以盆栽海州香薷为研究对象,模拟Cu胁迫条件下,接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对海州香薷叶片光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、抗氧化剂含量、膜脂过氧化程度的影响。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,Cu胁迫使海州香薷叶片叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、总叶绿素(Chl(a+b))、类胡萝卜素(Car)含量以及叶绿素a/b(Chl a/b)均显著降低,抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量也显著下降,质膜相对透性(MRP)和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增大。(2)与Cu胁迫相比,Cu胁迫下接种AMF可使海州香薷叶片叶绿素含量显著增加;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性显著提高;还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、抗坏血酸(As A)含量显著增加;MDA含量、MRP显著下降。总之,接种AMF可提高Cu胁迫下海州香薷叶片光合色素含量和抗氧化能力,降低膜脂过氧化水平,从而缓解Cu胁迫对植株造成的伤害,增强海州香薷对Cu胁迫的适应性,提高了植株的生物量。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,添加不同浓度(0、200、400 mg·kg~(-1))铜(Cu),研究接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对白术(Atractylodes macrocephala)幼苗生长、光合特性、膜脂过氧化程度及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,Cu胁迫使白术幼苗生长和叶片光合系统受到明显抑制,膜脂过氧化水平升高,抗氧化酶活性降低;接种摩西球囊霉后发现其能够较好地侵染白术根系,接种摩西球囊霉的白术幼苗在不同浓度Cu胁迫下,均表现为叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量增加,叶片净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)显著升高,胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)显著下降,质膜相对透性(MRP)及膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较对照显著增加,植株生长量和体内Cu积累量较对照均有所下降。以上结果说明接种摩西球囊霉可提高Cu胁迫下白术幼苗叶片光合能力和抗氧化能力,降低膜脂过氧化水平,减少白术根系对Cu的吸收,缓解Cu胁迫对白术植株的伤害,提高白术产量和品质。  相似文献

研究了1、5、10、15、20 mg·L-1的离子液体溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑([C6mim]Br)在处理斜生栅藻24、48、96 h时对其抗氧化酶系统和膜脂过氧化的影响.结果表明:[C6 mim]Br处理24 h时,在各浓度水平均引起藻细胞可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的显著增高.48、96 h时,SOD 活性在各浓度水平均维持在较高水平,最大值出现在较低处理浓度下;其他指标有随着处理浓度增加而升高的趋势,且显著高于对照,但其数值多数比24 h时的有所下降.CAT活性与可溶性蛋白含量的变化趋势很相似,两者与MDA含量的变化趋势也较相似.[C6mim]Br造成了藻细胞的明显脂质过氧化反应,具有一定的环境毒性;抗氧化酶SOD和CAT可以作为[C6mim]Br胁迫分子水平上的敏感生物标志物.  相似文献

为了解竹子对大气CO2浓度升高的生理响应,为气候变化背景下的竹林适应性管理提供理论依据,运用开顶式气室(OTCs)设置了3个CO2处理浓度(环境大气、500和700μmol·mol-1),探讨了大气CO2浓度升高对毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)叶片光合色素、膜脂过氧化和抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:与环境大气比较,500μmol·mol-1浓度处理30d时对毛竹叶片光合色素、膜脂过氧化和抗氧化系统影响并不明显,仅叶片CAT活性显著降低;随着处理时间的延长,对毛竹叶片膜脂过氧化和抗氧化系统的影响逐渐显现,至处理90d时,除叶片可溶性糖含量无明显变化,其他测定指标均有显著变化;700μmol·mol-1浓度处理在不同时间上对毛竹叶片膜脂过氧化和抗氧化系统的影响均较500μmol·mol-1CO2浓度处理明显,处理30d时毛竹叶片可溶性糖含量和抗氧化酶活性有明显变化,处理90d时,各项测定指标均有显著变化;研究表明大气CO2浓度升高一定程度上能增强毛竹的抗氧化能力,但光合产物的过量积累也会造成碳水化合物源-库失衡和Rubisco的再生受到反馈作用抑制。  相似文献

