克隆植物,尤其是游击型克隆植物,具有很强的扩展能力,通过克隆扩展可侵入到不同生境斑块。克隆植物入侵可能会影响入侵地土壤营养状况和微生物群落。为了探明克隆植物入侵对DSE(dark septate endophytes)活动和土壤理化性质的影响,于2013年6月在克隆植物羊柴(Hedysarum laeve)和沙鞭(Psammochloa villosa)群落空地沿根状茎延伸方向设置样方,分别于6月、8月和10月在样方内分0—10、10—20、20—30、30—40、40—50 cm土层采集土样和根样,研究了不同采样时间羊柴和沙鞭群落空地DSE和土壤理化性质时空变化。结果表明,从6月到10月,随时间后延,克隆植物逐渐侵入群落空地,沙鞭入侵群落空地数和分株数高于羊柴。羊柴群落空地根系DSE定殖率随采样时间后延,逐渐降低,最大值在6月;沙鞭群落空地根系DSE定殖率随采样时间后延,逐渐升高,最大值在10月。随着克隆植物入侵,入侵地土壤中可利用的营养物质含量显著提高,羊柴入侵提高了入侵群落空地土壤碱解N、有效P和速效K含量,沙鞭入侵提高了入侵群落空地土壤碱解N和有效P含量。相关性分析表明,羊柴群落空地DSE定殖率与土壤p H值和电导率显著正相关,沙鞭群落空地DSE定殖率与土壤p H值极显著负相关,与电导率、碱解N和有效P极显著正相关。克隆植物入侵使得土壤环境更有利于克隆植物自身生长,为荒漠植被恢复提供了前提。  相似文献

 采用样线法和点样法对鄂尔多斯风蚀沙化梁地上的植物进行了调查,研究了梁地上克隆植物的分布、克隆植物在群落中的重要性及其与群落物种多样性之间的关系。结果表明:1)在梁顶的典型草原植物群落和梁底的滩地盐生植物群落中克隆植物的物种丰富度较高,而在梁坡的沙生植物群落中较少,非克隆植物物种在梁顶出现频率较高,在梁坡和梁底较少;密集型克隆植物物种丰富度的变化与非克隆植物相同,游击型克隆植物在梁顶植物群落中没有出现,在梁坡群落中也很少,而在梁底的滩地中较多。2)梁底群落中克隆植物的重要值高于梁顶和梁坡群落中克隆植物的重要值,梁顶与梁坡群落中非克隆植物的重要值高于梁底群落中非克隆植物的重要值;在梁坡与梁底群落中,克隆植物的重要值都高于非克隆植物的重要值,而在梁顶群落中克隆植物与非克隆植物的重要值之间无差异;梁顶与梁坡群落中密集型克隆植物的重要值高于梁底群落中密集型克隆植物的重要值,而游击型克隆植物的重要值在梁底群落中较高;在梁顶与梁坡群落中,密集型克隆植物的重要值分别高于游击型克隆植物的重要值,而在梁底群落中,密集型克隆植物的重要值低于游击型克隆植物的重要值。3)梁顶的典型草原植物群落中,群落物种多样性随非克隆植物的重要值、克隆植物的重要值、密集型克隆植物的重要值的变化趋势相同,都为抛物线型。梁坡的沙生植物群落中,群落物种多样性与非克隆植物的重要值呈正相关,而分别与克隆植物和密集型克隆植物的重要值呈负相关。梁底的滩地盐生植物群落中,群落物种多样性与非克隆植物的重要值呈正相关,而与克隆植物和游击型克隆植物的重要值呈负相关。  相似文献

甘肃民勤地区荒漠晰蝎群落多样性与植物种数、植物多样性呈不显著负相关,与植物高度呈不显著正相关(P>0.1),与土壤含水量和pH值几乎无关。而与植物密度,植被覆盖度,食物种数、密度和多样性显著负相关(P<0.05)。植物密度、植被覆盖度和食物是荒漠晰蝎群落结构的主导因子。主导因子通过对群落中优势种种群密度的调节控制群落结构。  相似文献

