2017年7月至2018年6月,于西藏自治区昂仁县浪错采集兰格湖裸鲤(Gymnocypris chui)307尾,开展种群繁殖生物学研究。结果显示,浪错兰格湖裸鲤在3~5月性成熟系数较高。雌性最小性成熟个体年龄为7龄,体长217mm,体重122.68g,成熟系数为3.92%;雄性最小性成熟个体年龄为6龄,体长198 mm,体重91.93 g,成熟系数为3.34%。其平均成熟卵径为2.18 mm,卵径分布为单峰型。绝对繁殖力为862~8 933粒/尾,平均绝对繁殖力为(2 885±2 765)粒,相对繁殖力为7~43粒/g,平均相对繁殖力为(15±11)粒/g。绝对繁殖力与体长和体重呈显著正相关,相对繁殖力与体长、体重的相关性不显著。繁殖群体性比(♀︰♂)为1︰0.967,符合1︰1比例。  相似文献

2014年3月至2016年9月在长江中下游宜昌江段共收集鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)样本433尾,进行繁殖生物学研究。该江段鲢的繁殖时间为每年的5月下旬至8月上旬,以6~7月为盛产期。繁殖群体体长310~927 mm,体重600~17 090 g,由3~7龄共5个年龄组组成,3龄群体数量上占绝对优势,占繁殖群体的45.2%。雌雄性比为1.43︰1,雌雄群体间体长-体重关系存在显著性差异(0.01P0.05)。采用Logistic方程推算出初次性成熟雌性个体体长为482.3 mm,体重为2 206.7 g;初次性成熟雄性个体体长为484.0 mm,体重1 677.5 g。卵径(1.01±0.12)mm,大小分布呈单峰型,为单批产卵型鱼类。绝对繁殖力(477 662±9 631)粒,相对繁殖力为(93.38±5.92)粒/g,绝对繁殖力随着鱼体长、体重增长而增大。与其他地理种群相比较,宜昌江段鲢总体表现为卵径相对较小而繁殖力较大。  相似文献

对2015年1月至12月采集于锦江的翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)进行了繁殖生物学特征的研究。锦江的翘嘴鲌繁殖期集中在6~7月,属分批产卵类型。繁殖群体年龄在3+龄至6+龄之间,体长250~537 mm,体重184.9~2 587.5 g。雌雄性比1.14︰1,体表差异表现在泄殖孔和腹部膨胀程度,雌雄群体间体长-体重关系存在显著性差异(0.01P0.05)。性成熟雌鱼绝对繁殖力25 067~54 274粒,相对繁殖力24.2~36.9粒/g,平均卵径(1.1±0.3)mm。性成熟系数在1~5月份逐渐增大,6月明显上升,7月达到最高峰,8月显著下降,9~12月逐渐趋于平缓。采用Logistic方程推算了初次性成熟个体特征,雄性体长273 mm,体重192.0 g,年龄3.4龄;雌性体长311 mm,体重249.4 g,年龄4.2龄。锦江种群繁殖期与其他地理种群相近,但绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力明显偏小。  相似文献

2012 年11 月至2013 年10 月逐月对三峡水库木洞江段秀丽白虾的生长和繁殖生物学特征进行了研究。结果显示秀丽白虾是一年生的虾类, 寿命为1214 个月。雌性个体的平均体长(37.727.92) mm 显著大于雄性(37.086.59) mm, 具有明显的雌雄异形现象。秀丽白虾的渐近体长(L)为59.33 mm, 生长系数(K)是1.6/年, 生长方程为:Lt=59.33-e-1.6(t+0.081)。雌虾繁殖季节从4 月上旬持续至9 月下旬, 繁殖高峰期为4 月中旬至6 月中旬, 由越冬虾和当年虾两个世代的繁殖群体组成。抱卵雌虾的体长为27.0753.71 mm, 平均体长(L50)为37.06 mm。雌雄性比月变化为1.112.36, 平均为1.46, 群体中雌性个体数量显著多于雄性(P 0.001)。绝对繁殖力(FA)为31294 粒, 相对繁殖力(FR)为(11522)粒/g。绝对繁殖力与体长呈幂函数关系(FA=0.0031L2.8632, r=0.72, n=106), 而与体重呈直线关系(FA=104.63W+9.9534, r=0.79, n=106)。卵径(D)平均值为(1215102) m。为合理保护和利用三峡水库秀丽白虾种群资源, 建议加强虾类捕捞管理, 繁殖期间(49 月)禁止捕捞虾类或限制捕捞强度。    相似文献