以海州香薷铜矿区种群(大冶铜绿山)和非矿区种群(红安)为对象,通过水培实验,比较分析了两个种群根中铜的吸收、MDA含量、根伤流液量和酸性磷酸酶活性变化的差异。结果显示,红安非矿区种群根中的MDA含量随处理浓度的增加而显著升高,铜绿山矿区种群则没有明显的变化;在≥20μmol/LCu处理时,非矿区种群根伤流液量急剧下降而矿区种群反而增大。红安种群根中的Cu吸收量明显比铜绿山种群的高,如20μmol/LCu处理时,红安种群根中的铜含量在处理后的第1天和第5天分别是铜绿山种群的3倍和4倍;80μmol/LCu处理时,第1天和第5天的Cu含量则分别是铜绿山种群的20倍和5倍。然而,铜绿山种群根分泌的和组织内的酸性磷酸酶活性则明显高于红安种群,如在80μmol/LCu处理的第3天和第5天,铜绿山种群根组织内的酸性磷酸酶活性都约为红安种群的3倍,根系分泌的酶活性则分别为红安种群的1.6倍和1.8倍。两个种群也表现出不同的变化趋势:铜绿山种群在低浓度处理时,根分泌的和组织内的酸性磷酸酶活性有所增强,高浓度处理时下降,而红安随处理浓度的增加则显著下降。总之,铜胁迫下,海州香薷红安种群根系过氧化损伤明显,而铜绿山种群根系没有产生明显的过氧化损伤;铜绿山种群根系增强酸性磷酸酶的分泌以及保持组织内的高活性,可能分别在减少其铜的吸收及胁迫条件下维持体内正常的磷生理代谢方面具有重要作用。  相似文献

以来自铜矿区(CS)和非矿区(UCS)两个海州香薷种群为对象,通过室内水培实验,分析了两种群幼苗在铜及营养缺失胁迫下植物生长、铜富集及矿质营养含量的差异.结果显示,铜、低营养胁迫及其相互作用对非矿区种群生长具有明显的抑制作用,而对矿区种群的影响则远比非矿区种群小,且较低铜浓度(25μmol/L Cu)明显促进了矿区种群的生长;从耐性指数结果看,矿区种群铜耐性指数和营养胁迫耐性指数均高于非矿区种群.这表明矿区种群不仅进化为铜耐受种群,同时也进化成营养胁迫耐受种群.低营养胁迫明显促进了植物对铜的吸收和运转,如在低营养胁迫和25 μmol/L Cu复合处理下,矿区种群根铜含量约为单一铜处理的25倍,非矿区种群是单一铜处理5倍多.低营养胁迫和过量铜显著减少了非矿区种群矿质营养元素如P,Mg,K和Mn的吸收积累,而矿区种群则仍然能保持相对稳定;在铜和营养缺失复合作用下,两个种群矿质营养除Ca和部分Fe外,均显著减少,但矿区种群减少程度明显比非矿区种群小.这些结果表明,矿区种群在胁迫条件下具有保持营养相对稳定和平衡的能力,这种能力使其能在高铜污染和营养缺乏的土壤中正常生长和定居.  相似文献

以黄瓜热敏感品种‘长春密刺'和耐热品种‘津春4号'为试材,在人工气候箱内采用营养液栽培法研究了外源亚精胺(Spd)预处理对短期高温胁迫(42℃)下黄瓜幼苗叶片抗氧化系统的影响.结果显示:(1)随高温胁迫时间的延长,2个黄瓜品种幼苗叶片相对电导率升高、MDA含量增加,热敏感品种的膜脂过氧化程度大于耐热品种;高温胁迫4h,SOD活性降低,POD、CAT、APX活性升高,抗坏血酸(AsA)含量升高,类胡萝卜素(Car)含量降低,且随胁迫时间反映出耐热品种抗氧化系统的自我调节能力大于热敏感品种.(2)外源Spd预处理能有效抑制高温胁迫引起的膜脂过氧化伤害,增强SOD、POD、APX活性以及AsA和Car含量,增强植株抗氧化能力,且在热敏感品种上的应用效果优于耐热品种.研究表明,外源Spd预处理能有效提高黄瓜幼苗叶片处于高温胁迫时的抗氧化能力,对缓解高温胁迫有重要作用.  相似文献

