigate whether meiotic gynogenetic Atlantic cod is fertile and able to produce viable offspring, meiotic gynogenetic females were produced in spring 2010 by activating cod eggs using irradiated sperm. The extrusion of the second polar body was prevented by the application of hydrostatic pressure (56.6 MPa) 36 min after fertilization. In February 2012, their mean round weight was 972 g, and 2580 g in March 2013. In 2012, when the fish were 2 years old, about 52% were mature, 33% were immature, and 13% had undifferentiated gonads. One year later, 77% were mature, 11% were immature, and 11% had undifferentiated gonads. Several of the mature females had malformed gonads, with only one developed ovary lobe or with the two lobes fused. The mean gonadosomic index (GSI) of the 2‐year‐old mature females was 5.2%, with an estimated relative fecundity of 581 000 eggs kg ovary‐free wet weight?1. Females were stripped for eggs when 2 and 3 years old (2012 and 2013), and fertilized with sperm from normal males. Offspring were obtained from 12 of 17 and 12 of 15 egg batches incubated in 2012 and 2013, respectively, proving that the gynogenetic females are fertile. Furthermore, larvae in all but one of the hatched groups from 2013 had commenced feeding 2 h after being startfed using rotifers 4 days after hatch, indicating viable offspring.  相似文献

Life history of the salema, Sarpa salpa, off the Canarian archipelago was studied from samples collected between January 1998 and December 1999. Fish ranged from 119 to 452 mm in total length and from 24.9 to 1491.7 g in weight. The species was characterized by a protandric hermaphroditism. The overall sex ratio was unbalanced in favour of males (1 : 0.41). The reproductive season extends from September to March, with a peak in spawning activity in December–January. Males reached maturity at a smaller length (226 mm, 2 years old) than females (294 mm, 3 years old). Males, females and all fish showed an isometric growth. The morphometric relationship between length and mass for the whole population was described by the parameters: a = 0.0000134 and b = 3.01. A concentric pattern of opaque and translucent zones was readily distinguishable on the otoliths. Two rings, one opaque and one translucent, were laid down each year on the otoliths; the opaque zone was formed during the summer months, and the translucent zone during the winter months. Individuals aged 0 to 11 years were found. The parameters of the von Bertalanffy growth equation for all individuals were: L = 479 mm, k = 0.212 year–1, and t0 = –1.08 year.  相似文献

The reproductive tracts of male sub-Antarctic fur seals Arctocephalus tropicalis ( n = 123), taken at Gough Island (40° 20'S, 9° 54'W) between November 1977 and October 1978, were examined. The presence of spermatozoa in the epididymal tubules showed that all males ≥4 years old had reached puberty, and the marked slower increase in mean testis weight and baculum length suggested that sexual (social) maturity was approached by 8-year-olds. Full adulthood was attained at 10–11 years of age based on the peak in mean testis and prostate weights, and mean baculum length. Secondary sexual characteristics were only fully developed in males ≥9 years old. A significant decline in mean testosterone concentration, and in testis, epididymis and prostate weights showed that adult males were reproductively quiescent during winter from May to July when seminiferous and epididymal tubules had lowest mean diameters with no spermatozoa present. Both the mean plasma testosterone concentration and mean testis weight peaked twice during the austral summer. The first peak coincided with the breeding season, and the second peak with the moulting period when adult males were impotent. Photoperiodic cueing might explain this seasonal trend.  相似文献

The róbalo, Eleginops maclovinus, a protandrous hermaphrodite species, is an important component of the ichthyofauna in the coastal areas and estuaries of southern Chile. However, there are many aspects about its life history that are unknown. Three hundred and eighty-three specimens of E. maclovinus (19–79 cm total length, TL) were collected between November 2002 and December 2003 from central-southern Chile. Marginal increment analysis from sagittal otoliths showed a single annual minimum in March, demonstrating that a single growth ring is formed each year. The growth of E. maclovinus was described by the von Bertalanffy growth model by following parameters: L = 105.4 cm TL, K = 0.08 per year, and t 0 = −1.03 years. E. maclovinus can live for 10 years. The length and age at which the 50% of the males in the population transformed into females was estimated at ~36 cm TL and ~5-years old. A total of 27 prey items were identified. The most important prey items were the crustaceans Hemigrapsus crenulatus and Emerita analoga associated with estuarial and marine habitats respectively. Ontogenetic changes in the diet were related to the spatial distributional pattern of males (1–4 years old, in the estuary) and females (5–8 years old, in the sea). Also, diet changes are associated with the type of available prey in each habitat occupied, indicating a generalized opportunist strategy.  相似文献

The infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii was studied during 6 years in a sheep flock in central Sweden. The flock consisted of 165-249 breeding ewes of which 20-35% were lambs less than 1 year old. Most ewes were slaughtered when 5 years old. The sheep were kept indoors from end of September to early May. Lambing took place in March and April. Individual serum samples were collected twice a year, once just before turning the sheep out to pasture in the spring, and again after housing in the autumn. Sera were analysed by ELISA for antibodies to T. gondii. The seroprevalence varied between 10% and 45% during the 6 years of observation. Seroconversion was detected predominantly at the autumn sampling, indicating that in most cases infection was acquired at pasture. Subclinical effects of T. gondii infection on lamb weight, litter size, total litter weight and ewe weight were also studied. Lambs born to chronically infected ewes were lighter at birth than those of uninfected ewes, but this disparity was no longer evident at weaning.  相似文献