以毛乌素沙地景观不同尺度和生境中的植被盖度、植物物种数、土壤有机碳和全氮含量的空间格局和相互关系进行了研究。结果表明:不同尺度和生境中的植被盖度与植物物种数之间,以及土壤有机碳含量与全氮含量之间都具有显著的相关。在50-5000m的尺度上,植被盖度与植物物种数之间,以及土壤有机碳含量与全氮含量之间具有相似的空间格局,但植被特征(植被盖度与植物物种数)与土壤特征(土壤有机碳含量与全氮含量)具有不同的空间变化格局,两者之间没有显著的相关关系;在小于50m的尺度上,固定沙丘中的植物物种数与土壤有机碳和全氮含量之间具有显著的正相关,半固定水丘中的植物物种数与土壤有机碳含量具有显著的负相关。这说明,在小于50m的尺度上土壤有机碳和全氮含量格局制约了植被格局,但在50-5000m的尺度上却没有。这一研究表明植被与土壤之间的相互关系依赖于不同的空间尺度。  相似文献

自然界中光照和养分因子常存在时空变化,对植物造成选择压力。克隆植物可通过克隆生长和生物量分配的可塑性来适应环境变化。尽管一些研究关注了克隆植物对光照和养分因子的生长响应,但尚未深入全面了解克隆植物对光照和养分资源投资的分配策略。以根茎型草本克隆植物扁秆荆三棱(Bolboschoenus planiculmis)为研究对象,在温室实验中,将其独立分株种植于由2种光照强度(光照和遮阴)和4种养分水平(对照、低养分、中养分和高养分)交叉组成的8种处理组合中,研究了光照和养分对其生长繁殖及资源贮存策略的影响。结果表明,扁秆荆三棱的生长、无性繁殖及资源贮存性状均受到光照强度的显著影响,在遮阴条件下各生长繁殖性状指标被抑制。且构件的数目、长度等特征对养分差异的可塑性响应先于其生物量积累特征。在光照条件下,高养分处理的总生物量、叶片数、总根茎分株数、长根茎分株数、总根茎长、芽长度、芽数量等指标大于其他养分处理,而在遮阴条件下,其在不同养分处理间无显著差异,表明光照条件可影响养分对扁秆荆三棱可塑性的作用,且高营养水平不能补偿由于光照不足而导致的生长能力下降。光照强度显著影响了总根茎、总球茎及大、中、小球茎的生物量分配,遮阴条件下,总生物量减少了对地下部分根茎和球茎的分配,并将有限的生物量优先分配给小球茎。总根茎的生物量分配未对养分发生可塑性反应,而随着养分增加,总球茎分配下降,说明在养分受限的环境中球茎的贮存功能可缓冲资源缺乏对植物生长的影响。在相同条件下,根茎生物量对长根茎的分配显著大于短根茎,以保持较高的繁殖能力;而总球茎对有分株球茎的生物量分配小于无分株球茎,表明扁秆荆三棱总球茎对贮存功能的分配优先于繁殖功能。研究为进一步理解根茎型克隆植物对光强及基质养分环境变化的生态适应提供了依据。  相似文献

为了解广州地区7种菊科(Compositae)入侵植物与丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)的互作共生关系,调查了这7种菊科入侵植物在4种生境中的AMF侵染和根际土壤孢子密度,并分析土壤因子对AMF的影响。结果表明,7种入侵植物根内均受到AMF侵染,根际土壤中均检测到AMF孢子;AMF侵染在宿主间差异显著,生境间的差异不显著;孢子密度在生境和宿主间的差异均显著,人工绿地、农田果园的AMF孢子密度均显著高于森林周边和滨海地带。相关性分析表明,农田果园生境的根际土壤孢子密度与土壤有机质含量呈显著负相关关系;森林周边生境的AMF总侵染率与土壤全氮呈极显著正相关关系;人工绿地的AMF总侵染率与土壤速效氮含量呈显著负相关关系;滨海地带的AMF总侵染率与土壤有效磷含量呈显著负相关关系。这些对理解菊科植物入侵机理具有非常重要的作用。  相似文献

