目的:探讨舍曲林辅助治疗对抑郁症合并冠心病患者血清炎症因子水平及预后的影响。方法:选择2009年8月-2011年8月我院收治的86例抑郁症合并冠心病患者,将其随机分入对照组与观察组,40例对照组患者接受冠心病常规治疗,46例观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予舍曲林口服,每次504100mg,每日1次,疗程24周。比较两组治疗期间心血管事件发生率、治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及血清炎症因子超敏c-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF—α)及白介素-6(IL-6)的变化.结果:观察组心血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(13.0%VS32.5%,P〈0.05);观察组治疗后HAMD评分、血清hs—CRP、TNF一双及IL-6水平显著均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:舍曲林辅助治疗可显著改善抑郁症合并冠心病患者的抑郁状态,降低炎症因子水平并改善其预后.  相似文献

目的:探讨氯吡格雷与阿司匹林对冠心病心绞痛患者血清炎症因子水平的影响及其临床疗效。方法:选择2014 年3月-2016 年3 月在我院确诊为冠心病心绞痛患者69 例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同,将患者随机分成研究组(39 例)和对照组(30 例)。对照组患者采用阿司匹林治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合使用氯吡格雷治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血清高敏C- 反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-alpha(tumor necrosis factor-alpha, TNF-alpha)及白细胞介素-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6)水平的变化情况,以及临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者血清hs-CRP,IL-6 及TNF-alpha水平比较,差异无统计学 意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者血清hs-CRP,IL-6 及TNF-alpha水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。研究组患者临床总有效率(94.7%)高于对照组(88.9%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗冠 心病心绞痛的临床效果显著,能够降低患者血清hs-CRP,IL-6 及TNF-alpha炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)对脓毒症患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子alpha(TNF-alpha)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-8(IL-8)的 影响。方法:将我院2013 年1 月-2014 年6 月间收治的80 例脓毒症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40 例,两组患者均给予脓毒 症常规治疗,观察组另给予CRRT 治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前1 天,治疗后24 h,72 h空腹静脉血TNF-alpha、IL-6、IL-8 水平。结 果:观察组治愈率为85.0%(34/40),明显高于对照组的55.0%(22/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗24h、72h 后两组患者 TNF-alpha、IL-6和IL-8 水平均明显下降,其中观察组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRRT 能有效降低脓毒症患 者血清中TNF-alpha、IL-6 和IL-8 水平,有助于对炎症反应的正向调节。  相似文献

目的:探究乌司他丁联合阿托莫兰对感染性休克患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-alpha(TNF-alpha)和降钙素原(PCT) 水平的影响。方法:选择2013 年6 月~2015年12 月期间我院收治感染性休克患者79 例为研究对象;采用随机数字法将其分为 观察组(39 例)和对照组(40 例),观察组患者给予乌司他丁联合阿托莫兰治疗,对照组给予常规抗感染治疗;观察并比较两组患 者治疗前后IL-6、TNF-alpha和PCT 水平,比较两组患者药物不良反应、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)发生率及病死率。结果:治疗 前两组患者间IL-6、TNF-alpha及PCT 水平均无差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-6、TNF-alpha及PCT 均显著下降,且观察组IL-6、 TNF-alpha及PCT 水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组患者药物不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组MODS 及死 亡发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合阿托莫兰能够改善对感染性休克患者炎症反应,降低机体IL-6、TNF-alpha及 PCT 水平,降低MODS 发生率及病死率,在临床治疗感染性休克具有重要价值。  相似文献

目的:研究普拉克索治疗帕金森病合并抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选取2009年5月至2011年5月我院收治的帕金森病合并抑郁症的患者56例,随机分为对照组(给予舍曲林)和观察组(给予普拉克索),连续应用12周。对治疗前、治疗后第4、8、12周两组患者的抑郁情况及临床疗效进行分析。结果:两组治疗后,第4、8、12周末HAMD总分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),到第12周末观察组HAMD总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);第4、8、12周末CGI-SI评分均显著下降(P<0.05),观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:普拉克索治疗帕金森病合并抑郁症效果显著,抗抑郁效应和抗运动症状效果优于舍曲林。  相似文献

目的:探索美常安联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效,及对血清TNF-alpha、IL-6、IL-8 水平的影响。方法:选择自 2012 年9月至2014 年12 月我院收治的100例UC 患者,按照随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,每组50 例。对照组患者口服给 予柳氮磺吡啶,观察组患者口服给予美常安联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗。统计分析两组患者的临床有效率、症状改善、不良反应发生情 况及治疗前后患者血清中TNF-alpha、IL-6、IL-8 水平的变化。结果:观察组中总有效率为92.00%显著高于对照组中总有效率为 48.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的主要临床症状较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后主要症状缓解率明显高 于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清中TNF-alpha、IL-6、IL-8 水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患 者不良反应发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美常安联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗UC具有良好的临床疗效,能显著改善 患者的临床症状和患者血清中炎症因子的水平,值得在临床上推广使用。  相似文献

