海参多糖对急性不完全性脑缺血的保护及抗凝作用的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:研究海参多糖(PSU)对大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血(AICI)损伤的保护作用及抗凝血作用。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为5组(n=12):假手术组、模型组、海参多糖低(30 mg/(kg.d))、中(60mg/(kg.d))、高(120mg/(kg.d))剂量组。双侧颈总动脉永久性结扎法复制大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血模型,观察海参多糖对大鼠行为障碍、脑组织含水量、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化情况,以及对凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化的部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)等血液凝血指标的影响。结果:海参多糖可改善行为学障碍,减少脑组织含水量,降低血清CRP水平;可显著延长APTT,TT时间,减少FIB含量(P<0.05)。结论:海参多糖能明显减轻大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血损伤,并具有显著的抗凝血作用。  相似文献

棕榈藤是一种重要的非木材林产品,在全球生物多样性保护和经济发展方面起着重要的作用。通过查阅相关文献、野外调查和标本鉴定,对中国棕榈藤植物的种类组成、地理分布类型及特点进行了研究。结果表明:(1)中国分布有较丰富的棕榈藤植物资源,共计3属40种(含变种),在云南、海南、广西等12个省区均有分布,其生长习性以攀援型为主。(2)中国棕榈藤植物表现出明显的水平和垂直地带性分布规律;水平地域性分布明显,形成了西南(云南西双版纳)和东南(海南省)两大分布中心,而其他区域分布的种类相对较少;海拔1000m以下地区分布的种类较多,有一定数量的广布种。(3)中国棕榈藤植物可划分为10个分布区类型,其中,以热带亚洲(印度-马来西亚)分布型的种类为主,特有种也占有一定比例;种类的分布与中南半岛、南亚棕榈藤植物区系有密切的联系。  相似文献

采用样方法对不同生境中地木耳分布规律进行了研究;分析了地木耳的群落特征及其生物量,结果表明:(1)群落种类组成,共有38种,34属,21科,单科单种14种;(2)群落垂直结构简单,只有灌木层、草本层和地被层;(3)地木耳平均生物量为10kg/hm^2,干重7.3kg/hm^2,湿重140kg/hm;(4)地木耳的自然含水量42%,持水量一8.6%,在海拔600-800m之间,地木耳生物量最大;(5  相似文献

延龄草是土家族四大名药之一,具有活血祛瘀、镇静安神、治疗跌打损伤等功效,现代药理研究表明其在改善阿尔茨海默症等中枢神经退化性疾病方面具有一定疗效。由于早年的大量采挖及现代保育工作尚未完善,延龄草资源稀缺,已被列为国家三级珍稀濒危保护植物。本文归纳了延龄草皂苷类成分及其结构分类、药理活性以及资源保育方面的研究进展,剖析了目前延龄草资源发展中亟待解决的问题,旨在为延龄草资源的可持续利用和产业发展提供基础和依据。  相似文献

我国银杉自1955年发现以来,陆续发现了它的新分布,至今已知在四省、区7个分布区的30多个分布点上,自然生长着银杉3200余株。它们是:广西花坪林区(越城岭南部)6个点有银杉1040抹,其中高5米以上的68株,1~5米的49株,1米以下的923株,最高21.1米,最大胸径83厘米;广西大瑶山4个点有银杉143株,其中高10米以上的94株,1~3米的3株,1米以下的46株,最高30米,最大胸径79.2厘米;湖南罗汉洞(越城岭北部)2个点有银杉58株,5米以上的有45株,最高18米,最大胸径43厘米;湖南罗霄山脉八面山有银杉707株,高1米以上的334株,最高24米,最大胸径46厘米;四川南川金佛山(大娄山东段北部)6个点有银杉527株,其中成年树400余株,最高17米,最大胸径50厘米;百枝山有银杉52株,最高8米,最大胸径27厘米;贵州道真沙河林区(大娄山东段南部)3处12个点有银杉729株,其中高5米以上的105株,2~5米的209株,1~2米的111株,1米以下的304株,最高18.8米,最大胸径48厘米;贵州桐梓白菁有银杉10株,高4~5米的2株,1~3米的6株,1米以下的2株。 银杉分布区范围自北纬24°5′~29°13′14″,东经107°10′~113°40′。其垂直分布自海拔940~1840米,金佛山银杉分布最高,为1600~1840米;罗汉洞银杉分布最低,为940~1060米。分布区内,年均温8.2°~17℃,绝对最低温  相似文献