以塔克拉玛干沙漠南缘典型荒漠豆科植物骆驼刺(Alhagi sparsifolia)和菊科植物花花柴(Karelinia caspia)为对象,研究单一骆驼刺种群(LTC)、单一花花柴种群(HHC)及骆驼刺-花花柴群落(GSQL)中植物及土壤中碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)等养分的生态化学计量学特征。结果表明:骆驼刺-花花柴群落中土壤有效N(AN)、有效K(AK)含量及N∶P、N∶K显著高于单一花花柴种群;骆驼刺-花花柴群落中花花柴叶片的全N含量显著高于单一花花柴种群,骆驼刺-花花柴群落中骆驼刺叶片的全P含量显著高于单一骆驼刺种群。相关性分析显示:不同生境土壤的AK含量与N∶P及AN含量呈显著正相关,而与SOC呈负相关;不同生境下叶片中的全K含量与SOC、全N、全P含量呈显著正相关,叶片中的全N含量与SOC、全P亦呈显著正相关,而N∶P与SOC、全P含量呈显著负相关;土壤中SOC含量与叶片中全P、全K含量呈正相关,而与N∶K呈负相关;土壤有效N含量与叶片N∶K呈正相关,而与叶片4种元素含量均呈显著负相关;土壤有效K含量与叶片中4种元素含量均呈显著负相关,而与叶片N∶K呈正相关;土壤N∶P、N∶K则分别与叶中全C、全P、全K呈显著负相关。综合分析认为:相较于单一种群,骆驼刺与花花柴的群落能够在一定程度上提高土壤养分,改善植物的营养状况,显示出豆科植物骆驼刺在群落演替中重要作用。  相似文献

研究海南岛琼化弃荒坡耕地不同植被类型植物多样性与土壤肥力演变的相互关系的结果表明,不同植被类型的α-多样性指数的增加和土壤肥力(有机质含量和氮含量)的增加正相关明显,β-多样性指数在草本植物群落与灌丛的过渡区变化较强烈,而土壤有机质含量变化较大的地方则是在疏灌丛与密灌丛之间,表现出在植被恢复的同时,土壤有机质含量也会有所增加,但后者一般稍滞后一段时间。在对土壤肥力与植被性状的关系进行多元回归分析后发现,土壤有机质含量主要与演替后期植物种类的发展有关;而土壤全氮则与群落覆盖度,木本植物种数和演替后期植物种数等多个因素有关;全磷稍与物种多样性有关。土壤全钾和pH变化比较复杂,与植物组成性状的关系没有选择项。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of waterlogging on annual regeneration in the dwarf birch (Betula nana L.), and to determine which demographic factors are responsible for the absence of B. nana in the waterlogged parts of a peat-bog. Growth parameters and demographic data were collected from 2001 to 2003 at four sites in the Linje peat bog in the Chełmno Lake District in northern Poland. Three of the sites represented waterlogged open bog communities. The fourth site served as the reference. The density of first-year ramets, annual shoot growth, and the proportion of flowering shoots was significantly lower at the waterlogged sites than at the reference site. No seedlings were found during the course of the study, even though flowering and fruit production took place at the reference site. The flowering shoots were mainly between nine and thirteen years old. Ramets in this age range were found only at the reference site due to high mortality in mature ramets at the waterlogged sites. Mean ramet height was significantly lower at the waterlogged sites than at the reference site, and was strongly correlated with mean ramet age. The distribution of B. nana in peat bogs is limited primarily by two demographic factors: the high mortality rate in older ramets, and the low rate of vegetative reproduction. Another contribution factor is that the proportion of older fertile ramets is low. The effects of fluctuations in the water table on distribution of B. nana are also discussed.  相似文献

 在自然条件下,风箱果(Physocarpus amurensis)主要靠克隆繁殖维持种群。植物克隆构型的可塑性变化对于其适应环境异质性具有重要意义 。为探求风箱果的克隆构型及根茎生长动态,研究了其地下根茎的构筑型、形态特征、根茎的直径随长度变化的规律和地下根茎间的夹角。结 果表明:风箱果的地下根茎的构筑型基本上属于游击型;风箱果无性系平均含有(6±2)个分株和(9.33±3.48)个根茎;根茎的直径随长度变化 的曲线为抛物线型;分枝夹角较为稳定,多为30°和70°。风箱果生产大量的根茎系统,每一个克隆片段能够占据一定的空间,以保证自身生 存和维持种群繁衍。  相似文献

