莲草直胸跳甲是恶性入侵杂草喜旱莲子草的有效天敌。为探明莲草直胸跳甲成虫繁育的适宜温度条件和卵的低温冷藏适期,本文研究了莲草直胸跳甲成虫在25、27、30、32、35℃下的存活、取食和产卵特性及卵在15℃下冷藏不同时期的孵化率。结果表明:在25~35℃,莲草直胸跳甲成虫的生存曲线差异显著;随着温度的升高,雌雄成虫寿命呈缩短趋势,表现为25℃>32℃>35℃;但27和30℃的生存曲线与25和32℃差异均不显著。温度对莲草直胸跳甲成虫的取食量和产卵量均有显著影响,在25~35℃,随着温度的升高,跳甲的取食量和产卵量呈下降趋势;成虫期取食量、日均产卵量和世代产卵量表现为25℃>27℃、30℃>32℃>35℃;成虫期取食量和世代产卵量呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.960。将莲草直胸跳甲卵在15℃下冷藏1~10d后转移至25℃,其孵化率均可达100%,但孵化进度则有差异,孵化高峰期随着冷藏时间的延长而提前。与未经冷藏的卵(对照)相比,在15℃下冷藏1d,莲草直胸跳甲卵的始孵化日提前1d,但高峰期不变,均在第5天;在15℃下冷藏4、7和10d后,其孵化高峰期分别较对照提前1、2和3d。可见,在25~35℃时,25℃是莲草直胸...  相似文献

以莲草直胸跳甲Agasicles hygrophila Selman & Vogt为对象, 测定了在不同高温(37, 39, 41, 43, 45±0.5℃)下暴露1 h后, 莲草直胸跳甲成虫寿命、产卵前期、产卵量及后代存活力等生殖适应性指标的差异。结果表明: (1)莲草直胸跳甲成虫寿命随暴露温度的升高而降低, 25℃恒温条件下, 雌成虫寿命平均为37.4 d, 而45℃高温暴露1 h后, 雌虫寿命仅为20.0 d; (2)莲草直胸跳甲雌虫的产卵前期随暴露温度升高而显著延长, 25℃恒温条件下雌虫产卵前期平均为4.1 d; 39℃高温暴露1 h后产卵前期延长至4.8 d, 45℃高温暴露1 h后延长至7.3 d; (3)短时高温暴露显著降低莲草直胸跳甲的单雌产卵量, 25℃恒温条件下单雌产卵量平均为965.1粒, 39℃暴露1 h后, 其产卵量为638.7粒, 45℃暴露1 h后低于260粒; (4)短时高温暴露对莲草直胸跳甲后代存活能力有显著的影响, 随着温度的升高, F1代卵的孵化率从95.4%降低至89.2%, F1代成虫的羽化率从87.0%下降到71.3%。以上结果表明, 短时高温暴露导致莲草直胸跳甲生殖适应性下降。  相似文献

【背景】除草剂应用是目前防治空心莲子草的主要措施之一,但其可能对空心莲子草的重要天敌昆虫莲草直胸跳甲的存活、发育和繁殖产生不利影响;为了协调应用化学除草剂和莲草直胸跳甲联合控制空心莲子草的防治措施,本研究探明了除草剂对莲草直胸跳甲的安全性。【方法】采用空心莲子草叶片喷施除草剂后饲喂莲草直胸跳甲的方法,测定了使它隆、农达和稻杰3种除草剂对莲草直胸跳甲成虫和3龄幼虫的取食和存活、幼虫化蛹和成虫产卵的影响。【结果】使它隆对莲草直胸跳甲成虫产卵量的影响较小,喷施农达则显著降低莲草直胸跳甲的产卵量,稻杰的影响居中。连续取食除草剂处理的叶片5d,莲草直胸跳甲成虫取食量均显著降低,3种除草剂的影响为使它隆〉农达〉稻杰。农达对莲草直胸跳甲幼虫的取食量影响较大,取食高浓度农达处理的叶片3d后,其幼虫停止取食;稻杰影响较小。除草剂对莲草直胸跳甲雌虫影响较小,存活率较高。【结论与意义】3种供试除草剂中,稻杰对莲草直胸跳甲最安全,以0.9L.ha-1浓度最佳,在空心莲子草的综合治理中可与莲草直胸跳甲协同应用。  相似文献

