三种姬鼠的染色体比较研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本文采用染色体分带技术(G-,C-带和银染色),对中华姬鼠(Apodemusdraco)、大林姬鼠(A.peninsulae)和大耳姬鼠(A.latronum)的核型进行了观察分析。结果表明:3种姬鼠的2n均为48。中华姬鼠的染色体均为端着丝点染色体。大林姬鼠的常规核型中,除1对中着丝点染色体(No.23)外,其余均为端着丝点染色体。大耳姬鼠的核型中,有13对端着丝点染色体,2对亚端着丝点染色体,1对亚中着丝点染色体和7对中着丝点染色体。中华姬鼠C-带核型中,所有染色体着丝点C-带都呈强阳性,异染色质非常丰富,Y染色体整条深染。在大林姬鼠C-带核型中,Nos.7,11,15,21,22着丝点C-带弱化甚至近阴性,其余染色体着丝点异染色质C-带都呈现程度不同的阳性。且Nos.2,4,7有强弱不同的端位异染色质带。X染色体着丝点区有大块的异染色质斑带出现,Y染色体整条深染。大耳姬鼠除Nos.3,4,10,12,13染色体着丝点C-带很弱外,其余染色体着丝点C-带均呈阳性,并有8对(Nos.16-23)染色体出现异染色质短臂。从总体上看,大林姬鼠和大耳姬鼠的着丝点异染色质明显比中华姬鼠的少。中华姬鼠的Ag-NOR  相似文献

采用常规的白细胞培养技术及BSGC-带技术分析了白豚的核型、C-带核型。结果是:白豚的染色体数目2n=44,其核型由12条中部着丝点染色体、18条亚中部着丝点染色体、4条亚端部着丝点染色体、8条端部着丝点染色体和2条性染色体所组成。染色体臂数(NF)雌性为76,雄性为75。C-带异染色质呈现出很深的着色区,主要分布在染色体臂上,着丝点区则几乎没有。C-带异染色质的量约为总染色质量的12%。这一结果表明白豚与海生豚类的核型、C-带核型有较明显的相似性。  相似文献

以Giemsa C带技术处理串叶松香草根尖细胞染色体(2n=14),全部着丝点及第5和第7对染色体短臂端部显稳定的C带,第6对染色体长臂有两条明显的居间带,其他居间带小而不稳定(重复率不高)。间期细胞核染色体呈Rable构型,其着丝点一极最多出现20个染色中心。统计分析表明,靠近着丝点的短臂端带区和居间带区异染色质有易与着丝点区异染色质融合的倾向。分裂中期Giemsa C带数目与间期染色中心数目存在数量对应关系。  相似文献

玉米8个栽培亚种(类型)的核型和C—带带型的比较研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
本文首次报道了玉米8个亚种、2个亚型和2个杂交品种的核型和Giemsa C-带带型。所有材料的根尖细胞染色体数目均为2n=20。主要由中部和亚中部着丝点染色体组成。第6染色体短臂均具随体,但大小不同。所有材料均显示有亚端带和端带,在第6染色体的短臂上显示有NOR或/和随体带。C-带的分布、总数目和总长度各不相同。其总带数变异于6至18之间,C-带总长度为5.65—11.40%之间。在核型中,具中部着丝点的染色体数目及C-带总数,罕见栽培或原始的类型通常多于广泛栽培的类型。此外,有关核型和C-帝的变异和进化也进行了简略的讨论。  相似文献

本文报道纳特竖蟾(Eupemphix nattereri Steindachner,1863)巴西3个产地标本的核型,均为2n=22,由1对端部和10对中或亚中部着丝点染色体组成.仅一对NORs位于No.11染色体对长臂端部,而其位置有别于常见的具有标志性意义的近着丝点位置.该NORs的位置为rDNA为探针的荧光原位杂交(FISH)所确认.各染色体对中,着丝点C-带明显,插入或端带偶见.某些标本的No.8同源染色体对间C-带的大小随异染色质化的程度不同而变化.居于较小的实验标本量,这种在3个产地的雌或雄性标本之一中观察到的C-带异型现象可能为种下细胞地理学变异,亦或为细胞学意义的性染体分化.3产地之一的标本核型的No.11着丝点C-带异染色质化的程度较高.CMA3染色检测到部分GC-rich区域,DAPI染色未显示任何AT-rich区.成功获得BrdU复制带,并将其与滑背蟾类动物(leiuperid)中近缘属及物种进行对比分析.比较结果表明,纳特竖蟾的核型与斑符泡蟾种组(Physalaemus signifer group)难以相互区别,而与肿肋蟾属(Pleurodema Tschudi,1838)极为相似.核型数据支持形态学上将纳特竖蟾、二光肿肋蟾[Pleurodema diplolister (Peters,1870)]和短头肿肋蟾[P.brachyops(Cope,1869)]划为同一分支的观点[动物学报 53(2):285-293,2007].  相似文献

