家鸽,黄雀和黄喉wu耳蜗核的定位与比较   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
向非鸣禽鸽和鸣禽黄雀、黄喉wu耳蜗内注射HRP作顺行追踪表明,耳蜗纤维组成第八脑神经的听支(NⅧ)后,分别投射至延髓的角状核(NA)和巨细胞核(NM),由NA及NM两个亚核组成耳蜗核,它是听觉的上行通路中的第一级中继站,延髓层状核并不接受耳蜗纤维的直接投射。家鸽与黄雀、黄喉wu之间的NA、NM及NⅧ在形态和分布上都有较明显的差别。  相似文献

鸟类的角状核(NA)和层状核(NL)是延髓内司听觉及声源定位的重要感觉中枢。本文用HRP顺、逆行追踪方法,对鸣禽类黄雀(Carduelis spinus)与黄喉(Emberiza elegans)的NA及NL的神经通路进行了研究与比较。发现NA接受听神经的传入并投射至脑桥外侧匠系核复合体及中脑背外测核的背部;NL接受巨细胞核的传入并以不同的行径投射至脑桥和中脑的不同部位。它们的行径是各自独立的。提示这两条通路在听觉及声源定位等方面是各自分工的。  相似文献

本实验将荧光染料固兰(FastBlue,FB)和核黄(NuclearYellow,NY)分别注入蟾蜍颏舌肌(M.genioglossus)和舌骨舌肌(M.hypoglossus),通过边行标记技术研究了伸舌肌和缩舌肌运动神经元(PMNS和RMNs)在延髓舌下核内的分布,结果表明PMNs和RMNs均位于延髓舌下核的背内侧核(DMN)内,并发出侧投射支配舌肌,且其部分神经元为双标神经元。  相似文献

本实验应用顺行神经示踪物PHAL对鸣禽欧椋鸟(Sturnus vulgaris)带状核(Tn)的传出投射作了定位研究。Tn核的传出投射经背腹两条路线:(1)从Tn核背部进入端脑的PHAL标记纤维,分别终止在新纹状体内侧,隔内侧核(SM),侧室腔外侧带和额上层腹侧带;(2)另一组标记纤维从Tn核腹侧直接向丘脑投射,在下丘脑腹内侧核(VMN)和外侧核(LHy)分别获得大量PHAL免疫反应纤维的终末标记。结果提示:Tn核可能为鸟类旁听觉神经通路的一个组成部分。  相似文献

实验材料为乌拉坦麻醉的鸣禽黄雀(Carduelis spinus)。观察了电及化学刺激新纹状体前部大细胞核外侧部(1MAN)对发声和呼吸的影响。结果如下:(1)电刺激1MAN的不同区域都引起鸣叫反应。(2)长串电脉冲刺激1MAN使呼吸频率增加,呼吸幅度降低。(3)短串电脉冲刺激1MAN,落位于吸气相,产生吸气要断效应;落位于呼气相,可使呼气时程延长,以冲刺激1MAN,落位于吸气相,产生吸气切断效应  相似文献

本实验以人工外淋巴灌流方式,提高豚鼠耳蜗外淋巴液钙离子浓度([Ca2+]PL),观察蜗内直流电位(EP)和耳蜗电图(ECochG)的变化,ECochG包括听神经复合动作电位(CAP)、耳蜗微音电位(CM)。结果可见:高钙灌流明显抑制CAP幅值,延长同一声强下(90dBSPL)N1-峰潜伏期,但不改变CM的幅值及总和EP(G-EP)。高钙灌流降低了EP对噪声的给-撤声反应(EP-ON,EP-OFF)和缺氧所得到的最大负EP(N-EP)绝对值。本文分析了外淋巴高钙影响耳蜗电位的可能机制。  相似文献

本文采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪技术结合硫辛酰胺脱氨酸(NADPH-d)组织化学方法,研究正常豚鼠耳蜗核一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的上行投射特点。探讨耳蜗核NOS阳性神经元在听觉信号传递中的可能作用。结果表明,一侧上橄榄复合体加压注射HRP后,两侧耳蜗核均出现HRP标记细胞,同侧耳蜗核NOS-HRP双标细胞较多占82.63%,并可见HRP阳性纤维和终末包绕NOS阳性胞体,对侧耳蜗核NOS-HRP双标细胞相对较少,仅占14.87%。一侧下丘加压注入HRP后两侧耳蜗核均无HRP-NOS双标细胞。结果提示,耳蜗核NOS阳性神经元向上橄榄复合体投射,可能具有调节听觉声信号传递的作用  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献
