目的探讨中药熏敷结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中致肢体偏瘫的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月~2019年3月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中致肢体偏瘫患者180例为研究对象,按入院时间先后分对照组和观察组各90例。对照组采用热水外敷结合康复训练进行偏瘫肢体康复,观察组采用中药熏敷结合康复训练进行偏瘫肢体康复,观察比较两组患者治疗后MAS评分及Barthel指数评分,并比较两组的有效率。结果治疗后,观察组的运动功能评估量表(MAS)评分(40±7.81)分,明显高于对照组的(22±11.53)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。观察组的Barthel指数评分为(68.48±10.21)分,高于对照组的(50.38±12.28)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。两组的治疗有效率比较,观察组为97.8%明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P0.005)。结论中药熏敷结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中致肢体偏瘫的康复效果良好,且方法简单,治疗费用低,利于基层医院推广应用。  相似文献

目的:通过脑卒中偏瘫患者4期的康复护理训练的疗效观察,探讨康复训练护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的功能恢复的临床效果。方法:本资料收集2004年1月至2004年12月共75例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为两组,对照组和康复组,均采用内科常规护理,康复组接受康复护理训练;而对照组不进行康复护理训练。采用Barther指数评分法予以评定。结果:康复组功能改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力改善在很大程度上取决于早期运动功能的恢复。对脑卒中偏瘫的早期功能恢复是必要的、有益的。  相似文献

目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激在脑卒中康复的应用及效果.方法:选择2010年9月至2012年9月在我院神经内科收治的58例脑卒中患者分为两组,即A组和B组,A组患者给予常规药物治疗和康复训练,B组患者在上述治疗的基础上加用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分情况、日常生活活动(ADL)评分和不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,随着时间的推移,两组患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分得分逐渐下降(P<0.05).B组患者2周后和6周后两个时点美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分得分明显低于A组患者的,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而随着时间的推移,两组患者日常生活活动(ADL)评分得分逐渐上升(P<0.05).B组患者2周后和6周后两个时点日常生活活动(ADL)评分得分明显高于A组患者的,差异有显著性(P<0.05).两组患者在不良反应发生方面差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论:低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中单侧肢体功能障碍患者临床疗效确切,安全可靠,不良反应少.  相似文献

目的:探究血栓通配合康复训练对缺血性脑卒中(cerebral arterial thrombosis,CAT)恢复期患者肢体康复的疗效情况。方法:选取2011年3月-2013年3月我院收治的84例CAT患者按数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组单纯采用康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组康复训练的基础上服用血栓通配合治疗,分别观察治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的各项基本指标并对比研究。结果:两组患者治疗前和治疗1月后Barthel评分无明显差异(P0.05);观察组治疗后3、6个月Barthel评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者治疗前和治疗1月后肢体Fugl-Meyer评分无明显差异(P0.05);观察组治疗后3、6个月肢体Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且对照组出院时上肢依然未完全恢复。通过对对照组和观察组患者的生活质量评分比较,观察组生活质量的各项评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者采用血栓通药物配合适当的康复训练疗效较好,术后肢体恢复理想,值得作为治疗CAT的首选方法在临床上推广应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑出血患者偏瘫功能恢复的作用.方法:将186例急性脑出血患者随机分成康复组93例,对照组93例,两组均常规使用内科药物治疗.康复组加以早期康复治疗,比较患者治疗前和治疗1月后的Barthel指数和简式Fugl-Meyer评价法评分.结果:两组治疗前Fugl-Meyer值及Barthel指数测评差异有统计学意义(P>0.01(,两组治疗1月后Fugl-Meyer值及Barthel指数测评康复组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论:早期康复训练对急性脑出血惠肢运动功能恢复和日常生活活动能力具有促进作用,可明显降低患者运动功能障碍程度.  相似文献

目的:探讨针灸结合康复训练对脑卒中患者恢复阶段的疗效。方法:选取了240例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(108例)给予针灸疗法观察组(132例)给予针灸结合康复训练疗法。通过观察并记录治疗后3个月的疗效治疗前治疗后3个月的NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、SF-36量表评分,评价针灸结合康复训练对脑卒中患者恢复阶段的疗效。结果:经治疗,观察组患者有效率93.9%,对照组患者有效率81.5%观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05),治疗前,两组NIHSS和Fugl-Meyer评分无统计学差异(P0.05)治疗后3个月,两组NIHSS评分均明显下降且观察组下降较多,Fugl-Meyer评分明显升高且观察组升高较多(P0.05),治疗前,两组SF-36各项评分无统计学差异,治疗后3个月,两组SF-36评分均明显增加(P0.05)。观察组在活力、情感职能和精神健康3项评分明显高于对照组(P0.05),其余5项评分相比无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:采用针灸结合康复训练对脑卒中患者的恢复具有促进作用有效改善患者神经功能缺损和运动功能情况,提高患者生活质量。  相似文献

目的:对康复锻炼在老年出血偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响进行探究。方法:将我院2013年1月-2014年12月收治的40例老年脑出血偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规功能性锻炼,观察组康复锻炼,1个月后进行两组患者肌力评分、Fugl—Meyer运动功能评分和日常生活能力评分比较。结果:观察组肌力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组护理后Fugl—Meyer运动功能评分和日常生活能力评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:康复锻炼可有效提高老年脑出血偏瘫患者肢体运动功能,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的探讨早期良姿位摆放对脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果及肢体功能的影响。方法采用随机平行对照法将我院2014年1月~2015年2月收治的111例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行分组,对照组55例在患者病情稳定后给予良姿位摆放训练治疗,观察组56例在患者入院后给予良姿位摆放治疗,观察两组患者治疗后肢体功能、日常生活能力的改善效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的Barthel指数及FMA评分明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为10.71%,明显低于对照组的30.91%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期应用良姿位摆放能强化患侧肌力,修复损伤神经元,促进血液循环,有效提高患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:研究强制性运动疗法(CIMT)在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:将100例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组50例予常规运动疗法,实验组50例予CIMT。治疗后,比较两组患者的临床总有效率、步行速度评分、日常生活活动能力评分、运动功能评分及患者满意度。结果:治疗后,试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(90%vs.68%),步行速度评分[(61.25±7.94)vs.46.12±8.56]、日常生活活动能力评分[(58.76±8.92)vs.47.95 9.16]、运动功能评分[(85.14±4.68)vs.52.39 9.64]、患者满意度(94%vs.78%)较对照组均明显升高(94%vs.78%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:强制性运动疗法用于脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗的临床效果明显提升,可有效改善患者的运动功能。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献

对我国花型Hemibarbuspattern鱼类作了骨骼系统比较,结果表明,此类型鱼类脑颅较长,副蝶骨平直或稍弯曲,眶蝶骨腹纵嵴发达(铜鱼Coreius septentrionalis例外),下颞窝和咽突中等大,基枕骨后突发达;脑颅中的上筛骨的后突、侧筛骨的外筛突,蝶耳骨的外突、上耳骨的后突、围眶骨和后颞窝等均有明显的差异;咽颅中的舌颌骨、尾舌骨、鳃盖骨和下咽齿的列数等又有显著的区别;附肢骨骼中的腰带骨、脊椎骨中的复合神经骨和第4椎骨腹侧的悬器等也有不同之处。据此,这些差异和区别可作为属间或种间的分类依据。  相似文献