首次报道了中国4种蝙蝠的G-带和C-带核型。大长舌果蝠(Eonycteris spelaea)二倍染色体数目(2n)为36,常染色体臂数(FN)为56;马来假吸血蝠(Megaderma spasma)2n=38,FN=70;黑髯墓蝠(Taphozous melanopogon)2n=42,FN=64;皱唇蝠(Chaerephon plicata)2n=48,FN=54。通过C-带显示,除着丝粒异染色质外,在皱唇蝠的许多染色体臂内和马来假吸血蝠染色体的端粒处也有较多的插入异染色质,大长舌果蝠的基因组中既有臂内异染色质也有端粒异染色质。  相似文献

本文首次报道了一头雌性江豚的分带核型(C-带、G-带及银染色)。结果表明,江豚异染色质主要分布于染色体的两臂上,其中最大的中间异染色质位于No.7q的近心区,其他中间异染色质分布于No.6q,No.15q,No.16q,No.17q和No.18q上,除此,No.8p,No.9p,No.10p,No.13p,No.15p和No.16p,呈现端部异染色质。G-分带,使每条染色体得到较好的鉴别与配对,并且C-带深染的部位恰是G-带浅染的部位,但并非所有浅染G-带都同深染C-带一一对应。银染观察发现,阳性结果仅出现于一对小的近中着丝粒染色体的短臂上(No.14p)。文章还结合文献,对江豚的核型特点及其保守性进行了分析讨论。  相似文献

利用C-带和N-带分别及连续处理技术对提莫菲维小麦(Triticum timopheevi Zhuk.)的染色体带型及异染色质的类型与分布进行比较分析。结果表明,提莫菲维小麦的4A染色体以及G-染色体组带型丰富,并具有明显的端带,其异染色质是多样化的。4G和6G为随体染色体,随体显带明显。在提莫菲维小麦的染色体中异染色质类型有:(1)只有C~ N~ 型(4A、4G、6G和7G染色体);(2)只有C~ N~-型(1A、5A、6A和7A染色体);(3)C~ N~ 和C~ N~-型(2A、3A、1G、2G、3G和5G染色体)。在C-带和N-带连续处理中,N-带异染色质的消失部位在1G、2G、3G和5G染色体的端部,3A染色体的着丝点附近以及染色体1A、2A、5A、6A和7A的着丝点附近及端部。本文还讨论了C-带和N-带异染色质的异同以及端部异染色质在G染色体组进化中的可能作用。  相似文献

采用原代和传代培养方法对8头毛冠鹿(Elaphodus cephalophus)的皮肤细胞进行了染色体研究,发现了一种核型与以前所报道的几种核型不一致,确定为一新核型。在该核型中,染色体众数2n=47,2条X染色体异型,一条为端着丝粒,另一条为近端着丝粒。C-带显示该核型中异染色质除了分布在2条X染色体长臂中之外,在第一对大的端着丝粒染色体中的一条近着丝粒区出现一异染色质“柄”。结合C-带及薄层扫描结果对毛冠鹿种内常染色体、性染色体中异染色质的含量和分布与染色体多态的关系进行了探讨。  相似文献

达乌尔黄鼠分布在我国北方及蒙古和苏联等区域,对牧草及农田危害甚大。有关达乌尔黄鼠的核型国内外已有报道(Lyapunova等,1970;蔡有余等,1985;马继霞等,1985)。签于其染色体的一些特征,达乌尔黄鼠有可能成为染色体工程及检测环境诱变剂等方面的实验材料。虽然苏联Lyapunova等(1978,1980)对黄鼠属某些种的G-带和C-带进行过比较研究,我国蔡有余等(1985)对达乌尔黄鼠的C-带和Ag-NOR进行了观察,但无法对其染色体进行逐个地准确识别,特别是对Χ染体色的正确识别。为此,我们对达乌尔黄鼠的显带染色体进行了较详细的研究。  相似文献

本文以染色体分带技术(G-,C-带和银染色),对云南兔(Lepus comus)的核型进行了观察分析。结果表明t:2n=48,NF=88。常染色体由6对中着丝粒染色体, 5对亚中着丝粒染色体,10对亚端着丝粒染色体和2对端着丝粒染色体组成;X染色体为亚中着丝粒染色体。除少数几对染色体(Nos.9,14,16,20)着丝粒C-带呈阴性外,其余均呈阳性或浅染,但异染色质的含量差异较大。Ag-NORs的数目为5-6个,分别位于Nos.1 7,19,21。通过与兔科其它属种核型的比较,对其染色体进化作了讨论。  相似文献