用磁处理水喂养小白鼠30天,测定其血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化脂质(LPO)水平。结果表明:饮用磁处理水的小白鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶含量明显高于对照组(饮用普通自来水),P<0.02;而血清过氧化脂质水平明显低于对照组P<0.01。这一结果提示我们,磁处理水确能降低生物机体自由基水平,提高机体抗氧化酶活性。  相似文献

研究了大冶钢绿山矿区海洲香薷(Elsholtziahaichowensis)及其群落中几种主要植物Cu、Mn、Zn、Cd、Pb的累积分布,植物与土壤元素、Cu矿的关系,并对海洲香薷的重金属耐受性、铜矿的指示作用作了初步探讨.结果显示海洲香薷植物中的元素表现为Cu>Mn>Zn>Pb>Cd.其中Cu、Mn、Pb元素含量表现为根>叶>茎,Zn、Cd表现为叶>根>茎.和其它植物相比,海洲香薷中的Cu、Mn、Cd含量均高于其它植物,是其它植物的1~10倍.海洲香薷与土壤元素关系中,Cu的相关性最显著,其次为Pb.海洲香薷集中分布于矿区内含Cu较高的土壤上(1645~8950ug/g),其分布与Cu密切相关.  相似文献

以2年生四季竹为试材,利用开顶式气室(OTCs)熏蒸法模拟大气CO2和O3浓度升高情景,研究了高浓度CO2(700 μmol·mol-1)和高浓度O3(100 nmol·mol-1)及其复合作用对四季竹叶片膜脂过氧化、抗氧化酶及渗透调节物质的影响.结果表明:高浓度O3处理30 d,四季竹叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量提高,清除活性氧能力增强,并未出现明显的膜脂过氧化,四季竹能耐受短期的O3胁迫.高浓度O3处理90 d,四季竹叶片抗氧化酶活性显著降低,膜脂过氧化程度加剧,膜结构破坏,发生严重的氧化损伤;高浓度CO2处理30 d,四季竹叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量提高,能维持活性氧平衡,存在一定的生理适应期.而高浓度CO2处理90 d,四季竹叶片抗氧化酶活性和活性氧含量降低,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量升高,有利于四季竹生长;高浓度O3和CO2复合作用下,相对于单因素高浓度O3处理,四季竹叶片能够维持较高的抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量,有效地调节活性氧产生与清除的平衡,膜脂过氧化不明显,说明高浓度CO2一定程度上可缓解高浓度O3对四季竹所造成的生理伤害.  相似文献