短时高温对莲草直胸跳甲成虫存活及繁殖的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用短时高温处理研究了40~47℃高温对莲草直胸跳甲Agasicles hygrophila Selma & Vogt成虫存活以及40~44℃对雌成虫繁殖的影响。结果表明:(1)处理1h后,随着温度的上升,莲草直胸跳甲雌雄成虫的存活率均随着温度的上升而下降,44℃时,雌成虫的存活率开始显著高于雄成虫;处理温度为40℃时,雌雄成虫存活率也随着处理时间的延长而下降,7h时,雌成虫的存活率开始显著高于雄成虫。此外,雌成虫致死90%的温度和时间分别高于雄成虫1.31℃和1.29h,均表明雌成虫的耐热能力比雄成虫强,但差异仅在胁迫强度偏大时表现为显著;(2)40~44℃短时高温影响莲草直胸跳甲成虫的繁殖。与对照处理相比,40、42和44℃高温处理1h后,雌成虫的寿命和产卵量变化不显著,但均引起了其产卵前期的延长和10日龄成虫产卵停滞,44℃时,平均停滞时间达2.62d,子代卵的孵化率则从40℃的88.67%下降到44℃的79.84%,44℃时显著低于对照。  相似文献

【目的】评价空心莲子草Alternanthera philoxeroides 2种生态型食物对莲草直胸跳甲Agasicles hygrophila生长发育和繁殖的影响。【方法】建立莲草直胸跳甲在水生型和旱生型空心莲子草上的实验种群两性生命表。【结果】2种生态型空心莲子草对莲草直胸跳甲2龄和3龄幼虫的历期、产卵前期、产卵期、雌虫寿命、雄成虫寿命和繁殖力的影响无显著差异,但取食水生型空心莲子草的莲草直胸跳甲具有较短的蛹历期(6.28 d)、较高的幼虫期存活率(99.00%)和较高的成虫前期存活率(95.00%);取食旱生型空心莲子草的莲草直胸跳甲在内禀增长率和周限增长率都显著低于水生型食物,但莲草直胸跳甲的净增殖率(R_0)和平均世代周期(T)在旱生型和水生型食物间并无显著差异。【结论】与旱生型空习莲子草相比,水生型空心莲子草是莲草直胸跳甲的较适宜食物,但旱生型空心莲子草并不显著影响莲草直胸跳甲的发育和繁殖。  相似文献

为阐明椰心叶甲Brontispa longissima (Gestro)生殖密切相关的结构、卵巢发育以及繁殖特性,以显微解剖和室内观察的方法,对该虫的雌雄成虫的生殖系统构造、卵巢发育进度以及繁殖力进行了研究。结果表明,椰心叶甲雄性内生殖器包括精巢、贮精囊、输精管、附腺和射精管,其中贮精囊由侧输精管特化形成;雄性外生殖器由阳茎、阳茎基和阳基组成,无抱握器。雌性内生殖器包括卵巢、侧输卵管、中输卵管、受精囊和附腺,左右卵巢呈对称分布,每侧有5根卵巢管,为无滋式;雌性外生殖器由背产卵瓣、内产卵瓣和腹产卵瓣组成。根据相关形态特征,卵巢发育进度可分为发育初期(Ⅰ级)、成熟待产期(Ⅱ级)、产卵盛期(Ⅲ级)和产卵末期(Ⅳ级)4个级别,各等级在卵巢和卵巢管的分区长度及怀卵量上存在显著差异。椰心叶甲种群在椰子叶上的最高产卵量变化幅度最小(2.39粒/♀),但产卵期最长(348 d),推测应用椰子叶饲养椰心叶甲能确保获得稳定的卵量。由于椰心叶甲种群在鱼尾葵上具有较短的产卵前期(12.7 d)和雌成虫寿命(161.8 d),以及较高的产卵量(397.7粒/♀),表明了椰心叶甲种群在鱼尾葵上具有较强的繁殖力。  相似文献

