钙在果实生长发育中起着非常重要的作用。果实的许多生理失调和病害都与钙在水果组织中的含量有关。钙处理与气调、热处理、生物防治等联用在减少果实采后病害方面发挥了显著的作用。主要论述钙在控制水果采后病害中的作用机理、钙处理的方法、影响果实钙吸收的因素、以及钙与其它防病方法联用的效果。对于钙处理中可能出现的问题,提出了一些可行的解决方法。  相似文献

以翠冠梨为试材,研究了采后浸钙对翠冠梨果实贮藏性的影响。结果表明:(1)钙处理可明显降低果实腐烂率,增加果实中钙的含量;(2)翠冠梨采后衰老时,硬度下降,膜脂过氧化物丙二醛含量增多,质膜透性增大,果实硬度与丙二醛含量呈负相关,钙处理可抑制果实的膜脂过氧化作用,降低质膜透性、呼吸强度、乙烯释放速率,延长了翠冠梨货架寿命。其中采后浸10%CaCl2处理延缓果实衰老软化效果最好。  相似文献

以‘富士’、‘金冠’和‘粉红女士’3个苹果品种为试验材料,并用氯化钙、硝酸钙和氨基酸钙3种钙制剂在采前30 d对果实进行喷施处理,采用常规方法测定基本果实品质指标,应用顶空固相微萃取及气相色谱质谱联用技术等测定果实香气等13项品质指标,并结合主成分分析和线性加权求和等方法对钙制剂处理的果实品质进行综合评价,以探究比较钙制剂对不同品种苹果果实品质的改进效果,为提高苹果果实品质和品种改良提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)采前钙处理对‘富士’和‘金冠’的单果重影响不显著,但‘粉红女士’采用氯化钙和氨基酸钙处理后单果重显著上升。(2)采前用氯化钙处理显著提高了苹果果实的糖酸比和硬度等;硝酸钙处理能够显著提高果皮亮度和色泽饱和度等;氨基酸钙处理则显著提升了果实的各类香气物质含量。(3)主成分分析和综合评价结果显示,经氯化钙、硝酸钙和氨基酸钙处理后,各品种苹果果实品质的综合得分均高于对照,且以氨基酸钙处理后果实的品质综合得分最高。研究发现,采前30 d钙处理可有效提升苹果果实的色泽、糖酸比、硬度以及香气等品质,且以氨基酸钙的处理效果最佳,而且对‘粉红女士’苹果果实品质的提升效果最为明显。  相似文献

利用焦锑酸钾沉淀-透射电子显微镜观察的方法, 观测了采前喷施草酸或钙后采收期芒果(Mangifera indica)果实细胞钙含量和分布情况, 探讨钙含量和分布变化对果实成熟和衰老的影响。结果表明, 与对照相比, 采前经草酸或钙处理的果实果皮和果肉细胞排列较规则且致密, 淀粉粒分布较多。采前草酸或钙处理均能显著提高芒果果皮和外果肉组织的钙含量;疏松结合态钙均匀分布在果皮和果肉细胞的细胞壁、细胞膜、液泡膜和质体中, 并在液泡内堆积; 而对照果实的液泡膜模糊, 钙颗粒较少。实验证明采前喷施草酸或钙能维持果实细胞的形态, 提高果实细胞的钙含量, 影响钙的分布, 有利于保持果实的硬度并可增加果实营养。  相似文献

20℃下后熟果实的LOX活性增加先于自由基产生和乙烯生成;JA处理对果实后熟软化启动期(采后1d)和果实快速软化期(采后5d)果实切片中的LOX活性、自由基产生和乙烯生物合成有促进作用,至果实软化后期(采后7d)这种效应消失;亚油酸只在采后1d果实切片中促使LOX活性和乙烯生成;SA处理抑制了果实后熟进程中组织切片的LOX活性、自由基产生和乙烯的生物合成;SA和JA对LOX活性和乙烯生物合成具有明显的拮抗作用。  相似文献

Early ripening and susceptibility to microbial infection are major postharvest problems in papaya fruits. Being a tropical climacteric fruit, low-temperature storage is not successful in papaya. In this study, we demonstrate the effect of aqueous salicylic acid (1 and 2 mM), nitric oxide (1 and 2 mM), and calcium chloride (1 and 2%) to enhance the papaya shelf life at the ambient conditions with reduced disease incidence. Calcium chloride 2% was the most effective for maintaining postharvest quality. The fruits had good firmness and maintained TSS, acidity, total chlorophyll, free radical scavenging activity and ascorbic acid on the 6th day during ambient storage. Moreover, the weight loss, yellow color development and disease incidence were minimum in calcium chloride 2%, followed by 1% solution of calcium chloride. The nitric oxide (2 mM) maintained higher antioxidant capacity and total phenol content in fruits that was followed by 1 mM salicylic acid during storage. The result suggests that application of calcium chloride 2% could be an easy and effective technique for extending the shelf life without impairing fruit quality during storage.  相似文献

Currently, the field of postharvest technology is a growing research area of particular interest since the increase in world population and the need to satisfy its nutritional requirements. These aspects establish a demand to produce fruits with high market quality while minimizing the losses from production to consumption stages. In the past few years, nitric oxide (NO) has emerged as a novel gasotransmitter to improve fruit postharvest shelf-life, owing to its influence on physiological processes (including fruit ripening) and on acclimation responses to stress conditions. In this review, we summarize some of the research related to the effects of NO exposure on different fruits with the aim to extend postharvest shelf-life and quality. The protection against chilling injury and postharvest diseases are addressed. The mechanisms of NO action and its interactions with other phytohormones are analyzed. Finally, the potential use of NO donors (and other strategies destined to enhance its levels) with a technological scope is also discussed.