Phytoextraction of copper (Cu) from contaminated soils greatly depends on the metal bioavailability in the soils and metal uptake ability of the plant. In this study, the effects of chelators [ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), citric acid (CA)] and compost amendments on Cu phytoextraction potential by a tolerant and accumulating plant species (E. splendens) were examined in two types of contaminated soils, ie., the mined soil from Cu-mined area (MS) and a paddy soil polluted by Cu refining (PS). The results showed that EDTA application at 2.5-5.0 mmol kg(-1) increased phytoextraction of Cu by four- and eight-fold from both MS and PS, respectively, which is mainly attributed to increased H2O extractable Cu in the soil. The Cu amount extracted by the shoots of E. splendens reached 800-1000 microg Cu plant(-1) from the MS and 400-700 microg Cu plant(-1) from the PS at EDTA application rates of 2.5-5.0 mmol kg(-1). The application of CA at 5.0 mmol kg(-1) had minimal effects on Cu extractability in both soils and slightly decreased Cu extraction efficiency by E. splendens. Plant biomass production was enhanced by CA at 0.25 mmol L(-1) in nutrient solution, but inhibited by CA at 5.0 mmol kg(-1) in both MS and PS. Increasing the compost rate significantly decreased H2O extractable Cu in the MS, but raised H2O-extractable Cu in the PS, which resulted mainly front the reduced exchangeable Cu in the MS and the increased exchangeable and organic fractions of Cu in the PS by compost. At high compost rate (5%), the shoots of E. splendens extracted 3.6-fold higher Cu from the PS than from the MS. These results indicate that, among the soil amendments, efficiency of Cu phytoextraction is enhanced mostly by 2.5-5.0 mmol kg(-1) EDTA, followed by 5% (w:w) compost, whereas < 5.0 mmol kg(-1) CA has minimal effects on Cu phytoextraction by E. splendens in the PS. As for the MS, only 2.5-5.0 mmol kg(-1) EDTA can elevate the efficiency of Cu, while 5% compost amendment and < 5.0 mmol kg(-1) CA application have no marked effects on Cu phytoextraction by E. splendens.  相似文献

基于小尺度上植物间相互作用与空间格局的高度相关性,选用可避免环境异质性影响的K2点格局函数,研究了沙枣-芨芨草群落中63个芨芨草样方(3密度条件×3生境条件×7重复)中芨芨草种群在小尺度下(0—0.5 m)的空间格局,探讨了在3种密度条件(高、中、低)及3种生境条件下(冠盖区、过渡区、空旷区),芨芨草种群空间格局对土壤理化性质胁迫(盐分、有机质及容重)程度的响应。研究结果表明,就土壤盐分,养分含量及土壤容重而言,土壤理化性质胁迫程度沿冠盖区、过渡区和空旷区增加的趋势。相应地,芨芨草种群呈聚集分布的样方比例在沿冠盖区(6/21)较低,而在过渡区(11/21)和空旷区(11/21)较高。然而,在不同密度条件下,芨芨草种群空间格局对土壤性质胁迫的响应不同。在低密度条件下,芨芨草种群在冠盖区多数为聚集分布(4/7),在过渡区和空旷区全部为聚集分布;中密度条件下,芨芨草聚集分布样方比例沿冠盖区-过渡区-空旷区梯度增加(分别为2/7,3/7,4/7),但低于同等胁迫条件下低密度样方中聚集分布数量;高密度条件下,在各胁迫条件下,除了一个过渡区高密度样方,其余芨芨草种群均为随机分布。总体上,随着环境胁迫增强,在中低密度下,芨芨草种群趋向于聚集分布;但在高密度下,芨芨草种群均以随机分布为主。此外,芨芨草种群空间格局随密度变化趋势比随土壤理化性质胁迫梯度变化趋势更加明显,可能表明相对于土壤理化性质胁迫程度,芨芨草种群密度对其空间格局影响更大。因此,在考虑芨芨草种群空间格局对环境胁迫的响应时,应当考虑种群密度因素。  相似文献

Two pot experiments were conducted to investigate the time course effects of the (S, S)-N, N'-ethylenediamine disuccinic acid (EDDS) addition to contaminated soil on the uptake of Cu and Zn by the Cu accumulator Elsholtzia splendens and on plant Cu and Zn concentrations at different growth stages. EDDS increased the amounts of Cu and Zn soluble in the soil, taken up by plants, concentrated in the xylem sap, and translocated from roots to stems and leaves. The increase in soil-soluble metals, especially Cu, resulted in a corresponding increase in metal concentrations in the xylem sap and leaves. The addition of EDDS to the soil increased plant Cu and Zn concentrations, especially in the leaves, and changed the proportions of Cu and Zn taken up by different plant parts. The proportions of Cu and Zn taken up by the roots were higher than by the leaves of control plants, but EDDS-treated plants showed the opposite trend. EDDS exerted greater effects at the end of the vegetative growth stage than at the start of the flowering or reproductive stages.  相似文献