于2013年3月至2014年1月对岷江眉山段四川华鳊(Sinibrama taeniatus)的繁殖生物学进行了研究。四川华鳊的繁殖时间主要集中在4~5月份,最小性成熟雌性个体体长70 mm,体重7.1 g;最小性成熟雄性体长为65 mm,体重为4.5 g。四川华鳊种群性比(雌︰雄)为1.00︰1.57,主要由4个年龄组组成,其中1龄个体数量占绝对优势。性成熟系数4~5月份最大,同期丰满度最小。卵径(1.05±0.17)mm,大小分布呈单峰型,为单批产卵型鱼类。绝对繁殖力(2 734±258)粒,相对繁殖力为(236±20)粒/g,绝对繁殖力随着鱼体长、体重增长而增大。分析显示,选择适合的渔具、渔法对保护岷江眉山段四川华鳊自然种群资源十分重要。  相似文献

高体近红鲌为长江上游的特有鱼类,以2008年5—11月从赤水河赤水市江段采集的540尾高体近红鲌标本为材料,对其生长与繁殖特性进行了研究和分析。结果表明:高体近红鲌鳞片年轮结构呈疏密切割型,年龄特征显著。种群由1—4龄共4个年龄组组成,其中以2龄个体为主。体长分布主要集中在100—160 mm;体重分布主要集中在20.0—50.0 g。总性比为♀∶♂=1.30∶1。体长与鳞径呈直线关系,体长和体重呈幂函数关系且幂指数接近3,基本符合匀速生长类型,体长和体重Von Bertalanffy方程分别为Lt=217.38(1-e-0.2867(t+0.757))和Wt=118.151-e-0.2867(t+0.757)2.8103;生长拐点为2.85龄,拐点对应的体长和体重分别为Lt=140.09 mm,Wt=34.37 g。雌雄初次性成熟年龄均为1龄;繁殖高峰期为6—7月。Ⅳ期雌鱼的绝对繁殖力为950—8655粒,平均值(3087.90±1602.15)粒;体长相对繁殖力FL为10.00—56.20粒/cm,平均值(24.26±10.16)粒/cm;体重相对怀卵量FW为66.08—197.67粒/g,平均值(116.49±32.05)粒/g;卵径频率分布显示高体近红鲌为一次产卵类型。    相似文献

文章对赤水河河口段张氏(餐)的繁殖生物学进行了研究.结果表明:5-9月份为其繁殖期;最小性成熟个体为雌性体长77mm,体重5.3g;雄性体长108mm,体重9.4g,均为1龄;繁殖群体性比为1.07:1,由4个年龄组组成,其中2龄个体占绝对优势.性成熟系数3-7月份逐渐增大,然后持续减小,至12月降到全年最小值.卵径(0.75±0.14)mm呈单峰型,绝对繁殖力(11010±7723)粒,相对繁殖力(275.1±138.4)粒/g,每克卵巢卵粒数(3789±1389)粒.该种为单批产卵类型鱼类.绝对繁殖力随着鱼体体长、体重和年龄的增长而增大.  相似文献

2010年7月至2011年12月,在塔里木河阿拉尔段采集叶尔羌高原鳅Triplophysa (Hedinichthys) yar-kandensis (Day)940尾(除性别未辨个体外)用于繁殖生物学研究。种群雌雄比为0.85︰1,最小性成熟,雌性个体体长为8.2 cm,体重为7.4 g,年龄为3龄;雄性个体体长为6.5 cm,体重为3.4 g,年龄为2龄。叶尔羌高原鳅卵径分布呈单峰形,推测应属于同步产卵类型。计算了88尾Ⅳ-Ⅴ期雌鱼的怀卵量,其体长范围30-195 mm,体重范围3.59-114.04 g,绝对繁殖力为1101-56320(9944±5487)粒,相对繁殖力为824-1140(982±158);塔里木河阿拉尔段叶尔羌高原鳅种群繁殖力(Fp)为403.46万粒。  相似文献

