班氏跳小蜂Aenasiusbam bawalei Hayat是扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley的优势种寄生蜂。本文研究了在限制选择和自由选择的条件下,扶桑绵粉蚧的2龄若虫、3龄若虫和雌成虫对该蜂的寄生率、发育历期、子代性比和个体大小的影响。结果表明:在两种选择条件下,班氏跳小蜂对扶桑绵粉蚧3龄若虫的寄生率显著高于对雌成虫和2龄若虫的寄生率,但寄生粉蚧雌成虫的子代雌雄性比显著高于寄生3龄若虫或2龄若虫的性比;在两种选择条件下,雌蜂在寄主三种虫龄(态)上的发育历期差异不显著,但是雄蜂在粉蚧雌成虫中的发育历期显著长于寄生2龄若虫或3龄若虫的发育历期;在两种选择条件下,寄生于粉蚧雌成虫的子代雌蜂和雄蜂的个体都是最大,其后足胫节长度显著长于寄生于2龄若虫或3龄若虫的子代胫节的长度。  相似文献

扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley是近年在我国新发现的一种重要外来入侵害虫, 特别是对我国棉花生产具有潜在的巨大威胁,本文研究了实验室条件下(27±1℃, RH 70%±5%)该虫在棉花上的发育历期、 繁殖能力及各虫态的形态特征。结果表明:扶桑绵粉蚧雌虫生活史包括卵、1龄若虫、2龄若虫、3龄若虫和雌成虫;雄虫生活史包括卵、1龄若虫、 2龄若虫、预蛹、 蛹和雄成虫。卵期很短,雌虫若虫期15~20 d,总历期约为47~59 d;雄虫若虫和蛹期17~22 d,总历期约为20~26 d;雌虫寿命明显长于雄虫。该蚧虫繁殖能力强,雌成虫产卵量200~862粒/头,平均产卵458粒/头。各虫态主要形态特征为:卵呈长椭圆形,橙黄色, 略微透明; 1龄若虫,淡黄绿色,行动活泼;2龄若虫体缘突起显现, 尾瓣突出,至末期可根据体表黑斑的可见程度区分雌、 雄虫;3龄雌若虫, 体表有薄层蜡粉, 在前、中胸背面亚中区和腹部1~4节背面亚中区可见清晰斑点, 形成纵向黑色条斑, 外表形似雌成虫。雌成虫呈卵圆形,体表蜡粉厚实,胸、腹背面的黑色条斑在蜡粉覆盖下呈成对黑色斑点状,体缘蜡突明显,共18对,其中腹部末端2~3对较长; 雄虫蛹包裹于松软的白色丝茧中;雄成虫,虫体较小,黑褐色;触角细长,具一对发达透明前翅,后翅退化为平衡棒,腹部末端具2对白色长蜡丝。本文通过对扶桑绵粉蚧的基本生物学特性和各个龄期发育的形态特征的研究, 为该虫的进一步研究和科学防控提供了基本资料,具有重要的理论和实践意义。  相似文献

本文测定了扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley除卵期以外其它各虫态的过冷却点和结冰点.结果表明,该虫过冷却点以1龄若虫最低,为-24.02℃;雄虫预蛹次之,为-22.13℃;雄虫蛹、雄虫2龄若虫、雌虫3龄若虫、雄成虫、雌虫2龄若虫、雌成虫过冷却点逐渐升高,分别为-21.08℃、-20.25℃、-19.05℃、-18.42℃、-17.91℃、-16.89℃.体液结冰点也以1龄若虫最低,为-23.2℃;雄虫预蛹次之,为-19.09℃;雄虫蛹、雄虫2龄若虫、雌虫3龄若虫、雌虫2龄若虫、雌成虫、雄成虫体液结冰点逐渐升高,分别为-16.64%、-15.81℃、-13.92℃、-13.20℃、-12.85℃、-12.79℃.试验结果表明扶桑绵粉蚧过冷却点低,耐寒性较强,可能适宜在中国北部更广泛的区域生存.  相似文献