This study aims at assessing the suitability of Hylocomium splendens as a biomonitor for heavy metal deposition and contributing to the understanding of mineral nutrient uptake mechanisms in forest floor bryophytes. Concentrations of Ca, Mg, K, Cd, Cu and Pb were determined in Hylocomium splendens segment samples collected at 196 permanent vegetation plots from eleven monitoring areas, where the vegetation-environment relationships had previously been thoroughly studied. Element concentrations in Hylocomium splendens were related to environmentally interpreted vegetational gradients, cover of understorey vascular plants, and local environmental conditions, including element concentrations in humus, soil moisture and tree impact, by means of correlation analyses performed separately for each area. A combined test was performed for each Hylocomium splendens variable over all eleven areas, showing that concentrations of Ca, Cd and Mg in Hylocomium splendens were strongly correlated with the main vegetational gradient and with pH and concentrations of Ca and total N in humus, indicating considerable uptake of nutrients by Hylocomium splendens from water that has been in contact with humus. These relationships were less strong in the climatically most humid areas. Concentrations of all elements were more or less strongly correlated with one or more variables reflecting tree influence (tree density as measured by basal area and two crown influence indices) reflecting that throughfall precipitation, modified by leaching from the canopy, partly accounts for input of elements, especially for K, Cd and Mg. Only concentrations of Pb, Cd and Cu were significantly correlated, negatively, with vascular plant cover, indicating that supply of elements by leaching from understorey vascular plant foliage is negligible. The concentration of Cu in Hylocomium splendens was only weakly correlated, and the concentration of Pb unrelated to vegetational gradients and most environmental conditions. The results indicate that atmospheric deposition accounts for most of the input of Pb, confirming the suitability of Hylocomium splendens as a biomonitor for this element. For elements such as Cd local environmental conditions should be carefully considered, even when data from regional moss surveys are to be interpreted. BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Natural regeneration of white spruce (Picea glauca) after disturbance has been reported to be very poor. Here a study was made to determine whether C compounds released from understorey species growing together with white spruce could be involved in this regeneration failure, either by (1) changing soil nutrient dynamics, (2) inhibiting germination, and/or (3) delaying seedling growth. METHODS: Foliage leachates were obtained from two shrubs (Ledum palustre and Empetrum hermaphroditum) and one bryophyte (Sphagnum sp.) with high phenolic compound concentrations that have been reported to depress growth of conifers in boreal forests, and, as a comparison, one bryophyte (Hylocomium splendens) with negligible phenolic compounds. Mineral soil from a white spruce forest was amended with plant leachates to examine the effect of each species on net N mineralization. Additionally, white spruce seeds and seedlings were watered with plant leachates to determine their effects on germination and growth. KEY RESULTS: Leachates from the shrubs L. palustre and E. hermaphroditum contained high phenolic compound concentrations and dissolved organic carbon (DOC), while no detectable levels of C compounds were released from the bryophytes Sphagnum sp. or H. splendens. A decrease in net N mineralization was determined in soils amended with L. palustre or E. hermaphroditum leachates, and this effect was inversely proportional to the phenolic concentrations, DOC and leachate C/N ratio. The total percentage of white spruce germination and the growth of white spruce seedlings were similar among treatments. CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that the shrubs L. palustre and E. hermaphroditum could negatively affect the performance of white spruce due to a decrease in soil N availability, but not by direct effects on plant physiology.  相似文献

在盆栽试验条件下,应用灭菌的露天煤矿区回填土壤为培养基质,研究8个丛枝菌根真菌菌种(株)对沙打旺生长及根系侵染的影响.结果表明,分离自江西和新疆的Glomus mosseae的2个菌株在露天煤矿区回填土壤上能够显著提高沙打旺的生物量,并能有效改善植株的磷、氮营养;其侵染率均在50%以上,且根外繁殖体数显著高于其他接种处理.说明此两个菌株在该土壤上具有良好的生态适应能力,有助于露天煤矿区植被重建和生态恢复等研究工作的进一步开展.  相似文献