In long‐lived, clonally reproducing species, assessing organism size is a nontrivial endeavour because each genetically distinct entity (genet) may comprise multiple modular units (ramets). Attributes of clonally reproducing populations, such as genet size, longevity and clonal diversity (the number of genets in a population), have significant implications for the persistence of populations over time. In the context of climate change, population persistence contributes to community stability and ecosystem resilience. Do clonal individuals persist through periods of climatic oscillations? Are clonal populations composed of a few large and persistent clones, or do they include clones of different sizes and ages? In this issue, de Witte et al. (2012) present an exciting analysis of clonal diversity and genet longevity in populations of four arctic‐alpine plant species with contrasting life histories: Carex curvula, Dryas octopetala, Salix herbacea and Vaccinium uliginosum. Using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) data, the authors demonstrate that genet size ranged from a few centimetres to 18 metres and age estimates for the largest genets ranged from 500 to 4900 years. These data reveal that clonally reproducing populations include individuals that have outlived significant changes in climate. Despite the longevity of some individuals, clonal diversity within populations was high, with most individuals existing as small, relatively young genets. Long‐lived individuals, together with high numbers of younger plants, ensure repeated recruitment and population persistence over time. This study represents a novel and timely contribution to a growing body of work aimed at understanding population persistence in changing climates.  相似文献

艾纳香是具有克隆生长习性的多年生宿根性草本植物,其广布于中国南部,为了更有效地保护和合理利用艾纳香资源,本文利用RAPD分子标记技术,对4个野生艾纳香种群进行了克隆结构和克隆多样性(单克隆种群或多克隆种群)进行了初步研究。结果表明:(1)10对10bp随机引物共检测到70条谱带,其中多态带为60条,占85.71%,检测到64个基因型,且全部为局限基因型;(2)与Ellstrand Roose(1987)总结的克隆多样性平均值(PD=0.17,D=0.62)相比艾纳香的种群克隆多样性水平稍高,Simpson指数平均为0.973,基因型比率PD平均为0.800;(3)遗传一致度和遗传距离分析表明,4个艾纳香野生种群被分成两组,一组是海南的所有种群,另外一组是云南类群。  相似文献

采自林窗和林内生境的绢毛匍匐委陵菜 (PotentillareptansL .var.sericophyllaFranch)“分株对”(即由一匍匐茎节间相连着的两个分株 ,其一为“目标分株” ,另一为“相连分株”)在一户外实验中经历了全不遮荫、全部遮荫和局部遮荫处理。该植物的基株生物量、匍匐茎总长度、分株数、匍匐茎比节间重、叶柄长、比叶柄重在遮荫条件下较小。匍匐茎节间长度没有对遮荫处理发生反应。在局部遮荫处理 ,遮荫斑块的分株的叶柄长度由于连着未遮荫斑块中分株而变得更长。这种克隆整合对克隆形态可塑性的修饰作用只在林窗生境来源的实验植物中观察到。其他克隆生长和克隆形态特征的可塑性在不同生境来源的实验植物间没有差异。  相似文献

生境异质性是自然生态系统的基本特征,植物生长的必需资源和环境胁迫因子均存在着复杂的时间和空间异质性。克隆植物是指在自然条件下具有克隆特性的植物,即可通过与母株相连的芽、根茎、分蘖或枝条等繁殖体产生无性繁殖的植物,这些繁殖体一旦定居便可成为潜在的独立个体。克隆植物具有独特的生境适应策略(如形态可塑性、克隆整合、克隆分工、觅食行为、风险分摊等),面对异质性的生境条件,它可以通过调整自身的生理和形态结构来适应异质生境。目前,对于克隆植物在异质生境适应行为的研究已有很多报道,然而系统性的归纳和总结尚有欠缺。综述了克隆植物在不同资源异质生境(光照、养分、水分)和不同胁迫生境(盐碱胁迫、风沙胁迫、重金属胁迫)下独特的适应对策。最后,针对克隆植物对异质生境的适应对策,进行了总结并对未来的重点研究方向提出建议:(1)时间异质性尺度上的考量;(2)异质性生境中生物因子的调控作用;(3)克隆植物入侵机制;(4)克隆植物在生态修复中的应用潜力。  相似文献