Mitotic metaphase chromosomes of Silene latifolia (white campion) and Silene dioica (red campion) were studied and no substantial differences between the conventional karyotypes of these two species were detected. The classification of chromosomes into three distinct groups proposed for S. latifolia by Ciupercescu and colleagues was considered and discussed. Additionally, a new small satellite on the shorter arm of homobrachial chromosome 5 was found. Giemsa C-banded chromosomes of the two analysed species show many fixed and polymorphic heterochromatic bands, mainly distally and centromerically located. Our C-banding studies provided an opportunity to better characterize the sex chromosomes and some autosome types, and to detect differences between the two Silene karyotypes. It was shown that S. latifolia possesses a larger amount of polymorphic heterochromatin, especially of the centromeric type. The two Silene sex chromosomes are easily distinguishable not only by length or DNA amount differences but also by their Giemsa C-banding patterns. All Y chromosomes invariably show only one distally located band, and no other fixed or polymorphic bands on this chromosome were observed in either species. The X chromosomes possess two terminally located fixed bands, and some S. latifolia X chromosomes also have an extra-centric segment of variable length. The heterochromatin amount and distribution revealed by our Giemsa C-banding studies provide a clue to the problem of sex chromosome and karyotype evolution in these two closely related dioecious Silene species.  相似文献

The chromosome complement and the C-banded karyotypes of specimens of Geoplana marginata auct. and of Issoca rezendei (Schirch) were investigated. The diploid and fundamental numbers of the two species were identical (2n = 14; FN = 28). Their karyotypes were similar except for the morphology of chromosome pair 6. Their C-banding patterns differed in quantity and localization of the constitutive heterochromatin. The similarity in karyotypes of these species support the hypothesis, proposed earlier on morphological grounds, that the genera Geoplana Stimpson and Issoca Froehlich are closely related. G. marginata and I. rezendei are the first land planarian species of the Neotropical Region to have their karyotypes described.  相似文献

The karyotypes of two morphologically similar species,Scorpaena porcus andS. notata, were analyzed by means of silver staining and C-banding techniques. The variation in their DNA values (S. porcus = 0.92 pg andS. notata = 0.56 pg) is positively related to the variation in chromosome number and to the amount of C-banded heterochromatin. Only one chromosome pair shows the nucleolus organizer regions, and this has similar characteristics in both species. These data are discussed in terms of the karyotypical evolution of the genusScorpaena.  相似文献

Nuclear DNA amounts are determined in 16 species and the C-banding patterns for 19 species of rodents. A list of rodent DNA amounts is compiled. The fraction of heterochromatin in the genome is determined as the length of C-banded chromosome material relative to the total karyotype length. Among all rodents, heterochromatin amounts tend to be larger in the larger genomes. However, this relationship is not exact and does not hold true for individual genera. In general the notion of a basic rodent genome of defined size to which various amounts of heterochromatin have been added is untenable.  相似文献

采用骨骼细胞直接制备染色体标本法和BSG及Ag-NORs显带技术,研究了小山蛙(Rana minimus)和中国雨蛙(Hyla chinensis)的常规核型、C-带和Ag-NORs。小山蛙2n=26,有5对大型和8对小型染色体。第6对染色体短臂近着丝点处具次缢痕,并为C-带染色阳性,银带显示此次缢痕处,即是标准NORs。C-带显现于几乎所有染色体的着丝点区,插入型C-带少且弱,无端位带。中国雨蛙2n=24,有6对大型和6对小型染色体。次缢痕在第10对染色体长臂上,亦为C-带染色阳性,并与银染显示的标准NORs相一致。C-带分析表明,亦以着丝点C-带为主,插入型C-带少,无端位带。本文初步讨论了蛙科和雨蛙科的核学特征以及它们间的演化关系。  相似文献

The karyotypes of nine Allium species of the paniculatum group have been analysed with fluorochromes and C-banding techniques. All the species possess reduced as well as enhanced fluorescence bands which are also differentiated by C-banding and which correspond to constitutive heterochromatin. Heterochromatic segments are located in distal and intercalary positions leaving sizeable procentric regions devoid of bands. These features are indicative of a close relationship between the species of this group. However, the proportion of heterochromatin as a percentage of total chromosome length varies from about 30% to 10–15%.  相似文献