露天煤炭开采对区域地形地貌、水文循环和土壤植被等生态环境因子产生了较大干扰,但干旱砾漠区露天开采对周边植物群落及其稳定性的影响范围和程度仍有待深入研究,这个问题的探明才能为矿区植被恢复的精准施策提供科学依据。该文通过定量比较距露天开采区不同距离植物群落组成、多样性、生产力和稳定性变化特征,分析干旱砾漠区露天采煤对植物群落的影响范围和程度,并结合土壤性状和微气象因子的测量,探究影响干旱矿区植物群落特征的主导因子。结果表明:(1)干旱砾漠区露天开采排土场原始植被消失殆尽,开采区外围0~500 m范围内原优势物种重要值降低,伴生物种重要值增加,500 m后随着距开采区距离的增加优势植物重要值逐渐增加,至开采区800 m外植物群落组成趋于稳定;(2)开采区外围0~500 m范围内植物群落地上生物量、多样性和群落稳定性较5000 m处分别平均下降了53%、70%和37%,开采区500 m以外上述群落指标整体上变化不明显,而植被覆盖度在开采区外围不同距离并未表现出显著变化趋势;(3)土壤水分、有机质、有效氮磷钾、可溶性盐与植物群落地上生物量、多样性和稳定性呈正相关关系,而土壤pH、光照强度和地表温度与上述植物群落指标呈负相关关系。因此干旱砾漠区露天开采排土场及开采区外围0~500 m范围是矿区生态修复过程中重点考虑区域,同时研究表明干旱砾漠区植被主要分布在砾漠戈壁浅沟和季节性河道等生境相对良好的凹陷微地形条件下,综合可得出干旱砾漠区植被修复过程中可通过微地形塑造、土壤改良和乡土物种繁殖促进,以实现干旱矿区生态系统的稳定和可持续发展。  相似文献

通过野外调查采样,分析了四川凉山州甘洛县铅锌矿区土壤的重金属含量,以及矿区生长的13种优势植物对Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Cu的吸收与富集能力及其富集特性.结果表明,矿区土壤受Pb、Zn、Cd 3种重金属污染严重,13种植物体内的Pb含量均高于普通植物10倍以上,具有修复矿区土壤铅污染的潜力,其中植物1的转运系数和富集系数都大于1,满足Pb超富集植物的基本特征.Zn在凤尾蕨、细风轮菜、大火草、蔗茅、小飞蓬和牛茄子中含量较高.小飞蓬和紫茎泽兰的Cd含量较一般植物高出17~61倍,其中,紫茎泽兰的转运系数与富集系数均大于1,其对Cd的吸收特性值得进一步研究.  相似文献

为研究干旱区群落根系生物量的空间分布格局及其与土壤中水分、盐分的关系,以宁夏沙湖地区的沙枣-芨芨草群落为研究对象,以立木冠幅的20%为带宽,由立木向空旷地依次划分8个冠幅梯度带(Z1-Z8),采用分层挖掘法对群落中植物根系生物量密度、土壤含水率、土壤溶液电导率的垂直与水平分布特征进行了研究.结果表明:随着离沙枣立木距离的增加,群落中植物根系生物量密度逐渐减小,总根系生物量密度较高层次的埋深渐次增加,各层次土壤含水率及不同土壤层次间土壤含水率的差异性依次变大,表浅层土壤溶液电导率趋势性上升,但在较深层次,位于立木冠层垂直投影区边缘的Z3带的电导率最低,向沙枣立木方向、空旷地方向两侧递增;同时发现,群落中两种主要物种间根系生物量密度较高的土壤层次总体上相互分离,离立木较近各带出现下层土壤含水率低于上层的逆含水率梯度层.总体上,群落中地下生物量、土壤水分、土壤溶液电导率的垂直与水平分布特征揭示,植物根系吸水与土壤水分蒸发是影响土壤剖面中盐分、水分分布与运动的两个主导因子.  相似文献