In arid and semi-arid sand dune ecosystems, belowground bud bank plays an important role in population regeneration and vegetation restoration. However, the responses of belowground bud bank size and composition to sand burial and its induced changes in soil environmental factors have been rarely studied. In arid sand dunes of Northwestern China, we investigated belowground bud bank size and composition of the typical rhizomatous psammophyte Psammochloa villosa as well as three key soil environmental factors (soil moisture, total carbon and total nitrogen) under different depths of sand burial. Total buds and rhizome buds increased significantly with increasing burial depth, whereas tiller buds first increased and then decreased, with a peak value at the depth of 20–30 cm. Soil moisture increased significantly with sand burial depth, and was positively correlated with the number of all buds and rhizome buds. Soil total carbon concentration first increased and then decreased with sand burial depth, and total nitrogen concentration was significantly lower under deep sand burial than those at shallow depths, and only the number of tiller buds was positively correlated with soil total nitrogen concentration. These results indicate that soil moisture rather than soil nutrient might regulate the belowground bud bank of P. villosa, and that clonal psammophytes could regulate their belowground bud bank in response to sand burial and the most important environmental stress (i.e., soil moisture). These responses, as the key adaptive strategy, may ensure clonal plant population regeneration and vegetation restoration in arid sand dunes.  相似文献

Fifteen polymorphic microsatellites were isolated from the genome of silver crucian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio Bloch). Allele numbers ranged from two to four with an average of 2.7/locus, and the proportion of tri‐ and diallelic heterozygotes was 99.3%. The individuals tested seem to have originated from two different clonal lines: 14 of 16 showed the same genotype at all loci tested, whereas the remaining two were also identical, but different from the former ones. Eleven out of 15 primer pairs cross‐amplified products from the genome of common carp, whereas only five from that of zebrafish.  相似文献

Genes of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) encode molecules that control immune recognition and are highly polymorphic in most vertebrates. The remarkable polymorphisms at MHC loci may be maintained by selection from parasites, sexual selection, or both. If asexual species show equal (or higher) levels of polymorphisms at MHC loci as sexual ones, this would mean that sexual selection is not necessary to explain the high levels of diversity at MHC loci. In this study, we surveyed the MHC diversity of the asexual amazon molly (Poecilia formosa) and one of its sexual ancestors, the sailfin molly (P. latipinna), which lives in the same habitat. We found that the asexual molly has polymorphic MHC loci despite its clonal reproduction, yet not as polymorphic as the sexual species. Although the nucleotide diversity was similar between the asexual and sexual species, the sexual species exhibited a greater genotypic diversity compared to the asexual one from the same habitats. Within‐genome diversity was similar for MHC class I loci, but for class IIB, the sexual species had higher diversity compared to the asexual — despite the hybrid origins and higher levels of heterozygosity at microsatellite loci in the asexual species. The level of positive selection appears to be similar between the two species, which suggests that these polymorphisms are maintained by selection. Thus, our findings do not allow us to rule out the sexual selection hypothesis for the evolution of MHC diversity, and although the sexual fish has higher levels of MHC‐diversity compared to the asexual species, this may be due to differences in demography, parasites, or other factors, rather than sexual selection.  相似文献

The objective was to analyse the asexual spread of Tephrocactus aoracanthus (Cactaceae) related to run‐off triggered by torrential summer rains in a hyper‐arid desert. Through a manipulative essay, 30 joints (asexual dispersing stems) were placed in the mainstream of an alluvial fan and 30 joints out of the alluvial fan, without run‐off influence (control). All joints were labelled, and their weight and diameter were measured. After each rain event with run‐off, joints were surveyed identifying their spatial coordinates and environmental context. For this, two factors with two levels each one was selected: position respect to both microrelief (channels with concentrated run‐off, or inter‐channels as flat areas between channels, without run‐off) and vegetation (entangled or not entangled in shrubs). Through a geographic information system, changes in slope angle and rugosity of terrain were analysed. Linear regressions were performed between the partial displacement of joints and their weight and diameter, grouped according to environmental context before each rainfall. None of the joints of the control treatment were moved, but all joints located in the mainstream were relocated. Three rainfall events triggered a mean displacement of 480.4 ± 210.0 m (SD); 103.0 ± 138.9 m (SD) and 33.2 ± 52.3 m (SD), respectively. The mean accumulated displacement of all joints during the experience was 577.12 ± 220.0 m (SD). As they moved, the joints passed through several different environmental contexts, increasing the proportion of joints entangled in vegetation and in inter‐channel position. Until rooted, joints could be displaced by run‐off in an anisotropic process, with an evident effect of slope angle and rugosity of terrain. On the other hand, no direct relationship was found between the displacement and the magnitude of the event, or both the size and the weight of joints. We assess the strategies related to the dispersal mechanism of clonal plants, related to conditions and enabling its agamic dispersal over long distances.  相似文献