Stichopin, a 17-amino acid peptide isolated from a sea cucumber, affects the stiffness change of the body-wall catch connective tissues and the contraction of the body-wall muscles. The localization of stichopin in sea cucumbers was studied by indirect immunohistochemistry using antiserum against stichopin. Double staining was performed with both stichopin antiserum and 1E11, the monoclonal antibody specific to echinoderm nerves. A stichopin-like immunoreactivity (stichopin-LI) was exclusively found in the connective tissues of various organs. Many fibres and cells with processes were stained by both the anti-stichopin antibody and 1E11. They were found in the body-wall dermis and the connective tissue layer of the cloacae and were suggested to be connective tissue-specific nerves. Oval cells with stichopin-LI (OCS) without processes were found in the body-wall dermis, the connective tissue sheath of the longitudinal body-wall muscles, the connective tissue layer of the tube feet and tentacles, and the connective tissue in the radial nerves separating the ectoneural part from the hyponeural part. Electron microscopic observations of the OCSs in the radial nerves showed that they were secretory cells. The OCSs were located either near the well-defined neural structures or near the water-filled cavities, such as the epineural sinus and the canals of the tube feet. The location near the water-filled cavities might suggest that stichopin was secreted into these cavities to function as a hormone.  相似文献

The spatiotemporal expression pattern of gonad-stimulating substance-like peptide-containing polypeptide (GSSLP) in the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus was examined using immunochemistry. The GSSLP was detected in the gonads from shortly before the empirical breeding season (May and June) to July. On the basis of immunoblotting analysis, GSSLP showed considerable polymorphism among the organs examined in this study, particularly in the gonads, in which the polymorphism was associated with N-glycosylation and the formation of intra-molecular disulfide bonds. In the ovary, GSSLP was expressed from March to June and corresponded to two bands at 113 and 100 kDa under reducing conditions. In July, only the larger band weakly remained. In testis, GSSLP was detected first in April as two bands of 245 and 190 kDa under reducing conditions. The number of bands increased to five in June but decreased to three smeared bands in July. In the radial nerve and circumoral nerve ring, GSSLP corresponded to a single peptide of 170 kDa with little N-glycosylation and its expression level hardly changed throughout a year with no correlation with the breeding season. GSSLP was detected mainly in the morula cells in all the organs examined. In addition, GSSLP was detected in the follicle cells of the ovary and, for a brief period, in the jelly space, but never in the ooplasm. In testis, the morula cells were localized close to the invaginated inner epithelium, but never in the male gametes. In July animals, gonadal morula cells were rarely observed.  相似文献

从辽宁渤海水域分离得到的多株细菌中筛选出1株能产生广谱抗菌物质的海洋细菌LU-B02,该菌对白色念珠菌、Y76等酵母状真菌具有较强的抗性,对一些海洋生物体病原菌或寄生菌以及农作物病原性丝状真菌也具有一定的抗性.在此基础上采用均匀设计对该菌株产生生物活性物质的发酵培养基进行选优;比较了不同菌龄、不同发酵时间LU-B02产生生物活性物质的浓度大小,考察了发酵液中生物活性物质对温度、pH值的稳定性;同时对生物活性物质的水溶性、离子特性等性质进行了研究.结果表明LU-B02菌龄16~24h、28℃下发酵26h产生的生物活性物质浓度最高,该物质为强碱性,水溶性强,对温度、pH值较稳定,为该活性物质的进一步提取精制和结构鉴定提供了依据.  相似文献