Calcium nitrate delays climacteric of persimmon fruit   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Calcium nitrate (20 g litre?1) delayed persimmon (Diospyros kaki) ripening on the tree and also reduced postharvest fruit deterioration when applied prior to fruit colour break. The magnitude of the response depended on the date of treatment. Application made one month prior to the peak of estimated commercial harvest was the most efficacious, and colour development, fruit softening and ethylene production were significantly retarded by the treatment. At harvest, there was no effect on fruit size or soluble solids content. Although there was a tendency for the content of soluble solids and fruit firmness to decrease with storage period, firmness of treated fruit was maintained.  相似文献

Recently, biological control has been advanced as an alternative to synthetic fungicides and considerable success in laboratory and pilot scale tests has been realized utilizing antagonistic microorganisms to control postharvest diseases. Several antagonistic yeasts and bacteria have been isolated and shown to have a broad spectrum of activity against a number of postharvest pathogens on a variety of fruit. However, for biological control methods to emerge as an economically viable option, their consistency and efficacy in controlling postharvest decay needs to be enhanced to a level comparable to that of synthetic fungicides. This could be possible through an integrated strategy that exploits the additive and synergistic effects of different biological approaches. In this study, an integrated approach was evaluated for the control of postharvest decays of mandarin including some pre‐ and post‐harvest treatments under storage conditions. The efficacy of the treatments both as alone and in combination was evaluated during 3 years. Preharvest application of benomyl resulted in significantly less decay of mandarin fruit after storage in 3‐year tests. Calcium chloride (CaCl2), 2,4‐dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4‐D) and gibberellic acid (GA3) as stand‐alone treatments or combinations were not effective in controlling Penicillium and total decay infections on inoculated mandarin. Postharvest application of imazalil (200 μg/ml) in solution heated to 54°C for controlling postharvest green and total decay of mandarin was significantly effective for 3 months under storage conditions. The biocontrol activity of yeast (Metschnikowia pulcherrima) was improved when yeast treatment was combined with imazalil (200 μg/ml) at postharvest. The data suggest that preharvest application of benomyl and postharvest treatments of imazalil, hot water and yeast may reduce postharvest green mould and total decay of mandarin under storage conditions.  相似文献

Abstract. Calcium has long been associated with regulation of the ripening process of fruit and post-harvest storage life. Specifically, maintenance of relatively high calcium concentrations in fruit tissue results in a slower rate of ripening, as seen in lower respiration rates, reduced ethylene production, and slower softening of fruit flesh. There are also some specific fruit disorders such as bitter pit, which can be prevented if sufficient calcium is present. Senescence of other plant tissues such as leaves and flowers has also been shown to be retarded by the application of calcium.
Work leading to the above information is reviewed and discussed in the context of what is currently known of cellular regulation of calcium in plants. The major sites for the action of calcium in senescence and ripening are suggested to be in membrane structure and function, and in cell wall structure. Although high external concentrations of calcium are an advantage in reducing the rate of senescence or ripening, it is emphasized that normal cell function requires the maintenance of low concentrations of free calcium in the cell cytosol. It is suggested that one possible feature of senescence is a breakdown in such cellular regulation.  相似文献

AIMS: To investigate effects of application of 200 micromol l(-1) methyl jasmonate [MeJA (200)] and Cryptococcus laurentii alone or in combination against postharvest diseases (Monilinia fructicola and Penicillium expansum) in peach fruit stored at 25 and 0 degrees C, and to evaluate the possible mechanisms involved. METHODS AND RESULTS: The efficacy of controlling postharvest diseases by resistance induced in peach fruit treated with MeJA (200) and C. laurentii alone or in combination and the relationship between activities of defence-related enzymes in peach fruit and lesions caused by M. fructicola and P. expansum were examined. At the same time, the effects of MeJA (200) on the population of C. laurentii in the peach wounds and on the mycelial growth of M. fructicola and P. expansumin vitro were investigated. The results indicated that treatment of peach fruit with C. laurentii at 1 x 10(8) CFU ml(-1) alone, or combining C. laurentii at 5 x 10(7) CFU ml(-1) with MeJA (200) all resulted in a lower lesion diameter of brown rot and blue mould caused by M. fructicola and P. expansum compared with the controls in peach fruit. MeJA (200) enhanced the population of C. laurentii, and inhibited mycelial growth of P. expansum. However, it had a little effect on M. fructicolain vitro. MeJA and C. laurentii alone or in combination induced higher activities of Chitinase, beta-1,3-glucanase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and peroxidase (POD) than applying the yeast alone at both 25 and 0 degrees C. CONCLUSIONS: MeJA (200) not only directly inhibited mycelial spread of postharvest pathogens, but also increased population of C. laurentii, which induced stronger disease resistance in fruit than MeJA or yeast alone, and resulted in a lower lesion diameter of brown rot and blue mould caused by M. fructicola and P. expansum. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: MeJA (200) in combination with C. laurentii was beneficial for controlling brown rot and blue mould caused by M. fructicola and P. expansum in peach fruit. The inhibitory mechanism was mainly because of resistance induced in peach fruit by MeJA and C. laurentii. In addition, direct inhibition of MeJA on P. expansum also played a role in controlling blue mould.  相似文献