为了探明温度对扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley发育的影响, 本研究在光周期14L∶10D, 相对湿度75%±1%及不同温度(18, 20, 24, 26, 28和30℃)的实验室条件下, 测定了以南瓜为寄主的扶桑绵粉蚧各虫态的发育历期和存活率, 组建了扶桑绵粉蚧的实验种群生命表。结果表明: 在18~30℃温度范围内, 随着温度的升高扶桑绵粉蚧的发育速率加快, 且其温度与发育速率的关系符合 Logistic模型。在18~30℃恒温条件下, 扶桑绵粉蚧的雌虫世代发育历期为40.24~80.64 d, 雄虫世代发育历期为25.21~54.31 d; 雌虫世代的发育起点温度为7.39℃, 有效积温为889.89日·度; 雄虫世代的发育起点温度为8.58℃, 有效积温为523.47日·度。在26℃时, 扶桑绵粉蚧的世代存活率最高(77.03%), 种群趋势指数也最高(22.98), 有利于种群增长; 而在18℃和30℃, 扶桑绵粉蚧的种群趋势指数分别为2.99和9.80。扶桑绵粉蚧有较强的种群发展能力, 但高温和低温都不利于其种群增长。扶桑绵粉蚧发育历期和实验种群表的研究为其控制措施的制定提供了科学依据。  相似文献

【背景】扶桑绵粉蚧是近年来入侵我国的重要害虫,食物是影响其生长发育及种群发展的重要因素。【方法】在室内条件下研究了饥饿对扶桑绵粉蚧不同龄期若虫和初羽化雌成虫存活率和雌成虫产卵量的影响。【结果】扶桑绵粉蚧不同虫态在饥饿条件下存活的时间存在显著差异,表现为雌成虫〉2龄若虫=3龄若虫〉1龄若虫。扶桑绵粉蚧各龄若虫和雌成虫随着饥饿时间的延长,存活率逐渐下降。其中,雌成虫存活率下降速度较慢,完全饥饿8d后存活率仍有50%左右;2、3龄若虫50%个体死亡需要饥饿的时间约为6d,1龄若虫约需5.5d。饥饿会显著降低1龄若虫存活率,但对2、3龄若虫没有显著影响。扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫饥饿4d对其产卵前期、平均每头雌虫一生的产卵量没有显著影响,但寿命显著低于对照。【结论与意义】扶桑绵粉蚧耐饥力较强,这有助于它在野外建立种群。该结果为进一步评价扶桑绵粉蚧的入侵潜能提供了依据。  相似文献

【目的】石蒜绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solani是近年在我国新发现的一种重要检疫性害虫,温度是决定石蒜绵粉蚧能否建立稳定种群的最基本因素。本研究旨在探索温度对莴苣Lactuca sativa上石蒜绵粉蚧生长发育和繁殖的影响。【方法】在20, 23, 26, 29和32℃,光周期14L∶10D,相对湿度80%±5%的实验室条件下,测定了莴苣上石蒜绵粉蚧各虫态的发育历期、发育速率、存活率和繁殖力,组建了石蒜绵粉蚧的实验种群生命表。【结果】石蒜绵粉蚧各虫态的发育历期均随温度的升高而缩短,在20℃下若虫发育历期最长,为35.75 d; 32℃时若虫发育历期最短,为17.90 d。此外,温度显著影响石蒜绵粉蚧的存活,在26℃时若虫期的存活率最高,为67.33%;世代的发育起点温度为12.23℃,有效积温为770.90日·度。石蒜绵粉蚧的产卵前期和成虫寿命随着温度的升高而缩短。成虫产卵量在20℃时最高,达88.02粒/雌;32℃时最低,仅为37.61粒/雌。在20~32℃种群趋势指数都大于1,说明石蒜绵粉蚧对温度的适应范围广。但在32℃时,产卵前期存活率明显降低,说明高温不利于石蒜绵粉蚧的繁殖。【结论】温度对石蒜绵粉蚧的生长发育、存活、繁殖及种群增长有显著的影响,26℃是最适宜石蒜绵粉蚧生长发育和繁殖的温度。  相似文献