The sequence of a globin from a marine invertebrate, the sea cucumberCaudina (Molpadia) arenicola (Echinodermata), is reported. This globin, chain C, is one of four major globins found in coelomic red cells in this organism and is the second to be sequenced. Chain C consists of 157 residues, is amino-terminally acetylated, and has an extended amino-terminal region. This globin shares a 60% sequence identity with the other sequencedC. arenicola globin, D chain (Mauriet al., Biochem. Biophys. Acta1078, 63–67, 1991), but has a 93.6% identity with a globin from another sea cucumber,Paracaudina chilensis (Suzuki,Biochem. Biophys. Acta,998, 292–296, 1989).  相似文献

The EU ban on in-feed antibiotics has stimulated research on weaning diets as a way of reducing post-weaning gut disorders and growth check in pigs. Many bioactive components have been investigated but only few have shown to be effective. Amongst these, organic acids (OA) have been shown to exert a bactericidal action mediated by non-dissociated OA, by lowering gastric pH, increasing gut and pancreas enzyme secretion and improving gut wall morphology. It has been postulated that they may also enhance non-specific immune responses and improve disease resistance. In contrast, relatively little attention has been paid to the impact of OA on the stomach but recent data show they can differently affect gastric histology, acid secretion and gastric emptying. Butyrate and precursors of butyric acid have received special attention and although promising results have been obtained, their effects are dependent upon the dose, treatment duration, initial age of piglets, gastrointestinal site and other factors. The amino acids (AA) like glutamine, tryptophan and arginine are supportive in improving digestion, absorption and retention of nutrients by affecting tissue anabolism, stress and (or) immunity. Glutamine, cysteine and threonine are important for maintaining mucin and permeability of intestinal barrier function. Spray-dried plasma (SDP) positively affects gut morphology, inflammation and reduces acquired specific immune responses via specific and a-specific influences of immunoglobulins and other bioactive components. Effects are more pronounced in early-weaned piglets and under poorer health conditions. Little interaction between plasma protein and antibiotics has been found, suggesting distinct modes of action and additive effects. Bovine colostrum may act more or less similarly to SDP. The composition of essential oils is highly variable, depending on environmental and climatic conditions and distillation methods. These oils differ widely in their antimicrobial activity in vitro and some components of weaning diets may decrease their activity. Results in young pigs are highly variable depending upon the product and doses used. These studies suggest that relatively high concentrations of essential oils are needed for beneficial effects to be observed and it has been assumed that these plant extracts mimic most of the effects of antibiotics active on gut physiology, microbiology and immunology. Often, bioactive substances protective to the gut also stimulate feed intake and growth performance. New insights on the effects of selected OA and AA, protein sources (especially SDP, bovine colostrum) and plant extracts with anti-bacterial activities on the gut are reported in this review.  相似文献

Abstract. A sequential in vivo approach was used to examine the transformations undergone by oocytes during transit in the gonoduct of the sea cucumber Holothuria leucospilota , from ovulation until fertilization competency. Spasms of the ovarian muscle bands, during the pre-spawning locomotor activity of the females, coincided with the extrusion of oocytes from the follicle cells (ovulation). No germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD) was visible and the oocytes were not fertilizable. As the animal began to display the anterior sweeping movements characteristic of spawning, the oocytes streamed out of the gonad and were stored in the gonad basis. The oocytes, which were still non-fertilizable, were then pressed forward through the first (proximal) section of the gonoduct. GVBD was completed during this rapid transit, but oocytes could not be fertilized unless they had soaked ≥20 min in seawater. In the second (distal) section of the gonoduct, most oocytes were readily fertilizable; fertilization rates increased noticeably after the formation of a bulge beneath the gonopore, which favored the entry of seawater. Hydration of the jelly coat was apparent (i.e., a 60% increase in oocyte surface area). Gamete release occurred in one powerful spurt ∼85 min after the onset of ovulation. This oocyte maturation sequence is expected to occur in holothurian species with similar anatomy and spawning behavior.  相似文献