利用2018年6月—2019年5月湖北省堵河306尾宽鳍■Zacco platypus的调查数据,研究了该水域宽鳍■的种群结构和繁殖力特征。结果显示:堵河宽鳍■种群由3个年龄组组成,Ⅱ龄为优势年龄组,占种群总数的55.2%。体长、体质量分布区间分别为64~203 mm、4.0~106.8 g,平均体长、体质量分别为125 mm±24 mm和34.3 g±18.2 g, 87.1%的体长集中在82~154 mm, 70.3%的体质量集中在14.4~45.7 g。堵河水系宽鳍■种群的雌雄比为0.53∶1,Ⅰ龄、Ⅱ龄和Ⅲ龄组的分别为0.76∶1、0.40∶1和0.63∶1,其中,堵河水系宽鳍■种群和Ⅱ龄组的实际雌雄比与理论值(1∶1)之间的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。雌雄个体的成熟系数周年变化明显,且具有明显的种内雌雄差异,雌性个体较雄性明显偏大。繁殖活动主要发生于4—7月,且雌性个体的繁殖活动存在一定的空白期。雌性个体的平均卵质量和卵径分别为1.34 mg±0.53 mg和1.14 mm±0.24 mm,绝对繁殖力变化范围为864~5 074粒,均值为1 863.74粒±1 097.86粒,绝对繁殖力与体长、体质量、空壳质量以及性腺质量均具有显著相关关系(P0.05),但与全长相关性不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

对短尾高原鳅Triplophysa brevicauda的繁殖力进行了研究。结果表明,短尾高原鳅雌性个体的成熟系数显著高于雄性。雌性繁殖群体的个体绝对繁殖力为1 028~5 508粒,平均为2 804粒±1 282粒。体长相对繁殖力为42粒/mm±16粒/mm,体质量相对繁殖力为1 006粒/g±292粒/g。短尾高原鳅的绝对繁殖力分别与体长、体质量及性腺质量呈极显著线性正相关;体长相对繁殖力分别与体质量及性腺质量呈极显著线性正相关;体质量相对繁殖力与这些生物学参数均不相关。在雌性短尾高原鳅性腺中,卵径的分布呈"单峰型",推测短尾高原鳅属不分批产卵类型。  相似文献

Using light and electron microscopy and fluorescent probes, we followed the ontogenesis of selected organs in embryos of several species of tilapia (Cichlidae, Pisces) with emphasis on chloride cell differentiation in species with two different reproductive styles: we compared the substrate-brooder Tilapia zillii and the mouth-brooders Oreochromis niloticus, O. aureus, Sarotherodon galilaeus, and Tristramella sacra. In all species a transitory blood network system nurtured by the vena caudalis inferiores supplied the yolk sac and preanal finfold during the advanced stages of embryonic and initial stages of larval development. During these stages chloride cells occurred on the yolk sac, as a part of the abdominal epithelium. The cells and their associated blood plexus remained active here until the gill-lamellae, operculum, and mouth became functional. The chloride cells of their epithelium and blood system then took over, concomitant with a gradual degradation of the transitory blood system on the yolk sac. Ontogenesis of these systems (transitory and permanent) progressed at a higher rate in substrate-brooders than in mouth-brooders and was correlated with the earlier functioning of the gill-operculum system. Thus, at a constant temperature of 26 degrees C, the more exposed T. zillii progeny completed metamorphosis at 7-8 days after fertilization, calculated around 5,000 +/- 80 h/temp, whereas juveniles of more protected mouth-brooders attained a similar stage only 15 +/- 1 days after fertilization and around 9,000 +/- 200 h/temp. This earlier development of chloride cells and other pivotal organs in environmentally exposed progeny of substrate-brooders, as compared to the protected progeny of mouth-brooders, shows that their ontogeny was selected for the optimal survival style under specific etho-ecological conditions.  相似文献

2012年7月和2013年6月于大渡河流域足木足河日部-足木足段采集黄石爬鮡Euchiloglanis kishinouyei,研究性腺Ⅳ期雌性个体生殖力及其与多项形态学指标的关系。结果显示:黄石爬鮡为一次性产卵鱼类,产卵群体以5~8龄鱼为主;个体绝对生殖力247.77粒±81.37粒,体长相对生殖力17.75粒/cm±5.34粒/cm,体质量相对生殖力6.59粒/g±1.99粒/g,繁殖策略属于典型的K对策者;绝对生殖力、体长相对生殖力和体质量相对生殖力均与成熟系数相关性显著,绝对生殖力与体长、体质量相对生殖力与净体质量和肥满度相关性较显著,可根据成熟系数、体长和体质量预测其种群繁殖能力,进而了解其种群的动态变化。  相似文献