体型大小与昆虫在温度胁迫下的适应性有关。本文旨在研究入侵杂草空心莲子草Alternanthera philoxeroides生防天敌莲草直胸跳甲Agasicles hygrophila SelmanVogt不同地理种群对高温的形态响应机制。以恒温25℃作为对照,分别测定莲草直胸跳甲长沙种群和海南种群在模拟夏季特定12∶00-16∶00时段30℃、33℃、36℃高温条件下的幼虫体重、初羽化成虫体重、后足胫节长、鞘翅长、前胸背板宽等指标。结果表明,莲草直胸跳甲两地理种群幼虫体重均随温度升高而增加。两种群雌虫及长沙种群雄虫的体重、后足胫节长、鞘翅长、前胸背板宽度随温度上升显著下降;海南种群雄虫的后足胫节长、鞘翅长、前胸背板宽在各温度处理间无显著差异。在33℃、36℃高温条件下,长沙种群的幼虫体重、雌虫体重及雌虫的后足胫节长、鞘翅长、前胸背板宽显著高于海南种群,而长沙种群雄虫的后足胫节长、鞘翅长、前胸背板宽显著低于海南种群。试验表明,不同地理种群的莲草直胸跳甲形态大小对高温的响应存在差异。本研究结果为探究莲草直胸跳甲种间进化以及人工培育耐热种群的实践提供了一定的参考依据。  相似文献

为了探讨温度对三叶草彩斑蚜种群增长的影响,在实验室研究了15~35℃范围内共9个温度下三叶草彩斑蚜的发育、繁殖和生命表.结果表明:三叶草彩斑蚜种群在35℃下不能存活.若虫的发育历期随着温度的上升而显著缩短,在15 ~ 32℃内为18.33~4.02 d,存活率在40.0%~83.6%,25℃下若虫的存活率最高、32℃下存活率最低.成蚜的平均寿命在10.64 ~ 20.87 d,23℃下寿命最长、32℃下最短.产蚜高峰期随温度的上升而提前,除15℃为15 d以外,其余温度下均在3~6d.平均繁殖力和单头最高繁殖力以25℃下最高,分别为82.0和149.0头.平均世代周期随着温度的上升从15℃的31.17 d逐渐缩短到32℃的10.17 d.净增殖率在25℃下最大(68.62),32℃下最小(13.96).内禀增长率在0.10 ~0.30 d-1,其中28 ℃下最高、15℃下最低.若虫的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为9.35℃和97.83 d·℃.繁殖力、净增殖率和内禀增长率与温度的关系均可用一元二次方程描述.  相似文献

It is generally thought that females can receive more of the material benefits from males by increasing mating frequency and polyandry can lead to greater reproductive success. The cabbage beetle, Colaphellus bowringi Baly (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), is a highly promiscuous species, in which females or males can readily mate repeatedly with a given partner or multiple partners at a very high frequency. In the present study, the effect of mating frequency (number of matings) and mating pattern (polyandry vs. monogamy) on female reproductive fitness was investigated by measuring fecundity, fertility, and female longevity. The results indicated that increased female mating frequency with the same male did not result in variation in lifetime fecundity, but significantly increased fertility and decreased female longevity. Moreover, five copulations were sufficient to acquire maximal reproductive potential. Female lifetime fecundity also did not differ between polyandrous and monogamous treatments. However, monogamous females exhibited a significant increase in fertility and significant prolongation of longevity compared with polyandrous females, further demonstrating that monogamy is superior to polyandry in this beetle.  相似文献

Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say) adult longevity and fecundity were studied on transgenic potato clones expressing a Cry3B endotoxin of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). Adult longevity and fitness were studied for the first 3 weeks after emergence. Beetle reproductive biology on highly resistant clones, intermediary resistant clones and control potato plants was monitored by dissecting females after 7–15 days of feeding and also by analysing haemolymph protein content after 3 days of feeding. Feeding behaviour on transgenic plants expressing high toxin concentrations and on control plants was monitored individually for 36 newly emerged adult beetles feeding on leaf disks during the first two meals. Lethal Time50 for adult beetles feeding on transgenic clones as the sole source of food was not significantly shorter than for beetles on control clones reared in a growth chamber. Differences tended to be larger when the experiment was conducted in a greenhouse with a less optimal temperature range (LT50 = 9.52 and 10.45 days for two transgenic clones and 13.86 for control). In contrast, female egg production on transgenic plants was almost totally inhibited. Dissection studies indicated that adult males living on high-level Bt-expressing transgenic potatoes were still able to mate and produce mobile sperm, but the females were impaired in their reproductive ability since their ovaries were generally not fully developed. An examination of the haemolymph revealed the protein concentration in females living on transgenic plants to be dramatically reduced ( 50%), and electrophoresis showed a reduced content of vitellogenin in these samples.Feeding behaviour of adult Colorado potato beetles was not affected by the different food plants; this indicates that transgenic potato plants were readily accepted as host plants by beetles. The effects of these findings on the use of transgenic plants as a means of L. decemlineata control are discussed.  相似文献

The longevity and reproductive success of newly emerged, unfed adult Aethina tumida Murray assigned different diets (control = unfed; honey-pollen; honey; pollen; empty brood comb; bee brood; fresh Kei apples; and rotten Kei apples) were determined. Longevity in honey-fed small hive beetle adults (average maximum: 167 d) was significantly higher than on other diets. Small hive beetles fed empty brood comb lived significantly longer (average maximum: 49.8 d) than unfed beetles (average maximum: 9.6 d). Small hive beetle offspring were produced on honey-pollen, pollen, bee brood, fresh Kei apples, and rotten Kei apples but not on honey alone, empty brood comb, or in control treatments. The highest reproductive success occurred in pollen fed adults (1773.8 +/- 294.4 larvae per three mating pairs of adults). The data also show that A. tumida can reproduce on fruits alone, indicating that they are facultative parasites. The pupation success and sex ratio of small hive beetle offspring were also analyzed. Larvae fed pollen, honey-pollen, or brood had significantly higher pupation success rates of 0.64, 0.73, and 0.65 respectively than on the other diets. Sex ratios of emerging adults fed diets of pollen or brood as larvae were significantly skewed toward females. Because small hive beetle longevity and overall reproductive success was highest on foodstuffs located in honey bee colonies, A. tumida are efficient at causing large-scale damage to colonies of honey bees resulting in economic injury for the beekeeper. Practical considerations for the control of A. tumida are briefly discussed.  相似文献

【目的】明确落叶松尺蠖Erannis ankeraria Staudinger的发生规律及生物学特性。【方法】野外调查和室内饲养。【结果】在集宁市落叶松尺蠖1年1代,以卵越冬,越冬卵在翌年4月下旬、5月上旬孵化,6月中下旬开始入土化蛹,成虫于9月初羽化、产卵。在温度为20℃,RH=70%的条件下,落叶松尺蠖幼虫期(19.96±0.86)d,预蛹期(3.93±0.95)d,蛹期(108.4±13.17)d。蛹分布于树干基部30~90cm范围内,深度4~8 cm。雄虫在6:00—8:00及12:00—16:00羽化,早于雌性,雌虫在20:00—24:00羽化,羽化若干小时后可交尾,交配持续时间20~260 min,可多次交尾。20℃下交尾雌虫寿命为(5.56±1.47)d,雄虫为(3.95±0.95)d,产卵量为(162.2±69.9)粒;不交尾雌性为(8.03±2.90)d,雄性为(4.38±1.59)d,产卵量为(164.1±81.3)粒,但卵不能孵化;15℃条件下不交尾雌雄寿命分别为(14.48±6.67)d,(6.64±1.76)d,产卵量为(145.7±76.8)粒。【结论】落叶松尺蠖危害期短,蛹期较长,雌雄成虫羽化时间有差异;温度和交尾对寿命和产卵量都有显著影响。  相似文献