班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei Hayat是扶桑绵粉蚧的重要寄生性天敌.在实验室条件下,以扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫为寄主,系统观察了班氏跳小蜂个体发育过程中的形态特征变化及相应的发育历期.结果表明:班氏跳小蜂有过寄生现象;个体发育可分为卵、4个幼虫期、蛹和成虫共4个阶段;在温度27 ±1℃、相对湿度70±5%、光周期L12∶D12条件下,班氏跳小蜂的生命周期为14.5 d,其中卵、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、预蛹和蛹的发育历期分别为1.5d、1d、1d、2d、2.5d、1d和5.5d;卵和幼虫主要通过卵柄与外界进行气体交换直至4龄幼虫后期.  相似文献

在我国棉花粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley是一种重要的外来入侵害虫。其寄主范围广,对多种经济作物、园林观赏植物等存在严重威胁。本文观察研究了在寄主转换过程中该虫的主要生物学特征包括发育历期、存活率、雌成虫大小、产仔量等,结果表明:初孵若虫存活率以烟草上最高(87.9%),扶桑、棉花、蜀葵上较高,分别为76.0%、66.2%、66.7%,马缨丹上最低(35.4%);若虫发育历期以马缨丹上最长,为42.1 d,扶桑、棉花、蜀葵、烟草上分别为27.6、20.8、20.8、16.2 d;在马缨丹(8.7 d)、扶桑(9.3 d)、蜀葵(9.6 d)上蛹历期较长,在烟草(6.7 d)、棉花(6.9 d)上较短。烟草上雌成虫个体显著较大,体长为2 349.3μm;棉花(2 017.5μm)、扶桑(1 813.9μm)次之,马缨丹(1 658.0μm)、蜀葵(1 719.4μm)较小。雌成虫产仔量烟草、蜀葵、棉花、扶桑和马缨丹上分别为376.5粒/雌、209.2粒/雌、177.8粒/雌、94.0粒/雌、27.3粒/雌。转换至马缨丹上后棉花粉蚧从第2代开始生长发育进入稳定状态,但其生物学适应性显著较低,若虫发育历期均显著延长(36.4-40.5 d),存活率显著降低(31.0%-36.0%),单雌产仔量降低至25.9粒-35.0粒。从马缨丹转移至扶桑、棉花后3个世代,除了棉花上第2代、第3代若虫发育历期变短外,棉花粉蚧其他主要生物学参数均未有显著变化。  相似文献

【目的】石蒜绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solani是近年来我国大陆新记录的一种有害昆虫,对我国的农业生产和生态环境具有潜在的巨大威胁,而本研究旨在明确该虫的主要生物学特性。【方法】在实验室条件下(27±1℃,RH 70%±5%,12L∶12D)以马铃薯Solanum tuberosum作为寄主,研究了石蒜绵粉蚧的生殖方式、发育历期、繁殖能力及各虫态的形态特征。【结果】石蒜绵粉蚧只能营产雌孤雌生殖,生活史包括卵、1-3龄若虫和雌成虫;卵单个散产且在母体外孵化,孵化时间约24min,雌成虫还能产下一部分不能孵化的卵;若虫期14~22 d,总历期33~64 d;雌成虫繁殖能力强,单头产卵量135~337粒,平均产卵244粒。各龄期主要形态特征为:卵呈长椭圆形,黄色且透明,具一对红棕色的复眼;1龄若虫呈黄色,行动活泼;2龄若虫体缘出现齿状突起;3龄若虫呈深黄色,体缘突起明显,尾瓣突出;雌成虫体表的白色蜡粉较厚实,体缘蜡突明显,体色变深,足呈深红色。【结论】从生殖方式、发育历期及繁殖能力等方面明确了石蒜绵粉蚧的主要生物学特性,结果预示该虫是一种重要潜在的危险性害虫。  相似文献

为明确寄主虫态对班氏跳小蜂适合度的影响,在实验室条件下\[温度(27±1) ℃,相对湿度(70±5)%,光周期14L∶10D\]测定了寄生于不同发育阶段(3龄若虫和雌成虫)扶桑绵粉蚧的班氏跳小蜂子代性比和个体大小.结果表明: 寄生扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫的班氏跳小蜂的子代雌雄性比、个体体长和后足胫节的长度均明显高于寄生3龄若虫,且个体体长与后足胫节长度之间有显著的相关性.扶桑绵粉蚧3龄若虫个体大小显著影响班氏跳小蜂子代个体大小,而雌成虫的个体大小对该蜂子代大小无显著影响.

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