The black-chinned tilapia Sarotherodon melanotheron is a marine teleost characterised by an extreme euryhalinity. However, beyond a certain threshold at very high salinity, the species exhibits impaired growth and precocious reproduction. In this study, the relationships between reproductive parameters, environmental salinity and condition factor were investigated in wild populations of this species that were sampled in two consecutive years (2003 and 2004) from three locations in Senegal with different salinities: Guiers lake (freshwater, 0 psu), Hann bay (seawater, 37 psu) and Saloum estuary (hypersaline water, 66-127 psu). The highest absolute fecundity and spawning weight were recorded in seawater by comparison to either freshwater or hypersaline water whereas the poorest condition factors were observed in the most saline sampling site. These results reflect higher resource allocation to the reproduction due to the lowest costs of adaptation to salinity in seawater (the natural environment of this species) rather than differences in food resources at sites and/or efficiency at foraging and prey availability. Fecundities, oocyte size as well as spawning weight were consistent from year to year. However, the relative fecundity in the Saloum estuary varied significantly between the dry and rainy raisons with higher values in the wet season, which seems to reflect seasonal variations in environmental salinity. Such a reproductive tactic of producing large amounts of eggs in the rainy season when the salinity in the estuary was lower, would give the fry a better chance at survival and therefore assures a high larval recruitment. An inverse correlation was found between relative fecundity and oocyte size at the two extreme salinity locations, indicating that S. melanotheron has different reproductive strategies in these ecosystems. The adaptive significance of these two reproductive modes is discussed in regard to the heavy osmotic constraint imposed by extreme salinities and high inter-specific competition.  相似文献

The reproductive biology of two invasive tilapia species, Oreochromis mossambicus and Tilapia mariae, resident in freshwater habitats in north-eastern Australia was investigated. Oreochromis mossambicus exhibited plasticity in some of its life-history characteristics that enhanced its ability to occupy a range of habitats. These included a shallow, weed-choked, freshwater coastal drain that was subject to temperature and dissolved oxygen extremes and water-level fluctuations to cooler, relatively high-altitude impoundments. Adaptations to harsher conditions included a decreased total length (L(T) ) and age (A) at 50% maturity (m50), short somatic growth intervals, early maturation and higher relative fecundities. Potential fecundity in both species was relatively low, but parental care ensured high survival rates of both eggs and larvae. No significant difference in the relative fecundity of T. mariae populations in a large impoundment and a coastal river was found, but there were significant differences in relative fecundities between several of the O. mossambicus populations sampled. Total length (L(T) ) and age at 50% maturity of O. mossambicus populations varied considerably depending on habitat. The L(Tm50) and A(m50) values for male and female O. mossambicus in a large impoundment were considerably greater than for those resident in a small coastal drain. Monthly gonad developmental stages and gonado-somatic indices suggested that in coastal areas, spawning of O. mossambicus and T. mariae occurred throughout most of the year while in cooler, high-altitude impoundments, spawning peaked in the warmer, summer months. The contribution these reproductive characteristics make to the success of both species as colonizers is discussed in the context of future control and management options for tilapia incursions in Australia.  相似文献

为分析鱼类繁殖期内繁殖力和卵径变化趋势, 研究于4—10月在沅水下游逐月采集180尾?(Hemiculter leucisculus), 分析81尾雌性成熟个体的繁殖力。研究结果表明: ?的性体指数在5、6月最高, 其次在7、8和9月, 在4和10月最低。绝对繁殖力平均值为(30116±19390)粒, 以10000—30000粒为主, 相对繁殖力的平均值为(650±324)粒/g, 以400—800粒/g为主。绝对繁殖力与体长、空壳重呈幂函数关系(P<0.05)。绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力在5和6月最大, 7、8和9月次之, 在4和10月最小。不同月份成熟卵子的卵径无显著差异, 补充卵子的卵径在5和6月最大, 暗示5和6月分批繁殖次数较多。不同繁殖时期的分批繁殖力、繁殖次数不一样, 对评估种群的繁殖潜能具有重要的指导意义。比较不同水系繁殖力发现, 湖泊种群的个体繁殖力普遍大于河流种群, 沅水种群的个体繁殖力跟湖泊种群的相似, 可能与其具有类似湖泊的缓流水或静水生境有关。研究揭示了?的基本繁殖特征, 为渔业资源管理提供了基础数据资料。  相似文献