The diurnal flight pattern of Platypus koryoensis (Murayama) was examined using sticky traps attached to the trunks of oak trees in central Korea in 2010 and 2011. The flight activities of the beetle were estimated on the basis of 3-h intervals for trap catches from 11:00 to 14:00 on the next day, on June 25–26 and July 1–2, 2010, and on the basis of 2-h intervals for trap catches from 5:00 to 17:00, between June 9 and July 21, 2011 (the peak flight period of the beetle). Over 77% of the beetles were caught from 9:00 to 13:00, with the daily variations in the facing slope. The beetles began to be caught when the air temperature reached around 16 °C, and were the most active when the temperature ranged from 20 to 27 °C. No beetles were caught during rainfall, suggesting that rainfall is one of the factors that hinder beetle flight. The beetles were caught by traps in the east-facing plot earlier than those in the south- and west-facing plots suggesting that the flight behavior of the beetle can be affected by the light. Direction of the beetle flight during the peak of daily flight (from 09:00 to 13:00) was downward along the slope.  相似文献

This paper examines the level and seasonal incidence of parasitism of the redshouldered leaf beetle,Monolepta australis (Jacoby), by the tachinid,Monoleptophaga caldwelli Baranov, and assesses the impact of this fly on the beetle's reproductive development and longevity. Highest average numbers ofM. australis were trapped at light in north Queensland in January and February while parasitism peaked at 6.6 and 6.8% in June and July respectively, averaging 4.8% over the entire sampling period and reaching 28% for a single occasion. Overall, only 2.4% of parasitized beetles were represented in the final two stages of ovarian development compared to 29.1% of non-parasitized ones. There was a highly significant (P<0.001) difference in the distribution frequencies of parasitized and non-parasitized females in the various stages of ovarian development, and most parasitized males possessed atrophied testes. For field-collected beetles maintained in the laboratory, average longevity for those parasitized was 15.6 days compared to 72.2 days for those not parasitized.  相似文献

This study examined the spawning season, spawning frequency and batch fecundity of yellow sea bream Dentex hypselosomus in the East China Sea to reassess the previously reported reproductive characteristics of the species. Time-course sampling showed that this species had a diurnal ovarian maturation rhythm. Late tertiary yolk-stage oocytes appeared 2 days before spawning, starting the process of germinal vesicle movement and breakdown. On the day of spawning, ovulation and subsequent spawning occurred in the early morning (0400–0800 hours). Postovulatory follicles disappeared from the ovaries within c. 24 h of ovulation. Seasonal changes in the ovarian conditions indicated that this species spawned more or less throughout the year, with the peak ranging from spring to autumn. The compositions of the developing oocytes and degenerating postovulatory follicles in the ovaries suggested that most females spawned repeatedly over 2 to 3 consecutive days during the peak of the spawning season. Somatic body condition did not have a significant effect on batch fecundity, but there was a significant relationship between batch fecundity and fork length according to spawning status. Females spawning on consecutive days were more fecund than those spawning every other day. The findings show that this species has much greater reproductive potential than previously estimated.  相似文献

In no-choice tests but not in choice tests, alligatorweed flea beetles,Agasicles hygrophila Selman & Vogt (Col.: Chrysomelidae) exposed to alligatorweed plants grown with two levels of mineral nutrition fed significantly more on those grown in full mineral nutrient than those grown with deficient phosphate. Chemical analysis showed that the full nutrient plants had more ethanol-soluble nitrogen compounds but less total carbohydrate than the phosphate-deficient plants. The response of beetles to phosphate-deficient alligatorweed may thus result from a change in the carbohydrate-nitrogen composition of host plants, though further investigation is needed for confirmation. Flea beetle response was identical to terminal and mature leaf tissue of full nutrient plants.  相似文献