目的:研究血液灌流联合血液透析对接受维持性血液透析(MHD)的患者白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-alpha)、超敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等指标水平的影响。方法:选择2010年5 月至2013 年5 月在我院接受MHD的终末期 肾病112 例作为研究对象。根据数字法随机分成观察组及对照组,每组均含56 例患者。对照组行常规血液透析治疗,观察组行血 液灌流及血液透析的联合治疗。治疗12 周后对比分析两组治疗前后的各项炎性因子与营养学指标,及生活质量指数(QOL)评 分。结果:治疗后观察组的hs-CRP、IL-6 及TNF-alpha与Hcy水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察 组的血清Hb、TP及Alb 与TRF水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后的QOL评分较治疗前均 显著上升,但观察组的上升幅度显著大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗接受 MHD的患者,可有效改善患者机体的微炎症及营养状况,提升患者的生活质量,效果明显,值得临床推荐。  相似文献

目的:探究限制性液体复苏对失血性休克复苏患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-alpha)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响,为临床治 疗失血性休克选择液体复苏方式提供依据。方法:选择2010 年1 月~2015 年6 月期间,我院收治出血性休克患者63例为研究对 象;采用随机数字法将其分为观察组(32 例)和对照组(31 例),观察组患者给予限制性液体复苏,对照组患者给予传统充分复苏; 观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血浆TNF-alpha、IL-6 水平的变化。结果:观察组患者给予复苏液体的输入量为(1.95± 0.35)L,对照组 患者给予输液量为(3.61± 0.56)L,观察组患者给予的复苏液输入量显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组 患者血浆TNF-alpha及IL-6 水平不存在显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者血浆TNF-alpha及IL-6 水平均显著上升,且观察组患者血浆 TNF-alpha及IL-6水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:限制性液体复苏能够明显降低失血性休克患者的出 血量,稳定机体血流动力学,保证机体重要脏器的血流灌注,有利于改善患者血浆TNF-琢和IL-6 水平,提高治疗效果,改善预后。  相似文献

目的:探讨舍曲林对卒中后抑郁患者运动功能的恢复及生活质量的影响。方法:将126例卒中后抑郁患者随机分入对照组与观察组,62例对照组患者接受常规脑血管病治疗及康复训练。64例观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用舍曲林口服,治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)及脑卒中影响量表(SIS 310)评估患者抑郁状况、肢体运动功能及生活质量。结果:治疗后8周观察组患者HAMD评分显著低于对照组(8.35±2.21vs 14.84±4.26,P〈0.05);观察组FMA评分显著高于对照组(72.56±16.94 vs 51.29±10.22,P〈0.05);SIS 310各项评分及总分显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:给予脑卒中后抑郁患者舍曲林治疗,可显著改善患者抑郁状况,改善肢体功能恢复和生活质量。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探究合欢解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片在治疗老年抑郁症患者中的疗效,并分析治疗对患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:选择2021年2月至2022年1月在我院接受治疗的80例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象,将其均分为实验组与对照组(各40例),对照组患者接受常规草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上加用合欢解郁汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、hs-CRP水平,并记录对比两组患者治疗中不良反应发生率。结果:(1)实验组患者治疗有效率为97.50 %,对照组为85.00 %,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05);(2)治疗前两组患者HAMD及PSQI评分差异不大,治疗后实验组患者上述量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗前两组患者SIOSS量表各维度评分差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者绝望因子、乐观因子、睡眠因子和掩饰因子得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗前两组患者IL-6和hs-CRP水平差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后实验组IL-6和hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);(5)两组患者不良反应发生率差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:合欢解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片对老年抑郁症具有较好疗效,能改善抑郁症状,降低其自杀风险以及炎症因子水平,同时治疗安全性较高。  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献

Summary Anthers were cultured from two sets of seven lines of hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with different cytoplasms, the euplasmic nucleus donors, Siete Cerros 66 and Penjamo 62, as well as their six alloplasmic lines derived from wild relative species of the genera Triticum and Aegilops. Significant cytoplasmic and nuclear effects but no cytoplasmic-nuclear interaction were found for embryogenic anther response, with the best performance of Penjamo 62 in Ae. kotschyi cytoplasm. Plant regeneration was not affected significantly by the cytoplasmic background of the lines cultured. The possible genetic implications of the observed cytoplasmic and nuclear influences on the in vitro haploid induction of wheat are discussed.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献