为了解珠江花鰶(Clupanodon thrissa)的生物学特征变化及资源现状, 2020年10月至2021年9月在珠江口广州江段逐月采集花鰶样本共408尾,根据生物学测量、年龄结构分析和组织学等方法,对花鰶的年龄、生长及繁殖特征进行分析。结果表明,雌性花鰶的平均体长为(173.60±17.10) mm,平均体重为(92.30±24.37) g,雄性平均体长为(155.94±15.10) mm,平均体重为(65.81±19.97) g。花鰶种群由0+—5+龄个体组成,以1+—3+龄为主,占总样本量的89.03%。花鰶体长与体重呈幂函数关系:W=1×10-5L3.0525 (R2=0.9057),为匀速生长类型。采用Von Bertalanffy生长方程描述珠江口花鰶的生长特性,生长参数分别为:渐进体长L=176.14 mm,渐进体重W=71.70 g,生长系数k=0.62,理论生长起点...  相似文献

In this paper we report for the first time the results of histology of the golden loach (S. baltica) gonads (25 females and 8 males) and absolute fecundity of females from the Bug River during the reproductive season. The golden loach has an asynchronous ovary and spawns in batches. The absolute fecundity of the golden loach ranged from 1507 to 7220 eggs (3050±1377). 【目的】为了明确不同营养组分配方的人工全纯饲料对桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulze)生长发育的影响,筛选出适合室内饲养桃蚜的人工饲料配方。【方法】本文以5组不同浓度的氨基酸溶液(A1=50 mmol/L、A2=100 mmol/L、A3=150 mmol/L、A4=200 mmol/L、A5=250 mmol/L)和4组不同浓度的蔗糖混合液(S1=250 mmol/L、S2=500 mmol/L、S3=750 mmol/L、S4=1 000 mmol/L)组配的混合液饲喂桃蚜,测定了桃蚜的存活率、存活时间、平均产仔量和产仔率,并利用生命表技术,分析不同处理对桃蚜实验种群生命参数的影响。【结果】结果表明,不同饲料配方对桃蚜的存活及繁殖均有一定的影响。存活率以A1S3、A1S4和A3S4最高,三者之间差异不显著(P>0.05);存活时间以A1S3、A1S4和A3S4最长,分别达到了(34.00±1.00)d、(33.33±1.15)和(30.6±4.04)d,三者之间差异不显著(P>0.05);平均产仔量和产仔率以A3S1和A3S4的最大,A3S1分别达到了(9.75±2.71)头/成蚜和43.33%±15.28%,A3S4分别达到了(9.43±2.27)头/成蚜和50.00%±10.00%,二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。种群生命参数中,A3S1和A3S4的净生殖率分别达到了(4.43±2.31)和(4.63±1.25),二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05),与其他饲料配方差异显著(P<0.05)。【结论】综合所有参数比较,确定A3S4为桃蚜的最佳人工饲料配方。  相似文献

The reproductive attributes of commercially-produced Trichogramma platneri, T. minutum and T. pretiosum reared from eggs of both Ephestia kuehniella and Sitotroga cerealella were monitored at 25 C. The age-specific fecundity, longevity and progeny sex ratio and adult size were determined for individual females from all six combinations of Trichogramma and rearing host, using E. kuehniella as the experimental host. Rearing host had a significant influence on the lifetime fecundity, 3-day fecundity and longevity of all three Trichogramma species. In general, the performance of T. minutum and T. pretiosum was better when reared from S. cerealella, but that of T. platneri was superior when reared from E. kuehniella. The lifetime fecundity of the Trichogramma species was linearly related to longevity and the ranking between species was T. pretiosum > T. minutum > T. platneri. The age-specific pattern of oviposition for T. platneri was distinctly precocious, with 40% of its lifetime fecundity oviposited on the first day, in contrast to 17-24% for the other two species. Progeny sex ratio over the lifetime of the Trichogramma females was slightly male biased and differed significantly from 0.5 for T. minutum and T. platneri. Daily sex ratio for parasitoids reared from the most productive rearing host was female biased only for the first day of oviposition for T. platneri in contrast to the first 5-6 days of oviposition for the other two species. There was little evidence that any of the reproductive attributes of these Trichogramma species, reared from small host eggs, was dependent on the size of the adult females.  相似文献
